I’m old enough to remember when calling for “Mass Deportations” was a fringe position in Westminster — despite their popularity with the electorate. 

But now, thanks to the “Very Online Right”, every party and their mother is competing with one another to propose the most credible plan on the issue. 

On Monday, Keir Starmer announced new policies to reduce net legal migration, and try to deport illegal immigrants and failed asylum seekers.

Starmer posted on X shortly before his press conference that “The Tories ran an immigration system that relied on cheap foreign labour instead of investing in British workers. That betrayal ends now.”

But will it?

Lucy Connolly, a childminder and the wife of a Conservative councillor, lost the appeal of her 31-month prison sentence for a tweet sent after the Southport massacre. She is sitting in prison to preserve that state narrative about the Southport protests being the fault of a racist “Far Right”, and that "Diversity is our strength."

An hour later, Tommy Robinson was made eligible for early release after spending seven months in solitary confinement for a civil offence, after charges were brought forward by Keir Starmer's attorney general.

The deleterious consequences of mass immigration are manifesting all around us: from violent crime, to scarcening and expensive housing, and feeling like we have become strangers in our own home.New ONS net migration figures show that annual net migration halved from 806,000 to 431,000 in 2024. Matt Goodwin published new research in The Telegraph this week, which states that the white British majority will become a demographic minority in their own homeland by 2063. The host population will decline from their present 73 percent of the population to 57 percent by 2050, and a minority of 34 percent by 2063. The foreign-born and second-generation immigrant share of the population will increase from under 20 percent today, to 33.5 per cent within the next 25 years. By 2100, 6 in 10 people in the UK will either have been born outside Britain, or be the child of immigrants. The Muslim population will increase from a reported 7 percent in 2025, to 19 percent by 2100. This unprecedented, unwanted demographic and cultural change will, according to professor David Betz and former government advisor Dominic Cummings, by the catalyst for ethnic civil war within the next 5 years. In other news, Reform UK Chairman, Zia Yusuf, appears to be blocking a burqa ban from becoming party policy — calling new MP Sarah Pochin “dumb” after she asked Prime Minister Keir Starmer to criminalise the repressive practice of face-veiling, prescribed in the Quran and Hadiths. With this being the second MP that Yusuf has attacked, after they put forward a policy popular with Reform’s own voters and the wider public, what benefit does he bring to Britain’s insurgent populist movement? Attorney General Lord Hermer delivered a speech, denouncing his political opponents as Nazis for wanting to leave the confines of the European Convention on Human Rights. But by doing so, he proves Carl Schmitt’s criticisms of liberalism and the ostensible neutrality of law and institutions correct. Labour are engaging in the exact Friend vs Enemy distinction that Schmitt said was the meaning of politics. And the anguish of Nick, 30 is felt by young professionals across Britain, as they are squeezed in a vice of increasing tax burdens to pay for benefits and social housing for a million indolent foreign nationals, and healthcare and the state pension for holidaying, home-owning Boomers. The UK government’s counter-extremism program, Prevent, has trained civil servants to treat “Cultural nationalism” — the belief that “Western culture is under threat from mass migration and a lack of integration by certain ethnic and cultural groups” — as an “extreme right-wing terrorism” ideology. 

Prevent's parent body, RICU, has been ideologically captured by a 700+ member Islamic Network, who “promote the recruitment, retention and progression of Muslim staff in the Home Office” and “influence policymakers so that policy is more inclusive of Muslim needs.” 

That might explain why it has become obsessed with a phantom "Far Right", while all but ignoring Islamist terrorism.

Louise Casey's national grooming gangs audit has laid bare the disproportionate predation on white English girls by Pakistani Muslim men. But can the same government that covered it up be trusted to run an inquiry?

Casey also revealed that “a significant proportion of these cases appear to involve suspects who are non-UK nationals and/or who are claiming asylum in the UK”. 

Just four days before, Labour's Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Darren Jones claimed “the majority of people in these boats are children, babies and women,” and told the groaning audience, “I would ask any of you to look at those babies and children and say 'go back where you came from'.”

If they're still spreading these lies, will the inquiry be diluted to protect "community cohesion" and the reputations of public officials who are afraid of being called racist?

Multiple questions were asked about demographics, multiculturalism, and how sectarian Islamic enclaves will inevitably hijack democracy at the Roger Scruton Legacy Foundation's "Now & England" event in Westminster on Monday. 

When asked, “If anyone can identify as English, then what does being ‘English’ mean?” by Carl Benjamin, historian Robert Tombs said "If only we could clone Katherine Birbalsingh ... It’s wonderful to see headscarved girls reciting Kipling, singing the national anthem…”

Tombs denied English identity has anything to do with ancestry, and told a heckler from the front row, “Of course you can learn to be English."

Establishment conservatives are very uncomfortable with the idea that ethnicity exists, and that education and a civic nationalist British identity are incapable of assimilating millions of first- and second-generation immigrants.

But given David Betz and Dominic Cumming shave repeatedly warned that Britain is on the precipice of civil war along ethnic lines, the hour is too late for opining on how a girl in a hijab reciting “If—” brought you to tears.
