Vasili Mattheos, architect and business owner, is the founder and principal architect at Amphora Architecture Inc., a Winnipeg-based team of architects, interior designers and design professionals.  Following his graduation from Harvard University, where he studied as a Frank Knox Fellow under many of the world’s foremost design educators and practitioners, Vasili began his design career in the New York office of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), a historic leader in the practice of architecture responsible for some of the planet’s most notable and technically complex buildings. At SOM, Vasili worked on several iconic projects across three continents, including the Hudson Yards master plan in New York, the Moynihan Station/Madison Square Garden redevelopment in New York, Manhattan West, and Wood Wharf towers in London to name a few.

Andrea now has 28,000 Instagram followers and is selling some incredibly high-end homes in Winnipeg.  In addition to Winnipeg, however, she is also branching out into the Calgary market.  Andrea is also the co-owner of another company called Table Space, a co-working space in Winnipeg that gives people a place to work and hold events. 

Jeff Herlick is the president and CEO of Bonafide Construction Solutions, a commercial general contractor who has been growing tremendously over the last few years.  Some of their clients include Sobeys, The Home Depot, and Co-op, just to name a few.  While the company was established in 1995, Jeff began his career as a general labourer over 20 years ago and has worked his way all the way up and now leads the company to some of its biggest growth to date.

Stan Higgins is the president of VersaPile Inc.  He is an entrepreneur, helical screw pile nerd, and consultant.  He started VersaPile Inc. in 2011 with a vision of transforming the local piling industry by raising the bar with a quality of product and customer service never before seen. Stan continues to be an outspoken voice for the further regulation of helical piles and hopes that they will be the standard foundation for new structures in the near future.  Stan, being an indigenous entrepreneur, has founded the First Foundations program to equip and train indigenous peoples.  He is involved with the Entrepreneur’s Organization and is also the founder of Manitoba Construction Professionals Network.  When he’s not dominating on the squash court or on the ice, he’s networking and pushing to grow his company, himself, and his relationships.

Dr. Leon Waye is a full-scope family physician. His practices focus on obstetrics, obesity medicine, men’s health, and LGBT+ health. Through training and surgery in advanced medical aesthetics, Dr. Waye learned the cosmetic construction of the face. His area of interest lies in the non-invasive manipulation of anatomical structures to achieve mathematical beauty. Dr. Waye is an active member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He completed his family medicine training in Winnipeg and fellowship in integrative health through the University of Arizona in 2015. He co-founded Form Aesthetics to bring a focused medical aesthetic practice to women, men, and the LGBTQ+ community.

Jared Lang is the managing partner of the New Murray Jeep Dodge dealership at confusion corner. Before that, he was the sales manager at Murray Chevrolet and has been involved in the automotive sales industry for most of his career.  Jared earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manitoba while on a hockey scholarship with the Bisons. He is certainly one of the most likable and honest guys we’ve had on this show.

Ryan Derlago is the owner and operator of Stickflingers Manitoba Bowhunts, a bowhunting-only camp located in the porcupine hills in the western border of Manitoba. Ryan has found a way to turn his life-long passion into a successful company where he is the largest and only bowhunting-only camp in Manitoba. Ryan is also the co-creator of Blak Bear Wear, a bear hunting-inspired clothing company that uses style, quality, and humor to make a declaration of what they believe in. AND all of this while being employed full-time as a firefighter/paramedic with the city of Winnipeg.

Jonathan Torchia has an entrepreneurial journey that started many years ago. Although he started as a parametric for the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service, Torchia is better known for founding the WFPS Run, working as a race director, and founding River City Run Coaching. Torchia joined the Nike pace team at the Chicago marathon and most recently purchased City Park Runners, a retail location in Winnipeg, that builds on the values and services he offers his running clients and customers.
