| S1 | E6 Laura O'Malley - Channel | 11 Jul 2025 | 01:29:06 | |
It turns out I had two connections to Laura (at least that I know of) in the 3D. We were first introduced in the summer of 2022. I had my first intuitive reading with her in September of that year. Laura is an absolute gem of a human - probably the happiest person you will ever meet. She and the guidance she brings through from beyond the veil has been absolutely instrumental in keeping me grounded and assisting in my integration of several very powerful psychedelic experiences. An elementary school teacher, a nanny, an energy healer and a happiness coach! Laura navigates this world in an attempt to help, to heal, and to guide us to MORE- more happiness, more self love, more confidence, more success, more self-awareness, more understanding of the truth of your power here! She began her career as an elementary school teacher, has her MA in Curriculum and Instruction, and worked with preschool - 8th graders. With the help of her husband, she has passionately survived guiding her four boys into adulthood! Her spiritual journey began in the fall of 2014 when she found herself living the picture perfect life, but never feeling worse. “I was sad, depressed, feeling utterly hopeless, not to mention completely stressed out, and I truly had no idea why.” She had been experiencing severe physical dizziness and had spent over a year searching for answers within the medical community. The cause was never determined. It was in her surrender that Divine intervention provided a book suggesting meditation, and she fell onto this path hard and fast overcome by a sense of peace. Continuing this journey, she became a Level III Reiki Master, and found the connection to her inner-voice. She began to really listen, not with her ears but with her her whole self, and what followed was PEACE, CLARITY and understanding of her purpose. Guidance came through loud and clear as she began communicating with her spirit guides (we ALL have them!) and then with other aspects of Source Energy (the nonphysical realm). Laura is a teacher, a coach, and a source of information for anyone searching for truth and happiness. She loves what she does, and believes this path will lead anyone to what they truly desire, which is HAPPINESS! She connects and COMMUNICATES with Source Energy daily, and uses this connection to teach, inspire and help others understand their own connection. Laura works with individuals and groups, channeling instruction on the Law of Attraction, the Importance of Self Love, Stepping into Your POWER, and understanding the connection you have and the guidance you are receiving RIGHT NOW with and from the nonphysical realm, and how this impacts your happiness. | S1 | E5 Alefiyah Lindo - Intuitive | 04 Jul 2025 | 01:01:49
The guest on upcoming Episode 6, Laura O'Malley, introduced me to Alefyah Lindo in early 2024. I was laid up in bed, literally unable to walk on the day of our first appointment. She was kind enough to come to my home and did her best to assist me. Since then we've worked together several times, most recently in a "Deep Dive" into some stubborn remaining blocks. I am a Mind-Body-Energy Intuitive, and I access other aspects of my being than just my mind. I use a Holistic and Non-Dual approach. My practice includes highly effective techniques, intuitive guidance, and almost 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist. Finding Buddhism and doing a 10-day silent Vipassana Meditation retreat in my early 20s started my spiritual journey. Early in my career in attachment and trauma work, I started incorporating mind-body techniques in my practice, like mindfulness-based stress reduction, breath work, yoga, etc., to help my clients decrease symptoms, as I encountered the limitations of talk therapy. Ten years ago, I learned about the Chakra energy system taught by Caroline Myss. Then as I reached a plateau, I discovered EFT, which was my entry into energy work, and pivotal for my healing journey. I also became fascinated by the Lymphatic System and the world of Fascia (connective tissue), and their interconnection to our physical and mental health. Our lymphatic system and fascia are closely connected to the energy meridians running throughout our body. During my study of energy medicine, teachers like Marie Manuchehri, Dr. Jennifer Vest, and Suzanne Giesemann have helped me become more skilled in my energy-intuitive abilities, recently extending it to animal/inter-species communication. I have an undergraduate degree from Purdue University, a master's degree from University of Illinois and I am a licensed therapist in Illinois. | S1 | E4 Melissa Ford - Executive Coach | 27 Jun 2025 | 01:03:06
I was guided to Melissa by a friend all the way back in 2012, as I struggled mightily in the aftermath of divorce, foreclosure and bankruptcy. I had several one-off appointments until completing the Landmark Forum, where it became very clear I needed EXACTLY what she had to offer. I spent 13 months meeting with her regularly for guidance and the occasional kick in the ass. I'm glad I did. She helped build the solid foundation that carried me through years of transformation. I’m a business and life coach who works with entrepreneurs, executives, career changers, artists, you name it. Clients seek me out to address leadership and productivity challenges, role transitions, growth and profitability concerns, and other issues that have them feeling unfulfilled or stuck in their professional lives. In my 20+ years of coaching, I’ve developed a holistic approach to helping my clients. While they are initially focused on a single “problem” or “project,” I help them take a step back and examine the thought patterns that get in the way of crafting creative solutions and approaches to move forward in their work. A bit about me: I’m a certified PCI Coach and graduate of ACS. I have an English degree from the University of Illinois and a law degree from DePaul University. My legal training has made me an analytical coach with a bullseye focus, pinpointing exactly what will propel clients forward. When I’m not coaching, I can be found “vacationing” at professional development events, visiting my grown daughter in NYC, working out with my personal trainer (aka, my son), and enjoying the love and friendship of my husband. | S1 | E3 Jonathan Tripodi - Body Memory | 20 Jun 2025 | 01:16:58
It was late 2019 and, in spite of a lot of personal growth work, including a beautiful solo psilocybin journey, guided MDMA journey with an underground therapist and a 12 day Ayahausca retreat in the Ecuadoran Andes, I was still in excrutiating physical pain. I was guided to Jonathan Tripodi, mystical fascial magician and talented astrologer by a power greater than myself. A five day intensive that ended three days before the 2020 Covid lockdowns gave me a great deal of relief and left me well-equipped to navigate the next six months and beyond. For 30+ years Jonathan has explored body memory and its relationship to chronic pain, stress, illness, and behavior. | S1 | E1 Renee LaVallee McKenna - Spiritual PsiKologist | 08 Jun 2025 | 01:01:42
In the first episode of The Permission Slip, I touch my journey healing from decades of depression, addiction, and physical pain to a place of deep presence and purpose. For much of my life, I felt like I didn’t belong here—as in on Earth, here, in a body. Despite building a successful business and raising two beautiful daughters, I was deeply disconnected, numbing myself with alcohol and later navigating chronic pain through a medical system that was not designed to deal with spiritual issues. My healing truly began after a psilocybin journey cracked me open, leading me to explore alternative modalities, spiritual practices, and inner transformation. This podcast is my offering to others who are seeking their own way out of pain and into authenticity, embodiment, and joy. I'm a Boston-born mentor, hypnotherapist and Shamanic healer who guides people to heal and transform on a soul level. My individual sessions, workshops, groups and mentorship programs in Spiritual Psi-Kology offer a unique blend of neo-Shamanism and Buddhist philosophy with hypnotherapy and body-based mindfulness. I bring my 30+ years of experience as a recovering addict and ex-crazy person to my weekly podcast, sharing snackable teachings on spirituality, psychology and all things personal growth. All of the work I do with clients, I have experienced in my own therapy and personal growth work. I consider myself a mentor, guide and navigator for your own soul's journey. I DO NOT practice as a licensed psychologist or counselor. I have a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology and am a certified clinical hypotherapist. For 14 years I studied DepthHypnosis, Shamanism and Energy Work with Dr. Isa Gucciardi and have been a student of Lifespan Integration, Hakomi Method and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy and healing methods. Through my own inner work and practice, I have come to believe that spiritual and intuitive methods of healing are more effective and transformative than the more intellectually and physically based approach of Western psychology. The work of Spiritual Psi-Kology is intended as an alternative and a compliment to Western psychology and many find this work to be a great addition to traditional talk therapy, psychology and psychiatry. My book, workbook and guided audio series Allies & Demons: Working With Spirit For Power And Healing is available on Amazon and Audible. Allies and Demons guides you through the 15 basic inner journeys of Spiritual Psi-Kology. This powerful book is filled with inspiring client stories, soul level wisdom, and my personal journey of healing and empowerment. I know the extremes of success and failure. From bankruptcy to grad school, from divorce and homelessness to motherhood and art teacher, from addict and alcoholic to lead of Women's March 2017, I bring the wisdom gained from my many life experiences to my students and clients world-wide. My passion is to bring this work that has healed and transformed my life to all who need it. My free content includes a weekly podcast, healing workshops on Insight Timer and content on Youtube. My year-long Mentorship Program trains therapists, counselors and healers in the grounded and practical tools of Spiritual Psi-Kology. I also offer Healthy Healer Workshops offering tools for healthy boundaries, energy medicine and spiritual connection for other practitioners. Check out my artwork here. | S1 | E8 Dr. Therese Rowley - Skilled Intuitive | 15 Aug 2025 | 01:21:26
I had the pleasure of experiencing not one, but TWO sessions with Therese at the very start of my transformational healing journey back in 2019. I was so f-ing excited to sit down with her and talk about her work earlier this week, especially with the vocabulary and understanding I have gleaned about the nature of this work in the intervening years. In this expansive and deeply personal conversation, I sit down and chat with Dr. Therese Rowley — skilled intuitive, author, and organizational change agent — whose life has woven together mystical experience, Fortune 500 consulting, and groundbreaking work in the realms of healing and multisensory intelligence. Therese shares her journey from a childhood immersed in Catholic mysticism to becoming a sought-after intuitive for individuals, leaders, and businesses. Along the way, she recounts her own dark night of the soul, lessons from chronic fatigue syndrome, and the path that led her to help others navigate spiritual, emotional, and energetic transformation. We also explore Therese’s visionary reframing of neurodiversity, particularly in children, as “multisensory intelligence” — a paradigm shift that moves beyond pathology to possibility. She explains how so-called “symptoms” may actually be signs of quantum perception and untapped human potential, and how parents, educators, and society can better support these gifts. This episode is a fascinating blend of personal story, spiritual insight, and forward-thinking ideas that challenge the boundaries between mysticism, science, and education. If you enjoy this episode, please like, subscribe, and share to help spread the word. **Dr. Rowley's Bio **A visionary intuitive with over two decades of experience working with neurodiverse youth and their parents. Therese Rowley, CEO of Accelerated Alignment and Multisensory Intelligence, is a business consultant, intuitive expert, and advocate for multisensory youth. With a PhD in Business Transformation and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, she combines a sharp business acumen with over three decades of experience guiding corporate leaders through strategic and organizational transformations. | S2 | E6 Wendy Perkins Shoef, ADHD Microdosing and Neuro-Pleasure Coach and More | 09 Apr 2026 | 01:13:11
In this episode, I sit down with Wendy Perkins Schoef — ADHD coach, microdosing guide, and neuro pleasure coach who specializes in working with solo entrepreneurs. Wendy shares her remarkable origin story: raised by a single Catholic mom in LA, navigating an ADHD brain through college and careers spanning real estate, biometrics, and web development, before finding her true calling after a divorce sent her on a journey of sexual self-discovery and eventually into orgasm coaching and nervous system work. We dig deep into her holistic framework of Goal, Set, Setting, and Intention — the foundation she uses whether she's helping a client build their business, choose a microdosing protocol, or regulate their nervous system. We talk about the differences between psilocybin and LSD as microdosing tools, why LSD is a "non-specific amplifier," and how the right substance choice depends entirely on what's going on in your body, mind, and environment. We also get into the profound connection between sexual energy and creative energy, the jaw-pelvic floor link, yoni dearmouring, the stigma around prostate work for men, and harm reduction resources for those exploring psychedelics. Wendy also opens up about parenting her son Max, who was born with a brain injury, and how that experience has deepened her understanding of the nervous system and shaped her approach to her work. About Wendy Wendy is an ADHD microdosing and neuro-pleasure coach, researcher, and co-host of the Psychedelic Revelations podcast. She works with brilliant, creative, capable people who are also a little bit fried—navigating chronic stress, ADHD, burnout, or all of the above. The ones who’ve read the books, tried the supplements, made the to-do lists, and yet still feel tired but wired, overthinking everything, spinning in place while their responsibilities grow by the hour. Wendy’s approach is rooted in a core belief: your nervous system is sacred, pleasure is a birthright, and ADHD symptoms are signs of a dysregulated nervous system—not a broken brain. Through microdosing support, nervous system regulation, embodied practices, and a BIG helping of tech support, she helps people remember their own divine intelligence and step back into who they truly are so they can make the impact in the world they’re meant to do. Her work blends research, lived experience, and a deep reverence for the body’s wisdom to support transformation that actually lasts. | S2 | E5 Karen Kubicko, Psychic Intuitive, Reiki Master & More | 03 Apr 2026 | 01:12:35
Karen Kubicko grew up steeped in Catholic school traditions — but something always felt bigger just beneath the surface. In 11th grade, on her first day at a new public school, she heard a voice tell her she'd had a past life with a complete stranger in the hallway. She dismissed it. Decades later, that moment makes perfect sense. How past life regression works and what a session with Karen actually looks like
Karen and I also connect the dots between indigenous wisdom traditions, empathic experience, and the growing global awakening — weaving in references to Paul Selig, Bashar/Darryl Anka, and the power of trusting what you receive, even when it first shows up as a horse and buggy in your living room. | S2 | E3 Christopher Sunyata, Men's Coach, Meditation Teacher & Engineer | 12 Mar 2026 | 01:19:21
In S2•E3, I speak with Christopher Sunyata, a former medical device engineer turned Buddhist meditation teacher and men’s coach based in Boulder, Colorado . We met at an Osho-inspired Deer Tribe workshop in Cave Creek, Arizona—an intensive container exploring sacred sexuality and polarity work . Christopher shares his origin story: We explore how women’s somatic intuition became one of his greatest teachers—how feminine bodies read tension, contraction, and presence instantly . We discuss: Christopher’s central thesis: A man’s depth is revealed in how much intensity he can open through—without collapsing, grasping, or dissociating . We also explore how shame around sexuality has been weaponized socially and spiritually—and what happens when that shame is removed. This conversation bridges: It’s an unapologetically honest conversation about embodied masculinity in a time when many men feel disconnected from purpose and presence. Special Guest: Christopher Sunyata.
| S2 | E2 Deborah Servetnick - Life Mastery Coach | 05 Mar 2026 | 01:06:12 | |
In this episode, I sit down with Deb Servetnick. "Grateful Deb" is a life mastery coach, psychedelic guide, bodyworker, and founder of Serve Medicine. Join us for an expansive, unscripted exploration of healing. We begin with her origin story as a lifelong Deadhead and early psychedelic explorer, then move into the deeper terrain: her MAPS training, her decision to remain aligned with decriminalization over legalization, and her critique of over-medicalizing sacred medicine. Deb shares why preparation matters more than the “six great hours,” how vibrational alignment shapes outcomes, and why psilocybin remains her preferred medicine for whole-body healing. We talk about grief, cancer, nervous system regulation, subconscious patterning, and the importance of replacing, not just removing, habits. The conversation turns personal as we explore sugar, distraction, cannabis, and the difference between trying to “beat” something versus learning to love it into transformation. This episode is about frequency. It’s about asking for what you actually want. And it’s about remembering that the universe is already responding. Special Guest: Deborah Servetnick.

| S1 | E18 Amy Anesi - Dear Friend & Former Spouse | 06 Feb 2026 | 01:46:37 | |
This season-one finale of The Permission Slip is a deeply honest, unsanitized conversation between me and my former wife, Amy Anesi. We were married for 15 years, raised two daughters together, divorced after an affair, endured bankruptcy and foreclosure in the wake of the 2008 financial collapse—and then chose a different path forward. Instead of turning divorce into a lifelong war story, we explore what it looks like to take responsibility, metabolize pain, and consciously evolve beyond blame. This episode challenges the dominant cultural narrative that divorce must be ugly, adversarial, and permanently scarring. It doesn’t. With Amy as both witness and mirror, I share my own arc—from childhood conditioning and emotional repression, through infidelity, trauma, and collapse, into somatic healing, psychedelic therapy, nervous-system work, and spiritual awakening. What emerges is not a story of redemption, but of integration. This is a conversation about accountability without self-flagellation, healing without spiritual bypass, and what becomes possible when two people choose growth over grievance—for themselves and for their children. Special Guest: Amy Anesi.
| S1 | E17 Paul Selig - Psychic, Teacher & Author | 16 Jan 2026 | 00:58:05 | |
I discovered the channeled work of Paul Selig and his "Guides" (whom have called themselves "Melchizedek") in late summer of 2020. I had fortunately been "softened" up considerably with psychedelic work including Psilocybin, MDMA, Ayahuasca and Mescaline in addition to some deep myofascial work by that point in my healing journey. A friend shared a link to a YouTube video and it was as if a tractor beam took hold of me. I was mesmerized and, after checking their stock online, was on my way to a bookstore 30 minutes away where I purchased three books. This work is one of the three pillars of my transformation - up there with psychedelics and somatic work. And it may not resonate with you. It was one of the clearest example of "When the student is ready, the teacher appears" I've experienced. Others have told similar stories. In this episode of The Permission Slip, I sit down with Paul Selig for a conversation about consciousness, channeling, and what it means to live in alignment with a higher order of truth while fully embodied as a human being. Paul shares his personal origin story — from an accomplished academic life to an unexpected spiritual awakening that opened him to hearing and working with the Guides. We explore how his abilities unfolded gradually, the role discipline and integrity played in stabilizing the work, and why true channeling is less about being “special” and more about becoming transparent to something greater. We move into the core teachings brought through the Guides: the nature of divine union, the Christ as a universal principle rather than a historical figure, and humanity’s current reckoning with fear, separation, and self-denial. We also discuss discernment in spiritual work, the difference between inspiration and channeling, free will, presence, and how awakening does not bypass the human experience — it transforms how we meet it. This conversation is not about belief systems or spiritual bypassing. It’s about lived experience, embodiment, and the practical integration of higher consciousness into daily life. | S1 | E16 Lisa Parker - Founder, Trilome® | 08 Jan 2026 | 01:11:26
The irony of the fact that it took me 16 episodes to get to somebody who works with psychedelic medicines is not lost on me. Psychedelics (all of them) have been instrumental in my healing process. As somebody who hasn't had an alcoholic drink since 2001 and hadn't smoked weed since 1995, dipping my toe in the psychedelic waters was not a decision I undertook lightly. It was a short journey from the dip to the plunge, however. I'm very grateful to Lisa for agreeing to be on the show and to share the beautiful potential these medicines have for fostering healing and connection. The fact that they are Schedule I narcotics is criminal in and of itself. In this episode, I talk with Lisa Parker about her journey from chronic trauma and unexplained pain into becoming a practitioner of psychedelic-integrative bodywork. Lisa shares how early experiences of fear, dissociation, and bodily threat shaped her nervous system—and how modalities like Rolfing and other somatic work, especially in tandem with medicines such as Ayahuasca, Psilocybin and Kambo helped her reclaim safety in her body. In themes that are common across most episodes, we explore how trauma lives in fascia, why chronic pain often has emotional and energetic roots, and how combining low-dose psychedelic medicine with hands-on bodywork can accelerate healing in a safe, grounded way. This conversation moves through nervous system regulation, consent, embodied boundaries, touches briefly on Human Design, and the difference between catharsis and integration. This episode is an invitation to understand healing not as fixing what’s broken, but as remembering how the body already knows how to come home to itself. Special Guest: Lisa Parker.
