About Minon: My name is Minon(like phenomenon not minion). I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in working with individuals on trauma healing and authenticity. I am passionate about helping others heal so that they can feel fulfilled in life. I love helping all clients feel unstuck and helping them get back in touch with their authentic selves so that they can know their worth. You are stronger than you think. I know it's probably something you hear often but really sit with those words for a moment. "I am stronger than I THINK." The mind isn't always right. Just because you THINK something, doesn't mean it's truth. For example, my brain tried to convince me not to do group events. It told me it was too scary and bad things would happen. And you know what? I have never felt more fulfilled in my LIFE as I have, doing these group events.

We are stronger than we think we are.

We are more capable and resilient than we think we are.

You were not put on this earth to play it small. The Praying Mantis is asking you to be more intentional with your time + energy. To be more present. To listen more to your intuitive guidance INSTEAD of what the mind says if you're ready to welcome more good & abundance into your life.
