In this episode of Firelight Vibes, host Shawn Phillips recounts his personal encounters with the supernatural. Both encounters occurred when he was just a child, and left him searching for answers. The first encounter includes a being that he called "Skunk Woman". At first his parents thought Shawn had a new imaginary friend, but quickly realized that something more sinister was at work. Next Shawn recounts an encounter with a faceless being in his bedroom at the age of 10. Both encounters are terrifying in their own right, and left Shawn with more questions than answers. His first encounter occurred in childhood and involves a standoff with an unusual cryptid that is unlike anything I've heard of before. A few years later, Jim and his friends are terrorized by a 12 foot tall entity that seemingly focussed in on Jim, and when he attempted to flee from the being, it gave chase. Next, Jim awoke one night to find himself floating above his bed, completely paralyzed, and whats worse--he wasn't alone in the room. I can honestly say that this episode took me by surprise.
