Ajith Shankara was born and raised in Kerala ,India and started his journey in the Art of Yoga from very early in life, growing up in a spiritual & holistic family. He studied under the guidance of his uncle Swami Govindananda Saraswathi at the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashrams in. Ajith completed his Teacher Training and Advanced Teacher Training at the International Sivananda Ashram in Kerala, India and is also a Yoga Therapist. He learned Vedanta and Philosophy from the esteemed Yoga-Vedanta Forest Academy. Ajith founded Lotus Holistic Yoga in Dubai in 2015 and it is where he teaches today.
