The Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) is an approach that focuses on reconnecting clients with their innate internal resources to help them overcome the obstacles caused by trauma. Using a variety of techniques, including imagery, breath work, and body awareness, CRM helps clients access and utilize their internal resources to facilitate healing.
