Episode 174: A Very Merry Amazon Prime Christmas25 Dec 202500:49:14

Merry Christmas, friends! We've finally made it to the big day, and we hope you all are having a lovely holiday wherever you are in the world. It's time to sit back, relax, mix up some fun Yuletide cocktails and listen to us yak about some Christmas movies!

On this episode, Joe and Nikki discuss a pair of new holiday offerings from Amazon Studios. First we take a look at The Merchants of Joy, a documentary about families who make their living selling Christmas trees in New York City. Following that, we get into the dysfunctional family comedy Oh. What. Fun., which follows Michelle Pfeiffer as a mom who feels wholly ignored by her family around the holidays. Ha ha ha!

Episode 173: Play Dirty28 Nov 202500:57:16

Shane Black Friday returns! Our favorite purveyor of holiday action nonsense is back with another Christmas-themed feature to jingle our bells and deck our halls. Or something like that.

On this episode we're discussing Play Dirty, the latest from filmmaker Shane Black. Play Dirty is based on Richard Stark's long-running series of "Parker" crime novels. But rather than adapting any novel in particular, Shane Black elected to concoct his own with the help of Mark Wahlberg, Lakeith Stanfield, and Rosa Salazar.

It's got twists and turns! It's got heists and wacky characters and double-crosses! It's got all the things we come to expect from a Shane Black movie. And it also has the baggage of being an Amazon-produced film meant for 'second screen viewing'. What does all that mean? We'll get into it!

Stocking Stuffer #20: Cranberry Christmas17 Dec 201900:47:27

Happy December to one and all! This week, we present to you a Stocking Stuffer we recorded back in August. J5 went digging around the Lost Media Wiki and turned up Cranberry Christmas! Sponsored and produced by the Ocean Spray cranberry juice company, this animated special features songs and narration from the one and only Barry Manilow! To our knowledge it has aired only once, and as this podcast bears out, there is probably a very good reason why. Enjoy!

Episode 93: The Long Kiss Goodnight29 Nov 201901:01:31

Another Thanksgiving has come and gone, and that can only mean one thing... It's time for our third annual Shane Black Friday!

Libby Cudmore joins us to help navigate all the bizarre twists and turns of Renny Harlin's 1996 action yarn The Long Kiss Goodnight. National treasure Geena Davis plays a recovering amnesiac who suddenly, violently discovers her former life as a trained assassin, and Samuel L. Jackson plays the low-rent detective helping her get to the bottom of things. There are explosions and gunfights and it's all very silly.

Also it's a Christmas movie. Shane Black wrote this, so of course it's a Christmas movie!

Episode 92: A Christmas Story19 Nov 201901:17:13

This one has been a long time coming. Our celebration of all things Bob Clark—known around these parts as CLARKSGIVING—comes to an end with perhaps the greatest Christmas movie of them all: A CHRISTMAS STORY!

Our friends Booker and Jessie join us for a discussion of one of the true kings of holiday cinema. The adventures of Ralphie Parker and his quest for that elusive Red Ryder BB gun have become an American institution in the form of TV marathons, museums and, yes, a cash-in sequel or three. But what makes this film endure where so many other wannabe Christmas classics simply don't? When exactly does the film take place? Who would want to live down the street from that house? We dig into all of that and more!

Episode 91: Black Christmas05 Nov 201901:13:03

Happy November, friends! It's time to pack up Home for the Horrordays for another year. But fret not, because we have one last bit of horror goodness up our sleeves.

Ten years before A Christmas Story, Bob Clark directed a little horror movie called Black Christmas, which would inspire slasher cinema for decades to come. HalloweenMy Bloody ValentineScream and countless others owe some sort of debt to Black Christmas. And with a brand new remake on the horizon, we thought it would be fun to dedicate an entire month to the Christmas offerings of Bob Clark. Welcome to CLARKSGIVING!

This week, our pal and horror expert Dr. Nick drops by to discuss all things Black Christmas, and why this film deserves its reputation as a bona fide horror classic!

Episode 90: Silent Night Deadly Night 322 Oct 201900:44:41

It's everyone's favorite time of year! No, it's not Christmas just yet. It's time to go Home for the HorrorDays!

This week, we're revisiting the saga of the Caldwell family with Silent Night Deadly Night 3: Better Watch Out! Somehow, Ricky "Santa Claus Killer" Caldwell survived the last film, and what's he got to show for it? Oh nothing much, just his EXPOSED BRAIN IN A JAR WHERE HIS SKULL USED TO BE. No biggie. This film also features a blind psychic who can sense Ricky's thoughts, and somehow never manages to do anything interesting with that. For real, SNDN3 is kinda the pits.

Episode 89: Fred Claus30 Sep 201901:15:25

It's finally here! We conclude Vaughn-a-thon this week with Vince Vaughn's other holiday offering: The $100 million comedy spectacle Fred Claus! What happens when St. Nick's deadbeat brother Fred gets arrested for grifting money away from Salvation Army Santas? Nick bails him out on the condition that he come work for him at the North Pole. And then there are some shenanigans involving Kevin Spacey. Yes, it's all very unpleasant.

Anywho, also in this week's episode, Joe breaks out some Fred Claus marketing material, Brad gives the Santa Talk to his dog Charles, and we ponder the difference between Santa Claus and his clan and your average pack of vampires.

Episode 88: Four Christmases10 Sep 201901:29:50

Welcome to Vaughn-a-thon! This month we're highlighting the two holiday features produced by and starring Vince Vaughn. We kick things off with Four Christmases, which we assumed would be the lesser of two evils. We assumed wrong. From the sheer volume of A-list stars with nothing to do, to the film's weirdly antagonistic tone, to the way it forces regressive notions about family upon a couple with more modern sensibilities, Four Christmases is a dire experience all the way around!

Also in this episode we discuss Freeform's Halloween TV schedule, ponder how seasonal creep operates in the Southern hemisphere, and Joe and Bradford gets a chance to gush about one of their favorite films! Check it out!

Episode 87: Shazam!27 Aug 201901:05:55

Summer is winding down, and since we've been in the superhero mood lately, we thought it would be fun to look at a film from earlier this summer. Shazam! not only takes place around the holidays, but makes particularly good use of it in service of its themes of family and togetherness. It's also a pretty damn fun movie, with a positive streak a mile wide.

Why would a studio produce a movie set at Christmas, only to turn around and release it in April? Why would a wizard tell anyone they weren't worthy of magic directly to their face? Why does one of the monsters in this movie strongly resemble Venom? We get into all of that and more!

Stocking Stuffer #19: Batman, "Christmas With The Joker"06 Aug 201900:40:25

Happy August, everybody! Have you spotted any signs of Christmas Creep out and about? It'll be here before you know it! Anywho, on this week's show, Joe & Johnny-5 take a look at "Christmas with the Joker", the first of two holiday episodes produced for Batman: The Animated Series! Batman and Robin's quiet Christmas Eve is interrupted by The Joker, who's kidnapped Commissioner Gordon and set up all sorts of holiday havoc.

Where did "Jingle Bells, Batman Smells" come from? What did Batman think of It's A Wonderful Life? What is it about Batman that always seems to work so well with Christmas? Just a few of the questions raised in this episode. Come join us!

Episode 86: Santa With Muscles16 Jul 201901:04:23

Every once in a while you hit a brick wall, and your only options are to give up or to power straight through it. That's the situation we found ourselves in this week, as we finally subjected ourselves to the astoundingly brain-dead children's comedy SANTA WITH MUSCLES.

Hulk Hogan basically plays himself as a do-gooder fitness guru who gets conked on the head just hard enough to believe he's Santa Claus while defending a beleaguered orphanage from a wacky mad scientist played by Ed Begley, Jr. That is the saddest sentence I have ever written.

Episode 165: Die Hard with a Vengeance31 Dec 202401:17:17

We have a tradition around here of spending our holiday break covering films other than Christmas films. So what better way to celebrate July at Christmas than with the best action movie of 1995? That's right, tonight we're discussing Die Hard with a Vengeance!

You know the drill: In the next few hours, Simon is going to tell Lt. John McClane what to do. And Lt. McClane is going to do it. That's what the trailers say, at least. In truth, Hans Gruber's little brother is out for revenge against our old buddy John, who's just trying to kick a nasty hangover in the Big Apple. Along the way he teams up with Samuel L. Jackson, who wants absolutely nothing to do with him. It's great.

So crack open a cold one, pull up a chair and join your holiday broskis as we chat about Die Hard, pinball machines, New York landmarks, and all the other random crap this podcast is known for! And, of course, we wish all of you a Very Happy New Year!

Episode 85: Jaws The Revenge25 Jun 201901:00:24

It's six months til Christmas, the 4th of July is right around the corner, so what better time to discuss a Jaws movie?! Jaws: The Revenge, to be specific, the movie that IMDb's users have declared the 27th worst movie ever made. It's also the one Jaws movie that actually takes place around the holidays, so like it or not, here we come!

Also in this episode, the guys take a stab at writing their own Jaws sequel, Joe and Bradford actually learn something about foreign culture from this movie, and a Winnie The Pooh meme short circuits J-5's brain...

Stocking Stuffer #18: X-Men, "Have Yourself a Morlock Little X-Mas"11 Jun 201900:35:59

With a brand new X-Men film currently in theaters, Joe & J-5 take it upon themselves to discuss "Have Yourself a Morlock Little X-Mas," the Christmas episode from season 4 of X-Men: The Animated Series.

The Morlocks have lured the X-Men into their lair in the hopes of delivering an X-Mas miracle. Can Jubilee, Wolverine and Storm save a young mutant's life and get back home in time for Gambit's X-Mas dinner? In 22 minutes, you'd better believe it!

Also in this episode, Joe waxes on about Dark Phoenix, the guys commiserate about the state of streaming television, and what constitutes a miracle in a world where everyone has mutant powers.

Episode 84: Tokyo Godfathers29 May 201901:33:02

We're wrapping up Ani-May this week with one of the finest holiday films we've ever featured! Satoshi Kon's 2003 holiday opus Tokyo Godfathers is a fairy tale about redemption, miracle babies, and all the good stuff you would hope a Christmas movie would be about, all wrapped in the guise of a quest narrative that's slightly comedic and slightly melodramatic, but it all works out in the end.

Joining us this week are Niall Flanagan and Dwayne Moloney of the Secret of the Sailor Madness podcast. Niall and Dwayne are the finest animation experts we know, leading us through the finer points of Satoshi Kon's catalog, mid-2000s Japanese culture, and more!

Stocking Stuffer #17: Lupin the Third - "Christmas at Tiffany's"14 May 201900:35:35

We're back with another Stocking Stuffer, this week tackling "Christmas at Tiffany's", a Christmas episode from stalwart anime Lupin the Third's second series.

Lupin & Co. spend the holiday in New York City when they're offered the chance to rob the world famous Tiffany's for fun and profit. Will the heist go off without a hitch? Or will the gang find themselves behind bars for Christmas? We break it all down this week! There's holiday heists, there's lightsabers, there's even a cameo from a certain Home Alone 2 hotel. It's all here!

Stocking Stuffer #16: Aggretsuko - "We Wish You a Metal Christmas"07 May 201900:41:49

Welcome to Ani-May, everybody! Bradford is taking the reins this month and programming the next few episodes. Kicking things off, we're dipping into the Netflix anime series Aggretsuko, and its season-capping holiday special "We Wish You a Metal Christmas". It's a little bit The Office, a little bit Dethklok, and 1000x more adorable than that description might suggest.

Will this month's first anime be the one that melts Joe's icy gaijin heart? Or will Bradford's anime goodwill tour have to soldier onward? The answers to those questions may surprise you! (Or maybe not. I don't know you.)

Episode 83: Bah Humduck! A Looney Tunes Thing30 Apr 201901:01:00

Join us this week as we discuss the direct-to-video Looney Tunes film Bah, Humduck! A Looney Tunes Christmas. In this shameless rehash of "A Christmas Carol", Daffy Duck is an evil department store owner visited by three spirits to teach him the True Meaning of Christmas! Or at least, that's what the last ten minutes is about. The rest is your usual Looney Tunes shenanigans executed on a shoestring budget.

Also in this episode, J-5 remembers the plot of "A Christmas Carol" through cultural osmosis, Bradford narcs on his neighbors, and we discover the one thing this cartoon has in common with Silent Night Deadly Night

Episode 82: The Leprechaun's Christmas Gold10 Apr 201900:43:47

Can you believe it's been four years and we haven't discussed a single Rankin/Bass special yet? (That live-action remake of The Year Without a Santa Claus doesn't count. It'll never count. Fight me.)

Anyway, this week we're diving deeeeeeeep into the Rankin/Bass catalog to discuss the 1981 special The Leprechaun's Christmas Gold! It's about leprechauns trying to stop a banshee from stealing their gold before Christmas morning. Why leprechauns? Why Christmas? Why anything?

Later, we move on to discussing Nestor the Long-Eared Christmas Donkey. That's right, you're getting two Rankin/Bass specials for the price of one. Looks like the luck of the Irish is on your side this week!

Episode 81: Anna and the Apocalypse26 Mar 201901:10:45

Happy Redboxing Day, everybody!

Last year's holiday hits are finally available to rent, so this week we're digging into one Joe has been looking forward to for quite some time: the Scottish high school zombie musical Anna and the Apocalypse! The trailers describe it as "Shaun of the Dead meets La La Land" and you would be surprised to find out which half of that equation fares better. Oh, and also there's a bunch of Christmas stuff in the movie too for some reason.

Anywho, come join Joe & Bradford as we break down which aspects of this film work, which ones don't, and why Search Engine Optimization is such an important factor now in the holiday film industrial complex. Fun!

Episode 80: The Star12 Mar 201901:07:08

Now, I know what you're thinking. "The Christmas podcast that does swears is gonna do a Bible movie?!?" Let me state right up front that there are absolutely ways to make religious movies with the artistry to back up the message. And then there are ways to make religious movies that exclusively preach to the choir. Guess which category The Star falls into...

We spend a lot of time discussing what makes this goofy little donkey film so uninspired. But fair warning: We also spend a lot of that time dropping f-bombs. If you're not cool with that, we'll see you next time. If you ARE cool with that, then I think you're in for a treat.

In this episode, we discuss the possibility of gorillas at the Nativity, what a remake of The Crow starring Oprah Winfrey might look like and, of course, where The Star fits into the Winslowverse.

Episode 164: Red One25 Dec 202401:01:11

Merry Christmas, Creepazoids! This is our tenth year celebrating Christmas on this podcast. Can you believe that? This Christmas, Joe and Nikki take some time to discuss a few of the holiday movies they've watched this season. Primarily: Red One! Yes, friends. This is officially our Red One episode.

But fret not! We also spend a little time discussing and rating two other new Christmas movies: The "Jack Black as Satan" comedy Dear Santa, and the surprise Netflix hit Hot Frosty. This episode is three reviews in one! It's a Christmas miracle!

So crack open a cold one, pull up a chair by the fire, and enjoy some prime time holiday shenanigans. From all of us here at Christmas Creeps: We wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a most excellent New Year!

Episode 79: The Office Christmas Special19 Feb 201901:07:34

The office Christmas party is such a cliche at this point that every workplace comedy inevitably has to make that episode. I mean, there's even a whole movie built around the idea. (We reviewed it once; it's terrible.)

This week, the guys take a look at the Christmas special from the original UK version of The Office. Is David Brent a sympathetic figure? How easy is it to separate the Brent persona from Ricky Gervais himself? Does this special undermine the tone of the rest of the series? These are the questions we wrestle with in this episode. Come join us!

Episode 78: Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups05 Feb 201901:08:49

If you've listened to our show for any length of time, you'll know that we don't plan things like this. The fact that this week's film is eerily similar to the last film we covered is 100% accidental.

Anyway, this week we're taking our third trip into the Air Bud Cinematic Universe with Santa Paws 2, a film whose plot bears a striking resemblance to The Christmas Chronicles, and which fundamentally skews our understanding of Buddies canon, the Winslowverse, and life as we know it.

Also it's a musical. So that's fun.

AND WE'RE BACK! Join us as we kick off SEASON FIVE of Christmas Creeps with our new January tradition: Netflix originals! Last year we got things started with the drunken sasquatch escapades of Pottersville. This year, we hitch a ride on Santa's sleigh to discuss The Christmas Chronicles, starring Kurt Russell as the world's coolest Santa/stepdad/rockstar/car thief.

Also in this episode we get into found footage movies, our favorite cinematic Santas, and how this is the Chris Columbus movie to end all Chris Columbus movies.

Episode 76: Cobra31 Dec 201801:17:27

New Year's Eve is St. Sylvester's Day, which is all the excuse we need to watch another Sylvester Stallone movie here on the podcast! This week, Joe & J5 kick back, enjoy some Christmas Tree flavored crisps, and examine the whole "Is Die Hard a Christmas movie" debate through the lens of Stallone's 1986 action vehicle Cobra

Why Cobra, you ask? Because it just happens to take place around the holidays, and is exactly the movie people are thinking of when they say Die Hard isn't a Christmas movie. Join us as we dig into what separates these two films, as well as how strange and oh-so-very 80s Cobra is in its own right.

Episode 75: Team America: World Police25 Dec 201801:31:15

Merry Christmas, one and all! We finally made it to the big day, and it's time for a break. We celebrate July at Christmas here on Christmas Creeps, and this year we're discussing Team America: World Police! 2004 was a crazy time, partly because we used to think Trey Parker and Matt Stone's puppet comedy was actually a scathing political satire, and not just an angry screed at celebrities they don't like. Look, it was a simpler time, as horrifying as that is to imagine...

Also on this episode, we talk about SantaCon 2018, Parker & Stone's short lived TV series That's My Bush, and whether or not E.T. could defeat Santa in hand-to-hand combat.

Episode 72: Silent Night Deadly Night 230 Oct 201801:06:39

Home For The Horrordays continues this week, as Karyn-5 returns to discuss one of the most notoriously terrible slasher films ever made: Silent Night Deadly Night 2!

While the original is a fairly straightforward little slasher film, the sequel cranks things to 11 with a half hour of needless flashbacks and one of the most baffling lead performances ever committed to film. But as we discover, that's exactly what makes the film so damn entertaining!

Also on this episode: We discover a universe in which Two & A Half Men is the greatest TV show ever made, and we plead with the WWE for a big budget remake.

Stocking Stuffer #34: King of the Hill, "Ms Wakefield"17 Dec 202400:36:30

Season's greetings, Creepazoids! This December we're indulging in a few of this podcasts favorite things (there's a Christmas song in there somewhere...). On this week's stocking stuffer, Joe and Johnny-5 take a look at King of the Hill's season nine Christmas episode "Ms. Wakefield".

Days before Hank Hill's Christmas party, an old woman (voiced by Happy Days' Marion Ross) shows up to reminisce about her old childhood home. Things then take a turn when Hank discovers Ms. Wakefield intends to die in his house on Christmas, forcing him to become the bad guy whose only crime was not wanting death to cast a pall on his family's Christmas.

Also in this episode, Joe briefly touches on a few recent Christmas movies he's watched this season, and we discuss the odd ambiance of mid-December holiday malaise. Fun!

Grab your pumpkin spiced beverages and your candy corn flavored whatnots, because it's time to go Home For the HorrorDays! This week, we're discussing the indie/Aussie holiday horror film Better Watch Out. This film features a couple twists and turns that get us very riled up, so we encourage you to hunt down a copy to watch before diving in to join us. Then again, if holiday slashers aren't really your thing, we do pretty much spoil the whole movie and then some. So we got your back!

Stocking Stuffer #13: Doug's Secret Christmas18 Sep 201800:27:54

Hurricane Florence scuttled our regular recording plans, but never fear! Stocking Stuffers are here!

On this episode, Joe & Bradford discuss "Doug's Secret Christmas", the only episode of Disney's Doug to air in prime time! The guys are forced to look on as Doug has The Talk with his dad, discover how Doug is somehow more progressive than Ed, Edd & Eddy, and Joe comes to the realization that he's been celebrating Christmas of 2015 for the past four years.

Stuff gets real in this episode, y'all...

This week on the show, the guys tackle the 1999 drug-fueled teen crime comedy GO. We got a creepy techno robot Santa, we got beater cars decked out in Christmas lights, and we got Joe being wrong about absolutely everything. Join us as we sample some of the latest holiday candies, discuss the separation between rave culture and anime culture, and sort out what makes this film tick!

Episode 69: The Sure Thing (w/ Alonso Duralde)21 Aug 201800:50:45

We're wrapping up Travel Month this week with a cross-country road trip to California! Film critic Alonso Duralde joins us to discuss the 1985 teen sex comedy The Sure Thing, starring John Cusack and Daphne Zuniga! Duralde is the author of Have Yourself a Movie Little Christmas, a compendium of holiday cinema goodness, so we trust him when he says Rob Reiner's sophomore feature is definitely a Christmas movie.

Finding Creepy Santa #113 Aug 201800:14:33

Welcome to part one of a new investigative series we're calling Finding Creepy Santa.

Libby Cudmore swears there is a deleted scene from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas which has been lost to the sands of time. It first appeared on the film's original DVD release and has since apparently been left out of all subsequent editions. Libby has turned to us to help her unearth this lost piece of holiday cinema history. In this episode, Libby and Joe discuss the scene, and it's last known whereabouts.

If you have any information regarding this scene, let us know on Twitter!

Episode 68: In Bruges07 Aug 201801:01:33

August is Travel Month here on Christmas Creeps, and this month we've got two travel-themed episodes lined up just for you! This week, we're jetting off to Europe to discuss Martin McDonagh's 2008 murder comedy In Bruges. Join us as we follow hitmen Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson on a trip to a sleepy little town in Belgium, where we discuss the works of Hieronymus Bosch, consider Post-Tarantino crime films, and read negative Yelp reviews of Belgian bowling alleys!

CONTENT WARNING: Lots of talk about the film and its depiction of violence against minors in this episode. It's kind of hard to talk about the film without it. Listener discretion is advised.

Stocking Stuffer #12: A Very Sunny Christmas31 Jul 201800:40:40

On this week's Stocking Stuffer, Joe & Bradford giggle like idiots as they discuss "A Very Sunny Christmas", from season 6 of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. We got your Radio Shack robots, claymation raisins, and more depraved insanity than you can shake a stick at! It's terrible and gross, but kind of lovely all the same.

Episode 67: A Wish For Wings That Work17 Jul 201800:57:53

Happy July, gang! The only thing that can save us from the oppressive summer heat is that frosty air way up in the jet stream. But as we all know, penguins can't fly, and neither can your favorite holiday podcasters. This week Joe and Bradford tackle the 1991 Opus & Bill Christmas special A Wish For Wings That Work

And to help us discuss this holiday oddity, we've enlisted comic strip connoisseur and host of the Andy Griffith Show podcast Breaking Mayberry, Martin Schneider!

Episode 66: Jingle All The Way26 Jun 201801:28:25

We're halfway to Christmas, folks, and this week we're pulling out one of the big guns. It's Jingle All The Way! Arnold Schwarzenegger chases Sinbad around Minneapolis for the last Turbo Man toy in the city. Meanwhile, the gang reminisce about some of the hottest must-have toys of yesteryear, as well as how this movie is ground zero for our modern consumerist hellscape!

NB: Movie chat begins at 23:05.

Episode 163: I Love You19 Nov 202401:22:28

Last time, we discussed the Christmas slasher P2. This week we follow it up with a look at that film's unofficial 2023 Hindi remake, simply titled "I Love You". Same premise, same setting, there's a holiday involved (in this case Diwali)... I don't know what surprised us more: The fact that we're even covering this movie on our podcast in the first place, or the fact that we all actually kinda liked it?

For our purposes, we have a fun time comparing the two movies, and seeing what elements of the original translate to a film made halfway around the world. We fully realize three white Americans are the last people who should be discussing anything related to Diwali or Indian cinema in general, so we hope you'll bear with us as we tread some new territory for Christmas Creeps!

Also! Returning guest Dr. Nick delivers a late-episode derail into video game chat about the Ace Attorney games. So never let it be said that this podcast doesn't stay extremely on-brand about absolutely everything...

Episode 65: Jurassic World12 Jun 201801:00:01

It's an episode 65 million years in the making, and believe it or not, we have a perfectly valid reason for discussing this movie that has nothing to do with the sequel coming out this summer!

Also in this week's episode, Joe ponders the fate of one Mr. James Buffett, Johnny-5 subjects himself to the poprocks and coke challenge, and Karyn and Bradford try their hardest to keep it together. This is a very silly episode.

Stocking Stuffer #11: Rugrats - "The Santa Experience"22 May 201800:35:03

Remember how we said all Stocking Stuffers from now on would be Somewhat Safe For Work? Weellllllll, about that...

Look, we recorded this episode two days before LAST Christmas and none of us were in our right minds. That's why we started talking about "The Santa Experience", from the second season of Rugrats, and wound up talking entirely too much about Disney's revival of Doug and whether or not it featured an episode about Sex Ed.

HEY! We've put a couple of our older episodes on YouTube! Check em out and share the link around!

Episode 64: Santa & The Ice Cream Bunny08 May 201801:03:06

You lovely listeners voted to make us watch some obscure garbage this week, so we do exactly that with the 1972 bargain basement kiddie flick Santa & The Ice Cream Bunny! Will Santa escape the blistering Florida sun? What exactly is the point of Jack & The Beanstalk? As Joe describes it, if The Ring were a Christmas film, this is what you'd find on the cursed videotape. Enjoy, you maniacs!

(Also, mild spoiler alert for Westworld if that's important.)
