Your intuition is an aspect of your energy field, and when you lean back and allow yourself to be present and be the observer. instead of honing in on one specific part (for example: why can't I hear, see, feel, etc, and those things do come with practice over time!).  Lean back, be the observer,  your energy knows you want to experience your intuition more and it's trying to show you, your energy is unique, it's special, and it needs to come forward in a way that's simply true to you.  When you lean back and allow your energy to show you what it's capable of vs you expecting to see/hear/sense something, so much more can open up for you.  Take a deep breath, you're well on your way, a-ha moments happen on the other side of not giving up on it.

Easy Roasted Brussel Sprouts: 
Rinse Brussels
Cut off ends and chop in half 
Spread in single layer on baking sheet 
Pour on generous olive oil to coat Brussels - stir up until each one is shiny
Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper 
Roast at 425’ until golden brown about 20 minutes, stir once 1/2 way though:)
Eat hot!

I had the pleasure of interviewing Nachi Eltit, a Freelance illustrator and graphic designer who has used her intuition to help guide her in her creative career.

This was an interesting topic when it came forward, and it's not one I take lightly.  Understanding one way to reclaim your energy and clear negative spells or hexes, from this lifetime, carried through from other lifetimes, is a big deal.  Remember that you are working with Source energy to protect you and do the heavy lifting, also that you may need some additional hydration or nourishment, and this may not take particularly long.  You're welcome to do it as often as you'd like or simply whenever it feels necessary.

This throat chakra clearing activation will help you move forward in getting clear in what you need to say and how you need to say it.  Do it once or go through it any number of times.

Our throat chakras are coming in strong right now, clearing and balancing as we move forward with the new energies.  A lot of what's been coming forward to be released and cleared in this last month, needs new pathways and systems within our throat chakra, so that we may speak and choose differently for ourselves.  So that we may align.  Getting to alignment and flow can be cumbersome, it's not usually a smooth path but a winding road where only one piece of guidance shows up at a time.

What are your intuitive tells?  Part of trusting and expanding your intuition is understanding that:

1) Your intuition is always there, even when you're not "feeling" it

2) Your intuition is a beautiful resource and tool for you, it will pull back if you lean on it as a crutch or outsource your power to it.  Versus you leaning into your inner power and asking it for support and guidance.

Instead of guru's what we need is each other, balanced in our light and intuition, holding space for one another.  Logically, it doesn't make sense that there would be only a few "gifted" people in this world to support billions on their journey.  That would be too exhausting and it doesn't scale.  How can you gently hold your light and create space for others to do the same around you?  That's the goal, and it happens in very small shifts.

About a month ago, I realized TikTok had removed the audio from my throat chakra healing video, how ironic.  It was pure happenstance that I even looked back at an old video and the fact that I noticed it, this was one of my signs, a gentle nudge I was receiving from Source.  I knew there needed to be a more permanent option so I held space for this throat chakra clearing and activation.  This is one you can come back to whenever it feels right for you, we're in a big season of clear boundaries, showing up for ourselves and others no matter what.  The energies are asking us, supporting us, and pushing us, to live authentically.  It might feel scary at first because we want to stay in the safe zone, but trust where you're being led, and if you can, have fun and be curious on the journey.
