Just as things seemed to be going well, Paul was faced with not one, but two, of the airlines he worked for going bust.

Paul now helps business owners to better manage risk. He has also found a niche in helping healthcare workers to manage fatigue.

Persistence -> Ant goes by the artist name Consumersmith and is one of the most creative people I know.  Inspired by street art and graffiti, Ant spent a decade in a band before refocusing on his art.

With the rise in social media apps such as Instagram, there are many opportunities to make a living from art. It's not easy though!  So, Ant shares some great tips on what you need to do to be successful.

Ant says the key is to get over any self-doubt about putting your work out there and most of all, be persistent.

It's OK to Talk -> Chris shares his story of how he dealt with panic attacks and anxiety as a teenager. The tools he picked up along the way are still useful to this day.

One of the tools that Chris was introduced to was Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT. This is a talking therapy that helps to break the cycle of negative thoughts and feeling low.
