Unless we go to the source of the problem this will never be fixed. Countries are ramping up on gold, not paper currency, this tells you everything you need to know. The [DS] is now panicking, Trump is dismantling their system WW. He is removing the terrorist organizations across the globe. The mission is clear, prepare the military, wake the people up to the [DS] agenda, expose the system, show the people how the take the money and use it to prop up their system, dismantle the [DS] system WW. Gas Prices Drop To Lowest Level In Nearly 5 Years Across US

No SSN? Fine. No proof of citizenship? Whatever. No income documentation? Come on in. GAO literally wrote in their report: "[We] did not provide documentation yet received coverage."

They're not even hiding it – they got benefits with nothing. The system just said yes. Now check the real-world damage. In 2023, 29,000 Social Security numbers somehow got used for multiple full-year coverage plans.

By 2024? That jumped to 68,000. Someone's running the same number through the machine twice, three times, however many times it takes, and the alarms aren't going off. Then there's the $94 million that went to dead people in 2023. Not "accounts tied to people who died recently and the paperwork hasn't caught up" – straight up deceased recipients. Death certificates filed, funerals held, checks still clearing. But here's the really wild part: GAO tried to track $21 billion in subsidies from 2023 back to actual Social Security numbers. Couldn't do it. 21 billion dollars just floating out there with no clear connection to who's supposed to be getting it. The system allows multiple enrollments per SSN "to help ensure actual SSN-holder can enroll in cases of identity theft or data entry errors."

In other words: we built in workarounds so generous that fraud looks identical to legitimate use. Now Congress is fighting over whether to extend these enhanced COVID subsidies past December 31. Cost to keep them? $30 billion annually. 24 million people enrolled, over 90% getting subsidies.

Without extension, premiums spike overnight and 22 million people might lose coverage. Republicans looking at GAO's findings saying: this is exactly why we shouldn't pour another $30B into a system that can't tell fake accounts from real ones. Democrats saying: you're going to kick 22 million people off insurance because less than 1% is fraud? Both sides kinda have a point. Yeah, the fraud's under 1% of total enrollees. But when you're burning $30B yearly and literally cannot verify where $21B went, "less than 1%" stops sounding so minor. Senate vote coming this week.

Expected to fail.

Which means scramble for short-term extension, fight continues into 2026 budget battles, and absolutely nothing changes about fraud controls. Because here's what nobody wants to say out loud: the system isn't designed to catch fraud. It's designed to maximize enrollment.

When your mandate is "get people covered," asking too many questions becomes the enemy. Verification slows things down. Documentation creates barriers. Better to let a few fake accounts slip through than risk denying real people who need coverage. So GAO's 18 fictional enrollees will keep collecting their $10K monthly until someone at HHS manually shuts them down.

Which requires someone at HHS to actually read GAO reports. Which requires someone at HHS to care more about fraud than enrollment numbers. Don't hold your breath. By next year, GAO will run the same test. Find the same results.

Write the same warnings. And Congress will have the same fight about whether feeding money into a system that can't track where it goes is compassionate policy or expensive theater. Meanwhile, somewhere in America, a completely imaginary person just got their subsidized premium renewed for 2026.

  is required under UNCLOS to sail under the flag of a specific nation. If it does not, it is legally considered a stateless vessel. A stateless vessel has no right to the protections normally afforded to ships under a national flag, including immunity from interference by other states. UNCLOS Articles 92, 94, 110, and customary maritime law spell out the consequences clearly:

1. Stateless vessels have no sovereign protection. A flagged ship is an extension of its flag-state’s sovereignty. A stateless vessel is not. This matters because “war crimes†presuppose protected persons or protected property. A stateless vessel is legally unprotected.

2. Any state may stop, board, search, seize, or disable, a stateless vessel.

UNCLOS Article 110 explicitly authorizes boarding and seizure. The law does not require states to risk their own personnel or assets while doing so. Disabling a vessel that refuses inspection, including firing on it, is legally permitted under both UNCLOS and long-established state practice.

3. War crimes require an armed conflict. You cannot commit a “war crime†outside an armed conflict. War crimes occur only within the context of international humanitarian law (IHL). Enforcing maritime law against a stateless vessel is a law enforcement action, not an IHL situation. No armed conflict = no war crime possible.

4. Lethal force may be used when a vessel refuses lawful orders. The International Maritime Organization’s “Use of Force†guidance for maritime interdiction recognizes that disabling fire, even lethal force, is lawful when a vessel refuses lawful boarding, attempts to flee, poses a threat, or engages in illicit activities such as piracy or narcotics trafficking. Once again: law enforcement rules apply, not IHL.

5. Sinking a stateless vessel is not prohibited by UNCLOS. UNCLOS permits seizure of a stateless vessel and leaves the means entirely to the enforcing state so long as necessity and proportionality are respected. If the vessel flees, attacks, or refuses lawful commands, sinking it is legally permissible. Many states routinely do this to drug-smuggling vessels (e.g., semi-submersibles) without it ever being treated as a war crime.

6. No flag = no jurisdictional shield. The entire reason international law requires ships to fly a flag is to prevent this exact situation. Flagless vessels are legally vulnerable by design. Because a stateless vessel has no protected status, because UNCLOS authorizes interdiction of such vessels, because lethal force may be used in maritime law enforcement when necessary, and because war crimes require an armed conflict that is not present here, sinking an unflagged ship in international waters is not a war crime.

• The Trump administration is making good on a promise to send more water to California farmers in the state's crop-rich Central Valley.
• The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation on Thursday announced a new plan for operating the Central Valley Project, a vast system of pumps, dams, and canals that direct water southward from the state's wetter north.
• It follows an executive order President Donald Trump signed in January calling for more water to flow to farmers, arguing the state was wasting the precious resource in the name of protecting endangered fish species.

• Alaska's Congressional delegation, along with the support of House and Senate Republicans, has scored a major win on the energy front. Representative Nick Begich (AK-At Large) introduced House Joint Resolution 131, stripping Biden-era restrictions on oil and gas exploration in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). Rep. Begich's resolution has passed the House of Representatives and the Senate and is headed to President Trump's desk for signature.

Alaska’s congressional delegation on Thursday succeeded in stripping Biden-era protections from the coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, moving to expand opportunities for drilling there.

The U.S. Senate voted to eliminate the 2024 leasing program for the refuge that put much of the refuge’s 1.6-million-acre coastal plain off-limits to potential drilling.

 The vote does a lot more than just open the door for potential oil and gas activity.

Pam Bondi Gives FBI Marching Orders For Tackling Antifa Terrorists

• Attorney General Pam Bondi instructed federal law enforcement agents on Thursday to form a list of Antifa groups for potential prosecution, according to multiple reports.

•  Trump administration released the 2025 National Security Strategy (NSS). The intent seems to be a return to the Monroe Doctrine by increasing the United States military presence in the Western Hemisphere, taking on the drug cartels, enhancing border security, making trade deals that are better for the United States, and enhancing American energy production.

That's not the worst high-level take on the NSS, but a look at the actual document is illustrative. The NSS states as its purpose:

To ensure that America remains the world’s strongest, richest, most powerful, and most successful country for decades to come, our country needs a coherent, focused strategy for how we interact with the world. And to get that right, all Americans need to know what, exactly, it is we are trying to do and why.

A “strategy†is a concrete, realistic plan that explains the essential connection between ends and means: it begins from an accurate assessment of what is desired and what tools are available, or can realistically be created, to achieve the desired outcomes.

A strategy must evaluate, sort, and prioritize. Not every country, region, issue, or causeâ€"however worthyâ€"can be the focus of American strategy. The purpose of  foreign policy is the protection of core national interests; that is the sole focus of this strategy.

One of the more interesting (but not surprising) pieces of this NSS is the overt and robust return to the Monroe Doctrine, an early 19th-century policy intended to restrict further European colonization of the Western Hemisphere and to ensure American dominance in that region. The modern take on this doctrine by the Trump administration uses American power by employing both internal and external security measures. The NSS states:

American policy should focus on enlisting regional champions that can help create tolerable stability in the region, even beyond those partners’ borders. These nations would help us stop illegal and destabilizing migration, neutralize cartels, nearshore manufacturing, and develop local private economies, among other things. We will reward and encourage the region’s governments, political parties, and movements broadly aligned with our principles and strategy. But we must not overlook governments with different outlooks with whom we nonetheless share interests and who want to work with us.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Blasts Los Angeles County After It Votes to Ban ICE Agents from Wearing Masks

• Los Angeles County’s far-left Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to advance an unprecedented ordinance that would ban law enforcement officers, including federal immigration agents, from wearing masks while working in unincorporated areas of the county.
• The proposal passed 4-0, with only Supervisor Kathryn Barger abstaining. A final vote is scheduled for next week, and the ordinance would take effect in January 2026, according to the LA Times.

  Barack Obama built. The “war on narco-terrorists†that Secretary Hegseth is bragging about is being run on a legal foundation poured years before Trump ever touched the Oval Office desk. Obama normalized the presidential kill list.

He campaigned in 2008 promising rule of law, transparency, and restraint. He delivered a tenfold increase in drone strikes; a White House “Terror Tuesday†meeting where officials literally flipped through PowerPoint slides picking who lived or died; and a legal doctrine allowing the president to kill U.S. citizens without trial, notice, or judicial review.

The administration shrugged. Obama famously told aides: “Turns out I’m really good at killing people.â€

And Washington – media, political class, and voters – rewarded him. Fast-forward to 2025. Trump isn’t inventing anything new in Venezuela. He’s using the exact precedents Obama left behind: Unreviewable executive kill authority, expanded definitions of “enemy combatant,†secret memos. No congressional oversight, no geographic limits, zero court supervision.

Obama created the kill switch. Trump just slammed it.

If you cheered the drone program when your guy was doing it, you already endorsed what's happening now. If you let the government redefine due process as “whatever we decide in secret,†you already consented to the next president weaponizing that power.

-We relocated over a thousand headquarters based personnel out of the Washington DC area and into the field to focus on violent crime, crimes against children, and terrorism.

Those agents are now working on the mission in those regional offices.

-In recognition of the growing threat, and in conjunction with the President’s Executive Order, we designed, launched and completed the FBI’s first-ever counter-drone school last month. Special thanks to Sebastian Gorka and DDCOS Regan for their help on the project.

-The work force apprehended 4 of the FBI’s 10 most wanted fugitives, and we are hunting down the rest.

-We produced unprecedented disclosures, and took action on documents related to January 6, Crossfire Hurricane, Arctic Frost, and more.

-The new leadership team, and the work force, made a series of ANTIFA related arrests in multiple states and assisted in record numbers of deportations and apprehensions.

-Some of the culture changes we implemented include eliminating DEI, reforming the physical fitness test, making promotions contingent on real world results, severing ties with the SPLC and ADL, and implementing a new training curriculum to reflect current mission requirements.

We dedicated significant personnel and financial assets to streamlining FOIA reform to ensure responsiveness.

-We shut down multiple open air drug markets nationwide and, in conjunction with the White House, had 12 fentanyl precursors from China listed.

-We created CIO and CTO positions to work with the CFO to find efficiencies and implement new technologies to assist in our mission. We conduct bi-weekly meetings and we have found and eliminated tens of millions of dollars in duplicative contracts, unnecessary real estate, and outdated technology. These are real savings to the taxpayer and each budget dollar allocated is intensely scrutinized for value.

-We vastly expanded the overseas biometrics program to stop bad actors before they board a plane or vessel to the US. This gives us the ability to expand the border outwards and prevent the problems from coming here.

-We are in the end stages of a reform project on our intelligence analysis positions to make them more responsive to current mission needs. We have been working with the field on this and we’re happy with the progress.
