After a few weeks of seaQuest showing how variable this vein of television can be, we land on the worst kind of episode for our purposes: the one that just falls flat. There's nothing egregiously wrong, just nothing terribly right either. A limp week. But we'll always have the hats.

Environmental extremists bloodlessly seize the seaQuest to non-violently force polluters to shut down their facilities using a system they agreed to by international treaty. Truly evil fiends. But the important thing is it's Die Hard on a submarine, and it's Ford's time to shine.

Ford, again, takes charge as seaQuest is caught between UEO regulations and saving four stubborn lives. seaQuest DSV was into Stede Bonnet before he was cool, or at least before he was Rhys Darby.
