This week I speak with Alanna Moore about her latest book The Fairy Haunts of Ireland. Alanna is a Geomancer (Dowser) and has been connecting with the energy ley-lines around Australia, Ireland and the rest of the world for over 40 years. 

During her dowsing she often sees and connects to interdimensional beings - the gods and goddess energy, the fairies, nature spirits and more. 

Alanna and I talk about what fairies are, what they aren't and everything in between, as fairies are not what we think they are. 

According to Burkhard Heim's 12 dimensional model of cosmology, fairies and entities exist in the 5th and 6th dimensions of reality. Which as David Bohm says are deeper levels of realities that we cannot perceive in our 3D reality but which still exist and are real. 

Alanna has taken her knowledge of what entities she can percieve or see on the land, and combined it with local research and myth stories of the fairies around Ireland.

It seems there are many types of fairies, and other entities who can play havoc, protect the land, and even affect the consciousness of the land. 

Our ancestors used to pay a lot more attention to them than we do, and many of them miss the interaction and relationships that we used to have with them.

This week Mary Rodwell and I have a discussion about the new human - the kids who have been incarnating into the planet since 2000 - and chat through concepts from her book, called The New Human. 

These are what Dr Lara Ohlson calls 'Letter People' - ADD, ADHD, Aspergers, Austism etc. and we not only know they have different wiring in the brain, but possibly their DNA is different too. In fact all of our DNA is changing...and scientists are baffled!

We talk through the genetic changes that are occurring with humans now, including the sideways insertion of 223 genes - and no one knows how they got there. The 3rd strand of DNA found in a baby in the UK in 2016, and the new codons that are resistant to HIV, and are now said to be in around 3% of the population. 

Where are these genetic, and intelligent, changes coming from? Yes, quantum mutations exist but even geneticists know that this many in such a short space of time is asking questions. But one thing it isn't is Darwins evolution theory. 

We also look at different case studies from Mary's book, of young children talking about their past lives, on different planets; knowing why they came to earth and what their purpose is. 

As always we discuss the current state of the world, why we can feel very positive about the future and how the rising energies of the planet is taking us all into a new earth; with new abilities and a multidimensional reality.

This week I dive into another section from my new book, Work Your Energy, which looks at the power of belief, and in particular negative beliefs. Scientists discovered this through The Nocebo Effect, which is the opposite of The Placebo Effect. 

The placebo effect shows us that we can heal our body through the belief that our body is healed, whereas the nocebo effect shows us that our body can become sick if we believe it is going to become sick. In this case trial runs of pharmaceutical drugs. 

I focus in on depression and mental health because this is where I was 5 years ago, before I started writing my book, and energy work (and positive feeling) helped me to step out of it. 

This allows us to look more closely at the power of beliefs and the mind. 

Our beliefs make up our life, and yet how often do we really sit down and question our beliefs, consider if they are correct or even ask ourselves if someone else put them in there? 

I suspect that many of our beliefs come from the media that we watch, and statistics tell us that 99% of people, watch only 1% of the media - more commonly known as the mainstream media - which I'm not convinced is very helpful to us. 

Thinking about the beliefs that we hold in our minds can truly shift our success and happiness so fast, when you uncover limiting ones or ones that are holding you back.

Welcome to part 2 of my Energy First Mini Series and this week it's all about Intentions.

Last week we looked at how matter follows energy, and this week we look at how intentions drive energy, and thus matter.

We start off by looking at what intention is, and review some science behind it - the observer effect and participatory effect - from quantum physics. Then we look at some examples around intention from your life, business etc. Are you being intentional about your business? 

Then we look at the metaphysical aspect of an energetic thought or the vibrational frequency of the intention. Plus some examples around it - the food you eat; where is your food coming from, who is making it, what energy are they bringing to your food? 

And finally we look at the vibrational frequency of you, and what your energetic signature is. What energy are you bringing to your business, career, relationships etc. and is it the best energy you can bring?

This week's episode is based on the new science that is proving the eastern philosophy of Life Force is correct...and matter follows our life-force: Where our life force (Qi) goes, our blood follows.

Which essentially means that "where our energy goes, matter follows" 

Quantum physics has now evidenced that this is true and it is our energy world that is directing or creating (manifesting) our physical world. 

So, we can use this concept to improve our life, by focusing on our energy first, before we do anything else in our business or life. 

The episode starts with a look at what "putting our energy first" means, and then ends with some tips and techniques to start putting your energy first, so that you can create a better reality for yourself. 

Top Tips are:-

1. Focus on getting yourself into a happy or positive mood as soon as you wake up, as this period as you awaken is a crucial time of day because it taps you into the Theta brainwaves, which are the self healing and manifestion brainwaves. Get this bit right and the rest of your day will go well. 

2. Once your vibrational frequency is raised, then visualize how you want the day to go so you can move your energy off in the right direction and then trust that 'physical' matter will follow. 

3. Write a gratitude list first thing, so you can raise your vibration and focus on what you want to create. 

4. Go for a run, or exercise, in the morning to help raise your vibration. 

5. Eat a healthy breakfast to raise your vibration because healthy food is of a higher vibrational frequency than sugary or processed food.

This week's episode is all about how to untangle from other people's energy fields, or at least the thoughts and emotions of other people's energy fields, because we are always entangled with each other, and the universe, via the phenomena of quantum entanglement.

This weeks episode I interview Tim sanders from OMNIA who's company makes the stickers that I have been using on my screens to rebalance the electromagnetic radiation fields in our home, using a new type of energy called Deca Energy. 
 
We start by talking about what Deca energy is and who invented it, then launch into consciousness and intention and how this has led the way to this new type of energy, which only responds to love and higher vibrational energy and (luckily) cannot be misused by people seeking to control through lower vibrational frequencies such as fear. 

Many scientists and physicists in the past attribute their inventions and success to accessing the invisible field, and other dimensions, in order to bring their inventions into this 3D realm (like Nikola Tesla) and this is what Ilya Lakosovitch has done too. 

Then we look at the 5G network and the 6,000+ peer reviewed papers which are outlining all sorts of health problems in studies on rats, such as cancers and even a new type of diabetes, called type C. 

The Telecommunication companies were brought before a judge and admitted that they had done no safety testing or checks around wireless, or indeed 5G, at all, reporting that safety tests was not their domain, only the development of new technologies. This negligence is typical of corporations and there should be more laws in place to stop this abuse of our health. 
 
Humans have never been exposed to as much radiation as they are being now with 5G, and we have no idea of the health implications - the problem is that neither do doctors, so misdiagnosis is a strong possibility, especially around ME type symptoms and mental health problems. 
 
We could liken this to the cigarette industry, who for years, knew that tobacco was carcinogenic but sat on the information for decades. Now we all know that cigarettes cause cancer but it took decades for this to be talked about publicly and in the meantime many more people died.

5. Tracking your money 

6. Finding your money drains by checking your bank statements or keeping a diary. 

7. Beware of interference in the field and collective consciousness. Always remember that not all thoughts are your own. They are coming in from The Field too. 

8. Jump onto the giving and recieving loop. What can you give with love and compassion?

I called this episode Popping Bubbles because it's all about journaling which feels like popping bubbles to me - when you get that Aha moment and find a limiting belief or incorrect story that is keeping you stuck, it feels like air has popped from your brain (maybe it has) and you feel lighter, more motivated and the 'stuckness' has gone.

I believe Journalling is the most important part of working on our money mindset which is why our mini series starts with this.

I begin by talking you through what limiting beliefs and popping bubbles are, and use a couple of examples from my life and business.

Then I end by giving you 3 journaling techniques that you can start using today to find those limiting beliefs and let them go.

I start by defining the current dictionary definition, which is that consciousness is awareness. So expanding our consciousness is the same as expanding our awareness. 

I run through the metaphysical levels of consciousness with L1 equating to an inanimate object, L2 being an animal with awareness of surroundings but no awareness of self, L3 being a human with awareness of the physical world and the physical self, L4 being aware of the subtle energy, other dimensions and the paranormal, L5 going deeper into the quantum field etc. 

Then we dive into Micheal Beckwith's 6 phases of consciousness which is considered to be the soul's journey as it goes from believing that life is happening to it (victim mindset) to life is happening with it, to life is happening through it, to life is happening with i....until eventually the soul understands that it is consciousness, and the universe and everything that is happening is occurring for a reason - to learn, experience and grow. 

Finally we look at Dr David Hawkins Map of Consciousness where he measured energy imprints and emissions to find the levels of consciousness of certain emotions, thoughts, words etc. - fear, apathy, shame and guilt are some of the lowest vibrational frequencies and too low a place for us to create or manifest from. Whilst enlightenment, peace, joy and love are the highest vibrational emotions and where we should try and sit in order to create a better life for us. This is ascension and where the human consciousness is heading. 

And we end by looking at the concept of 'war on consciousness', interference from the field and how humanity has had their consciousness manipulated and dumbed down over the millennia. Especially post war which is causing the chaotic times we are living in now. The veil is lifting though and things are changing for the better as the overlays are lifted.

In this week's episode we continue on with our star ancestry and interdimensional selves and look at whether it is real and more importantly, how we have forgotten it.

I start with a quick recap on last week:-

1. Evidence of genetic modification with our chromosomes 2 and 7.

2. Whether we have been physically upgraded by the Anunaki or by consciousness and the morphic field.

3. Evidence of an advanced civilisation and who might they be. Could they have genetically modified us? 

And then move into the difference between extraterrestrial and interdimensional beings, the 'evidence' we have so far from the ancient texts and how we can use 'Reality Shifting' to shift our own reality now regardless of different dimensions.

Then we dive into the world of portals and whether portals on earth and in space can connect us to different dimensions, or solar systems, and examples of places on earth that are portals (or used to be portals) such as Skinwalker ranch where they have a lot of paranormal activity and have even used thermal imaging to see into other dimensions in time. 

Who are these interdimensional beings? Maybe they are us from different time periods (as everything is happening now) rather than extraterrestrials and 'little white men'? 

Finally we look at what 'Base Reality' is on our planet and the overlays or programs that could have been laid over this base reality in order to create 'interference' and more struggle for us.

What are these overlays and how can we get around them using our own energy? 

The world is changing fast as belief systems are crumbling and we finally start stepping into our true power.

The power is inside us and always has been, but the world creates far too many distractions that keep us plugged into the external and away from this internal power source - of consciousness and the energy field.

This week's episode I discuss an interesting concept of whether we come from the stars. Something I have been researching since season 3 when I promised to talk about it at a later date. 

It's a minefield of information, which I have been ploughing through for months, but here is my take on it so far. 

In this episode I look at the genetic mutations or even modifications that occurred in homo sapiens around 200,000 years ago, that turned primates into us - focusing in on chromosome 7 and 2 - and consider the possibility of who or what may have done this, considering the ancient texts, the indigenous cultures and even the bible. 

Although most of us know that we became human due to a series of genetic mutations, the likelihood of this being 'natural selection' is so small, it's considered impossible by many scientists.

Thousands of mutations occurred over a very small timeframe, practically overnight in terms of evolution, and many scientists believe something else happened, especially since we have still not found the missing links - or dozens of missing links, to account for all the changes involved. 

We now have evidence of this 'something else' focusing in on the changes in chromosomes 2 and 7, leading to a 76% growth in brain size, the acquisition of compassion and empathy, and the ability to finally develop speech, after having 100 million years without. Chromosome 2 in particular shows signs of having been genetically modified, so who was around 200,000 years ago that could have done this? Maybe an advanced civilisation which we are finding increasingly more evidence of too?

We also look at the possibility of a more metaphysical upgrade via the Morphic field and consciousness and even touch on the theory of Pansmermia, which involves DNA coming to our planet from other star systems via comets, astroids or meteors.

At the end I add some tips to help you get back to a happier state of mind and I also talk about ancestral, childhood or family trauma's that we can work on to help upgrade our own bodies and get us back to a higher consciousness state of mind, which will help you thrive in this energetic universe that we live in.

Part 2 of the fascinating and incredible conversation with Betty Kovacs PhD, about her book, Merchants of Light.

The shamans have been trying to tell us that we have lost our connection to the spirit - the feminine - and the creative and intuitive right side of the brain - for centuries. We are too stuck in the analytical mind, and this separation is causing many world problems. We need to use both sides of our brain; connect back to 'spirit' (energy) that flows through the mind. 

The Shamans say "we are currently dreaming a terrible dream on our planet but we can wake up and dream a better dream". We have the power to create a new world together because science is already showing us that we collectively observe this reality into being.

As we talk through her beautifully written, and fascinating book, we discuss the inner world, the shaman-mystic-scientists of our past and look at when this was split. The mystic side was taken over by the church (who then suppressed it, ridiculed it and murdered anyone practising it) and science took on the science or analytical side but they were never meant to be split. They are two sides of the same coin. They are both us.

The mystic side can be viewed as the subconscious mind, which is the visionary, imagery, spiritual aspects of our mind. And the science 'side' can be seen as the analytical or conscious side. They are both part of us, and we need both. So now you can understand how 'cutting out' half of our own mind is causing mental health problems worldwide. 

At the end we also briefly discuss the following:-

1. The rise of the Narcissist or Alexithymia (now 10% of population): where the hormone from the heart cannot flow to the brain, resulting in lack of compassion and empathy, weak imagination and emotional and social dysfunction. 

2. The full potential of our species and how we can get back to this lost, and repressed, full potential.

3. Evidence of the global flood during the younger dryas period that wiped out our ancient history and the knowledge of who we are and why we are here. 

4. Who are the light beings and multidimensional entities that we connect to through altered states of being? These are the Merchants of Light or the Shining Ones who have been helping humanity time after time. Where do they come from and why do they come to help us? Are these light beings 'real' and can we ever 'see them' or 'touch them' in the physical world? 

5. Transhumanism and the misguided world leaders who believe that the only way out of this 'mess', is to become a robot (AI). They have lost their connection to spirit so deeply that they have become pathological and skewed in their thinking. 

6. Ancient aliens and the DNA fusion of chromosome 2, showing that we have possibly been genetically altered or upgraded in some way. The level of genetic knowledge required for such an operation indicates an advanced civilization.

In this week's episode I talk to Betty Kovacs PhD, author, researcher and previous lecturer of symbology and comparative literature, about her book, Merchants of Light.

It focuses on the shaman-mystic-scientist of the past and how our ancestors used to regularly connect with the divine (their inner world and the energy field) through altered states of being until this knowledge of our inner world - and how to access it - was repressed by the Deutronomists in 621BC and then the Roman Church around 313BC which has caused many problems for us today, not least increasing depression worldwide.

There is evidence of our shaman-mystic side dating back in cave art 40,000 years ago or more, where we used to connect to our multidimensional self through altered states of being.

Throughout the ages we have tried to move back into our inner world, and as each renaissance comes in, things improve and artistic creativity and open minded expression makes a come back, only to be squashed again by those that do not want us to connect back to our inner world. Namely the religious leaders, world leaders and coporations who benefit vastly from keeping us transfixed on the external 3D world. 

Jesus was one of those trying to get us to connect back to our internal world, multidimensional self and the power of the heart, along with the gnostics, essenes, Thoth and more so that we could access our full potential (our chakra system) and connect back to the multidimensional universe. 

As more and more of us research these areas we are reaching a point of no turning back, and soon we will all understand our true capabilities and full potential.

In honour of World Mental Health Day on 10th October I decided to publish my daily cleanse meditation so that everyone can benefit from it. 

I have been using this meditation for over 2-3 years and it really helps me to clear out stagnant stuck energy, feel better and even eliminate aches and pains in my body.

In fact the first time I worked with a shaman and listened to a guided meditation I was completely amazed to notice that my knees - which had been getting increasingly worse the older I got - no longer ached, and I felt incredible. In one session! By the next session they were like I was in my 20's again and they continue to be so because of this guided meditation. If I don't do the meditation every day they come back again, which is why I feel that we are absorbing energy from around us all the time, without even knowing it. 

How do guided meditations work? 

When you listen to it, it guides your mind into moving your consciousness (energy) around your body, releasing stagnation, stress/anxiety and trapped energy in the form of disease. 

Everything is consciousness and by directing yours, you can literally transform your life, improve your health and even find more success. 

There's just a short 1-2 minute introduction and then the episode goes straight into the meditation.

This week I interview Stephen Hawley Martin, who is the author of more than 36 books and the founder of Oaklea Press, a publishing house based in the US.

We discuss his interest in Edgar Caycee, in particular what Caycee said about human origins, and how the physical form was manifested by the spiritual form.

And we also look at the Anunnaki (as mentioned in the Mesopotamian tablets and many indigenous accounts around the world) and discuss who they might be, whether we are the descendants of them and whether they are still around today.

This week I have a fascinating (and very passionate) conversation with fellow researcher and author, Margaret O'Conner, about the hidden story of women in the catholic church.

She discovered that women used to be a fundamental part of the church, especially Mary Magdalene and Mother Mary, but then this old knowledge became hidden by 1913.

She began researching and discovered that women not being allowed to become priests or be ordained, was never a religious thing, but a common law thing - which means it was cultural, not spiritual. Women were cut out on purpose, even though they had been a major part of it before.

So, why did the church ban women, and cut them out of the history books? Why indeed, which is what we explore today.

As I have a passionate dislike of the catholic church and the 'Skeksis', more commonly called Popes, I do go off on a few rants here and there, and appreciate Margaret's patience.

Nonetheless, it is a vibrant and fascinating discussion where we run through:-

1. the origins of the roman church and how it has nothing to do with god

2. the hijacked ego of the church leaders and how they 'jackbooted' their way around the world wiping out our ancient history and distorting the real truth of women in the church (I suspect this is where distortion of the truth and misinformation first began on a global scale in our world).

3. the role of women in the church and how they were the original priests

4. how thousands of male 'priests' got away with pedophilia and never even stood trial

Welcome to the first episode of Season 4, all about grounding and why it's so beneficial to us. 

This week we take a look at the science behind this phenomenal, effective and free tool that anyone can use and understand more about how it works, why we should do it and what happens if we don't. 

When we walk on the grass or stand on the earth our body literally absorbs electrons into it which in turn reduces inflammation, generates ATP (the energy currency for the cell) and heals the body. According to grounding experts ALL inflammation is due to not doing grounding in our lives. 

We live in a plastic world with plastic shoes, plastic buildings, insulated houses and cars and can go for months without our feet touching the earth. This is what is causing the disease in our bodies.

We also look at metaphysical grounding, because energy and matter are interchangeable at the quantum level and two sides of the same coin. 

Then we end with a bit about our ancestors; how they knew about this phenomena (because they understood the laws of physics) and how they incorporated it into their lives for longuevity, good health and wellbeing.

They were far more advanced than us and understood how the planet worked in harmony with our electromagnetic fields.

Most people asked to hear more about the science behind spirituality so this will be the main focus again, as I look at more sciency guest speakers and also research the ever growing science behind the spirit. 

2. Mental health and emlimitating depression 

With the aftermath of the pandemic, lockdown and loss of earnings, many of us are feeling depressed, so there will be neuroscientists and mental health gurus, as well as my own experiences and what worked for me. 

3. Esoteric wisdom and ancient knowledge 

The growing evidence of advanced ancient civilisations living on this planet thousands of years ago has to be discussed if we are to thrive as a species moving forward. How can we thrive if we don't know where we came from or who we were in the past. 

I will also talk about Wealth Consciousness as I am launching my money re-program course again in January, and I am already interviewing guest speakers to come on and talk about all things energy, consciousness, multidimensional living and ancient knowledge. 

We will launch next week with Why Grounding is Essential (and what it is and how to do it).

This week I talk about the resistance I experienced when my book launched.

It was obviously both a stressful and exciting time and as such it created a lot of resistance, thought-forms and electrical hiccups that created physical effects in my business and life. 

Things went wrong, electrical and technology glitches occured and more, but we don't tend to see things from an eletrical or energetic point of view. 

We get frustrated because we perceive lots of things to be going wrong in our lives when in reality we have caused them ourselves, albeit from an energetic level. 

Everything starts as energy, and eventually manifests physically, and when we remember this, we are then more equipped and empowered to make the necessary changes. 

Getting annoyed doesn't help, it just brings our vibration down. Staying positive and journaling to find the part we played in it is what we can do.

This week I take a closer look at channeling and dive into some of the science behind it, in a bid to help reduce the fear around it, whilst discussing my own experiences. 

I am currently reading Helane Wahbeh's book The Science of Channeling, who is also the Director of Research at The Institute of Noetic Sciences (established by Dr Edgar Mitchell when he came back from the Moon).

Cracking The Matrix with guest interviewee Cate Montana, where we talk about her new book – Cracking The Matrix.

This week we take a roller coaster ride through energetic sales which in my opinion splits into 3 areas:-

1. Intention

2. Emotions (energy) 

3. Beliefs 

And then finish up with 7 things you can do now to start feeling into the energy of yourself, your sales and your customers when you sell. 

1. Set Your intentions before the call so that you are directing your energy - intentions direct energy

2. Connect with your conscious beliefs around why you are selling it and whether you passionately believe in it. Heart is everything. 

3. Be really clear and specific about your product, benefits and how you can help your customer with it. 

4. Leave the fear, worry, desperation and struggle behind because people can 'smell' it, or in this case it becomes the energetic signature of your sales call. 

5. Get heart focused and heart centered so you can sell with love and compassion and step onto the high vibrational platform of creation. 

6. Practice daily journalling so you can get into your subconscious mind and find out what limiting beliefs you are really operating from. Do you have limiting beliefs around poverty, shame or unworthiness? If so, they may be sabotaging you or tripping you up. 

7. Thoughts are energy, so beware of those negative thoughts, negative feelings and the inner critic that can pull you down into that low vibrational place and take you away from heart centered focus (and power).

This week we take a closer look at the heart and in particular blockages in the heart, which I believe is something that most of the modern or western world is suffering from.

I talk about the chakra system in the body and how it plays a central role in the successes of our physical world.

I also describe how I intuitively 'see' these blockages in the heart and which metaphors are shown to help me understand more, so we can clear away blocks, ancestral trauma's and limiting beliefs that are keeping us stuck in low self belief, struggle or lack.

I also refer to Karma again, and how I believe it is more of a vibrational level of consciousness that determines which level we incarnate into, as well as inherited ancestral traumas which are affecting our collective world. 

I am particularly passionate about this topic because we are what we believe we are, and whatever we believe is true, is then what we will create, so its important to dispell beliefs that are stopping us from living better lives. 

Its clear to me that we need to step out of fear, and karma keeps us stuck in fear. We need to step into love, and do things for the right reasons, not because we are too scared to do anything else.

Because a large part of my book covers higher consciousness I thought it made sense to explain what it was, why it's beneficial to us, and how we can tap into it for a better life. 

It's not only our connection to the energy field but it is who we are; the higher (and probably) better version of us. 

In this episode I refer to Mary O'Malley's 6 Levels of Consciousness to give a broader and wider view of what consciousness may be, quote Eckhart Tolle and skirt around quantum physics, neuroscience and altered states of brainwaves, to try and give a more scientific perspective. 

But as we cannot see it, we have no real evidence of what it is, so I talk you through how you can connect to it - by feeling it. 

Higher consciousness, is ultimately, a state of being, and this is its real power. When we begin to understand that all of our life's experiences are simply perspectives, created by our ego. Life can change fast.

According to Dr Hawkins 85% of the planet are below the level of courage (207) and in the levels of anger, shame, guilt, manipulation, fear etc. and certainly I have worked with many entrepreneurs who are in the level of fear. It's fearful running your own business.

But how can this fear affect our business success? 

In this episode I provide 6 tips and techniques to help you step out of fear and into the higher vibrations available to us all on this planet. 

1. Leading from the heart and operating from the levels of love and compassion. 

2. Knowing yourself, and accepting yourself. 

3. Operating from the level of acceptance, which takes you nearer to the peak performance level of reason. 

4. Walking barefoot on the grass everyday for 20 minutes, enables you to pull up electrons and replenish your body. 

5. Belief structures and how our beliefs are shaping our reality. The fastest way to change your life, is to change your beliefs. 

6. A visualisation technique using the white healing light so you can banish those negative thoughts, doubts and the inner critic.

Sometimes in life you stumble across a book that contains an unbelievable but moving story, and Stephen Chua's story is just that. It contains all sorts of incredible things during his time spent in the special forces branch of the Singaporean army from 1981. 

He moved up the ranks fast, and made it to the level of Colonol by the time he was 21 years old, because he had some special abilities. From the age of 3, he had had very high levels of gamma brainwave activity, was very strong for his stature, and was highly intelligent scoring very high on IQ test's during his time in the army. 

He talks about reptilian type hominids that appear to be a hybrid between reptiles and humans, that are living on our planet in the jungles, under ground, in Area 51 and even on Mars. Him and his team had to go in and apprehend them when a reptilian hybrid was about to kill the Pakistan PM, Benazir Bhutto in 1995, and also another one that was about to kill the Singapore PM. They were also sent in to Thailand, Japan and Malaysia to eliminate other reptilian type beings, as they were stealing children and killing people. 

But it is his tales of Area 51 that are most interesting, because it not only looks like the US military are working with extraterrestrials, but they are working with malevolent ones. Is this the deep state I wonder? 

Because of his unprecedented high levels of gamma brainwaves he was recruited to fly a new type of technology, where you fly the plane with your own mind - not using AI. This was most likely extraterrestrial technology because the US military were not able to use it and many pilots had died trying to fly it, until Stephen came along. 

He also describes the 3 different types of extraterrestrial beings that he met on the base, who needed to be escorted by armed guards, using energy weapons, because they were so nefarious. One of the species even had portals on the base that went between there and their own planet and there were people traveling between mars and earth - in many cases highly trained technicians - who were working in a base on mars. 

However, the saddest part of this story is that 4 days after Stephen decided to speak up and share his incredible accounts, he died under suspicious circumstances. It is an amazing story, and if he had lived longer I have no doubt he would have been able to share more.

This week is a longer episode as I document my spiritual awakening journey in a bid to help you on yours. 

Although I have always been spiritual (not religious) and there are many periods of my life I could have used, I have chosen to use the transformational period, upon discovering energy techniques.

In particular after I had hypnotherapy, and when I began working with a shaman because I wanted to learn to channel. 

It's a very honest, open and rational account as I explain what the weird stuff is, and how to step past the fear. 

This was a dream of mine that took around 2 years to achieve (and then 12 months to process!) because I wanted to step back into my authentic self - which I believe is all of our authentic selves. 

It's who we really are - a spiritual being having a physical experience - but we are a species with amnesia and have forgotten who we are, as well as being interfered with from the invisible field by others who are aware of our energetic existence and the energy world we live in.
