Gen-Z-enius13 Sep 202400:38:54

Whether we like it or not, Gen Z is here to fuck some shit up...and we need it. These are some of the most brave, unique, unapologetic, and exquisite human beings. Their role in this space and time is clear - to radically object to what isn't working for the newer generations. We've been stagnant in our systems, our thinking - and it once served us. Now is the time to turn to the younger generations to meld what was and what is becoming.

Romanshika Singh grew up in Nepal and a career in marketing, media, onscreen personality wasn't a thing - she made it one. She loves to create, to be on camera, to create a desire marketing for what people actually need - but she also goes beyond that...she's understanding the data and analytics behind AI and the algorithms being well aware of the problem that we're facing today which involves important information being suppressed for those who need to see it. She's blazing the trail for women in media, Nepalese women in onscreen personality, and humanizing the algorithms so that we manage both sides - responsible reporting, but also, honoring what each individual finds to be important in their lives.

Find Romanshika on LinkedIn and Instagram, she loves to connect and to have conversations about the goings on of the world as a powerful Gen Z.

Creating Health Equity for Women21 Jun 202400:42:28

Kanwal Haq is on a mission, she is a medical anthropologist and brilliant researcher on a quest to bring true health equity to all women. Gone will be the days when women aren't believed by their healthcare provider by anchoring in the belief that knowledge is power. Kanwal's book, "Taking Care of You" is the go to for common conditions women are facing, the ones we don't learn about in school, the non-reproductive issues that are common killers that we don't know or hear about.

Kanwal and her team don't just dwell on what we don't know, she moves through to getting answers and to shift the narrative from the problem, to the solution - the action toward what we're doing about changing the healthcare system to be inclusive toward all humans, and she is rooted in facts and research within the scientific, but also the humanities community. A trained doula, she is focused on creating the best possible outcomes for women and to understand what is actually going on in our bodies.

Buy the book, "Taking Care of You" here - think of it as a women's healthcare guide or encyclopedia that includes both lived experience and of course research from experts. Visit the upcoming campaign of one million more women to share in the community of healthcare for women at https://onemilllionmorewomen.org. Cosmic B!tchslap12 Jun 202400:41:31

Jennifer Fiedler...mic drop. You'll know what I mean when you tune in - she has lived so many lives with one key element at her core (well, maybe 2), she has always trusted herself with everything she has and also trusts so innately to the divine that her path has unfolded gorgeously before her just as the way it was always intended. A consciousness coach, she guides people to awaken, when they're ready...to understand the divine, what it means to be awake, and how to navigate in the world that feels upside down.

Her book, Cosmic Bitchslap dives deep into what it is, how you know when it happens, and how to navigate it - ultimately, the bitchslap occurs when the universe opens our eyes to something we've never seen before. It can hurt, it can feel good, it can be scary, it can be welcome...it completely depends on each unique soul's journey.

And, from personal experience, it's fucking exquisite. Join me in exploring with this exquisite human and see our vibes unfold before us.

Find Jennifer at https://cosmicbitch-slap.com/ and buy the book! You can also find her on LinkedIn and Instagram @cosmicbtchslap.

Embracing Duality05 Jun 202400:38:21

Amanda Treppa loved her job AND she experienced workplace abuse. More than one thing can be true at once and we explore this notion to its depths during this episode showcasing our work in workplace psychological safety, and how we got here (as society, the abusers, the systems). Amanda fought back, embraced the duality, and embarked on the butterfly effect in every aspect of her life to see what was in store for her at her soul level.

While we are not grateful for the abuse, we are grateful for the invitations to explore ourselves deeper, to create new opportunities we never thought were possible, and we forgive. Through empathy and activism, Amanda is driving the Workplace Psychological Safety Act forward in not one but TWO states - Michigan and Connecticut.

Stay tuned to Amanda and her work in these two states as they will undoubtedly prevail in the coming year. Thank you for all that you do, and for sharing your story, Amanda.

Find her on LinkedIn and on Instagram @Treppaisnottrippin, especially if you live in Michigan or Connecticut, to join the state team for workplace psychological safety act.

Menstrual Health is a Trojan Horse28 May 202400:54:54

What if we were able to identify a gateway or a portal into overall health? Spoiler alert, we do...for people who menstruate, the monthly cycle is literally our bodies sharing information with us. Danielle Keiser helped launch the initiative from 2013-2015 as a real pioneer in the field, which prompted her to start and founded the Menstrual Health Hub (MH Hub) in 2016. In this incredibly informative episode, Danielle Keiser shares with us deep knowledge about the 4 phases of menstruation along with key elements to look for in each phase to ensure we are at optimal awareness!

This episode blew my mind as there is still so much that we do not know, Danielle is leading the charge with countless other vagina warriors to bring knowledge to the forefront so that for people who menstruate, we're not held back by our periods, we're propelled forward. We work with our bodies, not against.

Women Are Exhausted From Suppression05 Sep 202400:44:56

Isabel Draughon - an exceptional human and 2 decade entrepreneur. When two soul-led humans get together, you feel the palpable passion and drive in their energy and voices. That is Isabel and I - we often call each other our soul sister...it truly feels that way.

Isabel shares her gifts with the world through coaching women in business (whether on their own or executives in organizations) with one message in mind - honor yourself. You are so much more than what you "do" - and Isabel implores you to, "come home". Often in speakings with high powered women, she asks simply "Who are you"? And it's one of the most difficult questions to answer because of our lifelong conditioning that our worth hinges on our title or how much we make.

She shows women how to excavate who they are on the soul level, their true essence. Much like me - and, as we discuss, no one can do what we do, how we do. When you find the coach, the person that sets your soul on fire, plunge in the deep end and get ready to work.

Find Isabel on her website and connect with her on LinkedIn. Also, make sure to sign up for her conference in October to allow your soul to unfold - The Soul Whispers...Listen.

Whistleblowers Unite20 May 202400:35:31

Trigger warning: stories of abuse, bullying, mobbing, racism, and trauma.

Terry Chi and discuss a variety of lived experiences of workplace trauma and hers specifically rooted in racism and cultural bias against Asian American women. The treatment she has received since the dawn of her career is centered in people's unconscious biases of how an Asian woman should act or speak brought forth by tone policing her presentations, in person interactions, and even email communications.

She is currently in the midst of a legal fight with her current employer where we dig in on what happened, how she's managing it, and what people should know to gear up for the fight - as the common reaction is retaliation, that Terry is no stranger to.

Tune in to hear these stories, we want you to feel seen and heard, and glean a little something for your own personal power to fight back.

Money is Energy!19 May 202400:38:17

We may or may not be able to agree (as a society) that we're in late stage capitalism and the masses are being harmed by this structure in society AND be able to remember that money itself is not innately bad - it's an energetic exchange. What turns sticky and icky is that humans then use money to exert power over one another, this is where Jeni and I discuss how to manage a modern day, heart-led business while still being asked to operate in a capitalist world.

The beauty of being a heart-led business owner? To understand the energetics and love that money is for you, and uniquely what you bring to the world. Being in relationship and congruency to what you are calling in is something that is not only possible, but that Jeni helps you to unleash, to finally break out of the multi decade patterns that capitalism has taught us. Money loves you and wants to see you succeed.

Healing Through Collaboration06 Apr 202400:38:50

The Matria Coalition helps women to achieve the life of their dreams while spending time in beautiful community to heal, to embrace the divine feminine, and help create the balance that is needed in today's world - a journey back to themselves.

Co-Creators Michelle Casazza and Jennifer Norman created the Matria with one goal in mind - building a community for humanity to come together and ideate a new kind of working and being. We've heard of the patriarchy, and now we see the matriarchy creating space so that we can create the balance after being exiled for thousands of years.

Women are on the forefront of creating change, that doesn't mean we don't need men or the divine masculine - women are being called to introduce the balance and show others how to walk it. So here we are.

Iraq Is More Than Conflict and Oil28 Mar 202400:28:54

Mariam Araji is an activist, and advocate for domestic abuse particularly in war torn countries. She shares that women experiencing domestic abuse in Iraq don't have many options, they either stay put as the abuse increases or go to a prison where there are very small space set aside for victims or survivors - but there really haven't been any good options, just a consistent cycle of abuse at home, on the streets, or by police themselves.

Mariam is on the forefront of changing this for women worlwide, there is hope. As more women band together in many regions of the world, there are moves being made to bring some of the standards from other parts of the world for Iraqi women. The ask? Don't take the media's word for what is happening in the country nor assume that it shows the full/accurate story. Check it out for yourself, you'll see the beauty.

Too Big, Too Small, or Completely Wrong19 Aug 202400:38:29

Over the pandemic, Eugina Jordan had read SO many books...and they were all written by white men. While there is certainly nothing innately wrong with this, she also realized that because they may not have the vantage point of so many other types of people, that she felt like the Goldilocks for women in business - and only having the men's perspective of how to navigate.

This compelled her to write "Unlimited" - the 17 things you should know when navigating the workplace that was not designed with you in mind (you being women, people of color, immigrants etc.) Eugina is a powerhouse leader and innovator in the tech industry and Gen AI - she's making big moves, and making room for more women to enter the conversation.

De-Colonizing Your Mind02 Feb 202400:49:08

Wow. What an incredible conversation - hearing Virginia Lacayo speak on what it's going to take to create conscious, intersectional leaders in this world is not only attainable, but our long term success as humanity depends on it.

The passion, conviction, and triumph that Virginia is leading from a feminist, neuroscience, and complex systems perspective beautifully articulates how we get back in touch with our "Cacica", we already have it within us - the divine feminine being called in to create balance or in many cases chaos - the short term chaos that we need to "break the damn system".

Virginia is leading the charge with many others as part of "Massive Systemic Change" and we discuss how I'm coaching for the "me" and Virginia and team are coaching for the "we" and "all" - tune in to see what we mean.

The Power of Womanity13 Jan 202400:41:32

Dion Johnson, not unlike the powerful women she works with, is a force to be reckon with. This is an extremely passionate episode in which Dion explains what is needed in today's marketplace - women's leadership that requires REpowerment. We distill the woman that Dion is speaking to, and because of her work, women are re-imagining what leadership looks like present day and going forward. It's no longer showing up as a man, it's standing flat footed in her power, in the feminine leadership.

For those that are hurting or have been harmed by and still hurting from the workplace and the abuse or treatment they endured, Dion implores you to heal - wrap yourself in warmth and love. Heal. Then, when (if) you're ready to go back in, come see her.
