Erin Buchanan-Gelinas is a General Manager at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, Inc. (TMMC), in Cambridge, Ontario. In her role, Erin overseas all manufacturing operations in the North Plant, producing the 5th Generation RAV4. She is also assigned the role of Lexus NX Chief Production Manager, responsible for the TMMC launch of the 2nd Generation NX and its manufacturing localization from Japan to Canada.
