| The Father Wound Behind Your Authority with Terri Cole | 28 Oct 2026 | 00:43:10 | |
How the father wound shapes your authority, from bosses to pricing. For the high-achieving woman who is always okay, therapist Terri Cole shows where it starts and how to heal it.
Terri joins me to talk about her new book, Father Wound, and why she calls it a worthiness wound at its root. If the person who was supposed to protect you and hold you in high esteem didn’t, your value has to come from somewhere else. For so many of us, that means achieving, over-functioning and never asking for help. Terri shares how her own ambition turned out to be fear. She also explains why you can carry this wound even if you had a good dad, a dad who got sober, or a dad who died before you knew him.
We spend real time on transference. It’s the reason a boss raising his voice or a doctor’s cold manner can make a grown woman feel seven years old again. Terri tells the story of the doctor she avoided at work until her therapist asked who he reminded her of. She gives you her three Qs for clarity to use any time your reaction feels bigger than the moment. We also connect it to money: why the little girl in charge can’t negotiate a raise or stop undercharging.
Terri explains why she doesn’t believe in traditional forgiveness, how to release yourself from resentment prison, and what to do when you are waiting for an apology that may never come.

| Stop Selling to Your Past: How to Attract Clients with Keren Eldad | 21 Oct 2026 | 00:41:03 | |
In this episode, I’m sharing a powerful conversation I had with Keren Eldad, elite executive coach, bestselling author, and brilliant mind, who flew out to Nashville to sit down with me in my home studio for a conversation on messaging, identity, and the work of becoming the next version of yourself. We go deep into my origin story as a burned-out publicist, the $30,000 credit card debt I hid from my husband, the rock bottom that cracked me open, and the two-year transformation that took me from racking up debt to making $1.3 million in a single year.
Keren pulls on the provocative idea I’ve been sharing publicly, that your ideal client may no longer be an old version of you, and we unpack my Identity Elevation Framework in detail, from the Former Self buyer who stays stuck in pain, to the Working Self buyer who hustles for the next tip, to the Highest Self buyer who’s buying decision and transformation. We talk about why your mess can be part of your story but can never be your message, how to shift from marketing on pain to marketing on desire, the role of human design and body wisdom in knowing when something is off, and the contrary action I’m practicing now at this edge of my career. If you’ve evolved personally but your messaging hasn’t caught up, this episode is your invitation to do the real work.

| How to Build a Business and Raise a Family Without Burning Out | 14 Oct 2026 | 00:35:20 | |
In this episode, I sit down in my home studio with Cait Scudder, founder of The Millionaire Mother movement and the brilliant author of her brand new book Born for Both. By the time this episode airs, Cait will be a mother of four and her book will be out in the world, and I could not think of a more timely, grounding, and necessary conversation to share with you. We dig into what it really means to steward both a legacy inside the home and inside the world, and why so many of us have been operating on default programming that keeps us burnt out, bottlenecked, and quietly collapsing behind the scenes.
Cait breaks down the Matriarch Operating System, the four archetypes most women unknowingly embody (the maiden, the martyr, the girl boss, and the man), and the 4H framework (head, heart, hands, home) she lays out in her book to help mother CEOs stop white-knuckling and start building a village that actually holds them. We get into the heartbreaking story of her grandmother that opens the book, the research on cortisol and children's stress response, why mom wine culture and mommy group trauma bonding is doing more damage than women realize, and the critical difference between falling into victimhood and using motherhood as fuel to rise. If you've ever felt the pull between being present at bath time and showing up for your business, this episode will meet you exactly where you are and shift the way you think about both.

| How to Position Your Offer to Drive More Revenue (Without Changing What You Sell) | 07 Oct 2026 | 00:13:34 | |
In this episode, I'm diving into a topic that hits home for so many online coaches, educators, and creators: how to turn visibility into actual sales. Maybe you've got the views, maybe you've got the followers, maybe you have an email list, maybe you're consistently showing up every day on social, but the sales just aren't coming in. Today, we're getting over that hump so you can start seeing conversions from all the hard work you're doing.
I share the story of a recent client who came to me with 52,000 Instagram followers and a growing email list of nearly 7,000 people, yet was still struggling to make even $3,000 a month. We diagnosed exactly where the bottleneck was, in her messaging and her offer positioning, and I walk you through exactly how we fixed it, from restructuring her general wellness content into a laser-focused "how to incorporate more movement into your day" message, to reverse engineering her offer from her ideal client's actual problem. If you're ready to stop guessing and finally align your content, freebies, and offers into a system that sells on its own, this episode gives you the roadmap.

| How to Use Automation to Drive Consistent Sales in Your Online Business | 30 Sep 2026 | 00:23:04 | |
In this episode, I'm sharing something I recently taught in a live training with a group of brilliant online coaches and entrepreneurs. It's the timeless strategies of subtraction, scaling, and automation that let me run a business without constantly having to reinvent the wheel or physically show up to sell something in order to make money. That, to me, is not the definition of freedom. And it's not the way I roll.
I get real about the month my older sister passed away in January 2023, when my business still made $208,000 even though I wasn't in the mood to sell, because my sales system was already built to compound whether I was there or not. I share why I resisted funnels for two full years thinking they were "too bro marketer," how I recently made over $50K on a 10-day Hawaii trip without selling a thing, and the truth about why ads don't work for most people (spoiler: it's not the ad agency, it's the messaging). If you're ready to stop wearing the badge of burnout and finally let automation carry the weight of your business, this episode is your permission slip.

| How to Create Content That Converts and Attracts Your Ideal Coaching Client | 16 Sep 2026 | 00:20:13 | |
In this episode, I'm getting into the three specific things I doubled down on this year that made all the difference in calling in ideal clients at a completely new level including six-figure months during the "off season," posting only twice a week, and taking nearly a month off this summer while still seeing massive sales. This isn't theory. It's exactly what I did, and exactly what I teach my clients to do. If you're not converting people from your content the way you know you should be, this episode is going to give you the roadmap.
I break down why casting a wider net is a trap, why speaking to "anyone your work could benefit" is why you're not hitting consistent 50K plus months, and how to go from shallow and wide to laser-focused for every single offer in your ecosystem. I share the story of the client who invested in a $20K VIP day even though she wasn't at the revenue milestone I typically work with (because she saw herself in my content), why "me, me, me" language is quietly killing your conversions, and the one question every entrepreneur is asking wrong when they sit down to create content. If you're ready to end the year strong, tighten up your messaging, and finally see your content sell for you like hotcakes, this is your episode.

| How to Step Into Your Authority as a Leader with Lori Pine and Stacey Salyer (Part 2) | 09 Sep 2026 | 00:40:19 | |
Welcome to Part 2 of this incredible panel conversation with Lori Pine and Stacey Salyer. In Part 1, we navigated authority, discernment, and what it really costs to lead. Now, we're going deeper into the standard—what these two powerhouse women are no longer willing to tolerate in order to truly live out and shepherd the authority they've built. We talk about evolution, when to know it's a divine calling versus fear or boredom, and how both Lori and Stacey have made major identity shifts along their journeys from corporate leaders to founders of their own brands.
We get into the corporate advantage that changes everything (spoiler: knowing you don't have to do every job in your business), why the low barrier of entry in the online space traps women into believing they should do it all themselves, and the "who not how" mindset that will free you if you let it. I share the story of a woman at The Grove who pulled me aside 11 years ago and told me to stop saying "none of us know what we're doing" and how that one conversation shifted my standard forever. Lori opens up about building "The Joy CEO" brand, Stacey shares how she bought a property management business as a single mom with $25K down and seller financing, and we all get honest about the tolerance level required at each new level of leadership. If you're ready to raise your standard, own your expertise, and stop shrinking to make everyone else comfortable, this episode is your green light.

| How to Step Into Your Authority as a Leader with Lori Pine and Stacey Salyer (Part 1) | 02 Sep 2026 | 00:39:41 | |
In this powerful panel conversation I sit down with two incredible women from my mastermind community, Lori Pine and Stacey Salyer, for an honest conversation about what it really means to step into your authority as a leader. Both women bring decades of corporate experience (Lori ran a billion-dollar business; Stacey came out of the male-dominated property management industry) and are now navigating what it looks like to build their own brands and become the go-to authorities in their respective fields.
We get into the responsibility of authority, why a casual "oh, I love her" can carry more weight than we realize, and how to have the tough conversations when someone isn't who they seem to be. We talk about Stacey's ego-driven belief that she could just make a course and have hundreds of thousands roll in, Lori's expensive coaching investment that felt like burning cash in a bonfire, and the "electric fence" moments that shaped who they are now. We unpack the "Cheesecake Factory of consultants" trap, why niching down is terrifying but necessary, and the bow-and-arrow metaphor that will change how you think about the restriction phase you might currently be in. Make sure to come back for Part 2, where we go even deeper into what it takes to lead at this level.

| How to Refine Your Messaging, Own Your Authority, and Stop Playing Small in Your Business | 26 Aug 2026 | 00:48:00 | |
In this special turned-tables episode, my incredible Director of Operations, Erin Lindstrom, drops into my living room and interviews me on everything from how my lens for messaging was formed, to the frameworks I walk clients through inside the Revenue Accelerator, to the personal side of my life that I rarely talk about publicly. Erin asks me questions I've genuinely never been asked before and I share openly about my Human Design, my journalism background, why I believe none of us are reinventing the wheel, and the "fifth-grade language" test I run every framework through before I teach it.
We go into the depths of Mirror Messaging vs. pain point marketing, why the real work of the Revenue Accelerator is a reclamation of who you are at your core, and why women often get stuck when they refuse to slow down enough to feel what their next-level really requires. I share what I've learned about being at the "higher level" (spoiler: the problems don't disappear, they magnify), the Contrary Action framework I use for visibility, the wildflower-versus-oak-tree analogy that's shaping how I think about quality over quantity, and the concept of loving detachment and stewardship that runs through both my business and my home life. If you've ever wondered what it really looks like behind the scenes of a Julie Solomon business, and life, this episode is for you.

| Why AI Won't Replace Your Team, It Will Finally Let Them Do Real Work with Callan Faulkner | 19 Aug 2026 | 00:44:34 | |
In this episode, I sit down with Callan Faulkner, founder of The Uncommon Business and the world's leading voice on AI education for entrepreneurs, for a jaw-dropping conversation about how AI is completely reshaping the way we build, scale, and lead our businesses. Callan is scaling to $40-50 million in revenue this year with just 40 humans and over 150 AI employees, and she's here to show us that AI isn't just for tech founders or seven-figure businesses. It's for stay-at-home moms, coaches, plumbers, steel manufacturers, and every woman in between who is ready to stop drowning in manual work and start actually building the business she was meant to build.
We break down the exact difference between using AI and building systems with AI, what an "AI employee" actually is (spoiler: it starts with a Claude skill), and how to identify the low-hanging fruit in your business right now. Callan walks us through real examples—from an AI employee that manages school emails and meal plans to Instacart, to the ones that write podcast pitches, run recruiting, and draft content in your voice. We tackle the biggest objections, including "will this replace my human assistant?", "isn't AI going to steal my creativity?", and "what about my data?" If you've ever felt stuck in the weeds of your business, this is your invitation to see what's actually possible—and it all starts with her AI Employee Bootcamp this fall.

| How to Sell Your Signature Offer Consistently Without Burning Out | 12 Aug 2026 | 00:15:49 | |
In this episode, I'm diving into a game-changing strategy for anyone who is feeling stuck trying to sell their signature offers. If you've been constantly creating low ticket offers or freebies but feel like you're talking to the wrong people, or you're watching low ticket buyers and freebie downloaders never transition into your signature spaces, this one is for you. I'm flipping the script on what you've been taught about freebies and lower ticket offers and showing you how to turn them into powerful, profitable gateways to your signature programs.
I share exactly why I stopped creating freebies in my own business, the Sephora sample analogy that will change how you think about every low ticket offer you build, and the three mistakes most entrepreneurs make when structuring their offer ecosystem. I walk you through how to audit your current offers, create micro transformations that give your dream client an unforgettable taste of your work, and refine your messaging so it speaks to every phase of your ideal client's evolution. If you've been working harder for smaller results, this episode will completely transform how you structure your offers, and more importantly, how you generate consistent revenue without burning out.

“ I want you to look at your low ticket offers or your freebies and I want you to ask yourself, “is this designed for the person that I want in my signature programs”? If the answer is no, it is time to tweak it.” - Julie Solomon
“ If your offers aren't aligned, then you've got to do an offer audit to really work on the offer positioning. If your messaging isn't aligned, then you are most likely losing clients right now because they don't see the full pathway that you've mapped out for them.” - Julie Solomon

| How to Get Visible Online and Attract the Right Clients (Not Just More Followers) | 05 Aug 2026 | 00:14:29 | |
In this episode, I'm getting into something that is often misunderstood in the online business world, visibility. Not the kind of visibility that comes from posting more on social media or running ads, but strategic visibility: the kind that puts you in front of the right people, in the right rooms, at the right time. I share real client stories of women who scaled through visibility done well—Kate who started landing high-level conferences and podcast guest spots, Dana who turned thought leadership into a book deal, Steph who leveraged podcast appearances into consistent six-figure months, and Kylie whose podcast guest spots brought in clients already sold on her before they even reached out.
I also share how my nearly decade-long career as a publicist for Grammy-winning musicians, thought leaders, and bestselling authors shaped the way I approach visibility today, and why I don't just teach my clients how to refine their messaging and build their offers. I actually help them get in front of the right people. If you've been posting, engaging, showing up consistently, and still feeling like you're not getting noticed, this episode gives you the three practical steps to start building the kind of strategic visibility that opens doors you didn't even know existed.

QUOTABLES:
“ True visibility, and the kind that I'm talking about is really the kind that leads to massive growth and authority long term, comes from strategic relationships and connections. It's about who knows you. Not who you know. But who knows you and trusts you enough to open the right doors for you.” - Julie Solomon
“ You have got to get clear on what it is that you want to be known for. So before you can get into the right rooms, you need to know what you want people to say about you when you're not in the room. What you want them to know, to believe, to feel, what's your signature message? What's your unique genius? And if you're not clear on what that is, you are going to consistently struggle to stand out. Your message will continue to get lost.” - Julie Solomon

| How to Stand Out Online: Refining Your Positioning to Attract the Right Clients | 29 Jul 2026 | 00:24:33 | |
In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of a recent coaching call from inside The Brand Accelerator, my signature program that helps you refine your messaging so you can position yourself as an authority and grow your visibility and sales. You'll get a front-row seat as I coach Heather, a color energy expert and Akashic records reader who's balancing a full-time job with her growing business, through the messaging refinements she needs to stop sounding like everyone else online and finally own her genius as a color expert.
We dig into why "niche" is not a bad word (it's actually the fastest path to more revenue), how to craft a positioning statement that becomes your compass for every piece of content you create, and why your program can actually be the catalyst for your visibility—not the other way around. I share how to build an offer ecosystem where a low-ticket meditation flows into a coaching package and eventually into a higher-ticket program, and why the math has to math if you want to actually scale. If you've ever felt like your messaging is bland, broad, or blending in with every other coach in your industry, this episode gives you the exact positioning framework you can apply today.

QUOTABLES:
“ What you actually do, Heather, is very niche, but I think the more that you give yourself permission to be more specific with who you're meant to serve, the more magnetic that you're going to become and that the offer will become.” - Julie Solomon
“ As creatives and creators, a lot of times we focus on the external of like the visibility piece. How do I become more known? How do I get out there more? How do I get more followers? How do I create more content so I can attract more of the right people into my world. And it's like, that's all great, but if we don't have this messaging piece locked in and really more of what we've been talking about today, which is that positioning piece, we can't connect to our ideal client and most importantly, we can't grow sales.” - Julie Solomon

| How to Attract High-Paying Clients Without Constantly Selling | 22 Jul 2026 | 00:13:45 | |
In this episode, I'm walking you through a conversation I've been having again and again with women who are sliding into my DMs, listening to this podcast, and quietly wondering why their revenue keeps hovering in the same place month after month. Scaling your business from 8K months to 30K months isn't about working harder or posting more, it's about making the right shifts at the right time. And today, I'm showing you exactly what those shifts are, using the same process I walk my clients through inside the Revenue Accelerator.
I share the story of a client who was stuck at 9K months for over a year, constantly launching, trying new pricing structures, and creating content daily, until we focused on three simple things and got her to her first 30K month in 90 days. We break down what positioning actually is, how laser-focused messaging changes the caliber of buyer coming to you, and why relying on random referrals or inconsistent launches will keep you locked in the feast-or-famine cycle. If you've been feeling like sales are happening to you rather than for you, this episode is your permission slip to stop playing small and start building the predictable, repeatable revenue you deserve.

04:07 Premium Buyer Shift

QUOTABLES:
“ If you're noticing that when people come to you, you're having to explain yourself over and over again. And like, explain who you are and what you do and what you offer. That means that there's a lot of confusion in your messaging right now. And if you confuse them, you will lose them.” - Julie Solomon
“ Let's just talk about the shifts that can take place when you focus on these three keys, positioning, messaging, sales strategy. And first I want to get clear on like, what is positioning? So essentially positioning is how your ideal client perceives your offer and your authority and your ability to give them the transformation that they want.
So messaging plays a big part in positioning because that's how we articulate that, but messaging is really the big perception piece.” - Julie Solomon

| Real Coaching Session: The Exact Messaging Shifts That Lead to More Sales | 15 Jul 2026 | 00:37:00 | |
In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on a real coaching session from inside The Growth Collective, where I work with brilliant women every month on refining the exact messaging shifts that lead to more sales. You'll get a front-row seat as I coach three powerhouse business owners through their current content and messaging challenges—from an email marketing consultant who just had three years-long lurkers turn into paying clients, to a Pilates studio owner navigating the move from in-person to online membership, to a high-level intimacy coach who works with CEOs and YPO leaders but feels like a "well-kept secret" online.
We dig into the difference between visibility and conversion, why content is the car and messaging is the gas, and how the "so, but" transitions inside my Momentum Messaging Framework can transform a flat post into one that moves people toward a buying decision. We talk about giving yourself permission to go all in on one platform that actually feels aligned (instead of being everywhere), how to extract content from the work you're already doing with clients, and why the issue is almost never the platform—it's the messaging. If you've ever wondered what it actually looks like to be coached on your content in real time, this episode is your seat at the table.

| How to Make Your Content Sell: Turning Inspiration Into Conversions | 08 Jul 2026 | 00:59:17 | |
In this episode, I'm sharing a powerful conversation I had with Samantha Daily, host of the Make Shift Happen podcast and a brilliant voice for women building intentional online businesses. We get into the hard truth that so many online entrepreneurs are facing right now: showing up, posting, pouring effort into your content, and still not converting. Why? Because your messaging and positioning, not your content or your visibility, is what sells. I walk Samantha and her audience through my Momentum Messaging Framework, the exact strategy that helped me scale to over a million dollars in less than a year.
We unpack why constantly reinventing your content strategy might be doing more harm than good, the difference between pleasure content and power content (and why most women only create the first), how to know if your messaging is actually working, and why posting less might be the move that finally gets your ideal client to pay attention and buy. I also share the leadership maturity required to scale, the compounded growth that took me from $250K to $1.3M in nine months, and the question I ask every new client: if I dropped 100 paying clients into your world today, could you actually hold them? If you've ever felt like you're screaming into the social media void or exhausted from over-delivering without the sales to match, this episode is your breath of fresh air.

| How to Attract Premium Clients by Speaking to Identity Instead of Pain Points | 01 Jul 2026 | 00:14:16 | |
In this episode, I'm dropping into something tangible, and hopefully a little disruptive, about how you are showing up, messaging, and the energy behind the words you're using to call in your ideal client. If you've ever felt like you're saying all the right things, posting with intention, showing up with consistency, and your best clients are watching but not buying, this episode is for you. Your message isn't wrong, your client isn't broken, and you are not invisible. This isn't a visibility problem, it's a resonance problem.
I'm walking you through the three things elevated buyers in 2026 are actually responding to: identity buying triggers, resonance-first messaging, and identity mirroring instead of result hyping. I share my own story of when my engagement felt flat and the people in my comments weren't the same people on my checkout page, and the exact shift that changed everything. We break down the difference between pain point marketing, result-driven marketing, and identity-based marketing—plus a side-by-side messaging example that will instantly show you why your dream clients aren't moving yet, and exactly how to refine your words so they do.

“ Pain point Marketing works. I get it. I learned it in college, in my marketing classes. It does work, but it takes so much flipping longer to work. Why? Because pain point marketing attracts people who need convincing.” - Julie Solomon
“ You do not need more volume. This is not a lead problem because if I dropped a thousand more leads on your lap with you having the same challenge that you currently have, it's just gonna create more problems. So it's not more volume. You need more resonance.” - Julie Solomon

| Why Your Content Isn't Converting: The Difference Between Content and Messaging | 24 Jun 2026 | 00:40:16 | |
In this episode, I'm sharing a soul-and-strategy conversation I had with the powerhouse Stefanie Gass, on her podcast God-Led Business. Stefanie is a leading voice for faith-led entrepreneurs and visibility strategy. We get into the early days of my business, the hard-won clarity that led me to my first million-dollar year, and the moment I finally stopped trying to be a lifestyle blogger and just allowed myself to be "Julie Publicist."
I share my exact definition of messaging versus content, why your content isn't converting (hint: it's not a content problem), and the specific shift my client made that turned one post into $15,000 in sales. We unpack the difference between messaging as the foundation and content as the tactical execution, why niching down has nothing to do with content pillars, and the visibility truth I learned from my years in PR: opportunity doesn't fall from the sky—you have to put yourself in the path of it. If you've ever felt too late, too unqualified, or like your genius isn't being seen, this episode is your encouragement and your permission slip.

| The Women Who Built the Industry Part 2: On Wealth, Evolution & Telling the Full Story | 17 Jun 2026 | 01:12:30 | |
Part 2 of the Woman of Influence Table Talk is here, and the conversation only gets deeper. I'm back at the table with Amy Porterfield, Stacy Tuschl, Leanne Lopez Mosley, Adley Kinsman, and Ashley Brock for a raw, unfiltered look at what it actually takes to build sustainable wealth and lead with integrity in 2026. We unpack the difference between a true pivot and an earned evolution, why every billionaire is chasing boring money, and how the entrepreneurs who win are the ones who stay the course, fall in love with the same offer twice, and stop chasing variety in their business.
We get vulnerable about the magical numbers each of us once chased—and what actually happened when we hit them. Leanne shares the loneliness of being suicidal during her first million-dollar month, Amy reveals what she sacrificed to hit $20 million, Ashley unpacks how she got over the guilt of profit, and Adley reminds us that money is just a tool for the experience you actually want. We close the table talk with each woman sharing her most audacious, illogical, slightly delusional goal for the year ahead—including a major book announcement from yours truly. If you're ready to make decisions that don't make sense to anyone else but you, this episode is your green light.

| The Women Who Built the Industry: Amy Porterfield, Adley Kinsman, Stacy Tuschl, Leanne Lopez Mosley & Ashley Brock on Influence, Identity & What It Costs | 10 Jun 2026 | 01:05:33 | |
In a first-ever Woman of Influence Table Talk, I gather five powerhouse women in one room for a no-holds-barred conversation about what it really takes to build, hold, and protect true influence. I'm joined by Amy Porterfield, Stacy Tuschl, Leanne Lopez Mosley, Adley Kinsman, and Ashley Brock five women who have collectively built multi-million dollar businesses, generated billions of views, scaled iconic brands, and earned their elevation by doing the work most women aren't willing to do. We open the conversation with the question every woman in business needs to sit with: when did you first realize you had cultivated real influence, and what did it cost you?
This is a raw and grounding conversation about being misunderstood, raising your standard when it's the most inconvenient, the people-pleasing patterns that quietly cap your influence, and why you cannot have any form of real influence and still chase universal approval. We talk about Amy's decision to retire a $60 million program and the public backlash that followed, Stacy's framework of "$100 million CEO" thinking, Adley's concept of Cringe Mountain, Leanne's evolution into Rich Queen and Soft Girl Millions, and Ashley's identity-shifting realization that she was a thought repeater, not a thought leader. If you've ever felt the tension between being liked and being free, this episode is your invitation to choose the latter and stay tuned for Part 2.

| Why Your Brand Feels Heavy and How to Lighten the Load | 03 Jun 2026 | 00:12:09 | |
In this episode, I’m talking about a type of burnout that so many high-achieving women experience but rarely recognize the quiet burnout that comes from outgrowing the identity your business is still operating from. I share why burnout isn’t always caused by overworking or doing too much, but often by continuing to create, market, and lead from a version of yourself that no longer exists. We dive into what I call “identity lag,” the disconnect that happens when your business, messaging, offers, and audience haven’t caught up to the woman you’ve become, and why that misalignment can make even successful businesses start to feel heavy, dull, or uninspiring.
I also walk you through the three identity stages I teach my clients former self, working self, and highest self and how understanding these stages can completely change the way you approach your messaging, leadership, and growth. This conversation is about evolving beyond survival-mode marketing and learning how to build a business that actually reflects your current level of identity, standards, and embodiment. If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your content, uninspired by your messaging, or like your business no longer feels like a true expression of who you are, this episode will help you understand why and what needs to shift next.

“ If your business has started to feel heavy, if you're outgrowing your clients, but you don't know how to shift, if your voice feels muffled inside your own brand, you're not broken. You are just out of sync with the evolution that you are currently on.” - Julie Solomon
“ I wanna ask you very gently, but very clearly, who is your current business still built around? Are you speaking from the version of you who once needed to prove, or the version who's already integrated, grounded, and ready to lead?” - Julie Solomon

| Stop Speaking to Your Former Self and Start Selling to Your Client’s Highest Self | 27 May 2026 | 00:28:23 | |
In this episode, I’m giving you a private debrief from one of my recent live trainings, The Messaging Reset, where I break down one of the biggest reasons so many entrepreneurs feel stuck in their business growth: they’re still messaging to an outdated version of their audience. I share why “serve your former self” may work in the early stages of business, but eventually becomes the very thing that keeps you attracting people who consume your content without ever truly buying. We dive into the difference between former-self buyers, working-self buyers, and highest-self buyers—and why the quality of your messaging directly impacts the caliber of clients you call in.
I also unpack how your message is so much deeper than content strategy. Your messaging is your leadership, your positioning, your standards, and the identity behind the way you communicate. This episode will help you understand why clarity and embodiment matter more than constantly creating more content, and how to shift your messaging so it actually reflects the level of woman you are now. If you’ve been feeling like your business is no longer matching your growth, this conversation will help you refine your message in a way that creates stronger alignment, deeper trust, and more powerful conversions.

| The Power of Non-Negotiables in Relationships and Business | 20 May 2026 | 00:24:38 | |
In this episode, I’m sharing a powerful realization that surfaced for me in my 40s: your standards shape everything in your life. From your business to your relationships, the energy you tolerate will always reflect what you believe you’re available for. I open up about the deeper shifts I’ve been experiencing over the last year—especially around what I’m no longer willing to carry, entertain, or overextend myself for—and how raising your standards often requires radical honesty with yourself first.
I also dive into what happens when you begin choosing alignment over obligation and stop holding onto dynamics that no longer support the woman you’re becoming. This conversation is about self-respect, identity, boundaries, and the courage it takes to let things either rise to meet you or fall away completely. If you’ve been feeling the tension between who you’ve been and who you’re evolving into, this episode will help you trust the changes you know you need to make.

“ I am a work in progress friends. I am not perfect. I am learning and growing and expanding as I go, but I believe that the more accountability that we have to take stock of what no longer serves us and really have people that see that in us and honor those non-negotiables, the more that we can do it for others.” - Julie Solomon

| Why You Keep Calling In the Wrong Clients | 13 May 2026 | 00:43:30 | |
In this episode, I’m unpacking a frustrating reality that so many entrepreneurs are experiencing right now: your content is performing, people are engaging, your audience is growing… but sales still feel harder than they should. I break down why visibility alone is no longer enough and how many business owners are unknowingly creating a disconnect between the content they’re putting out and the actual buying decisions their audience needs to make. We dive into the difference between attention and conversion, and why great content doesn’t automatically equal a sustainable business.
I also share what’s really missing when your sales feel inconsistent despite all the effort you’re putting in online. This episode will help you identify where your messaging may be leaking trust, clarity, or authority—and how to shift your strategy so your content actually supports revenue growth instead of just engagement. If you’ve been feeling exhausted from constantly showing up online without seeing the financial results match the effort, this conversation will give you a much more grounded and effective way to approach your content and sales moving forward.

| Why Your Hormones Aren't the Problem: A Root Cause Approach to Women's Health with Sheeva Stephens | 06 May 2026 | 00:46:00 | |
In this episode, I sit down with one of my oldest and dearest friends, Sheeva Stephens, functional medicine and brain health specialist, for a deeply personal and empowering conversation about what it really takes to heal your body from the inside out. Sheeva shares her raw and vulnerable journey of being put on Adderall at 12 years old, navigating years of debilitating side effects, and ultimately moving across the country to wean herself off three medications—a process that became the catalyst for the life-changing work she now does with women all over the world.
We dig into why so many high-achieving women are walking around chronically inflamed, dismissed by doctors, and stuck in bodies that no longer feel like home.
Sheeva breaks down the four pillars of her healing methodology, the most common symptoms women in their 40s are facing today (bloating, brain fog, anxiety, sleep disturbances, hair loss), and why hormones often aren't the real problem. We also get into peptides, GLP-1s, supplements, electrolytes, and the foundational habits every woman should be doing right now to reduce inflammation and reclaim her energy.
If you've been feeling "off" and can't figure out why—or you've been told by doctors that this is just how it is—this episode is your sign to listen to your body and start asking better questions.

| The Truth About Writing, Publishing, and Influence with Allison Trowbridge | 29 Apr 2026 | 00:55:56 | |
In this episode, I sit down with my dear friend Allison Trowbridge, founder and CEO of Copper Books, for a deeply honest and expansive conversation about influence, authorship, and what it truly takes to bring a book into the world.
Allie shares the difference between power and influence—and how leading from a place of magnetism, authenticity, and soft power creates lasting impact in a way that grinding never can.
We explore her journey from working in the anti-trafficking space to reimagining the publishing industry, and why books remain one of the most powerful tools for shifting culture, sparking movements, and building authority.
We also get into the tactical side of becoming an author: the difference between writers and authors, how to know if traditional, hybrid, or self-publishing is right for you, why your title and cover matter more than you think, and the marketing strategies that actually move books in 2026.
If you've been carrying a book idea on your heart—whether for one year or ten—this conversation is your invitation to listen to that stirring, trust the timing, and step into the kind of influence only authorship can create.

“ Why it's so important on getting clear on who your ideal reader is, is you wanna make sure that you're getting in front of the places where your ideal reader is. | What Changes When Your Message Finally Sounds Like You | 13 Apr 2026 | 00:19:04
I’m diving into what really changes when your message finally sounds like you. Not the polished, performative version—but the honest, fully expressed version that actually reflects who you are now. I share why so many women feel disconnected from their own content, even when it’s “working,” and how that disconnect impacts everything from engagement to sales to overall fulfillment in your business.
I also walk you through what happens when you close that gap—when your messaging becomes clear, embodied, and aligned with your current identity. This is where content starts to feel easier, your audience resonates on a deeper level, and selling becomes a natural extension of your voice rather than something you have to force. If you’ve been craving more authenticity, clarity, and connection in how you show up, this episode will help you understand what’s been missing—and how to step into a message that truly feels like yours.

“ When the shift of your message, finally comes from the woman that you actually are, guess what happens? The filter changes. Not to something reckless or raw or unfiltered in a way that doesn't serve your business. But to something that just feels true.” - Julie Solomon
“ it's not just the number on a page, it's the quality of it. Revenue that comes from convincing buyers requires a lot of you. It requires your constant presence, your constant output, your constant effort to keep the nurturing warm, to keep the sales calls converting, to keep the clients quote unquote happy. It is revenue that literally runs on you. But revenue that comes from Right Fit Buyers? It just requires a much different relationship with your business. Because these buyers, they refer people like themselves to you and they don't drain your energy, they actually add to it.” - Julie Solomon

| You've Done Everything Right. Here's What Nobody Told You. | 08 Apr 2026 | 00:19:59 | |
I’m speaking to the woman who feels like she’s done everything right—followed the strategy, showed up consistently, invested in the rooms—and yet something still isn’t clicking the way she expected. I unpack why this happens and how it’s often not a matter of doing more, but of recognizing where you’ve outgrown the level you’ve been operating at. There’s a gap that can form between your current identity and the way you’re still communicating, selling, and leading—and that gap is what’s keeping things feeling harder than they need to be.
I also walk you through what it looks like to move beyond that plateau by recalibrating your messaging, your standards, and the way you make decisions in your business. This is about shifting out of proving and performing, and into a deeper level of self-trust and clarity. If you’ve been feeling like you’re close to a breakthrough but can’t quite access it, this episode will help you see what’s actually in the way—and how to move forward in a way that finally matches the level you’re ready for.

“ Every single investment that you've made that maybe didn't move the needle the way that you hoped? It taught you something. It built something different in you. It refined your thinking and your methodology and your understanding of your work. It showed you what you didn't want.” - Julie Solomon
“ When we literally close the gap between the woman that you are and the voice that your message is speaking from, that's when everything changes. When your buyers change, that's when the conversations change. That's when the revenue changes. That's when the content changes. And it's not because you learn a better strategy or because you hire an agency or you join a mastermind, but it's because you finally start speaking as the woman you actually are and to the woman that you're meant to serve.” - Julie Solomon

| The Real Reason You Keep Attracting the Wrong Buyer | 06 Apr 2026 | 00:20:11 | |
In this episode, I’m diving into the real reason you keep attracting the wrong buyers—and it’s probably not what you think. I share how this pattern is often rooted in your messaging, positioning, and the version of you that your brand is still speaking from. If you’re consistently bringing in people who aren’t ready, aren’t aligned, or aren’t a fit for the level you’re operating at, it’s not random—it’s a reflection of what you’re signaling.
I walk you through how to shift that by refining your messaging, raising your standards, and getting clear on who you’re actually here to serve now—not who you were serving before. This is about more than calling in “better clients”—it’s about becoming more precise, more embodied, and more honest in how you communicate your value. If you’re ready to stop over-delivering, over-explaining, or attracting misaligned buyers, this episode will help you recalibrate and start attracting clients who truly match your next level.

“ There is a very specific kind of frustration that comes from being genuinely excellent at what you do and having revenue that does not reflect that.” - Julie Solomon
“ Your content right now, it's probably doing one of two things. It's either being too educational, teaching, providing value, proving your expertise, or it's going to personal, relatable building connection, sharing your story. Both of those things serve an audience that needs to be warmed up, and neither of them speak directly to the woman who is already warm, who is already ready, who is looking for someone to step into the role of expert and just simply guide her.” - Julie Solomon

| Why Your Content Is Working and Your Sales Still Feel Hard | 03 Apr 2026 | 00:24:05 | |
In this episode, I’m breaking down a frustrating but incredibly common experience: when your content is performing, your audience is engaging, and everything looks “good” on the surface—but your sales still feel hard. I walk you through why this disconnect happens and how it often has less to do with your content strategy and more to do with what’s happening underneath it. From messaging gaps to misaligned positioning, I share the real reasons your content may be attracting attention but not converting at the level you desire.
I also dive into what it actually takes to bridge that gap—so your content doesn’t just get seen, but drives clean, consistent sales. This means getting radically honest about how you’re communicating your value, how clearly your offers are positioned, and whether your messaging is speaking to the right level of buyer. If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of showing up, creating, and still feeling like you’re pushing for results, this episode will help you shift into a more aligned, effective way of selling.

| The Truth About Money, Fear, and Control in Business with Kate Northrup | 01 Apr 2026 | 00:54:54 | |
In this episode, I’m diving into a layered and honest conversation around money, healing, and what it really takes to lead and launch from a place of alignment. I share how our relationship with money is often rooted in deeper emotional patterns—fear, control, trust—and how those patterns can quietly shape the way we make decisions in our business. From navigating big financial choices to recognizing where we’re operating from old conditioning, this conversation invites you to look beyond the surface and into the meaning behind your habits.
I also explore what it looks like to shift out of reactive patterns and into more grounded, intentional leadership—especially when it comes to launching and scaling. This is about learning to pause, trust yourself, and make clean decisions that support long-term growth rather than short-term urgency. If you’ve ever felt the tension between going all in and holding back, or questioned your next move financially or strategically, this episode will help you approach both money and business from a place of clarity, integrity, and self-trust.

In this episode, I’m continuing the conversation from last week and taking you even deeper into what it really looks like to evolve your identity, your message, and the way you lead. If Part 1 opened your eyes to where you may be out of alignment, this episode is about what to actually do next. I expand on the internal and external shifts required to close the gap between where you are and where you know you’re meant to be.
We talk about the real work of recalibration—raising your standards, refining your messaging, and making decisions from your next-level identity instead of your current reality. This is where strategy meets self-leadership. If you’re ready to stop circling the same patterns and finally move forward with clarity and conviction, this episode will help you take those next aligned steps with intention.

| More Followers Won't Fix What Clarity Can: A Real Coaching Call | 18 Mar 2026 | 00:31:52 | |
In this episode, I’m bringing you inside a real coaching conversation—one that captures exactly what so many high-achieving women are navigating behind the scenes. We dive into what it really takes to grow a sustainable, aligned business when everything on the outside may already look successful, but something internally feels off.
Inside this coaching call, I unpack the deeper patterns that keep showing up—where we disconnect from our truth, default to performance, and start building from pressure instead of alignment. You’ll hear how this plays out in real time, along with the shifts required to move out of that cycle and into more grounded, intentional leadership.
This isn’t about doing more or finding better strategies—it’s about identity, ownership, and having the courage to evolve beyond the version of you that built your current success. If you’ve been craving something deeper, more honest, and more aligned in your business and message, this conversation will show you what that next level actually requires—and how to step into it fully.

“ The goal is never more followers or more likes or more visibility. Because that's so vague. That is not specific at all. It's normal to think that's the goal because we see those as the vehicle or the catalyst to get us to the real goal, which is predictable buyers.” - Julie Solomon
“ Ads are an amplifier. They are only going to amplify what is already there. So if you're getting a volume of leads coming in, but you don't have a nurture plan, then you can't nurture them to qualification.” - Julie Solomon

| Protecting Your Energy Isn't a Boundary. It's a Business Strategy. | 11 Mar 2026 | 00:25:20 | |
In this episode, I’m revisiting a powerful conversation that resonated deeply with so many of you last year. I dive into one of the most common questions I get from clients and listeners: how do you know when it’s time to evolve your message or pivot in your business? I share my own experience of reaching a season where everything looked like it was working on the outside, but internally something felt misaligned. That quiet tension led me to realize I was still speaking to an older version of myself—and that awareness ultimately inspired what I now call my Identity Evolution Framework.
Throughout this conversation, I walk through how to recognize when you’ve outgrown your current messaging, why burnout can sometimes be a signal of misalignment rather than overwork, and how to recalibrate your offers and voice to match the woman you’ve become today. If you’ve been feeling like your content, brand, or message no longer reflects who you are now, this episode will help you understand why that happens—and how to evolve your identity and leadership in a way that feels aligned, honest, and sustainable.

| You've Built Something Real. Not Everyone Deserves Access to It | 04 Mar 2026 | 00:24:18 | |
In this episode, I’m sharing a conversation that has been coming up again and again with my clients: how to truly honor and protect the brand and credibility you’ve worked so hard to build. As you grow, there’s a subtle but powerful shift that has to happen — not everyone deserves access to you, your platform, or your community. I talk about the confusion that can arise when someone’s public image doesn’t match their private energy, why inconsistency is information, and how high-achieving women often override their own discernment in the name of being agreeable or “easy.”
I also dive into the difference between emotional decisions and informed decisions — whether that’s inviting someone into your business, saying yes to a collaboration, or investing in support for yourself. Expansion requires depth, new standards, and stronger boundaries. If you’re craving greater visibility, impact, or success, this episode is your reminder that the next level won’t come from saying yes to everything — it comes from trusting your wisdom, protecting what you’ve built, and choosing alignment over approval every single time.

| Your Revenue Has a Ceiling. It's Not Your Strategy — It's Your Identity. Here's the Proof. | 25 Feb 2026 | 00:29:58 | |
Strategy didn't create your ceiling. Identity did. In this episode, I break down exactly what that means — and share the case study that will make you rethink everything you thought you knew about why your next level feels so close but so far.
I also break down the practical shifts required to recalibrate — from refining your positioning and elevating your standards to making bold, strategic decisions that reflect your next level. This isn’t about doing more; it’s about becoming more precise, more honest, and more aligned. If you’re ready to stop performing and start leading from your highest identity, this episode will give you both the clarity and the courage to move.

Take what that experience taught you about what you needed to know and use it to discern. And when you find the right person or the right experience, who is actually right for you? You go all in. | The Expertise Tax: Why the Most Generous Leaders Are Leaving the Most Money Behind | 11 Feb 2026 | 00:28:06
There's a hidden cost to being the kind of leader who gives freely. And it's not just financial. This episode names what it's actually costing you — and how to recalibrate.
In this solo episode of Woman of Influence, I’m sharing what the past few weeks have looked like here in Nashville—from navigating a historic ice storm to hosting my first in-person retreat in over two years—and how all of it led me back to a conversation I’ve been having repeatedly with my clients: the real cost of free advice. I take you inside the identity shift required to stop over-giving, stop confusing engagement with impact, and start being seen as a paid, trusted authority instead of a generous but invisible one.
I break down why free content is a relationship, not a strategy, how it conditions your audience when you’re not intentional, and why information alone never creates true transformation. I also share the moment a longtime follower told me exactly why she’d never invest in my work—and how that changed everything. If you’ve ever felt quietly resentful of giving so much without seeing it convert, this episode will help you reframe free content, clarify where real transformation begins, and step into leadership that’s aligned, paid, and chosen.

| Inside a Real Coaching Call: The Moment She Stopped Selling and Started Leading | 04 Feb 2026 | 00:27:49 | |
In this episode, I’m inviting you behind the scenes for a real, unfiltered sneak peek into a live coaching call inside The Revenue Accelerator. No polish, no edits—just me meeting my clients where they are and naming the patterns I see show up again and again for smart, seasoned women when it comes to selling, launching, and leading with clarity. I break down why webinars, masterclasses, and trainings aren’t meant to convince or overteach, but to help your audience make a clean, safe decision—and how trying to prove your depth often creates resistance instead of conversion.
I also share why simplicity doesn’t mean shallow, why intrigue opens the door but clarity closes the gap, and how your brilliance actually lands more powerfully when the structure underneath it is clean and grounded. This episode isn’t about more tactics—it’s about unlearning outdated models, trusting yourself at a higher level, and learning how to lead people to a clear yes without force, pressure, or over-explaining. If you’ve ever felt like your nuance makes things harder instead of easier, this conversation will help everything click.

“ If you notice yourself second guessing , or adding more, or wanting to explain more, that's not a flaw. It's so common. But it's also a signal that you're having to unlearn an old model to step into a more precise one. And that's exactly the work that we're doing here.” - Julie Solomon

| You've Already Outgrown the Version of You That Built This. Here's What's Actually Next. | 28 Jan 2026 | 00:36:38 | |
The version of you that got you here? She did her job. But she's not the one who takes you to the next level.
In this episode, I open up about how pausing has transformed the way I steward my business, my voice, and my identity—especially after a profound personal experience that reshaped how I understand safety, leadership, and provision. I talk about why learning to hold the process matters more than chasing the outcome, why trying to be everything to everyone creates exhaustion, and how true influence comes from honoring your specific lane and genius. This episode is an invitation to slow down, release control, and trust that what you’re preparing for in the pause is what allows the harvest to come.

“ I just want you to hear me clearly with this. You do not need to sprint into the new year. You do not need to prove January. You do not need to panic plan. You do not need to aggressively map out your entire year in a week like your life depends on it. You don't have to have the perfect setup or the perfect studio, or the perfect launch or whatever thing that you're making up and telling yourself that you need in order to make something great because most women don't enter the new year with a strategy problem. Most women enter the new year with nervous system dysregulation.” - Julie Solomon
“ It's not to say that goals are bad. It's not to say that measuring how far we've come to where we wanna be is bad. It's just that a lot of women are measuring their lives with a ruler that was never meant to measure their actual progress, their actual success. And that's the thing most women are not behind. They're just measuring with the wrong ruler, and you cannot build a powerful year from some distorted measuring stick.” - Julie Solomon

| Why the Fastest Women in the Room Are Finally Learning to Pause (And What They Found When They Did) . | 21 Jan 2026 | 00:27:23 | |
In this solo episode, I explore why feeling unsettled, impatient, or slightly off isn’t a sign that something is wrong—but a signal that you’re expanding into a new level of leadership. I unpack how safety, not speed, creates clarity, and why so many high-achieving women misinterpret nervous system discomfort as failure. This conversation reframes uncertainty as part of the embodiment process required for your next level of visibility, authority, and impact.
I also share how slowing down, regulating your energy, and fully embodying your message allows you to hold more—more clients, more revenue, and more responsibility—without burnout. This episode is an invitation to stop forcing clarity and instead become the woman who can sustain what she’s asking for.

“ Most women are not confused, especially when they come into my world. Even if they think they are, they are not confused. But man, are they uncomfortable. And we have been taught to fix that discomfort instead of listening to it and letting it be a teacher that actually guides us to the best decisions that we can make next.” - Julie Solomon
“ I'm not here to help you post and be seen. Anyone can do that. I'm here to help you post to be remembered and paid by the right people. I want you to have buyers, not followers. Because you cannot execute conversion first content from a rushed, reactive, cluttered, nervous system. It just doesn't happen. Conversion requires precision, intention, pausing, leadership. Yes, we do build content that collapses the buying gap. We need that too. But first we have to build the woman who can hold it.” - Julie Solomon

In this week's episode, I sit down with my husband, Johnathon Schaech, for a candid look into marriage, money, identity, and creative purpose. Together, we unpack what our financial fights have really been about, how fear shows up for each of us, and why trust — not control — has become the foundation of our partnership.
John shares openly about the evolution of his career, the impact sobriety has had on his life and work, and how our move to Nashville restored a sense of peace he didn’t even realize he was missing. We talk honestly about what it looks like to support each other’s dreams without competition, how we navigated my many business reinventions, and why letting go — of perfectionism, chaos, and old stories — has expanded everything from our marriage to our creative expression.
This conversation is especially for the women whose partners may not yet fully understand their entrepreneurial dreams. We reflect on the values that have carried us through 13 years of growth — faith, honesty, sovereignty, and mutual respect — and what it means to choose each other again and again.

“I'm not going in there talking about my husband this and my husband that because we've already done so much of that work in our marriage. It's like I get this space to actually work on myself. And I think that that's a huge thing. And that I'm grateful for in our marriage.” - Julie Solomon
“ When we got married that day on the beach, it wasn't glamor. It was just real. And I tried to live up to those values with you and God and everything I've learned over the course of these years made that commitment to you. And you have been loving, caring, forgiving, and I couldn't imagine doing anything less. I couldn't imagine being less for you.” - John Schaech

| 2026 Is the Year of Harvest: You’re Not Late, You’re Ready | 07 Jan 2026 | 00:49:29 | |
In this solo episode, I’m welcoming in 2026 with what feels like a deep exhale and a powerful reframe: this is the year of harvest. After years of shedding, refining, and staying faithful through seasons that didn’t always make sense, I share why I believe this is the moment where the fruit of that work finally becomes visible. We talk about what harvest really means in leadership and business—not hustling harder, but refining, simplifying, and allowing what’s already working to mature.
I explore why misalignment often shows up right before expansion, how guilt can surface when you want to change what you once prayed for, and why less doesn’t mean failure—it often means precision. I also walk you through the different ways you can work with me in 2026, from The Growth Collective to the Brand Accelerator, Revenue Accelerator, and my in-person UNSCRIPTED retreat. This episode is an invitation to stop forcing, trust your evolution, and step into the season where your business finally matches the woman you’ve become.

“ Truly one of the most beautiful parts of growth as a woman and as a leader is when you finally honor yourself and your evolution, and you give yourself the permission to realign your business with not who you were. But who you are today, and most importantly, where you are going.” - Julie Solomon
“ If you're feeling that itchiness just use this as a reminder to not gaslight yourself. Because sometimes that discomfort, sometimes that itchiness is just that growth edge. It's just you getting ready to leave this level of the base camp to a sin to another one, and most often something just isn't vibing with where you are anymore or with who you are anymore. And that's okay. That's not a crisis. That is literally the harvest about to take shape.” - Julie Solomon

“ You're not bad or wrong. You're hiding it because it is the way that you have learned to protect yourself. So let yourself off the hook with that. And now is the time that you can start. 'Cause now you're aware. It's like you know that you're hiding this and it's not supporting your highest self, your highest vision, your highest dreams. | When Your Business Evolves Faster Than Your Voice | 17 Dec 2025 | 00:45:50
In this episode, I sit down with my friend Samantha Skelly for a deeply honest conversation about identity, presence, and what it really means to lead from your highest self. We talk about releasing performative success, why boredom in business can actually be a sign of regulation and alignment, and how creative play outside of your work can unlock your next level of clarity and fulfillment.
I share my philosophy on identity-based messaging, why serving a former version of yourself can cap your growth, and how speaking to the highest version of your client creates cleaner energy, stronger resonance, and more aligned opportunities. We also explore embodiment, aspiration-based messaging, and the simple but powerful practice I return to daily: be her now.
This episode is for the woman who feels herself evolving, who’s ready to stop shrinking or over-explaining, and who wants her business, message, and life to finally feel as aligned as the woman she’s becoming.

“ A brand is just the perception of whatever messaging. Whether it's Audio, visual, static, digital. Whatever kind of message that you are putting out there. And as long as it's corralled mostly to where people want it to be, then like, we're good to go. But most of the time it's not corralled.” - Julie Solomon
“ I don't subscribe to pain based marketing. Like whenever people do that and I get an email like that, I'm like, get outta here. Like that's literally how I feel. I'm like, Ugh. But then when I get someone's email and it's aspirational and it's helping me see a future version of myself, I get this like a aliveness and this like champagne bubbly feeling in my body. I'm like, whatever that is, I'm so in.” - Samantha Skelly

| The Power of Noticing What’s Already Yours | 10 Dec 2025 | 00:21:55 | |
In this solo episode, I explore a powerful shift that’s been reshaping my life and leadership: moving from owning my blessings to truly stewarding them. I share how a simple but confronting truth—“It’s not good stewardship to complain about what God has already given you”—led me to reevaluate the way I was approaching my marriage, business, faith, and daily peace.
Through honest reflections on success, comparison, and control, I walk you through the difference between routine and practice, ownership and stewardship, and why happiness isn’t something we chase—it’s something we notice. I also share the daily gratitude rituals and spiritual practices that have grounded me in presence, softened my ambition, and brought peace back into my home, my work, and my identity.
If you're ready to release pressure, reconnect to what’s already here, and lead from a deeper place of trust, this episode will feel like coming home.

“ My marriage, my family, my business, my home, even the freedom I have to sit here and speak with you like this. At one point in my life, every single one of those things was something I prayed for, and now they're part of my everyday reality. But somewhere along the way, I stopped treating them like miracles, and I started treating them like they were something that needed maintenance. And that's where the gratitude gap begins.” - Julie Solomon
“ There are three things that will steal your gratitude faster than anything else. Money, property, and prestige. When you put yourself in the driver's seat of those three. When you start idolizing your money, your property, or your prestige, things start to get shaky. Because that's when you start thinking you are the source of it all instead of the steward.” - Julie Solomon

| From Ownership to Stewardship: The Shift That Changes Everything | 03 Dec 2025 | 00:15:12 | |
In this week’s episode, I am opening up about the surprising fear that can surface when everything you prayed for finally arrives — the clients, the clarity, the calm — and how your nervous system often needs time to catch up to your blessings. I share my personal shift from owning my business to stewarding it, and how that single mindset change has rewritten my entire relationship with work, worthiness, and leadership.
We explore why striving creates ceilings, why stewardship creates capacity, and how to lead from your highest identity instead of your hustling self. Through personal stories, client breakthroughs, spiritual lessons, and practical tools like “the pause,” outreach calls, and my weekly Highest Self Filter, I will walk you through the inner recalibration required to hold more without hustling more.
This is an episode for the woman who feels change rising inside her, who knows she's outgrown her old way of working, and who’s ready to lead with clarity, peace, and faith instead of pressure.

“ Healing doesn't happen in the breakthrough. It happens in the practice.” - Julie Solomon
“ There was a time when I wore busyness, like a badge of honor. My working self was addicted to being useful. She said yes to everything because she believed saying no would make her irrelevant. Every yes was just proof that she could handle it. Every late night email was this quiet audition for worthiness, but worthiness doesn't live in overdrive. It lives in peace, and peace doesn't prove. It just is when you allow it to come in.” - Julie Solomon
