The response to the pandemic will be more protectionism. Government wan tto bring "supply chains" back into the country. But this term is misleading because it suggests that goods, such as a pen, is at the end of a long chain of production that is stretched around the world, so if we want to produce more pens at home, we should just pull that chain in our direction - listen to the full talk with prof.
