Nicola got tyred celebrating Woodhouse Moor parkrun's 15th anniversary whilst Danny was all cheery at Sutton Park parkrun.

Leicht und dicht! It's a German Unity Day special on the profiles as well as some fab emails, things and job chat. Nicola stayed local to home at Cross Flatts whilst Danny was fortunate enough to be in Cologne for both Rheinpark and Aachener Weiher parkrun.

Drew is back again this week, joining a croaky post-ultra Nicola for this weeks pod. There's much to discuss following recent events, not in the least, their thoughts on the soon to be released second edition of the parkrun magazine.

As ever the pod is full of 'things', arbitrary goodness, and Elliott's stats. It was home-sweet-home for the two of them as Drew returned to Aberdare parkrun, whilst it was all about the puppy love for Nicola at Woodhouse Moor parkrun.

After an emotional week with the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, Nicola welcomes back Stewart to the pod to bring a bit of parkrun sunshine to us all. They reflect on how different events paid their respects but also highlight the importance of our community at difficult times like these. 

Stewart enjoyed the sea air at Swansea parkrun whilst Nicola headed for Harrogate parkrun, with both sharing their tales of the morning as well as your comments from parkrunday past.

Drew returns this week to join Nicola on the pod and there is much to discuss for the two of them this week. There's a follow up on the recent 'parkwalk' initiative, emails about forgotten 'things' and both are very 'appy' with the latest app from parkrun partner, WithU.

Another week, another co-host for Nicola as Stewart returns to the pod. Much to discuss this week including James Hansen's new parkrun Australia record, the introduction of parkwalk and of course the Sinton-Hewitts completing their 500th parkrun at Dietenbach parkrun, Germany.

Brockers talks of an uplifting morning at Eastleigh parkrun, whilst Nicola recounts a challenging parkrun eve, though her parkrun day was anything but Blue.
