| How I Got My Body and Energy Back | 17 Oct 2025 | 00:56:37 | |
It took three years and a blessed fortune, but Danielle feels—and looks—better than ever. This is the episode where she tells you everything. The mold that tried to kill her twice. The metals poisoning. The 12-inch worms (yes, really). The 27 pounds she lost without counting a single calorie. The face that made people ask, "Have you had work done?" No tox. No surgery. Just results. Danielle walks you through the practitioners who actually helped, the protocols that worked, and the expensive mistakes she made so you don't have to. This is raw, real, and intensely practical. If you've been trying everything and nothing's working—your body might just be trying to stay alive. In this episode:
Big disclaimer: This is not medical advice. This is Danielle's body, her karma, her choices. Take what you want, leave the rest. MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE:

| There’s Wisdom in What you Might Think is the Worst Part of You | 10 Oct 2025 | 00:19:13 | |
After a year of revelation around inner child work and shadow integration, Danielle is redefining what healing really means. It’s not about conquering fear or forcing confidence. It’s not about getting your inner child to “grow up.” Healing is about loving every fragment of yourself, exactly as it is. Through a story about heartbreak, grief, and self-compassion, Danielle reveals how meeting her wounded self with tenderness—rather than rejection—transformed everything. Find out what happened when she asked her inner child, “What do you need?” and listened, with Love. In this episode:

| Intimacy and Prayer—What Happens When You Petition the Divine | 26 Sep 2025 | 00:09:45 | |
The fastest way to fall in love with people? Ask them what they’re praying for. Or let them pray for you. This is a deeply personal episode. Danielle opens up about the end of her marriage and how prayer—both hers and others'—became a lifeline. She shares how carrying twelve friends’ prayers through the sacred temples of Egypt opened her up to the intimacy of prayer—raw, messy, holy. She talks about moving from “polished petitions” to unfiltered conversations with the Divine, and the healing power of asking others to hold you in prayer when your own heart is breaking. | Is it Self-Pity or Self-Compassion? | 19 Sep 2025 | 00:17:44
Sometimes we confuse self pity as self Compassion. Compassion is a dignified energy. It’s embracing and wise. It knows that it’s highly capable of healing people and situations. Compassion is merciful. Compassion is a possibility thinker. Self-pity is like the zirconia diamond of compassion. It’s not real, but it looks close. Self-pity looks backwards, scans for blame. It seems interested in getting out of pain but… nope, not really. In this episode, Danielle shares how she caught herself in a cycle of self-pity, and how she shifted toward compassion with one simple prayer. Three days of focus turned into gentle optimism—and compassion emerged. In this episode:

| The RELIEF You Feel When You Make the Right Decisions | 12 Sep 2025 | 00:16:15 | |
Danielle’s summer was full of pivots. Some heartbreak. Decisions of depth. Phoenix vibes. Here’s the thing about making the right decision: you’ll know because of the relief you feel. It’s the rush of light that comes with the declaration. The exhale. That clarity is all the affirmation you need. In this episode, Danielle shares a recent pivot with her new book, Bless & Release. What was supposed to launch in Fall 2025 has been moved to Spring 2026. A move that was out of character—but created space, fresh insight, and a waterfall of gratitude. From a mastermind with James Clear, to forming a focus group for the book, to planning the world’s largest survey on what people want to let go of… this pivot became a portal. And with every pivot comes Phoenix medicine: the burning, the ashes, the certain rising. In this episode:

| On Saturdays We Clean Up Our Karma (and Our Closets) | 05 Sep 2025 | 00:09:57 | |
Here we are—the final episode in our 8-part series on the Energetics of the Days of the Week. We’ve covered Mercury Retrograde, Sunday through Friday… and now, Saturday. Saturdays are ruled by Saturn. It’s that big, heavy, father energy. Structure. Rigidity. Discipline. It’s also the day for cleaning up karma—tidying your inner state and your outer world. Which is why Saturdays are naturally the best day of the week for errands, organizing, and getting your sh*t together. Each day of the week pairs with a Life Area, and Saturday’s is SPACE + THINGS. Your home and office, your belongings, your car, your closets, the stuff that surrounds you. Saturn invites us to declutter, to clear what no longer serves, to bring order to our space—and our karma. When we use Saturn’s structured energy consciously, it doesn’t feel heavy. It feels like grace. In this episode:

| Thank Venus, it’s Friday! | 29 Aug 2025 | 00:07:30 | |
Thank Venus, it’s Friday! This is part 7 of an 8-part series on the energetics of the days of the week, and today is all about Venus. Venus energy is love, selflessness, higher consciousness, Buddha nature. It rules relationships and all communication around relationships—Divine Love in action. Friday is for expansion through the heart. It’s the ideal day to take relationships to the next level—a perfect day for date nights, community building, acts of kindness and heart-to-heart connection. The Life Area paired with Fridays is Relationships. That includes your relationship to yourself and your inner child, your family and friends, your animals, your community, your higher guidance, and the world. When we get in sync with Venus energy, we tap into creativity and connection—ideating and visioning from Love instead of ego. In this episode:

| Thursday is All About Expansion | 22 Aug 2025 | 00:06:16 | |
This is part six of an eight-part series on the energetics of the days of the week, and today we’re hookin’ our wagons to Jupiter. Thursday is ruled by Jupiter—expansive, abundant, lucky (if there is such a thing). Jupiter energy is about vastness, generosity, and selflessness. When we honour Thursday’s expansive power, we can use it to teach, to reach out, to be generous—and more wisdom and abundance flows in. The Life Area that pairs with Thursdays is Mind + Emotions. This is the day to think higher thoughts, to neutralize emotions, to focus on learning, sharing wisdom, and expanding through service. Expansion energy in action. The key to working with Thursday’s Jupiter vibe? Selflessness. Expansion happens more naturally when we focus on serving others. When you come from a place of seva—of loving service—the abundance flows back to you naturally. Generous people always have more to give. In this episode:

| Tuesday’s Fiery Energy is for Getting Sh*t Done | 08 Aug 2025 | 00:09:14 | |
Every day of the week is governed by a planetary energy—and Tuesday belongs to Mars. Mars is fiery. It’s strategic. It’s a little spicy. And when you know how to work with that energy, Tuesday becomes a power move—not a burnout trap. This is part 4 of an 8-part series on the energetics of the days of the week. In this episode, Danielle dives into the willfulness and combative potential of Mars—and how to use Tuesday’s charge to pull things off, without blowing things up. She breaks down why Tuesday is paired with the Life Area of Livelihood (your work, money, service, leadership), and why planning, not launching, is the best use of this Mars day. You’ll hear how Team D uses Tuesdays as buffer days for strategy, director meetings, and creative jamming—plus, how Danielle preps her energy to hit “go” on Wednesdays. | Monday: The Moon’s Day | 01 Aug 2025 | 00:15:23
Every day of the week is governed by a planetary energy, and each day has its own vibration according to the planet that looks after that day of the week. The idea here is that we’re aware of that energy—and we work with it. MONDAYS are ruled by the moon, and lunar energy is shadowy, emotional stuff. It’s watery, with unconscious energy coming to the surface. But instead of getting down on ourselves about it, we flow with it. In this episode, part 3 of an 8 part series on the energetics of the days of the week, Danielle breaks down why Monday is paired with the body Life Area, and shares something that might surprise (and delight) you: Monday is not the best day for meetings! This counterculture (but not counterintuitive) approach—being gentle with Monday’s energy, and flowing with it—will change your whole week. In this episode:

Every day of the week is governed by a planetary energy, and each day has its own vibration according to the planet that looks after that day of the week. The idea here is that we’re aware of that energy—and we work with it. Sunday is ruled by solar energy, by SOUL energy. It vibrates at the level of Christ consciousness, Buddha nature, and divine love. This is the energy of inclusiveness. It’s love love love. In this episode, part 2 of an 8 part series on the energetics of the days of the week, Danielle is sharing how to work with Sunday’s expansive energy to create more flow and less force in your life. Danielle also shares her “Anything Sundays” practice. | Make Mercury More Freddie and Less Retrograde | 18 Jul 2025 | 00:28:07
Mercury retrograde gets a bad rap, but it’s actually a great opportunity for cleaning up and cleaning out. The energy supports you to clean stuff up. Instead of working against it, we use this shadowy time to clean up the emotional clutter in our own shadow and subconscious. It's brilliant! This week, Danielle shares two decades of Mercury retrograde experiments (including surveying cell phone customer service reps about their ticket volume—spoiler: it spikes). She talks about why Instagram girlies who freak out about Mercury retrograde are missing the point. This cosmic cleanup period is prime time for letting go and slowing down, to purge and clean out your drawers. Crunchy emotions? Feel them and let them pass through. Be mindful about how we communicate. We can use this energy to create more space and clarity in our lives. In this episode:

(photo linked below) This week, Danielle is sharing the real story behind a polished interview with Chase Jarvis—a “successful” professional moment that, behind the scenes, was complete with anxiety medication, heartbreak, mould poisoning and exhaustion. This is the truth about what it looks like to show up when you’re falling apart. And while it’s easy to be judgmental of others, what everyone really needs is the compassion impulse—the assumption that everyone is going through something and filtering it in their own way. It’s deeply natural to deeply desire deep connection. In fact, we are physiologically wired for it. But when our nervous system is out of whack, we struggle to find resonance—and end up in fawning, transactional patterns that drain our life force. This week, Danielle is talking about the connection between your nervous system and your relationships. Because when you balance your nervous system, you have better relationships. She’s sharing the how-tos for getting balanced and exploring what your nervous system has to do with your emotional intimacy with everyone in your life. In this episode:

Danielle has never talked publicly about this. In her 20s, she was channelling “guides”—a term she uses very loosely. It all started with a Ouija board. Friends were messing with it, and she got in on the action. It’s a story about feeling special, getting in too deep, and discovering that “just because a disembodied energy comes through from the ‘other side’ doesn’t mean that it’s higher vibration than someone on the Earth plane.” It’s a story that may change how you think about spiritual guidance. | We’re Dropping the Judgment on Our Way to Unity Consciousness | 13 Jun 2025 | 00:23:01
I think judgment of others can be a byproduct of spiritual bypassing. All us self-helpers… lean in. Basically, spiritual bypassing is when we paint negative experiences as "spiritually positive” before we’ve actually felt the very human, negative feelings. Because we are secretly judging ourselves for having not very pretty or “spiritual” emotions and experiences. And the offshoot of self recrimination is that you become really f*cking JUDGY with others. That’s one of the most harmful parts of spiritual bypassing—that everything gets categorized as either “spiritual” or “not spiritual.” TV? Not spiritual. Resentment? Very unspiritual. But when you start loving your human, “negative” behaviours more… you become MUCH COOLER to other people. It’s pretty simple. LOVE THE GNARLY WITHIN—and you know what happens? You become a more Loving person. So… get in, loser. We’re dropping the judgment on our way to unity consciousness. In this episode:

| The Most Delicious Abundance Affirmations | 06 Jun 2025 | 00:05:15 | |
The theme in my Heart Centered Collective this month is prosperity consciousness. And I don’t talk at all about money. And I barely touch on manifestation principles. Because… you can visualize and budget your butt off, but mental methods only work well if they ride on higher consciousness. Mentality is not consciousness. Consciousness is pure life force, prana, divinity. Consciousness is always there before we think, feel or do. Higher consciousness (“feeling” closer to the Divine, you could say,) results in better thinking and doing. So my approach to prosperity at the moment is less strategy, more energy. Get your thoughts set to a higher frequency and two things will happen: better attraction and better decisions. Inner and outer. Energy AND strategy. You’ll attract abundance and you’ll know the best moves to build on it. THE ABUNDANCE AFFIRMATIONS I trust in divine timing. In this episode:

Waiting for karma to bite someone back? Here’s the twist… In the final installment of the What In the Woo? series, Danielle dives deep into one of the most misunderstood concepts in spirituality: karma. Far from being a cosmic punishment system, karma is the Soul’s invitation to restore balance—and it’s way more compassionate than most of us think. In this episode, Danielle unpacks the true essence of karma: the ego generates the negative, the heart creates the positive, and every experience—no matter how painful—is a chance to come back into alignment. This episode is for anyone who’s ever wondered, “Why is this happening to me?” or tried to tally their spiritual “points.” Expect clarity, compassion, and a whole lot of energetic truth. | Your Inner Child Is Not the “Younger Version” of You | 02 May 2025 | 00:07:44
Today is Part 2 of the 3 part What In the Woo? Series—offering a fresh perspective on how to work with the term “Inner Child.” The Inner Child is not your younger self—it’s the wounded, emotional, shadowy part within, asking for healing. Your Inner Child isn’t you when you were 8 years old. Inner Child is a really effectual term for the part of us that hasn’t healed yet—the wounded self, the fragmented self. Interchangeable with the ego or shadow self. The part of you that gets triggered, goes into fight, flight, freeze, or fawn? That’s your Inner Child asking for attention and love. The gift of the Inner Child is that they’re always pointing to what’s unresolved within us. Anxiety attacks before big events, losing your phone while hustling, getting sick when you’re pushing too hard? Those aren’t accidents—they’re calls for compassion, not "tough love." True spiritual growth happens when we hold space for our Inner Child reactions—gently, lovingly, without judgment. Reparenting our unmet needs into creative power... and that’s Inner Child work. | Are You Ego’ing? What IS the Ego? Do You DO It, or Does It Do You? | 25 Apr 2025 | 00:19:09
The ego… your shadow… is a POWER PORTAL. For years, I thought I had to punish all my ego-centric’isms—manipulating to get my needs met, constant striving to burn my karma, pretending to behave. But actually? I’ve needed to assimilate… embrace… and talk sweetly to my shadows. The ego is the unhealed part of us. More precisely, “it’s the way our unhealed self acts.” It’s not a villain—it’s a pattern. And that “pattern” is always trying to protect you from heartbreak or rejection. What if, instead of saying That’s my ego I need to get in check… we just said: “Whoops, I was ego-ing. I can get back to Loving.” Because ultimately: Light, shadow, light. In this episode:

There’s curiosity. There’s concern. There’s some serious side-eye. Danielle’s essay, “AI IS NOT YOUR BEST LIFE COACH,” stirred up a flood of responses—some celebratory, some cautionary. In this episode, she goes deeper into our growing relationship with AI—from life coaching to spiritual support—and asks: What happens when we start outsourcing our inner wisdom to technology? There’s more than one side to this conversation. Danielle shares community responses—insightful, and deeply felt—and reflects on why spiritual maturity requires discernment, and why human-to-human healing will always remain irreplaceable. | The (Significant) Downside of Fawning | 11 Apr 2025 | 00:23:52
Fawning is a trauma response. And it’s one we don’t talk about enough. In this episode, Danielle is digging into fawning as a default stress response. Most people misunderstand it. Fawning isn’t just being nice or deferential—it’s a survival mechanism that many of us picked up in childhood, and now it’s messing with our relationships, our confidence, and even our nervous system. She unpacks how fawning isn’t as physiological as fight, flight, or freeze—it’s more of a personality gimmick. We think it’s safer to please other people than to be our authentic selves. And that… erodes trust in every direction. In this episode:

| AI Is Not Your Best Life Coach. Emotional Manipulation vs. The Power of Self-Referencing | 04 Apr 2025 | 00:25:55 | |
I’ve never used ChatGPT. Couldn’t tell you how to do it. So, not surprisingly… I’ve never used AI for life guidance. And I never will. Because turning to algorithms for soul advice? That’s not evolution—it’s devolution. But…asking AI for life advice and personal goal-setting is ACTUALLY TRENDING. Heavy sigh. This week, I’m naming what’s happening underneath all the dopamine hits. We’ve worked too hard to break free from shallow psychotherapists and profit-centric Priestesses to fall for Chat-f*cking-GPT subbing as our next spiritual advisor. Want real wisdom? Put the phone down. It’s less sexy, and the dopamine is modest. But the results of self-referencing and a loving support system lead to your radiant power. In this episode:

| Suicidal Thoughts That Aren’t Mine | 02 Apr 2025 | 00:21:53 | |
Not all of your feelings are yours. Knowing this will help you navigate your entire life with more ease. Feeling other people’s feelings—momentarily or ongoingly, but in a very intentional way—can be a form of service. The more conscious we become, the more “sensing” we will be. And please, this is not to be mistaken with being overly sensitive and dysregulated, okay? I talk about shadow eaters. I talk about empathic normies. I talk about the sensitive folks who need to learn how to NOT carry what they’re picking up on. Because there is NO SENSE or SERVICE in letting the suffering of humanity ruin your capacity to function and re-stabilize in joy. This is the work. In this episode:

| You Are an IMMORTAL BIRD! (And Why It’s Darkest Before the Dawn) | 28 Mar 2025 | 00:22:36 | |
I’ve been in a pendulum swing of suffering and joy lately—and as ever, I hope what I share is a popcorn trail through the dark for you. Because there’s always another side. This episode is inspired by a poem from D.H. Lawrence that’s become a mantra for me: “Are you willing to be made nothing?” The Phoenix only renews when she’s burnt to flocculent ash. Immortal bird, anyone? This is my unfiltered download on what it means to truly rise. I’m talking about sacred surrender, resilience as your true nature, why guilt is a pathway to innocence, and how even a day of crying in bed can be an act of devotion. Plus, I riff on my philosopher boyfriends (Krishnamurti and Leonard Cohen) and my metaphysical bestie, Manly P. Hall. This one’s personal and poetic—just how I like it.

| A Prayer of Transmutation | 02 Mar 2025 | 00:02:21 | |
The Prayer of St. Francis is a magnificent prayer for becoming the Divine counterbalance. You can speak this to your Soul or the God of your understanding. Bear in mind the universal law: “For it is in giving that we receive.” So we are taught by Saint Francis: “And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.” This isn’t necessarily literal death. It’s a dying of the old ways and our illusions of separateness. It’s the awareness that our oneness is eternal life. MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: You can download a copy of the Prayer of St. Francis here. Read + listen to the new The Sacred where the vibe is even more up close and personal. We’ve been talking a lot about habits and rituals lately in our Heart Centered Membership community and classes. And our new Heart Centered planner includes a “habit tracker.” ‘Tis the season, right? And that’s what most productivity methods miss—our history with mornings. And that’s why we chose this episode of With Love, Danielle as a BEST OF episode. Danielle explains how she created her own therapeutic approach to mornings because “morning mindfulness is how you activate your superpowers.” It sets up how the rest of your day (and your life) unfolds, so let’s take a deeper, psychological look.
