361. Welcome to ‘With Danielle Collins: The Podcast’ (A New Name & New Look)27 Sep 202600:18:12

I am so excited to launch With Danielle Collins: The Podcast — the new name and new look for The Face Yoga Expert Podcast.

After six and a half years, over half a million downloads, millions of views on YouTube and a brand-new episode every single Sunday, I felt it was time for the podcast to have a little facelift… a natural facelift, of course!

In this special episode, I’m sharing why I’ve decided to rename the podcast, what inspired With Danielle Collins, and what you can expect from this next chapter.

If you’re a regular listener, don’t worry — the heart of the podcast isn’t changing.

Over the years, Face Yoga itself has only ever made up a small part of what we talk about here. The podcast has naturally evolved into a space for conversations around wellness, natural beauty, holistic health, mindset, business, lifestyle and real-life stories and experiences.

You’ll still hear my solo episodes where I speak from the heart, alongside conversations with inspiring guests. But you may also notice a little more of me — more of my own stories, what I’m learning and experiencing, and conversations that feel genuine, open and connected.

The new name simply feels like it has caught up with what this podcast has already become.

Because ultimately, this is a space where you can simply be with me — whether I’m talking directly to you or you’re joining me for a conversation with one of my guests.

In this episode, I also talk about why I believe we don’t always need to completely close one chapter before beginning another. Sometimes we simply need to evolve, own who we are now and step more fully into the chapter we’re already in.

That’s exactly what With Danielle Collins represents for me.

Thank you so much for being part of this journey, whether this is your very first episode or you’ve been listening for years. I’m so grateful you’re here, and I’m really excited for what’s to come.

New episodes every Sunday.

Watch on the Face Yoga Expert YouTube channel or listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, my website or wherever you usually listen to your podcasts.

360. The 3 Moments That Changed My Life & Career Forever20 Sep 202600:23:37

In this solo episode, I’m sharing three moments that changed my life, business and career forever.

This is a really honest and open conversation where I speak from the heart about some of the pivotal moments that, looking back, completely changed the direction my life was taking.

The first happened when I was just 21 and was diagnosed with a chronic illness that left me bedridden for around a year. I talk about my journey back to health, how I immersed myself in holistic wellness and natural healing, and how this incredibly difficult chapter ultimately helped me understand what I felt my soul’s purpose was. It led me to train, begin teaching and eventually start my own wellness business.

I then take you back to the early days of my career, when I was teaching yoga and relaxation and incorporating facial massage into my work. This eventually led me to discover Face Yoga and become a Face Yoga teacher, including speaking about it at my first national event. At the time, Face Yoga was almost completely unknown and some people even found the idea funny! But something inside me knew to keep going. I stayed consistent, continued teaching and sharing these natural facial exercises and techniques, and slowly began building what would eventually become the Face Yoga Expert brand.

My third story takes us to the end of 2019, when I made the decision to move my business from predominantly in-person work to online.

What makes this story particularly interesting is that at the time I had a very strong intuitive feeling that something big was going to happen in the world. I felt that it was connected to health, although I had absolutely no idea what it would be. At the same time, my intuition was strongly telling me to take my Face Yoga business online.

Of course, only a few months later, the world changed with the Covid lockdowns.

Looking back, I’m so grateful I listened to that intuition. Moving my business online before everything changed meant I was already in a position to reach and support people around the world from home, and it became a hugely important turning point for my business from 2020 onwards.

Throughout this episode, I reflect on intuition, consistency, trusting the path that feels right for you and how sometimes the moments that initially feel like challenges or unexpected changes can ultimately lead us exactly where we need to go.

I also tell you about my 7 Day Natural Facelift with Face Yoga course. It’s a simple, easy-to-follow Face Yoga programme with lifetime access to seven 12-minute videos, designed to help you naturally lift and tone the key areas of your face using my Face Yoga techniques. The full course is just £21 here

359. Can ‘Nice Girls’ Win In Business & Life? Chatting With Kelly Ehlers13 Sep 202600:33:49

In this episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m joined by entrepreneur, founder and author Kelly Ehlers for a conversation about success, kindness, ambition, self-worth and giving ourselves permission to choose again.

So many women have consciously created the life they thought they wanted — the career, the relationship, the family, the home, the success — and are incredibly grateful for it. But what happens when, underneath all of that, there’s a quiet feeling of “Is this it?”

And perhaps an even bigger question: Can we want more without being ungrateful for everything we already have?

Kelly believes we absolutely can.

Kelly is an award-winning entrepreneur who has spent more than 16 years building businesses and brands. She scaled The Evoke Agency into an agency working with major global brands, with the company earning a place on the Inc. 500/5000 five times. She is also the founder of The Tease Media and author of the forthcoming book Nice Girls Win.

What I particularly love about Kelly’s message is her belief that we don’t need to become harder, colder or less ourselves in order to succeed. In fact, kindness, generosity, empathy and integrity can be some of our greatest strengths in both business and life.

In this conversation, we talk about the invisible contracts so many women unknowingly live by — the idea that our needs should come last, that wanting something different makes us ungrateful, or that once we’ve chosen a particular life or season, we have to stay there.

We explore what it means to choose again without burning everything down. Choosing again doesn’t have to mean quitting your job, ending your relationship or completely changing your life. Sometimes it simply means recognising that you’re allowed to evolve and enter a new season.

We also talk about the fascinating difference between wanting, needing and deserving. What happens when instead of saying, “I want this,” we begin to believe, “I deserve this”?

Kelly and I delve into manifestation too, not simply vision boards or wishful thinking, but what happens when we genuinely embody the belief that the things we’re calling into our lives are possible for us.

We also discuss Kelly’s own extraordinary business journey, the challenges she faced along the way, boundaries, people-pleasing, self-worth and why being a “nice girl” doesn’t mean playing small.

Kelly’s work challenges the traditional idea that success requires women to become tougher or less caring. Her message is about winning without losing yourself in the process.

This is such an inspiring conversation for anyone who is ambitious but wants success to feel good too and particularly for women who are beginning to wonder whether they’re ready for their next chapter.

358. 5 Ways to Motivate Yourself to Do Face Yoga (When You Really Don’t Feel Like It!)06 Sep 202600:08:37

We all know that consistency is key when it comes to Face Yoga. But knowing what to do and actually motivating yourself to do it regularly are two very different things!

After more than two decades of practising and teaching Face Yoga, one of the questions I’m asked most often is: “How do I stay consistent with Face Yoga?”

So in this solo episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m sharing 5 simple ways to motivate yourself to practise Face Yoga, even on the days when you’re busy, tired, distracted or simply don’t feel like doing it.

These aren’t about creating another rigid wellness routine or putting more pressure on yourself. Instead, they’re small, realistic shifts that can help Face Yoga become an enjoyable and sustainable part of your everyday self-care routine.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • Why just 2 minutes of Face Yoga can be enough to keep your habit going
  • How to attach Face Yoga to things you already do, such as your skincare routine, shower, watching TV or bedtime
  • Why choosing the facial exercises, face massage and acupressure techniques you genuinely enjoy can make consistency easier
  • The importance of focusing on how Face Yoga makes you feel, not only how it makes you look
  • How Face Yoga can support relaxation, help release facial and jaw tension and create a moment of calm
  • Why dropping the all-or-nothing mindset may be one of the most important things you can do
  • What consistency really means — and why missing a day, a week or even longer doesn’t mean you’ve failed

My biggest reminder in this episode is that there is no perfect Face Yoga routine. Consistency isn’t about doing something perfectly every single day. It’s about coming back to it again and again.

Face Yoga should ultimately be an act of self-care, not another reason to be hard on yourself.

In this episode, I’m joined by Sarah Gregg and Jill Ritchie, co-founders of The Intuitive Psychology Association, for a fascinating conversation about intuition, psychology, spirituality and learning to trust that inner knowing.

We talk about Sarah and Jill’s personal journeys and the experiences that led them to the work they do today, as well as why they decided to create The Intuitive Psychology Association and bring together the worlds of psychology and intuitive wisdom.

355. What I Wore In Greece & Why It Mattered For My Mindset16 Aug 202600:13:51

In this short solo episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what I packed and wore for our family holiday in Greece — but this episode is about so much more than clothes.

I’ve always believed that wellness is about the whole picture. It’s the way we move, the way we think, the way we care for ourselves and, perhaps surprisingly, even the way we dress.

Fashion can have such an impact on how we feel, and being more intentional about what we wear can be a simple way to shift our mindset, confidence and energy.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • What I packed and wore for our family holiday in Greece
  • The connection between fashion, mindset and wellness
  • My simple approach to packing without taking too much
  • How to rediscover older pieces in your wardrobe and make them feel fresh again
  • Being intentional about dressing for the way you want to feel
  • Why practicality still matters when choosing what to wear
  • How clothes can help us step into a different energy or version of ourselves
  • Embracing the season we are in
  • Why feeling good in what you wear doesn’t have to mean constantly buying something new

This is a light, personal episode with some simple ideas you can take into your next holiday, your wardrobe and your everyday life.

I hope it inspires you to look at the clothes you already own in a slightly different way and to think about not just how you want to look, but how you want to feel.

354. What I Have Changed My Mind About After 21 Years in the Wellness Industry09 Aug 202600:25:17

After more than two decades working in the wellness and beauty industry, I’ve realised that some of my strongest beliefs have completely changed.

In this personal solo episode, I’m sharing the lessons that only time, experience and thousands of conversations with clients have taught me. From ageing and skincare to hormones, exercise, success and beauty standards, I talk honestly about how my perspective has evolved over the last 21 years.

In this episode, I share:

  • Why my view of ageing has shifted from trying to look younger to embracing healthy, vibrant ageing.
  • The biggest lessons I’ve learnt about skincare and why simplicity often works better than complexity.
  • How my approach to exercise has changed and why supporting your nervous system matters just as much as pushing your body.
  • What I’ve learnt about stress, hormones and the importance of looking after your overall wellbeing.
  • The supplements I now prioritise (and the ones I no longer believe everyone needs).
  • How my definition of success has completely changed over the years.
  • My changing thoughts on fashion, beauty and learning to feel comfortable in your own skin.
  • The evolution of the wellness and beauty industry over the past two decades.
  • Personal stories, reflections and the biggest mindset shifts that have shaped both my life and my business.

Whether you’ve followed me for years or you’re new to the podcast, I hope this episode encourages you to question old beliefs, embrace change and remember that growth often comes from being willing to evolve.

353. Why You’re Still Stuck + How To Finally Take Action02 Aug 202600:13:04

Have you ever noticed that dreaming, planning and setting goals often feels exciting… but actually taking the action is the part that feels hardest?

After more than 21 years building a successful wellness business, I’ve realised that most people don’t struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because fear, procrastination, perfectionism and self-doubt stop them from taking the consistent action that creates real results.

In this episode, I’m sharing the mindset shifts and practical strategies that have helped me build an international business while staying true to my values. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been in business for years, these simple tips will help you stop overthinking and start moving forwards.

In this episode, I talk about:
  • Why planning, dreaming and goal setting often feel easier than taking action.
  • The hidden reasons we stay stuck, including fear, procrastination, feeling too busy, imposter syndrome and waiting until we feel “ready.”
  • Why confidence usually comes after taking action, not before it.
  • Five practical ways to start making consistent progress in your business and life.

The five action steps I share:

1. Start before you’re ready
Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Action creates confidence, clarity and momentum.

2. Make the next step ridiculously small
When a goal feels overwhelming, shrink it until it feels almost impossible to say no.

3. Schedule action in your diary
Treat the most important tasks in your business like appointments you wouldn’t cancel.

4. Done is better than perfect
Perfection delays progress. Publishing, launching and learning will always move you forwards faster than waiting for everything to be perfect.

5. Expect discomfort… but do it anyway

Growth nearly always feels uncomfortable. The people who succeed aren’t fearless—they simply learn to keep moving despite the discomfort.

I hope this episode leaves you feeling inspired to stop waiting and start taking the small, consistent actions that create lasting success.

352. The 10-Minute Meditation That Changed How I Feel About Ageing26 Jul 202600:11:23

What if one simple practice could completely change the way you think and feel about ageing?

In this week’s episode, I’m guiding you through a calming meditation that I return to whenever I want to reconnect with gratitude for my face, my body and the privilege of growing older.

You can listen with your eyes closed in a quiet space, allowing yourself to fully relax, or simply play it in the background while you’re walking, tidying the house or going about your day. Even if you’re not consciously focusing on every word, your mind can still absorb the positive messages.

This meditation is designed to:

  • Calm your nervous system.
  • Relax your mind, body and facial muscles.
  • Help reduce stress and tension held in the face.
  • Shift your mindset from fear of ageing to gratitude for ageing.
  • Cultivate greater self-love, self-acceptance and confidence.
  • Support a more positive relationship with your reflection.
  • Complement your Face Yoga practice by encouraging you to approach it from a place of kindness rather than criticism.

I’ve always believed that Face Yoga is about so much more than exercises. The way we think about ourselves, the emotions we carry and the relationship we have with our face all influence how we care for ourselves each day. When we move away from self-judgement and towards appreciation, our wellbeing often improves, our stress levels reduce and our healthy habits become much easier to maintain.

I hope this meditation leaves you feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to yourself.

  Continue your natural lifting journey

If you’d like to combine this positive mindset with practical techniques to naturally lift, tone and rejuvenate your face, I’d love you to join my 7 Day Natural Face Lift With Face Yoga course.

You’ll learn my signature combination of facial exercises, massage, acupressure, relaxation techniques and wellness practices to help you create healthier, more radiant skin naturally in just 12 minutes a day.

351. I Felt Overwhelmed… Then a Friend Told Me to Try This19 Jul 202600:14:28

Lately, life has felt busy. Like so many of us, I’ve found myself moving from one task to the next, focusing on what needs doing rather than truly noticing the beauty that’s already around me.

Then I had a conversation with a friend.

I realised she has a wonderful way of romanticising her life. Not in the sense of romance or relationships, but in how she notices the small, meaningful moments throughout her day and creates little rituals simply because they bring her joy.

That conversation completely shifted my perspective.

In this episode, I share how I’ve started embracing this mindset myself, why it’s helping me feel calmer, more present and more grateful, and how it can be a beautiful way to reduce overwhelm and reconnect with yourself.

I also explore the idea of glimmers – those tiny moments of joy, peace or connection that help regulate our nervous system and remind us that happiness is often found in the simplest everyday experiences.

This is a gentle, uplifting episode that invites you to slow down, notice more and create a life that feels just as beautiful as it looks.

In This Episode You’ll Learn:
  • What it really means to romanticise your life (and why it has nothing to do with romance).
  • How a simple conversation with a friend changed my perspective.
  • Why finding beauty in ordinary moments can help ease feelings of overwhelm.
  • What “glimmers” are and how they can positively influence your nervous system.
  • Why doing things purely because they bring you joy is so important.
  • Easy ways to bring more presence, gratitude and intention into everyday life.
  • How small daily rituals can help you feel calmer, happier and more connected.
Key Takeaway

Life doesn’t have to be extraordinary to feel magical.

When we slow down enough to notice the little moments, create simple rituals and allow ourselves to do things simply because they make us feel good, we often discover that joy has been there all along.

350. The Business Advice I Only Share With My Coaching Clients12 Jul 202600:23:23

What if growing your business wasn’t about doing more, but about doing the right things consistently?

In this episode, I’m sharing three of the biggest lessons I regularly discuss with my private business coaching clients. These aren’t complicated strategies or quick wins. They’re simple principles that have helped me build a wellness business over the last 20 years in a way that feels sustainable, aligned and enjoyable.

Whether you’re a wellness entrepreneur, personal brand, coach, teacher or creative business owner, these ideas will help you simplify your approach and focus on what really matters.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • Why clarity is the foundation of every successful business.
  • How understanding your unique strengths helps you stand out in a crowded market.
  • The importance of clear messaging and knowing exactly who you help.
  • Why consistency beats perfection every time.
  • How small, daily actions create long-term growth and trust.
  • Why chasing every trend often slows your progress.
  • How calm can become your greatest business advantage.
  • Why making decisions from a regulated, intuitive place leads to better results.
  • How creating a business that supports your wellbeing leads to greater freedom and longevity.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure about your next step, I hope this episode reminds you that building a successful business doesn’t have to feel complicated.

349. The 7 Wellness Products That Help Me Get Better Sleep & Skin05 Jul 202600:18:06

Good sleep is one of the most powerful beauty and wellness tools we have. As the Face Yoga Expert, I’ve spent over 20 years exploring natural ways to support healthy skin, reduce stress and improve sleep quality.

In this solo episode, I’m sharing the seven products I genuinely use as part of my evening routine to help me sleep deeply and wake up with smoother, healthier-looking skin. • Weighted Blanket – Why deep pressure can help calm the nervous system, promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.

• Metagenics Magnesium – Why magnesium has become part of my bedtime routine to help relaxation and support healthy sleep.

341. The 4 Things I Stopped Doing To Improve My Face In My 40’s10 May 202600:11:56

This week’s short solo episode of the podcast is all about the simple habits I stopped doing in my 40s which have genuinely made a big difference to my face, skin and overall wellbeing naturally.

At 44, and after over 20 years of teaching Face Yoga, I truly believe that often it’s the small daily habits we change consistently which create the biggest long-term results for our skin, facial muscles and posture.

In this episode, I share the four things I stopped doing to improve my face naturally:

• Clenching my jaw
• Rushing my skincare
• Overusing facial expressions
• Poor posture

I explain exactly how these habits can contribute to jaw tension, expression lines, neck tightness, skin ageing and facial asymmetry, plus the simple, realistic ways I changed them in my daily life.

This episode is packed with easy holistic beauty and Face Yoga tips which you can start using immediately without spending lots of time or money. If you love natural skincare, facial massage, wellness habits and gentle anti-ageing techniques, this episode is for you.

I also share why slowing down your skincare routine, improving posture and relaxing facial tension can help support healthier looking skin, softer expression lines and a more lifted, radiant appearance naturally.

339. The 4 Fashion Rules I Follow In Spring For Style & Wellness 26 Apr 202600:06:23

In this solo episode, I’m sharing the four simple fashion rules I follow every spring to help me feel good in my mind and body, while still feeling effortlessly stylish.

As a busy mum and business owner, I need my wardrobe to feel comfortable, practical and easy, but also elevated, feminine and confidence-boosting. Over the years, I’ve found that having a few simple seasonal style rules makes getting dressed each day feel effortless and even supports my overall wellbeing.

In this episode, I talk you through:

  • Why I love wearing yellow in spring to boost mood, energy and positivity
  • The beauty of a lightweight jacket for layering, comfort and versatility
  • How pastel tones can soften your look and bring a fresh, radiant feel
  • Why I swap heavier shoes and boots for sandals and trainers for ease and balance

These small shifts not only simplify your wardrobe but also help you feel more aligned, energised and confident in your everyday life.

Why This Matters:
What we wear doesn’t just affect how we look, it influences how we feel. Choosing colours, textures and styles that support your comfort, movement and mood can have a powerful effect on your confidence, energy and overall wellness.

335. I’ve Interviewed Hundreds of Wellness Experts & They ALL Do These 5 Daily Habits29 Mar 202600:20:43

In this episode, I’m sharing something powerful I’ve noticed after interviewing hundreds of the leading wellness, beauty, skin and business experts on The Face Yoga Expert Podcast.

Across different backgrounds, specialties, and approaches, the same core habits come up again and again.

These are simple, daily practices but they are also the foundation of long-term health, glowing skin, balanced energy, and a calm, focused mind.

If you’ve ever wondered what truly makes a difference (without overwhelm), this episode is for you.

The 5 Things All Wellness Experts Have in Common

1. They take quiet space every day

Whether it’s meditation, breathwork, journaling, or simply a few moments of stillness, they prioritise time to reset their nervous system and connect inward.

2. They move their body daily

This doesn’t have to mean intense workouts—it’s about consistency. From walking to yoga to strength training, daily movement supports circulation, energy, and overall wellbeing.

3. They focus on prevention over cure

Rather than waiting for symptoms to appear, they take proactive steps to support their health—through lifestyle, nutrition, skincare, and holistic practices.

4. They prioritise sleep and recovery

Rest is non-negotiable. Deep sleep, relaxation, and recovery are seen as essential—not optional—for both physical health and skin vitality.

5. They stay curious and keep learning

They are always open. Always evolving. Always learning—whether that’s through research, personal development, or new wellness practices.

If this episode resonates, I’ve created something to help you go deeper into one of the most important pillars—sleep and recovery.

My brand-new course: Face Yoga for Deep Sleep & Beauty Glow

334. The 5% Shift: How Small Intuitive Actions Build a Successful Personal Brand & Business22 Mar 202600:17:02

In this week’s episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m sharing a powerful concept that has shaped not only my business over the last 20+ years, but also my mindset, growth and success, The 5% Shift.

So often, we think we need to make huge changes to see big results.

But in reality, it’s the small, consistent, intuitive shifts that truly create lasting transformation.

In this episode, I talk about how building a successful personal brand and business doesn’t come from burnout, overwhelm or drastic action, it comes from tuning into your intuition, taking aligned steps, and repeating them consistently.

This is exactly how I’ve built The Face Yoga Expert into a global wellness brand through small, intentional up-levels over time.

In this episode, I share:
  • What the 5% Shift really means and how to apply it to your life and business

  • Why small changes can be the tipping point for big results

  • The importance of listening to your intuition in business decisions

  • How to take aligned action rather than forced or frantic action

  • Why consistency beats intensity every time

  • How to avoid overwhelm and build success in a sustainable way

  • Real examples of how I’ve used the 5% Shift to grow my brand, courses and community

  • How you can start making your own 5% shifts today

330. The 44 Life Lessons I Have Learnt In 44 Years (Birthday Special!)22 Feb 202600:19:14

Tomorrow (23rd February) I turn 44… and as I always do on my birthday, I pause, reflect and ask myself:

What have I learnt?

What do I know to be true?

Who have I become?

In this week’s solo episode, I share the reflections, lessons, inspirations and deeper understandings I’ve gained over 44 years of life, business, motherhood, wellness and growth.

Birthdays feel like energetic portals to me, a moment to honour where we’ve been and consciously choose where we’re going. In this very personal episode, I open my heart and share the 44 life lessons that have shaped me the most.

These lessons span intuition, health, business, healing, family, energy, confidence, ageing and purpose, and I hope at least one of them lands exactly where you need it.

Here are the 44 life lessons I’ve learned in 44 years:

Trust your intuition.

Always be kind.

Friends and family are the most important thing.

Everything is energy.

Listen to your body.

When your mind is stuck, move your body.

When your body feels stuck, move your mind.

Every physical ailment has an emotional onset.

Let go of perfection.

Consistency is key.

The greatest business advice: always be of service.

Say thank you as much as you can.

Rest is productive.

Slow growth is still growth.

Be in nature more.

Age is just a number.

Breathe deeper and slower.

Your story can heal others.

Be here now.

Confidence is built, not born.

Protect your peace.

Small rituals create big change.

Eat more plants.

Comparison steals joy.

Your work should serve your life, not run it.

Education creates freedom.

Natural skincare nourishes your skin.

Simplicity is underrated.

Celebrate the small wins.

Quick fixes rarely work in the long term.

Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

Say no if it isn’t right for you.

Your voice matters

Healing is not linear.

Energy attracts energy.

Find joy.

Trust the timing.

Have more fun.

Nourish from the inside out.

Walk more.

Be yourself.

Use visualisation daily.

Gratitude changes everything.

Keep going — your best years are still to come.

This episode is honest, reflective and deeply personal. It’s about growth without perfection. Success without burnout. Wellness without extremes. And ageing with gratitude.

If you’re navigating change, building something meaningful, healing, raising a family, growing a business or simply trying to live with more alignment — this conversation is for you.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for walking this journey with me.

329. The Real Benefits Of Jade Rolling For Smoother, More Lifted Skin15 Feb 202600:10:34

In this episode, I’m sharing one of my favourite simple yet powerful self-care tools for both skin and wellbeing, the jade roller.

We explore where jade rolling originates from, why it has been used for centuries in traditional beauty rituals, and how this gentle practice can support not just your skin, but your nervous system too.

I talk about the real benefits of jade rolling, including how it supports lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and fluid retention, boosts circulation to bring oxygen and nutrients to the skin, and helps release facial tension held in areas like the jaw, forehead and around the eyes.

You’ll learn why jade rolling can help the face look smoother, fresher and more sculpted over time not by forcing change, but by supporting the body’s natural systems in a kind and consistent way.

In this episode, I specifically talk about using a jade roller alongside the Fusion by Danielle Collins Pro Lift Moisturising Serum, a botanical-rich formula designed to hydrate, support skin elasticity and enhance glow. When paired with gentle rolling, this kind of serum creates the perfect glide while deeply nourishing the skin.

The exciting thing about this episode is that if you’re watching on YouTube, there’s a full five-minute Jade roller Face Yoga tutorial that you can follow along with. I show you exactly how to use a Jade roller through simple, effective facial massage techniques to boost self-love, relax facial tension, improve circulation and naturally lift and sculpt the skin.

You can listen to the episode while following the tutorial, making it a beautiful self-care ritual for both your skin and your wellbeing.

If you’re listening on your favourite podcast platform, you can still enjoy the episode in audio form and then head over to YouTube whenever you’d like to try the Jade roller routine visually.

In this week’s solo episode of the Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m sharing my personal journey with Face Yoga and why it has been such an important part of my life for over 20 years.

I’ve been teaching Face Yoga to millions of people around the world,  in person, online and on TV, but what many people don’t realise is that I also have my own daily Face Yoga practice and have done consistently for the past two decades.

In this episode, I talk about why I still practise Face Yoga every day, how it continues to support me personally, and why I truly plan to continue this practice for another 20, 40, and hopefully even 60 years!

I share how Face Yoga has helped me to naturally lift and sculpt my face, support healthy circulation, and keep my skin looking brighter, fresher and more radiant. I also discuss the emotional and mental benefits, including how Face Yoga helps me feel more grounded, calm and connected to myself.

We also explore the ageing process and why I believe having a positive, mindful relationship with ageing is one of the most powerful things we can do for our confidence and wellbeing. For me, Face Yoga isn’t about trying to look younger, it’s about ageing consciously, naturally and with self-love.

What if the colours you wear each day could help balance your energy, lift your mood, and support your emotional wellbeing?

In this solo episode of the Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I share how I personally use colour therapy and chakra awareness to support my energy, confidence, and sense of alignment – and how you can do the same through the clothes you choose.

Fashion and wellness have always been deeply connected for me, and in this episode I show you how your wardrobe can become a powerful tool for self-care and energetic balance.

    Personal power, self-esteem, motivation

  4. Heart Chakra – Green (and pink)

322. The 5 Areas of Face Yoga You Need to Know for 2026: Transform Your Skin & Wellbeing28 Dec 202500:16:58

In this week’s solo episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I break down the five key areas of Face Yoga and how you can use them in 2026 to support glowing skin, natural lifting, and better overall wellbeing. Face Yoga is so much more than a few exercises- it’s a holistic method that works from the inside out, helping you feel good in your face and body every day.

I talk through each area in detail:

  • Facial Exercise

How to strengthen, tone and lift the muscles in the face for natural radiance and definition.

  • Facial Massage

Why massage increases circulation and boosts lymphatic drainage for healthier, more sculpted skin.

  • Facial Acupressure

How working with acupoints can release tension, improve energy flow and support skin health.

  • Facial Relaxation

The importance of letting go of habitual facial tension to soften lines naturally.

  • Wellbeing

How lifestyle, breath, posture, and inner balance affect your face just as much as topical routines.

I also share simple and realistic ways you can apply all five areas to your daily life in 2026, even if you’re busy. With small consistent habits, you can make a noticeable difference to how your skin looks and how you feel.

321. I Set One Word to Guide My Whole Year: Here’s My 2025 Intention and What Happened21 Dec 202500:10:13

In this week’s solo episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m chatting to you all about the power of intention words. Every year I choose one word to guide me-  a theme, a feeling, or a vibe that I want to bring into all areas of my life. For me, this has always felt more powerful (and far more enjoyable!) than traditional New Year’s resolutions. Instead of rules and pressure, it becomes an invitation to embody something meaningful each month, all year long.

In this episode, I share:

  • The intention word I chose for 2025
  • Why I picked it and how I hoped it would shape my year
  • Whether I feel I met or embodied that intention
  • What I’m considering for my 2026 intention word
  • The value of also having a summary word
  • What my summary word is and why it matters

A summary word is different from an intention word, it’s a word that reflects the year you’ve just experienced or even the last few months. It captures how life has felt and what you want to carry forward into the next chapter. It may not be the focus for the new year, but it’s a feeling or vibe that still deserves space as you move forward.

If you’re looking for a gentle but powerful ritual to set the tone for your year, this episode will inspire you to choose your own intention word and summary word, and help you bring more purpose, presence, and alignment into your daily life.

I also chat about the Fusion by Danielle Collins skincare line, which beautifully complements a mindful self-care routine. You can explore and shop the full collection at https://shop.faceyogaexpert.com

Then in December 2022, something significant happened that completely changed the way I approach winter and Christmas. It helped me transform how I support my wellbeing, my routine, and my self-care through a season that once felt overwhelming.

In this episode, I share:

  • What winters used to feel like for me and why December was so draining

  • What happened in 2022 that shifted everything

  • The key changes I made that helped me stop feeling exhausted

  • How I now approach winter with more balance and ease

315. 3 Simple Ways to Bring More Mindfulness Into Your Day (In Just Minutes)09 Nov 202500:12:23

In this short solo episode, I’m sharing three easy and practical ways you can bring mindfulness into your day, without adding anything extra to your schedule. You don’t have to do more; you simply need to focus more on the present moment. These simple techniques take just a few minutes each day and can completely shift how you feel, bringing more calm, clarity, and connection into your life.

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and aware of what you’re doing and feeling, without distraction or judgment. It helps you tune into your body, your breath, and your surroundings so that you can respond to life from a place of peace rather than stress or autopilot.

In this episode, you’ll learn:

  • Three quick mindfulness practices you can start using today
  • How to integrate mindfulness into your busy routine
  • The mindset shift that makes being present feel effortless
  • How I personally bring mindfulness into my own life each day

These tips are designed to fit seamlessly into your routine, whether you’re doing your Face Yoga, making a cup of tea, or taking a short walk. By using these tools, you’ll start to feel calmer, more grounded, and more connected to yourself, even on the busiest days.

314. 13 Surprising Life Lessons I Learned on A Yoga Retreat in Turkey02 Nov 202500:36:25

In this week’s episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m sharing 13 powerful and surprising lessons I learned during my seven-day yoga retreat in Turkey last month.

This retreat was so much more than yoga, it became a deep journey of self-reflection, surrender, and transformation. Whether you’ve been on a retreat before or you’re dreaming of one, these lessons will inspire you to live with more peace, resilience, and self-compassion every day.

Here are some of the key insights I share in this episode:

  • The way I care for myself in the next six years will determine how the next fifty unfold (especially if I want to live to 100).

  • I have a choice in how I see every situation, positive or negative.

  • Strength training will serve me well in my forties and beyond.

  • I am more resilient than I think.

  • Surrender brings peace in every situation.

  • When faced with uncomfortable feelings, sit with them for a few minutes, then change your environment to let them pass.

  • I can learn so much from others,I love being a student as much as a teacher.

  • Always treat people the way you want to be treated.

  • The closer food is to nature, the better it is for my body.

  • If reality doesn’t match expectations, change your expectations to find joy in the present.

  • Positive people attract positive people.

  • To find creativity, I must find space.

  • Nothing in life stays the same forever.

These reflections reminded me how deeply connected self-care, mindset, and wellness truly are, and how Face Yoga is not only about our faces but about the way we live and feel each day.

312. Relax, Let Go and Glow: A Short Guided Meditation for Body and Face19 Oct 202500:07:41
This short solo episode is designed to be practical, repeatable, and deeply calming. It’s something you can listen to or watch again and again whenever you need to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

I’ll guide you through simple breathing exercises to:

  • Calm your nervous system

  • Settle your mind and feel more present

  • Release stress and tension from your body

  • Soften your face so it looks and feels more relaxed, healthy, and radiant

Then we move into healing words and affirmations. With each in-breath, we focus on the intentions and qualities we want to welcome in. With each out-breath, we gently let go of what no longer serves us. Finally, we repeat affirmations three times together to anchor them fully into our body, mind, and face.

You can do this practice lying down, sitting comfortably, or even while walking or driving (as long as it’s safe to do so). It’s like having a short guided meditation and breathwork session that you can return to anytime you need it.
