vendredi 30 mai 2025 • Durée 53:18
Today’s guest is Dr. Anuranjan Bist and I am very grateful for this conversation as it brings so much light to the way our mind works!
Dr. Anuranjan Bist is a pioneer in the field of mental health. He is a psychiatrist with many years of experience, trained in both the USA and India. His deep fascination with the human psyche and his search for Truth have led him on an incredible journey. Today, he has developed his own unique approach, combining techniques such as TMS, ketamine therapy, and yogic technologies to truly offer healing on all levels of the human body - mind.
In this conversation, we talk about his personal and academic journey, including how he found his guru. We explore the nature of the mind, what makes a doctor a true healer, and take a holistic look at psychological conditions such as trauma and anxiety. We also dive into topics like intuition, surrender, and the incredible power of attention—and how we must learn to cultivate it.
Anuranjan shares such profound clarity and insight, and for me personally, it was a deeply inspiring interview.
I’d love to hear what you’re taking away from this episode!
With lots of love, Janina 🧡
