Plantain and Mullein

In this episode, I discuss Plantain and Mullein. I chose to discuss Plantain because I have been using it a lot lately.  I share benefits of plantain, 3 older stories on how I used it, and 3 newer stories.  By the way, this isn't the fruit that looks like a banana, this is Plantago major or Plantago lanceolata.  

I also chose to discuss Mullein because I usually use it more in the summer than any other season (although most people probably use it more in the winter). If you live in Fire Country like I do, this herb is very beneficial. I share the benefits of Mullein and how to identify it.  Mullein's Latin name is Verbascum thapsus.
