Episode 66 - Hybrid Content Operations: AI + Humans That Actually Ship23 Sep 202500:33:44

What you'll hear
Founder-host Fleire Castro sits in the guest chair as Charlene Virlouvet (Chief of Staff, DashoContent) co-hosts a candid first episode on Hybrid Content Operations (HCO)—a practical model where AI speeds research, drafting, and routing while marketers keep strategy, voice, and QA tight. We cover the origin story from Third Team Media, why HCO beats "tool-only" and "traditional-only," early results from DashoContent's SEO Content Engine, and how brands can rank on both search engines and answer engines.

Key Points

  • HCO = AI handles repeatable tasks; humans handle strategy, brand voice, QA.

  • Tool-only output sounds generic; human-only is slow and costly. The blend wins.

  • DashoContent's SEO Content Engine uses agent flows for research → briefs → drafts, then human editors finalize for voice and intent.

  • Ranking now includes answer engines; strong SEO fundamentals plus answer-engine aware content structure improves inclusion.

  • Success = measurable lift in qualified traffic, rankings, and lead velocity—not word count.
