For the second part of the series, The Design Village delves into the magnus opus of Indian Couture with the icon, Mr. Varun Bahl.  Together, we explore the shift in bridal wear pertaining to the pandemic era.  Mr Bahl's work seamlessly weaves tales of the Indian craftsmanship and elaborate embroideries with modern colour sensibilities.

The Design Village is privileged to collaborate with one of the pioneers of conscious fashion in recent times - Ms Anavila Misra. An extremely passionate designer, who has built the communities of trusted artisans and created a sustained practice in linen weaving, Anavila has given purpose to many livelihoods in such stressed times to flourish. She inspires us to dream green and appreciate indigenous.
