Introduction09 Sep 202400:17:04

Send us a text

Welcome to my podcast! I’m Jen Ginty—a single mom living with Complex PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder, both stemming from childhood trauma. For years, I put off my healing journey. I was stuck in survival mode, always telling myself “not yet” when it came to facing my mental health. But there was a point when something shifted. My brain, body, and soul finally said, “Right now.” And I realized I couldn't move forward without stepping into the uncomfortable but necessary process of healing.
