NASDAQ, S&P and WYNDEX were all in the green, with our WYNDEX trailing roughly 0.55% behind both with 1.67, 1.6 and 1.07% for the WYNDEX.

• Seven-year-old digital payment company Melio has been acquired by SMB giant XERO, a deal that was negotiated from the safe room during the Israel-Iran conflict. 
• Spain is asking for “immediate” suspension of the EU “Association Agreement” with Israel + to impose an arms embargo on Israel, but this is unlikely to happen because of lack of support from other key EU countries like Italy and Germany.

WYNDEX is up 3.3% on the week of June 23-28. Almost fully correlated with the S&P 500 and under performing the NASDAQ by 1%. Notable movers on the green are autonomous car giant MobilEye with over 20% growth in one week and semiconductor company Nova Measurements with more than 15% growth.

• The Israeli defense administration seeks additional budget in order to maintain its posture in Gaza, plan for the unfolding dynamics in Iran and more. But is an even bigger budget the answer?
• Israeli printing technology pioneer Landa Nano files for court protection. The company, founded by entrepreneur and inventor Benny Landa, had raised $1.3B to make “nano-printing” a reality.
