Hey EMTs. This week we are off for a good reason, some much needed vacation. Please enjoy this classic episode that stays on theme for our time wallowing in Italian horror, Suspiria (1977).

Listen, EMTs. There's a thing that happens to us towards the end of the year that makes us feel like we are on some kind of vacation though we are very aware that we're not. Regardless, we're acting like it this week with the brand new Blumhouse production "Five Nights at Freddy's" and as a result, you're getting a variety of digressions: baseball players of yesteryear, fast food restaurants of yesteryear, cell phones of yesteryear, sleepytime drinks of yesteryear, and, you know, talking about this movie. 

Wanna hear some other Blumhouse episodes? Just this year we've had Episode 421- "M3gan" on our own feed and "The Exorcist: Believer" which you can hear over on the God Awful Movies feed. We've also loved a number of other Blumhouse films, such as Episode 124- "Get Out," Episode 293- "Happy Death Day," and Episode 322- "Freaky."

In this week's episode, we're headed back to one of Allen's favorite years, 1986, with the Stuart Gordon film "From Beyond." Special topics for your consideration include: a whole lot of questions and very few answers. I mean really and truly, very few. 

1986, baby! We've covered so many films from this year and here are a few of my favorites-- Episode 35- "Neon Maniacs," Episode 103- "The Fly," Episode 174- "Chopping Mall," Episode 199- "Terrorvision (THE LIVE SHOW)," Episode 213: "Poltergeist II: The Other Side," and Episode 375- "Rawhead Rex."

In this week's episode, we're hitting yet another new movie-- this year's supernatural horror film "Talk to Me." Special topics for your consideration include: whatever drugs teens are on, the horror wars and who is winning them, when being the cool mom meets being a responsible adult, and Australia: why you do this to us??

Australian horror is cool and scary and sad and weird, in our experience. You might enjoy Episode 11- "The Babadook", Episode 89- "Queen of the Damned" (oddly enough, it's lightly Australian!), Episode 255- "Lake Mungo," or Episode 266- "The Loved Ones." If that's not enough for you, head south east to New Zealand for Episode 78- "Housebound" and Episode 195- "What We Do in the Shadows."

We're back! We're alive! There's a new "Hell House LLC" movie! All is right with the world. This week, dive back into the mythology of the Abaddon Hotel, Andrew Tully, and Paul's Song with the brand new movie "Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor." Special topics for your consideration include: an indictment of true crime media, dapper Donald, making bad choices for both yourself and your loved ones, shoplifting, entities, texting ghosts, and an attempt to put together all the pieces we have of the Hell House LLC franchise. 

I feel like you really had to be there for the first three movies. They are Episodes 254, 256, and 258.

In this week's episode, we finally ascend to the pinnacle of spooky season-- and what better way to celebrate than digging into the 6th film in the endless franchise, "Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers," from a time when horror was notoriously excellent: the mid-1990s. Special topics for your consideration include: Paul Stephen Rudd (America's boyfriend), Mama's Family, utterly forgettable leads, a posthumous dedication to a horror legend, an attempt to draw a "Halloween" family tree and SO MUCH baby stress. 

1995 was a funny year. You can hear us talk about it in Episode Episode 214- "Congo," Episode 257- "Se7en," and Episode 272-  "Village of the Damned."

In this week's episode, we're celebrating PEAK spooky season with the most requested film over the last nine years: the 1983 slasher "Sleepaway Camp." Special topics for your consideration include: sidepipes, thighlights, and an utter lack of the titty bell, a fight over the pronunciation of the word "aunt," James Earl Jones' dad, good shirts, great insults, fantastic cursing, and more adult teens than you can shake a stick at!

Summer camps are fun, right? We dunno, we never went to them except for Episode 141- "Friday the 13th," Episode 182- "Final Girls," and Episode 344- "Fear Street Part Two: 1978."
