Understanding negativity bias in weight loss

Negativity bias is your brain's way to keep you safe.
Your brain wants you to seek pleasure, avoid pain and stay as you are.
It offers negativity bias to stop you doing anything new, in an attempt to protect you. This keeps you delaying losing weight or making any positive changes (which feel scary for the brain).
