It's rest day two at the Tour and boy is this race finely poised. G's recruited everyone's favourite ambassador Laurens de Plus to look back on the Pog vs Jonas action, bask in the INEOS glory, and preview tomorrow's crucial time trial.
There's also mind games chat and - of course - predictions. Surely G has to score some more points this week.

Wow. Another day of headlines, drama - and an INEOS win at the Tour de France! Is that the day that Carlos Rodriguez came of age? It could well be.
Young Carlito slipped away from the big two, after they had a dramatic and controversial battle on the final climb, disrupted by the race's motorbikes. That one will be a major talking point in the days to come - and G and Tom got stuck straight into it tonight.
We won't be podding tomorrow as G and Luke are off to a wedding... and we though they probably deserved a day off. We'll be back on Monday's rest day to review all the action and recap the race to date.

Well, what a stage that was - and what a turnaround for Luke and G's teammates. Kwiato showed his class with a stage win for the ages, Pidcock impressed on another mountaintop finish - and this fascinating race between Pogi and Vingegaard shows no signs of slacking off. We're being treated to one tasty Tour de France.
Tom and Luke are in charge tonight, but G still checked in with a voicenote from Andorra to celebrate the team's win and - as always - there's plenty of prediction chat with a tantalising stage 14 on the horizon tomorrow.

Another relentless, random day of racing at the Tour de France - and G and Luke pull no punches dissecting the tactical decisions across the peloton.
Stage 12 was another day you couldn't take your eyes off, with Jumbo sending guys up the road, everyone fighting for the break, and plenty of teams riding behind to protect their GC positions. Why? Well, in some instances, the boys aren't too sure.
Tomorrow it's back to the high mountains, with a tasty looking mountaintop finish on the way from Grand Colombier. We'll be back to review that action - and see if Pog can nab that yellow jersey back...

Yes, that's right - we've got Watts Occurring Ambassador Laurens de Plus on the pod tonight. He's very proud to have been promoted to co-host. He joins G in Andorra to chat all about his compatriot Jasper Philipsen's remarkable Tour performances to date and analyse the stage 11 sprint.
There's nickname chat, prediction debate, and also a couple of contract exclusives... You'll have to listen for those.
We'll see if we can get some more De Pluski for all his fans in the coming days now he's joined G on training camp - and we'll see you tomorrow for stage 12.

Today's stage was relentless - and raced in 40+ degree heat. It was, to use a Luke Rowe phrase, a jungle out there.
G and Luke are back together to review the action plus there's a poem (really), some secretive prediction talk, and G's back in his favourite podding position: the massage table.
Will it be one for the sprinters tomorrow? Tune back in tomorrow night to find out.

It would have been tough to script a more dramatic opening week to this year's Tour de France. We've already seen the pendulum swing from Pog, to Jonas, and then back to Pog again; there was Cav's heartbreaking departure from the race to contend with; and we've seen Philipsen's impressive sprint domination.
Tom and G are here for our first rest day pod to dissect all that action, predict their winner, and we answer a load of your listener questions. We've also invented the Grey Jersey, coming to a Tour de France near you soon.
The racing resumes tomorrow and we can't wait. G and Luke will be on duty to talk all about stage 10. See you then.

The GOAT? Luke and Tom pay their tributes to the undisputed king of sprinting in today's Tour de France pod, after Mark Cavendish sadly left the Tour de France yesterday in the back of an ambulance, nursing a broken collarbone.
It had all been looking so good. Luke recalls tales of his competitiveness, and hails the Manx Missile's longevity at the very top of cycling.
We'll be back tomorrow with a full recap of stage nine and the race so far.
