"THE DRAGON AND THE WOLF" GAME OF THRONES SEASON 7 EP7 RECAP
This season finale had alot going on. The boys are back from beyond the wall up one wight, but down a dragon. And it kicks us off at the Dragon pit for a tense negotiation between Cersei and Daenerys, AFTER Dany makes her grandiose entrance on dragonback. There is also a rift between Cersei and Jaime; Theon rededicates himself to Yara; Sansa and Arya unite against Littlefinger and puts an end to his bullshit; Jon Snow is revealed to be the child of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen; Jon and Daenerys's romantic relationship comes to fruition; and the Army of the Dead uses Viserion to get through the Wall.

This episode is all about Jon Snow's and his raiding party going north of the Wall to get a wight. They successfully capture a wight to prove the threat is real but loses Thoros. Daenerys rescues the group from the Army of the Dead, and the Night King turns into an Olympic javelin thrower and kills Viserion. He then reanimates him. Jon is separately rescued by Uncle Benjen, who sacrifices himself in the process. Jon acknowledges Daenerys as queen. Meanwhile, at Winterfell, tension builds between Sansa and Arya over the letter Sansa wrote to get Rob to bend the knee to Joffrey....

After the Battle of Rooks Rest, both the Blacks and Greens are left reeling....ESPECIALLY the Blacks. This episode was calm in comparison to episode 4, but it was very detail oriented. W enow have a new hand for the Blacks, a new Prince regent and protector of the realm, and we have officially started the dragonseed era.

After much speculation and many rumors, we finally got the first battle of the season, and it did not disappoint. The war has teuky begun and there are casualties mounting up on both sides. Aegon and Sunfyre has been severely injured and the greens will be left scrambling. This episode also gave us the most devastating blow to the Blacks thus far in the series....Long Live the Queen who never was.

This week was all about old fueds and bad blood, especially with the opening scene between the Blackwoods and the Brackens. Not only are the feeding on a personal level, but it has heightened due to them being on opposing sides of the dance. Aegon is ready for war and willing to strike, while Rhaenyra is very hesitant, almost to a fault. This episode was less about action and more about revelation. We got conformation on Ulf the White, where Rhaenyra is sending her children, we got Alys Rivers, and the most important reveal was Alicent and Rhaenyra both finding out the truth of Viserys' last words....I think Rhae is going to be war ready moving forward.

The Red Keep is in shambles after the death of Jaehaerys, and Aegon is out for blood. Alicent is only worrying about peen and PLOtto is about business as usual. Over on Dragonstone, Rhaenyra is fighting for her life both politically and physically. This episode was on one!!! The plot depicts Princess Rhaenys' arrival at Dragonstone from King's Landing to deliver the news of King Viserys' death. Rhaenyra is subsequently crowned Queen of the Seven Kingdoms and opposes her faction's demands for open war, instead wanting to secure alliances. Her son, Lucerys, is sent to Storm's End to gain Baratheon support for Rhaenyra's cause. At Storm's End, Lucerys meets and is harassed by his uncle Aemond; Aemond loses control of his dragon Vhagar, who kills Lucerys. Daemon informs Rhaenyra of her son's death.

The plot follows the aftermath of Viserys' death in King's Landing, starting with a discussion of Viserys' last words heard by Alicent in the previous episode regarding Aegon the Conqueror's dream, which she misinterprets as Viserys wanting their son Prince Aegon to be his successor. It ends with the coronation of Aegon, which leads to Rhaenys intruding the ceremony with her dragon Meleys.

After running through the Lannister army in the Reach, Dany is feeling good about herself. She gives the survivors the option to get down or lay down but the Tarlys refuse, and are executed. Back on Dragonstone Dany comes back and we see Drogon and Jon become friends. Bran sees the White Walker army approaching the Wall, requests that ravens be sent throughout the Seven Kingdoms to warn of the imposing threat. Jorah the explorer and Gendry comeback and join Davos and Jon Snow on a mission beyond the Wall along with Tormund, The Hound, and the Brotherhood Without Banners. to retrieve a white walker. Arya Stark spies on Littlefinger and discovers a letter that Sansa wrote to her family, requesting their fealty to King Joffrey.

The name of the episode comes from a piece of advice Maester Aemon gives Jon, to "kill the boy" and "let the man be born".

We pick up where we left off with Jorah Mormont stealing a boat to navigate with his captive, Tyrion. Aboard a merchant ship, Jaime and Bronn sail to Dorne to rescue Myrcella and getting betrayed and caught up while doing so. Cersei has the Iron Bank on her ass and they want 10% of what's owed to them...and she ain't got it. She sends Mace Tyrell to go talk to them as well as getting him out of the way. Cersei also plots with the High Sparrow to try and manipulate the faith to do her dirty work. The faith attacks the bars and brothels and takes Loras as captive for being gay. We also see Ellaria and the sandsnakes decide to do what Oberyn's brother won't do...avenge his death against the Lannisters. The Red Priestess tried to throw that hotbox on Jon and he refuses. And finally, we see the Sons mount an attack on Dany and her people with Ser Barriston paying the price for it....

The war between the two queens has finally kicked off....and Cersei was out to get her licks back. This episode, Jon Snow and Davos goes to meet with Daenerys Targaryen on Dragonstone. He is there to ask for help in the form of dragonglass so he can beat the White Walkers. In King's Landing, Euron Greyjoy pulls up to greet Cersei, to deliver Ellaria Sand and Tyene Sand. He trying to slide in. Over at the Citadel, Samwell and Archmaester Ebrose examine a healed Jorah Mormont, and Sam is both questioned and "punished" for what he did. In Winterfell, Sansa Stark is reunited with her brother Bran Stark who refuses to be Lord of Winterfell. At Casterly Rock, the Unsullied infiltrate and capture the castle, but Euron's Iron Fleet arrives and leaves them on stuck. And finally, Jaime goes to take Highgarden, and to extract Cersei's get back on OG Olenna T. And like the true G she is, she went out with a bang.

This episode kicks off season 5 with a pretty good bang. This episode is also the last episode we see of Tywin Lannister. And his death was the driving force of the episode. It was really all about life without Tywin. We had Jaime and Cersei coming to grips with the loss of their father as well as other major players discussing how they needed to move as a result of Tywin's death. We also got the very first flashback of the series, and it shined a bright light on the way Cersei thinks and moves, especially towards Margaery. We got alot going on in the North with Stannis jockeying to overthrow the Boltons. We got Tyrion and that damn Varys stashed away in Pentos. And we see that Dany has yet another enemy to deal with in Mereen, plus much more.

In the episode, Stannis Baratheon attacks the wildling camp beyond the Wall, as Jon Snow tries to meet with Mance Rayderwith plans on taking him out. Bran Stark meets the Three-Eyed Raven but not before he meets a whole gang of wights and a child of the forrest. Qyburn tries to revive Gregor Clegane; Brienne of Tarth and Podrick Payne encounters Arya Stark and the Hound in the Vale. And best believe it was some MFn furniture moving. Daenerys Targaryen is forced to chain her dragons up in the dungeons in Meereen after Drogon lil silver capped teeth self showed his ass. Cersei came clean AF with Tywin and said she chooses Jaime. Speaking of Jaime, he sets Tyrion Lannister free before he is to be executed under Tywin's orders. Speaking of which, Shae and Tywin literally f*cked around until they found out....

As usual, them episode nines be nine-ing and this episode is no different. This episode is about one thing and one thing only...the Wildings going wild at the wall. Mance Rayder and nem attack Castle Black from both sides and the Night's Watch are SKRUGGLING to fend them off. Ygritte is out for blood and revenge on John and Whooped over Wildling WAP Sam is worried about Gilly and her baby. We get to see Ollie get himself a little bit of revenge of his own, Alliser Thorn get cooked a lil bit by Tormund, and we saw Yanos Slint show his true colors....

In this episode, Mole's Town is attacked by wildlings, and everyone is killed except Gilly and her baby, who were spared by Ygritte. After being coached by Ramsey, Theon Greyjoy negotiated with the remaining ironborn at Moat Cailin and convinced them to bend the knee to spare their lives. After seeing Ramsey take Moat Cailin, Roose Bolton legitimized his bastard son Ramsay and gave him the Bolton name. Lil Finger got hemmed up by the Lords of the Vale following Lysa Arryn's death. Sansa showed she is learning to play the game by lying for Lil Finger to ensure her own safety. The Hound and Arya Stark arrived at the Eyrie, only to learn Arya'd aunt was dead. After being outed by Ser Barriston Selmy, Jorah Mormont admits to Dany that he spied on her for Robert Baratheon years earlier. She told him to pack his shit and that he is banished from Meereen. Finally, Tyrion's trial by combat takes place in King's Landing. The Mountain and Oberyn gave us one helluva fight and one helluva finish.

In the episode, Tyrion is on trial for the murder of Joffrey Dahmer Baratheon. Despite his innocence, Tyrion realizes that the odds are stacked against him. He gives us one of his best performances ever and shows why he is so beloved. At the Dreadfort, Yara Greyjoy attempts a daring rescue of her captive brother, Theon. There she realizes that he is nuttier than a bucket full of squirrel shit, and smells like it too. Afterwards we see Ramsy formulate a plan to gain more power. Across the Narrow Sea, Stannis Baratheon and Davos Seaworth negotiate(beg) with the Iron Bank of Braavos, and Daenerys Targaryen faces a moral dilemma while governing Meereen and she also meets Hizdar Zo Loraq... In the episode, Tommen Baratheon is crowned as the new king of the Seven Kingdoms. Over in Meereen Sansa learns of the Purple Wedding and Wish Daario brings her a fleet of ships. Next we find Lil Finger and Sansa arriving at the Eyrie and are welcomed by Lysa Arryn. At King's Landing, Cersei discusses wedding arrangements with Tywin. It's decided that Margaery will marry Tommen in a fortnight, and Cersei will marry Loras a fortnight later. Daenerys Targaryen decides to stay in Meereen; and Jon Snow leads an attack on the Night's Watch mutineers at Craster's Keep plus much much more....

The episode's title refers to the new sword gifted to Brienne of Tarth by Jaime Lannister, who tasked her with finding Sansa.
This episode's focuses on Dany planning her conquest of Westeros. She ordered Tyrion to summon Jon Snow, who agreed to meet with her against the wishes of Sansa and several other supporters. Over in King's Landing, Cersei warns her people about Daenerys's impending invasion. Meanwhile, over in the Narrow Sea, the Greyjoys and Sand Snakes are attacked by Euron Greyjoy's Iron Fleet, with Yara Greyjoy and Ellaria Sand being taken as hostages, and Theon hauls ass up outta there.

In the North, a wildling raid led by Tormund, Ygritte, and the cannibals slaughters a village leaving only Olly to tell the story at Castle Black. Across the Narrow Sea, Daenerys Targaryen lays siege to the city of Meereen. The episode's title refers to the last scene in the episode where Daenerys catapults broken chains into the city of Meereen, depicting herself as the Breaker of Chains.

This is an episode that starts and finishes with scenes involving swords. Tywin Lannister kicks things off with the two swords he had forged from Ice, Ned Stark's large Valyrian steel sword. He then awards one of these swords to Jaime Lannister, in exchange for him leaving Kingsguard and ruling Casterly Rock. Tyrion Lannister welcomes Prince Oberyn Martell of Dorne to King's Landing ahead of Joffrey Baratheon's royal wedding. Sandor "The Hound" Clegane and Arya Stark are on another road trip when they stop at an inn on their way to the Vale. They run into Polliver and his crew and all hell breaks loose. Arya is again reunited with Needle. Jon Snow is interrogated by the Night's Watch council. Across the Narrow Sea, Daenerys Targaryen marches with her army to Meereen. Also in this episode Shae carelessness gets her found out, Jaime goes gold, and we get a new Daario.....
The episode follows the aftermath of "The Red Wedding". We learn Tywin Lannister(duh) was the mastermind behind the massacre. With Walder Frey and Roose Bolton conspiring with the Lannisters against the Starks. Forbhis betrayal Walder Frey received the Seat of Riverrun and Roose Bolton is appointed the new "Warden of the North". Elsewhere, House Greyjoy begins a new military campaign. In the North, Maester Aemon sends out ravens to alert the whole of Westeros about the arrival of the White Walkers. And across the narrow sea, the freed slaves of Yunkai hail Daenerys as their "mhysa", the Old Ghiscari language's word for "mother"
