In Part 5 Kelly interviews Jossana who was randomly punched by a woman in an unprovoked attack at Luna Park in Coney Island, Brooklyn during the summer of 2023. She now suffers from seizures as a result of the assault. Jossana’s case is yet another example of the NYPD's failure to take action, with no investigation conducted. Jossana made six 911 calls to report her assault and to alert authorities that her attacker was still in the park. Despite her repeated pleas, the police never arrived, and justice remains elusive in her case.

In Part 4 Kelly interviews Nikki who was assaulted by a mentally ill woman while crossing a busy Brooklyn street early in the morning in June 2024. She suffered a severe eye injury as a result of the attack. Nikki’s situation is another case where the NYPD dropped the ball and did not investigate, even after Nikki presented them with evidence of her assailant attacking others in her neighborhood.
