President Theodore Roosevelt is famous for his quote ' comparison is the thief of joy'. Even though it was not a Biblical scripture, there is a lot of biblical components to this that are true. In life, it's easy for us to examine our situations and look on the other side of the fence and determine who's is better or worse. God desires that even in the midst of our lack or unwanted gain, we can trust that he will see us through every situation and that what we have is meant for us for a moment, if not for a lifetime.
