"The Twin Flame journey is a journey of love. It's a soul journey back to one's true self. We may start the journey and think it's about love for another person—our Twin Flame. But overtime we realize it's about finding that same love for ourselves.

Individuation is the psychological and energetic alignment of the personality. Individuating is when our unconscious self is brought into consciousness. It's when our masculine and feminine energies are in balance. And it's when we are differentiated from unhealthy beliefs, dogmas, behaviors and conditions.

When we become individuated we are whole and complete as an individual and we don't need anyone to complete us.

Although we want both giving and receiving energy within us and within any relationship — it’s important to know the primary energy that each polarity carries and how this can affect our Twin Flame dynamic.

In any relationship — there is both giving and receiving. And ideally we want a balance of both within each person and each relationship. 

Masculine qualities and aspects are action oriented and forward moving. Doing. Thinking. This energy is a giving energy. Think of the sun. Think of the positive energy on a battery.  It moves toward the negative to ignite the charge. 

Feminine qualities and aspects are more about being rather than doing, listening and being in the body and being receptive. Think of nature — receiving the sun’s energy, warmth and nutrients. Think of the negative energy on a battery.  It has to receive the positive energy for the charge to ignite. 

Now this has nothing to do with your gender or how you identify. But I’m referring to the masculine and feminine aspects and qualities we all have within us. 

When we’re perfectly balanced within we are doing and being - we are giving and receiving — and there’s a flow between them.

Science will tell us that we currently live in a 3D world where everything is measured by the three dimensions of height width and depth and the linear construct of time. However, if you’ve experienced deep meditations or dreams or plant medicines you’ve probably experienced moving beyond the 3 dimensions of space and the illusion of time. 

In this moment in our lives — we're experiencing huge shifts as the earth is transitioning out of 3D and into higher dimensions — and therefore higher vibrations. In fact, some spiritual teachers say, she is already in the 4th dimension. This time on earth has been prophesied from almost all ancient religions. 

We're all going through this transition together. We’ve all been witnessing and experiencing some old constructs and beliefs that can’t hold this new vibration and dimension — implode, crumble and fall apart. Basically, anything that isn’t based in love is coming up to be cleared. 

When I refer to love I’m referring to exchanges that are free of power over and power under dynamics, free of inequality, free of bias, free of separation, free of control, free of privilege, free of codependency and free of fear. 

The implosions we are seeing in the world today are just like when we personally obtain a higher level of vibration - we then experience all of our lower vibrational energies and any stories and beliefs that aren’t rooted in unconditional love to start coming up to the surface to be released, healed and cleared. 

Any unhealthy patterns and wounding can’t live in our body if we’re holding a higher frequency. 

That’s why when we meet our Twin Flame we often go through the dark night of the soul. Our Twin Flame triggers our soul resonance — which is the highest resonance and vibration we can hold. And then, consequently, all of our lower vibrational memories, thoughts and energies come up to the surface to be healed and released. Meeting our Twin Flame awakens us to see beyond the illusion of the life we were living. 

Then, what usually happens, is that after failing in love with our Twin Flame - we attach to them and just by that attachment alone - we replace our old illusions of love with a new illusion of them.

"You’ve met your Twin Flame and this meeting activated something inside of you. 

This activation looks differently for everyone. Perhaps you’ve experienced a kundalini awakening or a spiritual activation. But quite often what is activated is the vibration of unconditional love. The vibration of unconditional is the most authentic vibration in the world as it is the vibration that is at the core of everything in existence. 

This vibration is already within all of us. It’s the vibration of our soul and the vibration of the divine - it’s the vibration of the consciousness and love of all that is and all that ever was and will be. 

When we meet our Twin Flame - we get a feeling of home. This vibration of home is an activation to remember who we really are. The pull to them is really a pull for us to step into our highest vibration. 

Yet - so often our highest vibration has been dampened down. This usually happens in childhood when we were told we were too much or we weren’t accepted just as we were. Or we had to adhere to our family’s system and rules- or for many of you - society’s systems and rules -- and so just to survive - we learned to dim our light and adjust to the status quo. 

Then our Twin Flame shines a light on us - and somewhere inside of us - we remember and we wake up. 

They're reflecting ourselves back to us by shining a light that says — come on out from hiding who you truly are. Get rid of anything in your life that isn’t aligned with unconditional love. Stop playing it small and step into your authentic self. 

And then - there are all these obstacles that prevent us from being with them. 

I can say this from working with so many Twin Flames and my own lived experience that these obstacles are perfectly and divinely designed for each person's own specific spiritual journey.

"The zero point field is a field that’s devoid of any matter and therefore devoid of time and memory or anything dense that could slow it down. 

It is where you find the Divine and where pure love exists without any interference. It’s also a field where miracles exist and where you can create anything. It’s a field where you meet the Divine in yourself. 

Scientifically and in the quantum field it’s the field that has the lowest possible temperature in the universe - a temperature of zero - yet this vacuum field is also the field that contains the highest energy possible. 

The reason this field is important for Twin Flames is because it’s where we find and experience not only the Divine — but also where we feel and experience unity consciousness.  In this field there is no separation.  

The Twin Flame connection is not a “normal romantic” connection. It is first and foremost a spiritual connection and this journey is a spiritual journey. It is a journey back to the Divine in ourselves. 

The reason we have the terms Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine is because we are being invited to restore the Divine to those energies. 

Divine/source energy — as you know — is pure love. Pure love consciousness. However, here on earth love has been confused with controlling and unloving behaviors.

"I’d like to start with the well known Albert Einstein quote: "We can’t solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." 

Along those same lines - we can’t get to the new earth and 5d with a 3D narrative. 

Today I’m going to go beyond the common Twin Flame narrative and invite us to expand and create a new narrative of this journey and who we are in it. 

The Merriam Webster dictionary tells us: a narrative is a story. It’s a way of presenting or understanding a situation or series of events that reflects and promotes a particular point of view or set of values. 

We all carry narratives around what love is. Some of those are conscious and most of them are unconscious and are tied to the beliefs of love that we witnessed growing up as well as those that are in the collective. We're also taught what love was through fairy tales and romantic love stories. And as the definition says - a narrative reflects and promotes a particular point of view or set of values. 

When we learn of the Twin Flame concept we are hearing this concept through the lens of our beliefs around love as well as the lens of what we are hoping for when we started searching and discovered what Twin Flames were. 

The basic Twin Flame concept is this: Twin Flames are two people who share the same soul. And then the narrative expands out from there.

"We are in 5d when we're in the present moment - at all times - with mind, body and soul aligned. We probably have all felt this at one time or another - and meeting our Twin Flame and dealing with all the challenges the journey brings us - is all to get us to 5d. Union with the divine source of all love and consciousness. Our soul is already aligned with that divine energy and ascension and enlightenment is getting our mind and body to that resonance of pure presence and consciousness. 

In order to get to 5d and have the mind and body able to live in the present moment — there's a big invitation to let go of what is no longer serving us. This encompasses a lot of things - such as old beliefs, any attachments, as well as anything we’ve repressed, denied, shoved down. 

However, there’s also a big collective energy that is pulling the Divine Feminine back into the past and challenging our ability to let go and be present.

In fact these unconscious patterns are one of the main reasons that stop many of us from manifesting the life we want.

"We live in a planet of polarities. On earth - we know the light because we have darkness. We know when we’re up because we know there’s a down. We can’t have a left without a right. Or a day without a night. 

Now - When we meet our Twin Flame there are often spiritual activations or spiritual knowings that are revealed - or our soul is activated in a new way. Whatever it is - most people experience some higher vibration resonance that comes on board. This is usually true for the divine feminine. 

So the message that’s coming through is — the grounding that is necessary for this Twin Flame journey is important. Interaction and union with your Twin Flame before both of your energy bodies are equipped to handle this intense level of energy can sometimes cause more damage than good. 

Here on earth all parts of us have to operate together. Mind body and soul. We came down to incarnate into our body. Our mind and body have to come into coherence with our soul in order for true ascension to occur.  This process cannot be rushed as there are millennia of patterns in the bodies and beliefs in the mind that need repatterning and reparenting. There are also discordant energies in the collective that we are also navigating through. 

These decades of programming and denser energies don’t just change over night. 

We also don’t just want to eradicate the polarity. We want to be able to come into harmony with the light and the dark. The masculine and the feminine. The above and the below.

"As you probably know - there are only two equinoxes in the year - one in March and one in September. Based on which hemisphere you’re in - either the northern hemisphere or southern hemisphere - this dictates if it’s the vernal or spring equinox or the autumnal or fall equinox.

What happens on or around the 20th of March and September - is that at noon - the sun lines up with the equator. Our equator is at 0 degrees latitude and at noon on an equinox - the sun lines up to the equator at 0 degrees latitude.  The center of the sun is in the same plane as the equator. 

During this astronomical event — the entire world experiences the closest approximation of daytime and nighttime being the same length. 

This is a huge energetic shift of balance. This is also when the energies of the masculine and feminine on the earth are in balance.

Love is who we are and who divine source is. But because our soul is also housed inside a human body—with a brain and a heart—on a planet of free will and polarities—we express love—by acts of love.

Now, these acts of love can often be confusing when it comes to your Twin Flame. Especially if you’re experiencing separation and are not able to be with them for various reasons.

On one level you may know and feel they love you - yet you may not be experiencing the actions and reciprocity that we associate with love.

As a verb - if they aren’t expressing their love - do they still love you?

Or, what if the most loving thing they could do is to be in separation with you right now?

All this spiritual information is just reminding us of what we’ve forgotten and who we truly are. When we know who we are we are free from the false matrix that’s been operating here on Earth. And for Twin Flames - we are being set free from anything that is not unconditional love.

That is our spiritual liberation. Because who we are as beings - is love. Pure consciousness. Pure love. Pure light. It’s divine source and God consciousness. And Our souls are that - pure love and consciousness inside a human body and mind.

The profound design of the Twin Flame journey is that our Twin Flame wakes us up to unconditional love and then through separation with our Twin Flame we become faced with and exposed to all the conditions, behaviors and false beliefs that are not based in love.

Spiritual liberation is when we are free from those false beliefs as well as any entrapment and attachment to our Twin Flame.

Liberation is freedom from anything that is not love. True liberation is enlightenment.

The Twin Flame journey - I believe and have experienced — teaches us about love more quickly and precisely than other spiritual teaching.

"We meet our Twin Flame and because the feelings and energy we experience with them are unlike any other feelings or energy we’ve experienced with anyone else - it can be hard to conceive of dating other people.

I get it I totally understand.

And so the question comes up when we’re in separation - should I date other people?

Now before we dive into a dialogue around dating other people —- I feel it’s important is to revisit the concept of Twin Flames.

Twin flames are two people who carry the same soul blueprint.

What does that mean the same soul blueprint. Synonyms of blueprint are a design, ground plan, master plan, road map.

So at the soul level - you and your Twin Flame carry the same soul design, have the same ground plan, master plan, and /or road map.

Now - if you’ve been on this journey a while you probably know and have experienced that the Twin Flame journey is first and foremost a spiritually journey back to who you really are - which is a being of light and love and divine source energy.

And when you make the journey back to divine love and become in union with the divine in yourself - you become devoid of any need want or desire for your Twin Flame. Because in this place you’ve found the feeling and energy you experienced with them - but the difference is - this time you’ve found it within yourself.

And when you’re in this place of union with the divine - they will be magnetized to you. It is universal law. In this place the love you have for them is the same love you have for yourself and the world. If you’re with them - that’s great. If you’re not - that’s great too. It won’t matter. All is love. You see the bigger picture and all manifestations are for the highest good of all.

"As we go on our Twin Flame journey denial can show up. It can show up in many forms - such as your Twin Flame denying the connection and/or they deny the enormity and divinity of the connection, or family and friends not being able to understand the otherworldly qualities of your Twin Flame connection, or other therapists and healers not truly understand the enormity of what you’re experiencing and other forms of outside, society denial to this profound Twin Flame concept that stops so many us from being able to be open about this connection.

Any experience of denial - especially around the Twin Flame journey - can feel very invalidating and can also trigger times in our life where our truth was denied and our feelings were invalidated. 

I remember early on - I was often filled with doubt.  Although the idea of Twin Flames aligned with my heart and soul - my mind was having a problem conceding to this concept.

My mind thought — if this connection is so real - wouldn’t I know without a shadow of a doubt. If this soul to soul connection is a shared soul resonance - then wouldn’t my Twin Flame know? Wouldn’t everyone around me know? Wouldn’t we be together?

I have since learned that having doubt around this journey can actually be helpful. It is how we fine tune our our intuition and by doing that — we align closer to our truth and our divine self.

Every time our connection is denied - it can create either triggers or the need for answers — both of which can plant doubt inside of us. Whether we’re conscious of it or not.

If we look at this psychologically -- there is what’s known as healthy self-doubt. Self-doubt is how we create change. Self-doubt is how we learn. Imagine if we took everything we heard as truth. Imagine if we believed everything we were told. Imagine if we believed everything we were taught. Or read. Or saw on the news.

Self-doubt is when we look at our beliefs and ask — are these beliefs true and are they for my highest good? This also looks like questioning certain religious beliefs, or the government, or things our parents might have said that we don’t align with.

We might question the connection with our Twin Flame. And - eventually - on this journey — we start to question what love really is.

Whenever a person invades your space—or violates your space —without your permission—they create their own karma. Their own cause and effect. And conversely the same is true for us—if we consciously or unconsciously violate someone’s energy field—we create karma.

Energy moves with intention and attention. Energy moves by your intention toward it as well as our attention on it. Wherever we put our focus and energy —we create a flow of energy exchange. This is when the power of our clear mind becomes our super power —so that with our clear mind we are in control of where we are sending energy and what we are intentionally and consciously creating and letting in.

Until we can see our divinity and innate worthiness - we will continue to need it validated from the outside world and especially from our Twin Flame.

We will be constantly fighting for our limitations.

Yet when we can achieve this place of a clear mind - We can differentiate the difference between our external thoughts and our innate truth. From this clear mind - we can see clearly what is real and true for our Twin Flame.

Having this clear mind- on the Twin Flame journey becomes a real super power - because I find it can not only help you navigate all the challenges that come your way - but is needed on your path to ascension.

"Alchemy is a lost art. So much of the information we know about alchemy has disappeared over time or has been hidden away. The little information that has been available has been interpreted from various ancient texts and yet there still seems to be different interpretations. You can hear even in the definition of alchemy that it’s not an absolute or definitive science. 

The basic definition of alchemy is the “medieval forerunner of chemistry based on the supposed transformation of matter. It was concerned particularly with attempts to convert base metals into gold or to find a universal elixir. A seemingly magical process of transformation, creation or combination.”

It is said these alchemists would have to hide out in the forest and they would keep their secret elixir hidden and that it was the combination of the four elements, earth, water, air and fire combined with the secret elixir - that would turn the lead into gold.

This secret elixir would never be shared with the public

This secret elixir is also known as the philosopher’s stone - and was said to be the alchemical substance capable of turning base metal into gold.

Carl Jung brought this alchemy back into mainstream interest when he brought forth the idea of alchemical transformation as the same as the psychological development of individuation.

In our healing journey we are turning our lowest vibration - which is fear and all of our unworthiness— into our highest — which is love and our sovereignty and divinity.

"What is a sacred relationship? I’m guessing by just hearing the title - you’ve got an idea about what that means to you.

The Definition of sacred in the Merriam Webster dictionary is

'dedicated or set apart for the service or worship of a deity

Devoted to service'

Other synonyms: divine, holy, reverent, respectful, profane and spiritual

I can feel the sacred vibration even as I read those words.

I also feel we can’t bring in the word sacred without bringing in the word love. To me, love is sacred. They’re one and the same.

However as you know - love has taken on different meanings and behaviors here on our earth plane and the word love is often associated with behaviors that aren’t sacred.

So let’s look at love.

What is love?

Well, we first learn what love is through our parent or parents or our caretakers. Whoever raised us.

Most of us either heard them say - I love you. Or this love was implied.

And yet most of us also experienced non-loving behaviors.

Most of our own parents or caretakers didn’t get their needs met and so these unhealthy patterns were handed down to us and - our needs around love weren’t fully met. Most of us grew up with a deficit of unconditional love and safety.

I’m not placing any blame - but I do want to point out how this is handed down generation after generation until someone breaks the pattern.

Although our minds may rationalize and analyze these unhealthy behaviors and experiences and say - oh no - I’m fine. My parents were just doing the best they could. I get it.

And of course that’s true. They were.

But there’s something else that is true and that also needs to be acknowledged.

And that is our cells knew what wholeness should feel like and they knew on some level that there was some love missing. Something wasn’t sacred.

So what most people do - when they grow up is find a partner that will give them the love they need and didn’t get growing up. Whether it’s conscious or not.

Because your cells are always looking to find wholeness — they will guide you to recreate a pattern with the hopes that it will be resolved and healed- and wholeness will be restored.

Season 2 - Episode 3 - On this episode, Michele ventures past our planet Earth and talks about the planet Mars and masculine energy and how these energies specifically relate to the Twin flame journey right now.

"The energy of Mars is very present in the collective.

This week Mars went from going retrograde in Gemini (the planet of the twins) to now going direct in Taurus. It felt important to talk about how this can affect the Divine Feminine and their Masculine energy as well as the opportunity this planet going direct gives us on the Twin Flame journey since now he is going back over the same path again, but in a different sign.

Mars is a masculine planet and the counter part to Venus. Where Venus is the planet of love, Mars is the planet associated with war. Mars energy is fiery. This red planet represents passion, fire, anger and sexuality. It represents our drives and forward movement. It also represents our confidence and ability to ask for what we want.

Although Mars is also known as the god of war - what this really means is having a fighting spirit and courage. Whereas the shadow of Mars becomes the brutality of war, the senseless killings, and aggressiveness. Other shadow elements of Mars are jealousy, sarcasm, pride and passive aggressive behaviors. Basically any behavior that happens when we have repressed our power and our fighting spirit or our power was stripped away from us and we didn’t know how to stand up for ourselves or it wasn’t safe to stand up for ourselves.

Because Mars was in Gemini - we have an opportunity to look back at our Twin Flame scenarios.

So as Mars went retrograde in Gemini - you may have noticed certain scenarios or circumstances that have repeated themselves around your Twin Flame. Or any things you were working on circled back around. Or triggers you thought you dealt with came back up to be looked at.

When planets go retrograde we have an opportunity for reflection and another chance to do the same thing differently. Mostly we have a chance to call our power back around a situation.

Season 2 - Episode 2 - On this episode, Michele talks about karmic relationships. She dives into what karma is, what it means in our lives, how it affects our Twin Flame journey and the energy of karma.

"There’s much said in Twin Flame circles about Twin Flames and their karmic partners. However I’m going to do something a little different. Rather than focus on our Twin Flame’s karmic partner - I’m going talk about the energy around karmic relationships in general and how we can look at it in our own lives.

So the common Twin Flame concept around karmic relationships is that any romantic partner that your Twin Flame may have is considered a karmic relationship. The theory follows that there’s karma from past lives that need to be worked out between your Twin Flame and their partner before you can be in union with them.

While I believe there’s truth in this - I also know you can reach union with them whether or not it’s physical or romantic.

Remember - everything is energy and the karmic relationship your Twin Flame may be in can often continue to support their human experience. Therefore, it's not always necessary, in my opinion, to need to get rid of karmic relationships if they are serving your Twin Flames highest good at this moment. Now this journey is also ongoing and is constantly changing. While this karmic relationship may be serving them at the moment - it doesn’t mean it always will. But - In order not to create more karma for ourselves - I find it best to let our Twin Flame live and experience their own life and journey and karma on their own timeline.

I also feel that when we put our focus, blame or responsibility on our Twin Flame and their karmic partner - this falls into a codependency trap of needing their situation to change so that we can come into union. Instead - we can stand in our sovereignty and come back to self love with ourselves and union within ourselves. Both of which are possible to do without them. But to do so we have to take responsibility for any karma or karmic partners we may have in our own lives that are not serving us. As well as any energy we may be sending out that is not for the highest good of all.

I also know the Twin Flame journey looks differently for everyone. So I like to look at these Twin Flame concepts from an energetic standpoint rather than a literal one.

These twin flame concepts we learn can have truth in them - but so often they are personified through the lens of our own beliefs around love and our own karma.

Season 2-- Episode 1 -- On today's episode, Michele talks about how the Twin Flame journey is a journey of expansion and love -- and a journey of this magnitude calls for courage.

"In season 2 my intention is to expand on the Twin Flame journey. I like to think of Season 2’s title as Twin Flame Transformation and Beyond. The Beyond stands for so many things. On this Twin Flame journey as you’ve all probably experienced — we’re asked to go beyond our comfort zone, to go beyond our 3D thinking, beyond the status quo, and you may have experienced that we’re even able go beyond in our dreams and in different dimensions.

This journey takes us beyond the things we once thought. Beyond our minds and into our hearts and souls. Beyond what was once normal.

We are asked to not only stand in our sovereignty but our autonomy as a full and divine human being - active in the world and thriving and having fun.

This Twin Flame journey causes us to keep seeking. Keep searching. Keep expanding. Keep loving.

We can’t have or experience love - true, divine unconditional love without courage.

Let’s look at the origin of the word courage.

Cour = Latin for heart.

To be courageous is to speak from our heart.

The lion is a symbol for courage.

You may have heard the term - Lion hearted. To have the heart of a Lion is to be courageous

The lion - is not powerful from his mind or his body - but his power comes from the courage of his heart.

The mystic, Caroline Myss says - courage requires clarity and clarity requires truth.

I think this is super poignant to connect courage with clarity and truth. Because I have found that knowing what love is - requires truth. Love is truth. Love is clarity.

On the Twin Flame journey - we are challenged by our old thoughts and beliefs around love. We are asked to look at our values. What behavior is acceptable or not. What our boundaries are. Love requires boundaries. Boundaries help us differentiate loving behaviors from unloving behaviors. It takes courage to set boundaries.

We are asked to go inward time and time again and find what is true for us - not for anyone else. Not even for our 3D Twin Flame. But what is true and right for us. For our hearts.

Our hearts know the truth. Your heart knows your truth. Our hearts don’t lie. Our minds can fabricate and tell stories. But our hearts only know the truth. Which is clarity. Which is courage. Which is love.

Episode 85 - In this episode, Michele talks about Twin Flames and Soul connections. 

"I want to dive into what I’ve learned this soul to soul connection means and how this information can help you on your Twin flame journey.

One of the most striking things I found about the connection with my Twin Flame is that the vibration of this connection was different and stronger from any other person to person connection I had ever come across.

As you know—when that vibration is so strong—it gets our attention. 

That energy was so powerful and deep and knowing—it was saying to me—pay attention, there’s something here that’s important.

When I was able to gain some clarity around this connection I understood that what I was feeling with my Twin Flame was a soul to soul connection. Looking into the eyes of my Twin Flame activated and woke up my memory, recognition and the vibration of my own soul.

Then because I’m a human being—I did all the human things. I went back to my mind and I labeled the connection, had expectations for it, and became obsessed with it.

I thought I wanted a human connection. but what I was really wanting was a soul connection. Because—when I realized his soul was vibrating the same as my soul—I was able to see that it was actually my soul I was wanting a connection with. And then I also was able to see how far from my soul I had drifted.

And because the connection to him was first and foremost a connection through my soul—anything that did not align with my soul was brought to the surface to be looked at and cleared.

Thus began the real Twin Flame journey.

Episode 84 - On this episode, Michele talks about expectations on the Twin Flame journey, how our expectations affect our experience and how we can use the expectations we have for our Twin Flame for our highest good.

So—you meet your Twin Flame, you fall in love with your Twin Flame—and then you research what being a Twin Flame means and in that moment—when you make that discovery that you were once one soul and now have split in two—whether it was conscious or not—your mind started to formulate expectations of what this means in your life.

That’s what our mind and brain does. It’s what our ego does. It makes a plan.

It’s what consciousness does. It tries to understand and make sense of new information and integrate it into the now. We then form an expectation based on the information we are given.

We can only form an expectation based on our current level of consciousness.

We can also look at it energetically—expectations put an energetic hook to an ending that can only look a certain way—our path can only follow the ending we have hooked up to. 

You can see how the expectations we set can limit us exponentially by hooking us into only one story and one outcome. It can limit not only our path forward but can also limit the Twin Flame possibilities and endings that may be better than we ever could imagine if we were able to look from a place of non-attachment—not hooking onto anything.

Also—the important thing to remember is when we’re dealing with our Twin Flame—our soul to soul connection—we can’t fully align with each other energetically until we are in full alignment with ourselves energetically.

Episode 83 - On today's episode, Michele talks about the story and narrative we have around Twin Flames and how this story is often what creates our suffering. She also looks at the meaning behind 11:11.

"So many of us find this concept of Twin Flames when we search for answers around a deep connection we have with someone we’ve fallen in love with. This connection is intense and other-worldly and there’s usually a sense of soul familiarity and deep knowing around this other person.

Many of us also find ourselves seeing 11:11 everywhere.

(And - side note — as I typed in episode 83 to record this podcast - I realized that 8 + 3 = 11. That was not at all planned.)

Finding this Twin Flame concept—I know for me—gave me a sense of peace. A landing place where I could put all of what I was feeling and going through.

But then as the human condition is conditioned to do—I wanted and needed to know the outcome and how the story ends.

For many of us we were taught to believe that love = a marriage or being together in “happily ever after”.

To sit and just be with love and not know what the outcome is can be the most challenging thing.

So, we often grab on tightly to a story to give us a sense of safety on such an intense and vulnerable journey.

First of all - what is this Twin Flame concept exactly?

I’ll share how I see it. But I also want to add that this is just my understanding of it from where I am today. You may see it differently.

The concept as I understand it today is that Twin Flames are one soul that has split in two and then those two souls came down in human bodies.

I do believe we are all split from the same source - divine source consciousness. As Rumi says - “You are not a drop in the ocean, you are the entire ocean in a drop.” Everyone on earth is a drop of the same ocean. Our Twin Flame and ourselves, I believe, are just a drop that has split into two drops. So we are more connected to that Twin Flame drop than any other drop in the ocean.

Episode 82 - In this episode, Michele talks about the obsessive thinking that can so often accompany the Twin Flame journey. She also lists 4 benefits to redirecting these thoughts as well as 5 tips to help stop them.

"You’ve fallen in love with your Twin Flame and because this love is often beyond words and it doesn’t play out in the conventional way or in the way you want it to or expect it to — all these feelings don’t often make sense and can be hard to explain.

I get it. So what do we do?

First we try and figure it out. We try and figure them out. We try and figure out the future, we try and figure out a plan. We replay everything they said. What we said. We try and see where maybe we went wrong. Or what did they really mean. We might even go through all the different scenarios that can happen in the future. Or we may try and understand why we aren’t together right now. We want to know what all the 11:11 and all the number sequences we are seeing means. We may look at their astrological charts, etc. 

These thoughts can be endless and soon become obsessive.

This obsessive thinking about our twin flame can occupy a huge space in our thoughts.

The definition of obsession is repeated thoughts, urges, or mental images that cause anxiety.

Now that’s a pretty strong definition.

Yet when I went through my obsessive thought phase toward my Twin Flame—at the time it didn’t feel anxiety producing for me. My obsessive thoughts (I thought at the time or maybe I convinced myself) actually made me feel better.

However in retrospect—they were anxiety producing.

Here’s the thing I’ve since discovered—having obsessive thoughts were actually protecting me from feeling the unfeelable and thinking the unthinkable. My obsessive thoughts were actually protecting me.

Episode 81 - In this episode, Michele talks about Twin Flames, spiritual ascension and what the purpose of the Twin Flame journey actually is.  She also talks about what to do if one or both Twin Flames are married. At the end she shares some tools she has found imperative to help navigate this profound journey.

"What I believe, researched and have experienced the purpose of the Twin Flame journey to actually be—is a journey of spiritual ascension. Now this concept may be contrary to what we think we want—which is to be together with our Twin Flame. But the longer you’re on this journey—the more I think you’ll find and discover that this journey with your Twin Flame is first and foremost a spiritual path and a path to ascension. The idea of ending up with them — eventually transforms and doesn’t become the end goal. That’s not to say you won’t. But—being together is not the core purpose of the journey.

Having one or both of the Twin Flames be married is actually quite common. I suggest that rather than look at the huge obstacles of marriage that prevent you from being together—I invite you to return to what the purpose of this journey is and remember what the source of what Twin Flames really are. The purpose of the Twin Flame journey is first and foremost a spiritual journey. Meeting your Twin Flame sends you on your spiritual ascent. Their presence in your life—and then separation in your life — triggers the deeper layers that your soul is asking to heal and clear around relationships as well as any false beliefs around relationships you may be holding on to.  All of this happens so that you can come back to the true meaning of unconditional love and reunite with the energy of you and your Twin Flame’s shared soul—which is an energy of unconditional love and unity consciousness.

You already are spiritually married to them. Whether or not you end up with them is not the purpose of the Twin Flame journey. So if one or both of you are married—you can think of it as the universe letting you experience the separation in a human form. The goal is to realize that separation is an illusion and that you’re never separate from them. Just as we’re never separate from source energy.

I know that’s easier said than done - I really do.

Episode 80—In this episode, Michele talks about two themes that are up collectively with the Divine Masculine.

"There are two themes and energies that are present with the Divine Masculine. One is the Divine Masculine doesn't want to hurt their Divine Feminine counterpart. The other is that the Divine Masculine doesn't feel worthy or good enough for the Divine Feminine. 

We can also see this playing out on the World's stage as the Feminine archetype is finding her voice and the Awakened Masculine are taking a back seat and letting the Feminine lead the way. 

Those are big energies, important energies and I want to open those up. Before we do—I feel it’s relevant to weave in the concept of Twin Flames.

As we know—the concept of Twin Flames is that they’re one soul that is then split in two and now are in two separate human bodies. As with most spiritual concepts and intentions—the goal is to seek wholeness and to move out of separation consciousness and come into unity consciousness. As a Twin Flame this shows up for as an intense pull to come into harmonious union.

However—so often we think that literally means physical union with our Divine Twin Flame. But just as in most spiritual teachings—a concept is often a metaphor or a parable.

I’m not saying you won’t come into harmonious lasting physical union with your Twin Flame. Not at all. It’s just that union has to happen within yourself first.

Episode 79 - On this episode, Michele addresses the unspoken but often present fear of abandonment on the Twin Flame journey.

"This fear of abandonment lays right under the fear of loss and the fear not being able to be together with our Twin Flame.

Here’s the thing, if we didn’t fear the loss of our Twin Flame—we would trust the outcome, we would trust the timing and we would trust our Twin Flame. And until we’ve done our deep healing work—we all have these fears to one degree or another. It’s part of the human condition.

The good news is—this fear is exactly what we are mastering on our Twin Flame journey. It’s exactly what is being brought up to clear.

As we know, the love we have for our Twin Flame is the greatest human love we can ever experience.

And if we look at what the Twin Flame concept tell us—we know that they’re the same soul as we are.

So I ask you this—If they’re the same soul as we are and yet we fear not being with them—what is the mirror energy of this saying?

How about—what we’re really afraid of is not being with ourselves. Not being fully honest with ourselves in the greatest and most divine way possible in this lifetime. What we really fear is abandoning ourselves.

The really important thing to remember is not being with them is an illusion. Yes we want it—but that’s our ego and human self that’s not yet fully individualized that wants it. Our human self who is still living in separation consciousness.

Our soul is in union. We already are together forever and ever.

This feeling we are experiencing of separation is actually a feeling of being separate from ourselves.

It’s being separate from all those parts of us we’ve silenced over our lifetime. All those times we ignored our body or our soul.  All those times for whatever the reason—we had to abandon ourselves. All those times in our life—we were abandoned.

Let’s add in the feminine energy here. The Divine Feminine is making a comeback. The Divine Feminine energy can no longer be abandoned.
