Welcome to this special episode of Tune In to Heal, where I’m thrilled to introduce my very first guest: Hasnae. This interview is incredibly meaningful to me, not only because it’s the first, but because Hasnaa was the first healer I worked with at the start of my healing journey four years ago. She played a pivotal role in my transformation, and I’m so excited for you to meet her and hear her inspiring story. In this episode, we dive deep into Hasnaa’s journey from studying law to becoming a healer, how she discovered her true path, and the importance of listening to your intuition. We also explore the challenges of being a neurodivergent, multipotential individual, and how to embrace your many passions without losing your sense of direction. Hasnaa shares her insights on how to protect yourself energetically and mentally as an empath, the power of affirmations, and why it’s essential to stay authentic to attract the right people into your life. We also discuss the simplicity of the healing journey and how powerful free tools like meditation and sound frequencies can be. This conversation is packed with wisdom, practical advice, and heartfelt moments. I hope Hasnaa’s story inspires you as much as she has inspired me over the years. Thank you, Hasnaa, for being such a radiant presence and for sharing your light with us today. | #2 : What is a healer ? Answering your questions such as the different types of healer, the characteristics to look for | 06 Aug 2024 | 00:22:32 | |
In this episode of "Tune In to Heal," I explore the intriguing question: "What is a healer?" Traditionally, healers were seen as shamans, medicine men or women, and spiritual guides using rituals and natural remedies to heal the body and spirit. Today, the concept has broadened to include energy healers like Reiki practitioners, holistic health coaches, therapists, and physical healers like chiropractors. Each brings a unique approach to wellness, and I explore these different types of healers in depth. I outline essential qualities that make a great healer, such as empathy, intuition, honesty, and the ability to hold space—a concept beautifully encapsulated by Maryam Hasnaa's quote, "A healer does not heal you; a healer holds space for you while you awaken your inner healer, so that you may heal yourself." I share how this realization was pivotal in my journey to embracing my identity as a healer. I also open up about my personal path as an integrative health coach, intuitive reader, and energy healer. I describe the challenges and responsibilities that come with being a healer, including the importance of self-care and setting boundaries to avoid becoming overwhelmed by others' energies. Moreover, I discuss the "curse" of being a healer—how it initially felt like a burden due to my analytical nature and societal expectations of hard work and effort. Over time, I learned to see my abilities as a gift and embraced my calling to help others on their healing journeys. For those considering working with healers, I provide tips on identifying genuine practitioners, emphasizing the need for certifications, ethical practices, and personal intuition. I debunk common myths about healers and highlight the holistic benefits of working with them. Finally, I invite listeners to share their experiences and questions about healers, fostering a shared learning and growth community. Join me in this insightful episode to deepen your understanding of healers and discover how they can support your journey to wellness.
