Whether you’re planning an overseas journey, a long road trip, or both, the Circular Trip is perhaps the most common itinerary planning strategy.

- The trick with any good multi-leg itinerary is to avoid having to double back and cover the same ground you have already seen.
- For road trips, we tend to want to take the quickest path to and from our furthest destination, and since the quickest path is often a straight line, that results in a there and back itinerary.
- If time allows, avoid the there and back approach and add a destination or two to your trip so that you can create more of a circular route.
- By definition, this will add more miles to your journey, but they won’t be pointless miles covering already familiar ground.
- The same logic applies to trips beginning with a long flight.
- While an open jaw flight (arriving in one city and departing from another) is often a great way to avoid doubling back to return to a city you have already seen.
- A roundtrip flight is almost always cheaper. So add a destination or two and turn your route into a Circle Trip.

#Munsyari

- This scenic hill station is perched at an altitude of 2298mts above sea level.
- Munsyari is a comely hamlet situated in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand state, nestled in the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas.
- Munsyari is famous for its picturesque beauty and trekking excursions and is popular with high altitude trekkers and adventure enthusiasts as this place is the base of Milam, Ralam, and Namik Glaciers.

#Chakrata

- The beauteous hill station of Chakrata is seated at an elevation of 2,118 meters above sea level.
- This mystical hill station features some of the ravishing waterfalls.
- Some of the treks of Chakrata pass through these beautiful waterfalls, the gorgeous Tiger Falls being one of them.

#NagTibba

- Nag tibba is located at an altitude of 3025 mts and attracts thousands of tourists every year (obviously less than Mussoorie & Nainital). Nag tibba offers majestic scenic beauty and a good trek for adventure lovers.
- Nag Tibba means Serpents Peak, which is the highest peak in the lower Himalayas of the Garhwal region near Mussoorie.

#Kanatal

- The tiny hamlet of Kanatal is perched at an elevation of 8,500 feet above sea level on Mussoorie - Chamba road.
- Kanatal is a perfect winter destination as it snows here and is also an ideal place for camping.

#Tehri

- New Tehri is a modern town developed at the hilltop, spread over an altitude from 1550-1950 mts above sea level overlooking the gigantic lake and the Tehri dam.
- New Tehri is the only planned city of Uttarakhand that is developing as a popular tourist spot because of its pleasant weather.

P.S - EVERY DESTINATION IN THE LIST HAS ROAD CONNECTIVITY EXCLUDING NAG TIBBA (IT'S A TREK).
