Happy 2023! I'm back, and ready to discuss plans for episodes this year! I'm enjoying life now, and we have an upcoming vacation planned that I'm excited for, and could use some suggestions! Lately, though, I have been thinking about my childhood and the...not so great times of it.

Talking about my vacation I went on 2 months ago, and how things are going health wise and looking forward to all that's to come.

Continuing the legacy and stories of shows that changed television forever; the final shows in our Medical Shows and Soap Operas segment.

From Canada to Australia, my favorite - and only Soap I enjoy - "All My Children," terrorism, crazy ER stories, a show deemed, for the most part, as "medically accurate," the ever evolving world of science and DNA in "Forensic Files," and a beloved Soap Opera for over 70 years, "Guiding Light."

As the globe spins on some popular Soap Operas, to perhaps some "McDreamy-ness" and satisfying your pimple popping fetish, these shows have been loved - and are still loved - by many for years.

I moved to a new apartment in the city, and it was the thing I never knew I needed to improve my life. Life, love, and new opportunities... it's "totally" going to be the best yet for me!

A doctor on the autism spectrum, another that's quite mysteries with a Vicodin addiction, and doctors, nurses, firefighters, and EMT's working in the heart of Chicago definitely makes these medical shows binge-worthy, educational, and interesting, and you're bound to relate to some (or several) of the characters.

Starting a new job, needing to move, and dealing with all kinds of events and changes in my life has been very hard on me. However, through it all, I find the positives in each situation.

Someday, I hope that Brett Butler will be able to talk with me privately about this whole misunderstanding, and why she allowed her friend to bully and threaten me publicly online. I deserve an apology and an explanation, but for now, though, I'll just hope that my words and story will reach Brett. All we can do now is hope for the best, accept that it is what it is, I guess, and move on. It never had to come down to any of this.

A few things from my childhood have been weighing on my mind and have triggered some thoughts and how it all affects my life today. I just felt like sharing these thoughts and getting them off my chest would help give a bit of a more better understanding of myself. And yes, the title rings true...but you'll have to listen to hear about it!

I never deserved to be bullied and threatened, and I tried to handle this privately, but now we are here. All I'm saying is, I'm sorry, but it never would have come down to this if it would have been handled better.

I never knew what a gypsy was until Gypsy Sisters came to light. Taking care of our bodies is important; please, don't end up on My 600-lb. Life. You may watch of bunch of videos on Ridiculousness, binge the dramatic lives on Floribama Shore and Siesta Key, or watch Ashton Kutcher pull fast ones on celebrities in Punk'd. Drag queens work it on RuPaul's runway, while others are living in cold Alaskan climates. Whether or not you believe in ghosts...people can hunt them and even talk to them, too. Sure, catfish is good, but only if it's the actual food. Planning a wedding is stressful, which can turn the bride into a bitch - or, in these cases - a "bridezilla." And while you're busy keeping up with those crazy Kardashians, just know that it's a fact that Abby Lee Miller is indeed known to be an actual bitch IRL.

2021 was truly my year; a year where I earned things I never thought I'd ever have, and I couldn't be more grateful for it all. Back in my darkest days when I contemplated suicide, I never thought I'd be here to live to tell you of everything I've experienced, learned, and overcome. Each day is a gift, and we all have things we can show for it.

TLC features a family that gave birth to the first ever all girl quintuplets born in the USA. Hoping to strike gold on either a storage unit, a pawn shop, or by "American" picking, or duck hunting and calling with the ever Controversial Robertson clan. There's the housewives of...many counties, and the "real world," too. Maybe Xzibhit can "pimp" your ride, or you can become a human canvas for a tattoo artist on Ink Master, but don't go and NOT "pay that note," or you'll vehicle could be repo'ed. You also may run into some "impractical jokers," and if you do, smile! You're on Candid Camera! And, take a look into the lives of the Klein and Roloff families.

Whether we're following the jobs of police officers, lovers caught cheating, trying to become an entrepreneur in front of - but not literally - sharks, and following the lives of teenage mothers, we've been addicted to these shows for years.

From finding love, swapping spouses, flipping and redecorating houses, moving to new cities, or finding fame in the modeling, fashion design, dancing, or singing world; these shows have shaped not only the lives of many, but changed the world of television.

These reality shows will have you doing crazy stunts, looking for love, living in the great outdoors, or partying with the cast of Jersey Shore. Maybe you wanted to join Lauren Conrad and Kristen Cavallari at Laguna Beach, or cause drama and follow the lives of Basketball Wives and the Love & Hip Hop crew. Or perhaps you're a foodie, and wanna join Gordan Ramsey on either MasterChef, Hell's Kitchen, or Kitchen Nightmares; John Taffer on Bar Rescue, or hit the road with Guy Fieri in Diner's, Drive-ins, and Dives.

Big Brother is always watching, and literally when it comes to the TV show. Can you sing, dance, do a magic act? America wants to know if you got talent. Are you a pro in the kitchen? Or will your cooking skills have you "chopped?" Does your house need a "fixer upper" of wainscoting or shiplap, and what is that? Just ask Chip and Joanna Gaines.

The life of a fashion designer, a show based on a Harlen Coben novel, family secrets and tragedy in "Bloodline," 2 unlikely people falling in "love," and your Married at First Sight/90 Day Fiance vibes with "Love is Blind." Plus, 2 bonus shows that are the hottest on Netflix currently...a Korean action packed series, and a limited series based on Stephanie Land's memoir, "Maid: Hard Work, Low Pay, and a Mother's Will to Survive."

Catching up with Lorelei and Rory Gilmore 10 years after The Gilmore Girls in A Year in the Life. Seems Stars Hollow is the same, pretty much. It's like the end of the world in the Society, and we follow the students at Greenhouse Academy, the Young Royals, and The Derry Girls. Survivors come together 50 years later after the cold case murder of a Catholic School nun. Paul Rudd is literally living with himself, and a girl has visions after a heart transplant in Chambers. Jason Bateman returns in Arrested Development, and we return nearly 30 years later after Karate Kid in Cobra Kai. We step in the lives of the Upshaws and friends from college, and the fantasy worlds of Locke and Key and The Witcher. A gay man living with cerebral palsey talks about his "special" life, and also a life of a master of, well, nothing really. The Irregulars are in the world of Sherlock Holmes, peaky blinders, a money heist, and life on the ranch all lead to a life of "tiny Pretty Things" and "unfortunate events." But, in the end, all we need to know is who killed Sara?

What if a family reunion became, well, a family...STAYunion? A family moves from Washington to Georgia. Remember Ron Weasley from Harry Potter? Well, in this show, he has cancer. Or doesn't he? Dolly Parton is obviously a great Country music legend, and her Netflix original series tells the story of 8 of her songs. And, I think Natasha Lyonne from Orange is the New Black - whom plays Nadia in this title - may just have more lives than a cat.

I think the 2 biggest shows on here that y'all will want to listen to...You and Tiger King. Of course, all the others are just as great and worthy of watching.

They say you gotta live life "one day at a time." Smelling "sweet magnolias", living on Firefly Lane... that's definitely NOT "Insatiable." However, poor sex education can be. Making a murderer out of unsolved mysteries...pretty much literally. You'll meet quite a group if folks along the way; Alexa and Katie, Dash and Lily, Ginny and Georgia, the girls of Trinkets, The Winx Saga fairies, The Babysitters Club girls, Anne (with an e, thank you), and Sabrina Spellman's chilling adventures. You'll learn about raising a precocious boy, Dion, Shiela's Santa Clarita Diet, and the superheroes of The Umbrella Academy. Plus, Hill house and Bly Manor are haunted, and the depths of Black Mirror are just as haunting.

If it stars Reese Witherspoon and/or Jennifer Aniston, you know damn well it's gonna be a hit. There's Taraji P. Henson as Cookie in Empire, and a family that inherits a sugar cane farm on a show on OWN. Football games, bringing the dead back to life, a million little things, and Cybil Shepherd and Bruce Willis in Moonlighting. The Gallagher family is so "shameless" that it can leave us with only one question..."Who shot J.R.?"

With these shows you'll come across doctors, writers, family life on the prairie, police officers, detectives, crimes, murder, relationships, horror stories, zombies, the mob, a motorcycle gang, an Australian farm family, the British Empire of Downton Abbey, the nuns and midwives of Nonnatus House in 1960's England; Call the Midwife covers many stories on birth, diseases, life, and death, a "heavenly" family, a funeral home owning family, science, chemistry, drugs, and meth...and even a vigilante serial killer. For the past 6 years, we've fell in love with The Pearson family and their life story. This Is Us will conclude after the upcoming sixth season in 2022. Another family that has been so beloved for many years, The Waltons, has really changed my life when I starting watching it for the first time last year. It's the family I always wanted. Zombies and The Walking Dead are overrated, in my opinion, but I DID watch a bit of TWD in season 9 for the (short-lived) character of Tammy Rose. This show, too, will conclude after it's eleventh season in 2022. And a show still going strong - with its ninth season set to premiere on Hallmark in 2022 - When Calls the Heart. There's just something about Hope Valley that draws you in and makes you feel like you're at home.

Aside from having a song by The Doors stuck in my head (and now it's probably in yours, too!)...I'm just checking in and updating y'all on where I'm at with peer support counseling, the pandemic, and being on the road! I hope this finds you all well!🙏🏽

Take a trip into Stars Hollow with Lorelai and Rory Gilmore. The crazy roller-coaster life of the Salinger family, and also the blended family of The Adams-Fosters. And, the crazy story on Finding Carter.

There's this girl named Betty, and boy, is she ever ugly! Perhaps all the "freaks and geeks" will befriend her. Then there's "Baby Daddy," based on the 1987 movie "Three Men and a Baby." Legends Carol Burnett, Donna Reed, and Patty Duke all starred in their own Sitcoms. Courteney Cox went from Monica Geller to Cougar Town. The Wayans' Brothers had their own version of SNL with "In Living Color." There's a kid named Chris, and everybody hates him. And finally, TV Land's longest running series ending this year starring Hilary Duff, "Younger."

Bang, zoom! Weeds. Do you know "who's the boss?" Write a letter, title it "Dear John." A life with Derek, and two and a half men, perfect strangers, Steve Harvey and Jeff Foxworthy. There's Kevin, too, but he can wait. You got a radio station on Cincinnati, while feeling hot in Cleveland. If you're engaged - beware - for there are rules to that "so called life." And we're "one on one" and "in the house" with Melissa and Joey and Mike and Molly.
