The fact that someone way smarter than myself, a former Bank Of Canada governor no less, sees things the same way is first off totally shocking, secondly it has me thinking perhaps this 50yr AM idea is not so farfetched after all.

Although we should never assume the worst about the work another Mortgage Agent has done with a client before we start working with that client, sometimes things start looking beyond bad.

The havoc and horror being visited upon many a CDN household reminds me of the old movie line ‘the call is coming from inside the house’

As in the bad call of continuously spiking rates to stop inflation by inflating shelter cost payments 50% (and growing).
