Benny's mom had told him there was a lot of activity in 118 that was eerie and the it was a full moon.
After our grandfather sold 118 and bought another which is 4016 the paranormal had followed them there (4016).
Thee Gooch explains his part in Wyoming, there's a little town called Atlantic City and old little houses are filled with paranormal activity.
Thee Gooch explains how "Samsung cell phones" are the only devise that can really record and pick up on the paranormal sound when you leave it recording.

The E-mail was 16-year-old kid named Scott but won't mention his last name or E-mail address, but Scott the E-mail kid gave Joe some advice, saying that Joe sounds uneducated and needs to read more books and his grammar is bad. Joe than says he agrees with Scott, and mentions to Scott that he doesn't care what anybody thinks about his bad Grammer but I least I'm trying and doing it, etc.
Benny talks about his father how he applied for Burger King and gotten the job. Benny asks his father how come Burger king; Benny's father responded that how he really loves eating the whoppers there he makes them on his lunch time. Benny explains when he goes to the Gym just to release some stress, the one thing that bothers him the most when guys go to the Gym, they're on their phone and not using the equipment like they should be doing, and they pretend they are working out etc.
Joe agrees with Benny when he works out at the Gym it does releases stress, and also when some guys just mope around the Gym just to look good, and they haven't broken a sweat. Joe explains going to some furniture store and wanted to buy a desk and chair but didn't know what he wanted to buy and didn't know the store sells part by part. Joe decides to just work what he has.
