I share how growing up in a strict Irish Catholic home shaped my sexuality, what happened during a powerful womb-lifting training in Thailand (hello, energetic cords and old lovers resurfacing ✂️), and why stepping away from partnered sex helped me reclaim sovereignty, desire, and my own pleasure.
