You do not need a special gift or a “dead bell” to know when spirit is near you. I’m making a bold claim: by the end of this listen, you can identify what it feels like when a departed loved one steps into your space and you can start trusting your own intuition and mediumship abilities.

I break down spirit communication in the simplest way I know. Spirit does not have a physical body, so the “evidence” often arrives as energy shifts in your nervous system: tingles, ringing ears, temperature changes, sudden emotion, that instinct to look over your shoulder, or the feeling that the room just changed. We run two guided, body-based experiments together, including a countdown you can follow in your car, at home, or wherever you’re listening, so you can notice your own personal signals in real time.

From there, we expand into common signs from loved ones on the other side, like phantom smells and the moment a person unexpectedly pops into your mind. I also explain how intention and consent work when you invite someone specific in, why fear-based stories usually come from the brain rather than the spirit world, and how “energetic fingerprints” can help you recognize who is visiting over time, including claircognizance for those who simply know.

If you feel curious, try the exercises, share this with a friend who needs it, and then subscribe, leave a review, or tag me with what you experienced so we can compare notes and keep experimenting together.

Why can one departed loved one come through so clearly while another feels distant, fuzzy, or almost impossible to reach?

In this conversation with psychic medium and healer Erica Coward, we started with the strange communication she has experienced with one particular grandmother and ended up somewhere neither of us expected: questioning whether difficulty connecting is always about the medium at all.

We explore different ways souls may communicate, why some connections seem to require a completely different energetic "tuning," and Erica's extraordinary dream of arriving in what she describes as a soul school, where she chose to learn how to communicate back with the people she loved. We don't claim to have the definitive answer. But it raises one fascinating possibility: what if spirit communication isn't only something we learn on this side?

After experiencing mediumistic abilities since childhood, she began fully developing her gifts about 10 years ago, inspired in part by her daughter’s own intuitive sensitivities.  Today, Erica teaches mediumship and intuitive Reiki, helping others strengthen their connection to Spirit and trust their innate abilities.

What if the parts of yourself you've spent years trying to change aren't mistakes at all?

In this episode of The Unity Code, I'm exploring one of the biggest shifts I've had in how I understand myself: the possibility that our bodies, personalities, strengths, contradictions, relationships, and even some of the lessons we keep encountering may look completely different when viewed through the intelligence of the soul. Because you can't decide whether something is badly designed until you understand what it was designed to do.

We'll explore the difference between seeing yourself at the human level and the soul level, why you may already carry more of what your future self needs than you realize, and the question that completely changed this conversation for me: instead of asking, "What's wrong with me?" what happens when you ask, "What was this built to do?"

Your energy has to become the version of you that can hold what you’re asking for, and only then does the mind catch up. That’s the doorway we walk through together with an Autumn Equinox ceremony designed to feel less like a normal podcast and more like a lived experience, complete with water, journaling, and space to notice what your body already knows.

We explore why ceremony is different from routine ritual or a standard guided meditation, then ground the equinox in practical symbolism: the West and the setting sun, the maturity of adulthood, the truth-telling of harvest, and water as emotion, reflection, and change. From there we shift into a powerful reframe: a threshold is something you can step over and step back from, but a portal is defined by intention and forward motion. When you decide you’re done with the old season, you stop negotiating with what’s complete.

The guided practice invites you to look back on the landscape you’ve lived, claim what you became while creating what you created, and then bring one human desire to the water. We ask the question that cuts through surface-level manifestation: what are you really asking for beneath that desire? You’ll cross the water, receive a soul-level evolution cue, choose a single word as your guidepost, and anchor it by infusing it into water and drinking it. We also share what “evidence” can look like afterward, from synchronicities to sudden clarity to patterns that simply stop gripping you.

If you’re craving spiritual growth, intuition development, energy healing, and a grounded way to work with seasonal transitions, press play, then share your word with us. Subscribe, leave a review, and send this to someone who’s ready for their next season to begin.

Why is receiving so much harder than wanting, working, or achieving? In this conversation with wealth consciousness expert Sarah Walton, we explore the energetics of wealth and the patterns that can make it difficult to actually receive the money, support, opportunities, and abundance we say we want.

We talk about over-functioning, people-pleasing, self-worth, business, and the ways high-achieving women can become exceptionally good at doing while quietly struggling to let anything come to them with ease. Sarah also shares how small everyday behaviors can reveal much bigger beliefs about what we think we have to earn.

This is a conversation about wealth beyond money, and what may change when we stop proving, start receiving, and rethink what abundance actually means.

What if protecting your energy isn’t actually about building a stronger wall around yourself?

In the first-ever Unity Code Live experiment, we tested it. Participants first noticed their natural energetic baseline, then intentionally “locked down” their fields to see what changed. Some felt incredibly calm. One felt claustrophobic. For others, everything simply went quiet. Then we changed one thing: instead of blocking everything, we experimented with becoming selective about what was allowed in.

What happened next completely changed the conversation about energetic protection. This episode explores the difference between shielding yourself from the world and becoming sovereign enough to decide what gets access to you, plus a simple experiment you can try to discover what your own energy feels like when it is actually yours.

If “protect your energy” has started to feel like a full-time job, we get it and we’re going to rethink it from the ground up. We talk about why energetic protection isn’t a single rule or ritual, but a living spectrum that changes as your intuition, mediumship skills, and energetic capacity expand. The real win isn’t hiding from the world. It’s learning your baseline so clearly that you can tell, fast, when something is not yours.

We break down classic psychic hygiene tools like grounding, centering, clearing, and shielding, and why they’re especially important when you’re new and accidentally wide open. We also name the downside that rarely gets discussed: when protection becomes fear, it can reinforce a constant sense of threat, push you into hermit mode, and make you hyper-focused on “what got in” instead of building discernment and confidence.

Then we share what this looks like as you mature in the work: staying open enough to receive what’s useful, holding your frequency through intention, and responding to disruptions with choice rather than panic. You’ll hear a real-world example of sensing heavy energy on someone in public, getting consent through the right channels, and offering a quick energetic clearing without absorbing it or crossing boundaries.

If you want to test this for yourself, come join us inside the Unity Code community where we’ll run a live energetic protection versus openness experiment. Subscribe, share this with a friend who feels drained all the time, and leave a review so more people can find the work.

Your tech doesn’t “randomly” fail at the worst possible time. If your camera flickers the moment you start channeling, your Wi-Fi drops during a Reiki symbol, or your car dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree right after a big spiritual shift, there may be a cleaner explanation than bad luck: energetic capacity overflow.

I’m sharing the pattern I’ve tracked across years of mediumship training, readings, and teaching. It starts with a hilarious (and painfully perfect) moment: my guest Sarah Walton joins our Zoom without video, and her longtime microphone dies right before we record. From disco-strobe laptop screens to appliances quitting and systems crashing exactly when I deepen into spirit, I’ve learned these disruptions aren’t about “high vibration breaking electronics.” They’re about how much energy, information, and intensity my system can actually hold.

We dig into energetic upgrades and integration periods, why they can feel like exhaustion, insomnia, overwhelm, and even the sense that your guides go quiet.

If you’re a developing medium, intuitive, healer, or simply curious about spirituality grounded in real experience, hit play and see what clicks.

You can admire a spiritual teacher, trust their work, buy the books and classes, and then suddenly feel a full-body absolutely fucking not. The confusing part is what happens next: your mind starts explaining away your own reaction. Maybe you’re judging. Maybe you’re jealous. Maybe you’re resisting growth. Or maybe something genuinely changed.

There are actually three very different reasons a teacher can start giving you the ick. The teacher may no longer embody what they teach. Your own resistance may be trying to keep you comfortable. Or you may have simply outgrown the lesson.

Nicole digs into teacher embodiment, spiritual sovereignty, eternal students, why discomfort is not automatically a red flag, and the AP Biology advice that still shapes how she chooses what to learn.

The goal is not to decide who’s bad. It’s to get much better at recognizing what the signal is actually telling you.

2026 has brought change, disruption, endings, and reinvention for a lot of us. But what if the chaos isn’t random? What if it’s showing you what no longer fits and who you’re becoming next?

In this episode, we’re taking stock of what this year has already been trying to show you, without forcing an answer or rushing into action. Before our upcoming equinox reset, simply notice the patterns.

Reflect:

• Where have you lost energy?
• What has gotten loud?
• What has ended or is ending?
• What feels alive, and what are you still arguing with?

For now, don’t fix it. Collect evidence, not instructions.

A connection can feel like destiny and still be the very thing you need to walk away from. We’re digging into the soulmate meaning beyond pop culture and Disney romance, because “one soulmate for life” can trap people in guilt, confusion, and messy relationship cycles when life starts shifting fast.

We talk about soulmates as spiritual allies across lifetimes, not just romantic partners. That includes spouses, best friends, siblings, and the unexpected person who shows up at the exact right moment to push your growth forward. We explore how past lives, reincarnation, and soul groups can explain why love can feel identical across different connections and why some soulmates may support you as guides rather than incarnating alongside you.

Then we get practical about soul contracts and catalytic relationships: the ones that hook into your energy, light up intense attraction, and still leave your human experience feeling unstable or unsafe. We unpack the lessons these dynamics can deliver, like boundaries, self-worth, recognizing red flags, and breaking karmic loops so you stop repeating the same pain in a new body with a new face. We also separate human behavior from soul-level love, making space for grief, release, and a bigger perspective on healing.

If you’ve been questioning a relationship, this is your permission slip to choose what helps you become your strongest self. Subscribe for more conversations on spiritual growth and relationships, share this with a friend who’s navigating change, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway.

What if you’re more powerful than you think?

In the 200th episode of The Unity Code, Nicole explores a major shift from passive spirituality into active spiritual practice. Instead of only receiving signs, messages, intuition, or energy, what happens when you learn to consciously work with your energy, your connection to spirit, and your own personal power to create real change?

Nicole shares how energetic patterns can shift far faster than we often believe, why spiritual development should make you more capable, not just more aware, and how tiny intentional changes can alter your internal state in less than a minute. You’ll also be guided through a simple 60-second energy experiment designed to help you feel that shift for yourself.

This episode opens the door to a new era of The Unity Code, exploring energy work, intuition, spirit communication, consciousness, transformation, human potential, and what may become possible when you stop outsourcing your power and start working with it.

What happens when a deeply skeptical, left-brained scientist suddenly starts speaking a language she does not recognize?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole sits down with light language channeler, medium, Reiki healer, and speech-language pathologist Danra Kazenski to explore her unexpected spiritual awakening. Danra shares how she went from resisting anything “woo” to communicating with Spirit, connecting with galactic guides, developing mediumship, and eventually channeling light language for healing and energetic activation.

Together, Nicole and Danra unpack what light language is, why it is less about learning and more about remembering, and how it can support energetic clearing, chakra healing, nervous system regulation, spiritual development, and a deeper connection with your soul. They also talk honestly about skepticism, discernment, getting out of your own way, finding a safe spiritual community, and trusting abilities that may feel strange before they feel natural.

The episode also includes a live light language transmission from Danra, followed by Nicole translating the energetic message as it comes through. Whether you are already familiar with galactic healing or still firmly on the skeptical side of the woo spectrum, this conversation offers a grounded, funny, and surprisingly emotional look at what can happen when Spirit asks you to surrender the plan and follow the path opening in front of you.

If you’ve ever kept a solid routine and still felt stuck, there’s a reason and it’s not a lack of discipline. We’re breaking down the real difference between rituals and ceremonies, and why they create totally different kinds of change in your life, your nervous system, and your spiritual path.

Rituals and routines are the steady practices that build safety through repetition. They’re how you retrain your brain, rewrite neural pathways, and create sustainable shifts 1% at a time, whether that’s gratitude journaling, movement, mindful eating, or simply choosing better patterns day after day. They matter because integration is what turns a breakthrough into a new baseline.

Ceremony is the catalyst. It’s the moment you formalize an intention and invite in bigger support: your guides, ancestors, loved ones, and your own deeper wisdom. We talk about ceremonies that are big or small, from new moon and full moon intention setting to marking a new season of life, and even a “winds of change” practice inspired by Oya where you release what no longer serves you for transmutation.

We also explore divine masculine goal-setting versus divine feminine surrender, why making space comes before manifestation, and how to pair ceremony with daily ritual so your growth actually sticks. If this hits, subscribe, share with a friend who’s ready for a reset, and leave a review so more people can find the work.

What if astrology was not about predicting your future, blaming Mercury retrograde or letting someone on the internet tell you who you are?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole sits down with astrologer, designer, holistic guide and mentor Hollis Maloney to explore how astrology can become a practical tool for self-awareness, emotional healing, creative expression and embodied decision-making.

Hollis shares how she blends astrology, somatic awareness and creativity to help people understand what is happening in their minds, bodies, relationships and businesses. They discuss how the current astrological weather can influence your emotions without controlling your choices, why the body often recognizes truth before the mind does and how learning your personal patterns can create more space, self-compassion and trust.

The conversation also explores finding your authentic voice in business, navigating relationships without abandoning yourself, following the moon as an accessible introduction to astrology and why your Chiron placement may reveal some of your greatest wisdom as a teacher, healer or leader.

Nicole and Hollis also get honest about clickbait astrology, the obsession with Mercury retrograde, major collective shifts unfolding through 2026 and 2027 and what it looks like to change direction when a business offering no longer feels aligned.

Most importantly, Hollis offers a powerful reminder: astrology should help you understand yourself more deeply, not encourage you to surrender your authority. You still get to decide what feels true, what belongs to you and how you want to move through your life.

You may be experiencing what Nicole calls an energetic hangover: the very real spiritual integration period that follows deep energy work, personal expansion and nervous system activation.

After two back-to-back weekends of shamanic training, Nicole shares exactly what spiritual integration looked like in real life—from needing eleven hours of sleep and feeling floaty in her body to leaving a trail of half-unpacked bags throughout the house. She explores why the amount of recovery you need is often directly connected to the amount of energy, attention and personal transformation you put into an experience.

In this episode of The Unity Code, you’ll learn how to recognize common spiritual integration symptoms, why rest alone may not be enough, how unprocessed information can remain active in your energetic field and what it means to safely integrate an expanded version of yourself.

Nicole also breaks down practical ways to support energetic recovery after a retreat, workshop, energy activation or spiritual awakening—including food, water, sleep, quiet, journaling, self-care, nervous system resourcing and allowing your intuition to determine what happens next.

Because sometimes feeling exhausted after spiritual work does not mean something has gone wrong.

It means your heart, mind, body and soul are catching up with who you have just become.

Physical mediumship is getting louder, and the signs from Spirit are becoming harder to ignore.

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole explores the real-life ways Spirit can interact with your physical environment through flickering lights, electronics, music, synchronicities, unexpected disruptions, and even emotional responses that seem to arrive out of nowhere.

This goes far beyond feathers, pennies, and the usual signs from loved ones in Spirit. You’ll hear personal stories of Spirit manipulating electronics, using music to deliver perfectly timed messages, creating unmistakable synchronicities, and guiding everyday decisions through the physical world.

Nicole also shares how to invite more physical mediumship into your own life, how to recognize when something may be more than coincidence, and why you do not need to overanalyze every sign. Sometimes, the first step in spirit communication is simply noticing that Spirit is there.

If you are developing your mediumship, learning to connect with spirit guides, exploring psychic abilities, or looking for clearer evidence from the spirit world, this episode will challenge you to pay closer attention to the magic already happening around you.

Why is it so hard to stop working, put down the to-do list, and simply enjoy your life?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole explores the spiritual cost of constant productivity and the deeper energetic patterns that keep so many of us trapped in cycles of work, responsibility, performance, and survival.

She shares her own struggle with play, including the realization that she has spent much of her life treating productivity as valuable and play as wasteful. From inherited family patterns and ancestral survival energy to decades in corporate America, this episode looks at how work ethic can become an identity—and how that identity may quietly lower your vibration, limit joy, and disconnect you from the experience your soul came here to have.

Nicole also reframes play as something much bigger than childlike fun. Play can be anything that raises your vibration, expands your world, sparks creativity, and helps you feel more alive. It does not have to look like anyone else’s version of joy.

This conversation explores ancestral healing, the law of vibration, the law of attraction, spiritual awakening, visibility, vulnerability, and why trying something new may be one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with your soul.

Your life is not just a list of responsibilities to complete. You came here to experience it.

The weirdest part of doing intuitive work is realizing the “future” doesn’t behave like a fixed calendar. Sometimes it shows up loud and specific. Other times it’s a blank wall and that isn’t a mistake. I’m unpacking what I’ve been seeing across multiple client readings where Spirit makes one thing crystal clear: the more committed you are to a path, the more readable the path becomes.

We talk about why some people have a wide-open, anything-is-possible forecast because they’ve processed their trauma, done the inner work, and cleared enough karma to genuinely choose. And we get into the ethical side of psychic readings: why Spirit may refuse to hand over a “most likely” outcome when a client is highly persuadable, because it would steer them instead of strengthening their free will. If you’ve ever felt like your reading stayed broad, this might be the missing puzzle piece.

I also share how this plays out in business and career clarity, especially for entrepreneurs building a soul-led business. When you’ve already built the skills and reputation, the next level isn’t about fixing flaws. It’s about choosing a direction: scale, specialize, raise prices, create a luxury offer, or deepen transformation with fewer clients. Once you choose, the guidance gets more tactical, from mindset reframes to nervous system triggers to the milestones that help you move faster without burning out.

If this hit home, subscribe for more, share it with a friend who’s stuck at a crossroads, and leave a review so more people can find the show. What’s the path you’re ready to say yes to?

What if your higher self isn’t simply the “best version” of who you are in this lifetime?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole explores the difference between your incarnation, your higher self, and your soul—and shares a powerful spiritual experience that completely changed how she understands all three.

She breaks down the soul as the greater energetic whole that exists beyond time and space, the incarnation as the aspect of your soul currently living this human experience, and the higher self as something far more expansive than a perfected version of your present-day personality. Could your higher self hold the collective wisdom, memories, and lessons of every lifetime you have ever lived?

Nicole also explores reincarnation and mediumship, why a soul can still communicate even after reincarnating, the limitations of the Akashic Records, and the possibility that some of your deepest spiritual wisdom may exist in a private energetic space that only you can access.

This is a raw, evolving exploration of soul consciousness, parallel lifetimes, spiritual awakening, the Akashic Records, and the future of metaphysical development—including what it could mean to fully embody your soul while still living in the physical world.

Your higher self may not be what you think. It may be wiser, more human, more protective, and far more accessible than you ever realized.

Your offer can look solid on paper and still feel weird to sell, like you’re pushing a message that isn’t fully you. We bring on Lori, the “offer magician” and an offer and business positioning strategist, to name what’s really happening when your offers aren’t landing: misalignment leaks that drain your energy, blur your messaging, and make sales feel harder than they need to be.

We unpack three of the most common leaks Lori sees with coaches and transformation-focused experts. First, building offers that aren’t aligned with your natural genius, which quietly lowers your confidence and your frequency. Second, forcing the wrong delivery model, like choosing one-on-one, groups, retreats, or community because it’s trendy instead of because it fits your energy and how you do your best work. Third, using a visibility strategy that fights your nature, especially when social media starts to feel like a full-time performance instead of a real connection point.

We also talk about why positioning and specificity are more urgent than ever in a saturated market where AI can generate “average” offers fast, but can’t replace a true truth-teller or someone who can hold emotional space and create identity shifts. Lori shares how she thinks about offer ecosystems and client journeys, plus her Offer Confidence Toolkit (onamissionbrands.com/offer-checklist) to help you spot what to tweak so you can sell with clarity.

If this helps, subscribe, share it with a soul-led business friend, and leave a review so more people can find it. What’s the biggest leak you want to fix first?

Premonitions can feel like the most comforting thing in the world and the most dangerous. When someone tells you what’s coming next, your nervous system finally unclenches, but that same certainty can quietly train you to hand over your agency. We unpack why so many people chase predictions through tarot, astrology, numerology, and psychic readings, and why I’ve had a long-running love-hate relationship with future forecasting, even while it keeps showing up in my work.

I walk through the difference between mediumship and predicting outcomes, and why “being right” can’t be the only measure of integrity. Then we get real about the nuanced cases, especially fertility, spirit babies, and pregnancy loss, where people aren’t asking for entertainment, they’re asking for hope they can survive. The turning point is a reframe that changes everything: a premonition is often the most probable path forward if nothing changes. Once you name that condition, you also name the escape hatch: you can change the path.

From there, the conversation becomes about sovereignty, timelines, and what it looks like to choose a frequency on purpose. I share examples of clients shifting direction in real time, plus why concepts like the observer effect get people thinking about belief, perception, and outcomes in a new way. If you’ve ever wondered whether the future is fixed, whether you can “jump” to a better timeline, or how to use spiritual tools without becoming dependent on them, this one is for you.

Some of the most healing mediumship readings start with the words we least want to say out loud. When a loved one’s passing is traumatic, or when suicide and shock are part of the story, a psychic medium has to balance truth, privacy, and care without turning the session into a performance or a soft lie. I’m sharing how I deliver tough messages to clients, what happens when my “human” side wants to protect the sitter, and how I consciously step aside so spirit can speak clearly.

I walk you through a recent mediumship demonstration where I recognized the story immediately and chose to keep certain details high level. From there, I explain what I do when emotion rises in my body, why acknowledging it can actually make the channel cleaner, and how the message can shift from basic reassurance to something deeper: meaning, red flags, mental health themes, therapy, support, and the idea that pain can become purpose without minimizing the reality of grief.

Then I pivot to my psychic investigation class, where validation is often the biggest challenge. Using a case I know intimately lets my students see what accurate psychic investigation looks like, while also confronting the emotional weight of violence and loss. We end with the real question practitioners ask after sessions like these: how do we sleep at night, and what does spirit say about the bigger picture.

If you’re a developing medium, a working practitioner, or someone seeking spiritual healing after loss, this one will stay with you. Subscribe to Unity Code, share this with someone who needs it, and leave a review so more people can find these conversations. What part of a hard message do you struggle to hear or deliver?

Your intuition might be giving you the right message and you’re still getting the outcome wrong. We’ve been seeing a pattern with spiritual entrepreneurs and intuitive business owners: nonstop downloads about what to do next, followed by stress, second-guessing, and impulsive pivots because the guidance doesn’t “make sense” with the current state of the business.

We unpack why that happens and how to fix it without shutting your gifts down. The big idea is timing. Some intuitive hits are instructions for what’s next, while others are glimpses of what’s coming later to keep you motivated and oriented. When you treat a future download like a right-now command, you skip the basics, weaken your foundation, and end up chasing shiny steps that aren’t built to hold real success.

To make this practical, we use a Lego Hogwarts Castle metaphor: you can see the finished castle, but you still have to build bag by bag. Podcasting becomes a real example of “bag one” work that trains your voice and visibility for later-stage goals like public speaking, authorship, and leadership. We also talk business energetics, frequency, and how to stop the spiral so your strategy becomes sustainable even when the economy or your audience shifts.

If you want help applying this to your own path, we point you to Spirit and Biz Mentoring and The Bridge, then invite you to tell us what download you’re sitting on. Subscribe, share this with a fellow intuitive entrepreneur, and leave a review so more people can find the work.

Mondays aren’t “just bad.” Sometimes they’re a decades-old energetic habit that your body keeps reenacting on autopilot. We open with a raw, funny, very real look at what happens when Spirit delivers a blunt wake-up call, and how one weekly check-in made a repeating pattern impossible to ignore: every Monday starts low, heavy, and full of dread, even when life is objectively good. That’s the moment we stop blaming the calendar and start looking at the conditioning underneath it.

We trace how corporate routines can program your nervous system and your energy field, then linger long after you’ve changed careers, schedules, or even your entire identity. When you always stack “grunt work” on the same day, you teach your system to expect pressure and drop into a low vibration before you even begin. Then we zoom out into bigger triggers like money fear and scarcity mindset, where a bill or an overdraft fee can spark instant panic and shame that clearly doesn’t fit the present moment. That’s not logic, it’s an old energetic imprint replaying.

The practical takeaway is simple and powerful: energy persists until you consciously choose differently. We talk about interrupting the loop on purpose, experimenting with new routines, and using “opposite energy” to balance a trigger, like pairing a negative money moment with a positive act that restores agency. We also preview my upcoming Fire program through Alchemy School, focused on energetics and personal empowerment, and why this work feels like a fresh wave of spiritual awakening.

If you’re ready to stop repeating patterns that don’t serve you, hit play, share this with a friend who “hates Mondays,” and subscribe so you don’t miss what’s next. After you listen, what’s one pattern you’re choosing to break this week?

A departed loved one can give you the right age, the right ailment, the right family details and still leave you feeling oddly empty. That tension is the heart of what we’re unpacking as mediumship evolves from “proof” to presence, from a checklist of evidence to an experience that lands in the body and helps ease grief. I’m sharing what I’m seeing shift in the mediumship marketplace, both from the spirit side and from the student and teacher side, and why the next era of spirit communication is about emotional truth as much as accuracy.

I tell a story from a recent live mediumship demonstration where my guides gave me one clear instruction: let spirit lead. The night moved faster than I thought possible, and then an unforgettable grandmother stepped in and basically refused to follow a script. She insisted on doing the reading her way through story, warmth and energy, then backed it up with just enough evidential mediumship to lock it in. The final “feels like home” detail hit so hard because it was literal and it reminded me what great readings actually do: they reconnect people to the living feeling of love.

From there, I get real about what clients are asking for now, why “facts” aren’t the main differentiator anymore, and why so many mediumship students are hunting for deeper energetic skill, clearer channels and a more embodied approach to spiritual development. I also call out the darker side of the industry: teachers who profit from keeping you a perpetual student, stuck in self-doubt and rigid structures.

If you’re a psychic medium, a developing medium, or someone who books readings for grief healing, come listen and then tell me what you think. Subscribe, share this with a friend who needs it, and leave a review so more people can find the show.

The collective feels loud right now and if you’ve been anxious, angry, or weirdly exhausted, we want to offer a different lens: you might be swimming in energy that isn’t yours. Nicole shares a channeled collective reading for the week, using tarot and oracle cards to translate what Spirit is flagging as a major precipice moment, where old structures wobble and the next timeline isn’t fully visible yet.

We talk about the Justice card as a sign of energetic rebalancing and why that often looks like systems breaking down before anything improves. Then we sit with the “unknown territory” message: you’re exactly where you need to be, even if your mind hates not knowing. The big question becomes practical and personal: how much are you willing to surrender control? Because the more we grasp, micromanage, and obsess over outcomes, the longer we stay stuck in the same fear loop.

We also challenge the reflex to live in doomscrolling mode. Constant news, comment threads, and fear-based media can amplify the collective frequency inside your body. Instead, we explore spiritual trust, intuitive living, and why “energy first, action second” can change everything including how you show up in your community. If you’ve been craving hope, this is your reminder that higher vibration is magnetic, and you can choose it on purpose.

If this message lands, subscribe, share it with a friend who feels overwhelmed, and leave a review so more people can find the reset. What would it look like for you to release control this week?

A new pair of “giant earmuff” headphones kicks off a surprisingly deep conversation: why being introverted can feel like a daily battle with small talk, parties, and the kind of networking that makes your whole body say no. I’m Nicole, and I share the blunt truth of living as a “go deep or go home” person who’d rather hide than perform polite conversation, plus the moment a client call sparked a mindset shift I can’t unsee.

Here’s the reframe that changed everything for me: Spirit sends us people on purpose. Not just the obvious big moments, but the random line at the grocery store, the awkward seatmate at a school event, even the tense spaces where someone is being cruel and the whole room feels it. When I treat those encounters as part of a bigger web of soul contracts, energy, and healing, I stop asking how fast I can escape and start asking what I’m meant to notice, soften, or say. Sometimes it’s a joke that releases pressure. Sometimes it’s silent support. Sometimes it’s mediumship and waiting for the “green light” before going deeper.

We also go into intuition in real life, including a story from my college days that still gives me chills, and why anger can be the first spark of soul alignment when we’ve been trained to shrink. If you’ve ever felt like your sensitivity, intensity, or “I don’t like people” vibe is a flaw, this is an invitation to see it as a superpower with better boundaries and clearer purpose.

A death in the family can leave more than grief. It can leave questions that hit like a wave: Who were they really? Where did we come from? Why do the same emotional patterns keep showing up in our lives even when we’ve “done the work”?

We start with a real moment supporting a close friend after her grandfather passed, and the painful realization that a small family can also mean a small archive of stories. From there, we open up what ancestral mediumship can actually do beyond a comforting message: tapping into ancestors for evidence, family timelines, personalities, and the missing context that never gets written down. If you love genealogy, ancestry research, and spiritual tools like spirit guides and the Akashic Records, this conversation connects those threads in a grounded, practical way.

Then we go personal. We share how digging into records and listening to spirit pointed to a specific family line, revealing a repeating mother-loss pattern across generations and what that can create in the living: a “mother wound,” emotional immaturity, and sadness that feels unexplained. We also talk epigenetics and inherited nervous system responses, plus why understanding the origin can help you stop reacting and start healing. Something is changing right now, and you can feel it. Not just on a global level with old structures wobbling, but inside your own nervous system, your spiritual practice, and the work you thought you were here to do. We talk about the “frequency of transformation” and what it looks like when your vibration shifts so fast that the old version of you cannot keep up.

We also get real about the current wave of newly awakened people entering the spiritual and metaphysical space. That growth is exciting, and it comes with a catch: beginners often want hard proof, while seasoned practitioners are craving depth. I share what mediumship is, what it is not, and why expecting perfect specifics misses how spirit communication actually works. Then we dig into the darker side of this moment: fear-based spiritual content, charlatans, rigid rules, and narratives that leave people feeling powerless. If it shrinks you, scares you, or insists there is one right way, we call it what it is a red flag.

From there, we move into the heart of the episode: what happens when you outgrow a modality. I share my shift from evidential mediumship toward soul mediumship, including soul contracts, past lives, Akashic Records, and the kind of readings that create deep, lasting change. The line that changes everything comes straight from Spirit: you did not give up on it, you grew past it. If you are a spiritual business owner, we also talk about evolving your offers and treating your business like its own energy that grows you as much as you grow it.

If this resonates, subscribe, share it with a friend who is in a big transition, and leave a review so more people can find the show. What part of your life are you ready to outgrow?

What if the old objects you’re drawn to at antique stores, flea markets, and fairs aren’t random?

In this listener-requested episode of The Unity Code, Nicole explores the energy of antique stores, the spiritual practice of psychometry, and how objects can carry energetic imprints from the people, places, and experiences they’ve moved through. Using the Brimfield Fair in Massachusetts as the backdrop, she shares how she personally navigates overwhelming energetic spaces, protects her field, follows intuitive pulls, and reads the stories held inside old objects.

This episode is part practical guide, part energetic experiment. You’ll learn how to use your clairs, intuition, and spirit team to feel into objects, ask better psychic questions, and discern whether something wants to come home with you — or whether it gives you the energetic ick for a reason.

Nicole also walks listeners through a real psychometry exercise using a rock, explains why some objects feel clear while others feel chaotic, and shares the unforgettable story of a coffin nail that absolutely did not want to be turned into decor.

If you’ve ever wondered how to read the energy of objects, how to protect yourself in crowded spiritual or antique spaces, or why certain old things seem to call to you, this episode will help you see antique shopping in a whole new way.

Listen in before your next trip to Brimfield Fair, an antique store, a flea market, or anywhere old objects are waiting to tell their stories.

The fastest way to sabotage your spiritual growth is to turn it into a status game. If you’ve ever felt a sting of jealousy when someone says they work with an archangel, or you’ve worried you’re “not advanced” because your guide doesn’t have a famous name, we get it and we go straight into the root of it: human conditioning around hierarchy, worthiness, and perfectionism.

We talk about spirit guides, Reiki, mediumship, channeling, ascended masters, deities, and even God, but the real question underneath all of those labels is simple: do you trust that you’re supported without needing to earn it? I share how realizing my guide “Gabrielle” was actually Archangel Gabriel brought up excitement and intimidation at the same time, and how that reaction mirrored my old corporate America wiring around bosses, performance, and fear of messing up. From there, we unpack the law of oneness with a grounded metaphor that makes the “no hierarchy in the spirit world” message finally click.

You’ll also hear why I’m learning to stop controlling who shows up in a reading and instead surrender to the exact frequency that serves you best, whether that’s a council of ascended masters or your grandmother. We end with practical guidance for developing intuition: researching what you feel drawn to, tracking body signals like goosebumps or sudden stillness, and asking for clear signs so you can build a real relationship with your guides over time.

If this hits home, subscribe for more back-to-basics spirituality, share this with a friend who feels “not spiritual enough,” and leave a review so more people can find the conversation. What guide, deity, or energy do you feel most drawn to right now?

What if synchronicities aren’t signs from the universe… but proof that you’re the one creating it?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole breaks down the real meaning behind synchronicities—and why everything you’ve been told about them being “just a sign” is incomplete.

From a perfectly timed song in Boston to manifesting literal docks (yes, plural), this episode dives into the deeper mechanics of how energy, frequency, and consciousness interact to shape your reality in real time.

You’ll learn:

✦ Why synchronicities are actually micro manifestations
✦ The difference between being guided vs. co-creating with spirit
✦ How your energetic frequency continues forward into physical reality
✦ Why noticing patterns is the first step to intentional manifestation
✦ How to start using synchronicities instead of just observing them

This isn’t about waiting for signs anymore.
This is about understanding how reality responds to you.

If you’ve been seeing repeating numbers, patterns, or “coincidences” everywhere… this episode will change how you interpret them—and what you do next.

Because once you realize what synchronicities actually are, you stop asking “is this a sign?”
…and start asking “what do I want to create?”

I just taught a class that completely changed how I see spirit communication.

Not because it was “advanced.”
But because of what actually happened in the room.

In this episode, I’m sharing what went down when my students connected to galactic loved ones, past-life families, and multidimensional spirit energy—in real time—and the validation that came through that I can’t logically explain.

We’re talking about:
• Real examples of galactic mediumship readings and unexpected validation
• How spirit gives proof in ways your brain would never predict
• The moment I realized galactic connection isn’t separate from anything else
• Why your reality expands the second you open to more than the five senses
• The long game of spirit (including evidence that showed up months in advance)

This episode isn’t about learning something new.
It’s about realizing how real this actually is.

Let’s be honest - crying in a reading can feel awkward as hell.

Whether you’re the sitter trying to hold it together… or the practitioner wondering why you’re tearing up over someone else’s loved one—there’s a reason this happens.

And it’s not what you’ve been told.

In this episode, I’m breaking down what’s actually happening when emotions hit in readings:
• Why your energy starts moving the second truth lands
• How society has trained you to suppress the exact thing that heals you
• What tears mean from an energetic + somatic perspective
• Why some people cry… and others don’t (and what happens instead)
• The one thing practitioners need to understand about holding space

This isn’t about “being emotional.”
This is about transformation, nervous system rewiring, and energetic release in real time.

If you’ve ever thought, “Why am I crying right now?” - this episode will hit different.

What if your strongest spiritual connection… isn’t actually yours?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole Pope breaks down a phenomenon almost no one in the spiritual space talks about:

- Why your connection to spirit feels stronger in group settings
- Why it fades when you’re on your own
- And what’s really happening energetically behind the scenes

This episode dives into the concept of vibrational coherence—how being in the presence of other high-frequency individuals (or teachers) can temporarily amplify your intuitive abilities, mediumship, and connection to spirit.

But here’s the truth no one tells you…

You may be plugging into someone else’s energy instead of building your own.

Inside this episode, you’ll learn:

• How group containers amplify (or distort) your spiritual connection
• The difference between true connection vs. borrowed frequency
• Why some spiritual spaces feel powerful—and others feel off
• How to strengthen your connection to spirit without dependency
• A practical method to “recalibrate” your energy using recordings and frequency

This is a must-listen if you’ve ever:

• Felt deeply connected in a class, circle, or reading—but couldn’t replicate it alone
• Wondered if your intuition is inconsistent or “fading”
• Questioned whether a teacher, program, or container is truly aligned

This episode will change how you evaluate spiritual spaces, teachers, and your own power.

Because your connection to spirit isn’t broken…
You just haven’t been taught how energy actually works.

How do spiritual downloads actually work — and why do some messages land instantly while others seem delayed, foggy, or frustrating?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole breaks down how she receives energetic transmissions and downloads from spirit, especially in business, and why the biggest blocks are often expectations, nervous system activation, control, and trying to force clarity before it’s ready. She shares how spirit communicates through multiple clairs, how to discern true guidance from ego or subconscious fear, and why rest, fun, and openness are often the very things that make clear guidance possible.

This episode explores:

• how spiritual downloads and energetic transmissions come through
• how to tell the difference between spirit, ego, and subconscious “shoulds”
• why rest can be a spiritual strategy
• how resistance, delays, and friction can signal misalignment
• why fun, flow, and expansion raise your signal to receive
• what it looks like when a true spirit-led download lands all at once

If you’ve ever wondered whether you’re really hearing spirit, blocking your own guidance, or trying to force the next step before it’s time, this episode will help you understand the deeper mechanics of receiving.

What if the clutter in your life isn’t just physical — but energetic?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole shares an unexpected spring equinox reflection that turned into a powerful lesson on identity, alignment, and spiritual growth. While cleaning out old books, cookbooks, and pieces of her past, she realized how much of what we hold onto is tied to outdated versions of ourselves, old stories, and energy that no longer belongs in our field.

This episode explores what it means to honor who you’ve been without staying stuck there, how to release performative or outdated identities, and why spiritual growth often requires letting go before you can move forward. If you’ve been feeling heavy, emotionally cluttered, or like an old version of you is still taking up too much space, this conversation will help you clear it.

In this episode, we explore:

• releasing old versions of yourself
• spiritual decluttering and energetic clearing
• healing outdated self-stories
• honoring your past without living in it
• choosing alignment with who you are becoming

This is your reminder that growth is allowed, change is sacred, and not everything from your past is meant to come with you.

In this episode of The Unity Code, I’m calling out something that’s been sitting wrong with me for a while—fear-based language in the spiritual industry.

After attending a group reading with a well-known practitioner, I witnessed something that happens far too often:
clients being told they had curses, attachments, and energetic problems they couldn’t fix on their own… followed by an immediate upsell.

🚩 Red flag.

So let’s break this down.

In this episode, I dive into:

• The truth about “curses” and “attachments” in spirituality
• How fear-based language impacts your nervous system (and your wallet)
• Why some practitioners use disempowering narratives to keep you dependent
• The difference between ancestral patterns vs. “curses”
• What energy exchange actually looks like (without the fear tactics)
• How to reclaim your power and trust your own connection to spirit

Here’s the reality:
You are not broken.
You are not cursed.
And you do not need someone else to “fix” you.

This episode is about discernment, sovereignty, and rewriting the language of spirituality so it actually empowers you.

Because the moment you change the narrative…  everything changes.

If you’re a spiritual practitioner—or learning to trust your intuition—this is the shift you need:

get your human out of the way.

In this episode, I break down why fear, perfectionism, and your nervous system responses are the biggest blocks in intuitive work, mediumship, and spiritual readings.

Because here’s the truth:
 it’s not that you’re not connected…
it’s that your human keeps interfering.

We talk about:

• why fear of being wrong blocks intuitive messages
• how your nervous system and ego show up in readings
• the pressure to be perfect, liked, or “get it right”
• why you’re not responsible for the message—spirit is
• how clients are guided to you for a reason (not by accident)
• and why trying to “soften” or control the message actually weakens your work

Whether you’re practicing tarot, mediumship, Akashic Records, or just learning to trust your intuition, this episode will completely shift how you show up.

Because your job isn’t to be perfect.
Your job is to be the clearest channel.

Your nervous system might be the reason your spiritual awakening feels like chaos.

I’m back after my second dark night of the soul—and this time, everything was different.

In this episode, I break down the real difference between my first dark night years ago and this one:
 control vs. surrender.

The first time, I fought everything.
I tried to control my body, shut down the experience, and make the spiritual awakening symptoms stop—and it made everything harder.

This time, I let it happen.

After working with both an energetic coach and a nutrition/fitness coach, I finally started resourcing my body—and saw a pattern I had missed for years: chronic nervous system freeze states I had been writing off as “bad days.”

That awareness led to a full nervous system reset—and a week of intense activation leading up to it.

But instead of spiraling, I let my body lead.
And what used to feel like a dark night… became a dark day.

We talk about:

• dark night of the soul symptoms
• nervous system regulation + freeze response
• spiritual awakening and embodiment
• and why the way you move through these moments determines how hard they have to be

If you’re in the middle of your own awakening—or feel like everything is unraveling—this will help you understand what’s actually happening.

You’re not breaking.
 You’re being rebuilt.

Are you an empath… or are you clairsentient?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole breaks down the truth most people aren’t talking about:

Being an empath is simply being highly developed in clairsentience.

That’s it.

If you absorb other people’s emotions…
If your mood shifts instantly around certain people…
If you get physical sensations that aren’t yours…
If you’ve ever felt “emotionally volatile” and didn’t know why…

You’re not broken.
You’re energetically receptive.

Nicole shares:

• What clairsentience really is
• Why empaths often struggle with emotional overwhelm
• How to tell what’s yours vs. what you’re absorbing
• The science + energetics behind mood shifts
• Why grounding and protection actually matter
• How to use your empath ability as a superpower instead of a burden

This episode will change how you see your sensitivity — and your power.

Because once you know what’s yours…
You stop carrying what isn’t.

Is clairsentience really the “soft” metaphysical sense… or is it actually the most powerful clair of them all?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole breaks down why clairsentience (clear feeling) is often misunderstood, underestimated, and yet absolutely game-changing in mediumship and intuitive development.

Most developing mediums expect spirit communication to come through clairvoyance (seeing) or clairaudience (hearing). But what happens when those turn off—and all you’re left with is feeling?

Nicole shares:

• What clairsentience really is (beyond the fluffy definitions)
• How it shows up in your body
• The difference between clairsentience and being an empath
• How physical sensations, emotions, and personality traits come through in readings
• Why traditional mediumship often misses this critical layer
• How to develop clairsentience intentionally

From feeling physical ailments to embodying personality, to understanding what death actually feels like from the other side, this episode challenges everything you think you know about psychic abilities.

If you’ve ever said:
“I’m just sensitive.”
“I don’t see or hear spirit, so maybe I’m not intuitive.”

This episode is for you.

Clairsentience isn’t weakness.
It’s embodiment.
And it might be your strongest spiritual gift.

This is an atypical Unity Code episode — and it might be the most useful one you’ll ever listen to.

In this “user manual” episode, Nicole shares the exact process her spirit team asked her to teach: how to listen to The Unity Code podcast to get the most out of every episode. Because these episodes aren’t just information — many of them are energetic transmissions, co-created with Spirit, designed to support your expansion, healing, and self-trust while you listen.

We cover how to:

• Listen with an open mind + curiosity (even with topics you think you already “know”)
• Come to each episode with a growth takeaway you can actually apply
• Recognize when you’re receiving frequency, not just words
• Understand the difference between Nicole vs. her spirit team in channeled episodes
• Practice presence so you don’t miss the “broth” of the message
• Engage with questions — and learn how questioning accelerates intuition, integration, and spiritual development

Nicole also shares behind-the-scenes truth about her process: why she won’t record when her energy isn’t steady, how channeling can sound like “just her,” and why she’s done over-explaining and ready to run with the work she’s here to do.

If you’ve ever felt like something different is happening when you listen — like you’re calmer, clearer, expanded, or activated — this episode explains what you’re sensing and how to intentionally receive it.

This episode marks the beginning of recurring collective healing sessions on the podcast. Recorded on National Strike Day, this guided experience is for empaths, lightworkers, and sensitive souls who are feeling energetically overwhelmed, emotionally flooded, or “not quite themselves” in the current collective climate.

In this episode, Nicole explores why doom-scrolling drains our light, why bypassing reality doesn’t work, and offers a third option: stay in the light and send the light. You’ll be guided through a grounding and energy-healing experience to reconnect with your body, your support team, and your own vibration—while collectively sending healing energy to the world.

The episode also includes a spirit-led message using oracle cards that speak to unity, emergence, rebuilding, and community. Listen when you need to feel lighter, steadier, and reminded of why you’re here.

In this groundbreaking Unity Code experiment, Nicole brings together three Reiki Masters, two intuitive recipients, and one very curious medium (spoiler: it’s her) to test something no one seems to be talking about…

✨ What actually happens when multiple Reiki practitioners work on the same person at the same time?
✨ Do they pick up similar insights? Different ones? Does the energy amplify? Split? Stay separate?
✨ And how does a collective healing session compare to a traditional one-on-one?

This episode is raw, unfiltered, experimental, and unlike anything on the internet right now.

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole sits down with Reiki researcher and archivist Lindsey Harper, a self-described science nerd of energy healing who somehow manages to live in both worlds: academia and the metaphysical.

By day, Lindsey is an associate professor and archivist with degrees in psychology, library science, and behavioral statistics. By night (and in all the liminal spaces in between), she’s the founder of Open Your Eyes Reiki, where her goal is to create Reiki content that genuinely shifts the collective.

Together, Nicole and Lindsey talk about:

• How a Saturn return, a book on empaths, and a literal deer sign led Lindsey to her first Reiki class
• Lindsey’s Reiki & Wellbeing Interviews Project at Marshall University, where she interviewed 14 Reiki-certified practitioners across 6 countries
• How religion, culture, and family systems shaped people’s paths toward or away from Reiki
• The common patterns she found in their stories: trauma, burnout, spiritual seeking, and the desire to connect with Source beyond rigid structures
• Why the term “Reiki master” can be deeply problematic in Western contexts, and what language she’s using instead
• The very real purging and integration that can happen after attunements (physical, emotional, spiritual)
• Creative ways practitioners weave Reiki into daily life: tea, showers, homes, cars, writing, parenting, and more
• Why simply sitting alone for 10 minutes in a quiet room is, in itself, an energetic gift most people never give themselves

You’ll also hear the story of how Nicole and Lindsey originally met on Reddit, how a mediumship reading took three years to be fully validated, and why “I don’t know” during a reading doesn’t mean “it’s wrong.”

If you’re curious about Reiki, skeptical but open, or already attuned and wondering how others actually live this work in real time, this conversation will give you both heart and data — a grounded, compassionate look at how energy healing shows up in real people’s lives.

Follow Lindsey on Instagram at @oyereiki to keep up with her Reiki & research world, and to watch where this project goes next (yes, there’s a book brewing and a sabbatical in the works).

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole continues the spirit guides conversation — and takes it “sideways” into a live, messy, honest processing session about timelines, vibration, free will, and your highest path.

So many people ask their guides:

• What’s the best path for me?
• What’s the most abundant timeline?
• When can I quit my job?
• Is this the right decision?

But here’s the twist Nicole has realized in the last few weeks: sometimes your guides aren’t vague because they’re withholding — they’re vague because you’re asking about a timeline you’re not currently inhabiting.

In this episode, Nicole breaks down her evolving perspective that timelines and vibrations may be a one-for-one, and why guidance can feel “clear as mud” when your question is oriented toward an outcome that sits outside your current nervous system capacity, frequency, or lived reality.

You’ll hear:

• Why there’s no single “set path” and why spirit guides won’t make your decisions for you
• What “free will” actually means in spirit guide readings
• How to recognize when the answer is unclear because the question is wrong
• Why “How do I get there?” can be a divine masculine / spiritual bypassing trap
• How higher vibration shifts the experience of life (not just the outcomes)
• Better questions to ask your guides like: What am I missing? What am I blind to? What internal work raises my frequency? Is there a better path available than the one I think I want?

This episode is for you if you’re feeling stuck, craving clarity, or wondering why you can’t seem to access the future you want — and it’s also for practitioners who want to understand why some readings come in crystal clear while others come through sticky, slow, or vague.

If you’ve ever thought, “Why won’t my guides just tell me?” — this one will reframe everything.

What if working with your spirit guides didn’t require meditation, rituals, or “doing it perfectly”?

In this car-channeled episode, Nicole shares how she works with her spirit guides all day, every day — not as a formal practice, but as a living, breathing conversation. From intuitive nudges and emotional triggers to parking-spot synchronicities and life-altering realizations, this episode explores how spirit guides actually communicate when you drop expectations and learn their language.

You’ll hear why spirit guides are one of the most underutilized sources of soul-level information, how this “middle vibration” can bridge intuition, mediumship, and the Akashic Records, and why guidance becomes clearer when you stop trying so hard to receive it.

Nicole also shares real-life stories of following guidance in the moment — from unexpected emotional healing to being led exactly where she and her kids were meant to be — and explains how constant access to your guides becomes possible through trust, availability, and energetic familiarity.

If you’ve ever wondered:

• How to work with spirit guides in everyday life
• Why you feel blocked, disconnected, or unsure if you’re “doing it right”
• How intuition, higher self, and spirit guides actually differ
• Or how guidance can feel subtle, practical, and deeply supportive

…this episode will change how you think about spiritual communication.

You already have a full team on the other side. The question is: are you listening?

In this episode of The Unity Code, Nicole shares a raw, spirit-led conversation sparked by an unexpected moment inside her Circle — one that turned into a two-hour exploration of what it really means to walk a spiritual path in today’s world.

From staying “in the spiritual closet” to questioning visibility, success, and leadership in the metaphysical space, this episode is a permission slip for anyone wondering:

• Do I have to go public to be spiritual?
• Do I have to quit my job or turn this into a business?
• What if my path looks nothing like the people I admire?

Nicole explores the idea that we are not all meant to be on stages or television — that many of us are meant to be a light in our own homes, families, workplaces, and communities, quietly changing systems from the inside out.

This episode dismantles the myth of a “right way” to be spiritual and invites you to:

• Release comparison and hierarchy in the metaphysical world
• Trust the uniqueness of your story, timing, and role
• Stop waiting to know the destination before you begin
• Give yourself permission to explore, experiment, and evolve

Whether spirituality is a private practice, a side passion, a curiosity, or a calling you’re just beginning to listen to, this conversation reminds you of one essential truth:

There are no wrong steps — and the world needs you exactly as you are.
