Welcome to The Unfinished Idea -- creating a space to help bridge the gap of understanding between neurodiversity and the world. What it is like raising a child with ADHD and autism? I'm Greer, mom to two boys & two dogs and raising a child with Special Educational Needs. Our day-to-day experience isn't being talked about in everyday life and I see a gap in those leading people who are neurodiverse. Whether you are a parent, a friend, a teacher, or a neighbor, it needs to be a joint effort. I created this podcast to build a “over a cup of coffee” kind of conversation -- helping to bring awareness about neurodiversity and families who are raising children with additional needs. This podcast will share practical help, tips, and better understanding to neurodiversity while bringing light to the difficulties, joys, and differences. Each week, I will spend 30 minutes talking and interviewing others in the neurodiversity space and giving you the opportunity to learn and grow and feel seen and heard by how we interact with each other and the world.
