Dieting wrong?

Yes. There’s an actual correct way to diet and an incorrect way to diet for maximal and sustainable fat loss. 

Most people follow the “traditional” way of dieting. The way of dieting that starts you off in a calorie deficit and keeps you there until you reach your goal.  That can sometimes be for a few months, maybe a half year or even worse… a few years. 

That way of dieting is unsustainable and ineffective.

My answer? Exactly that... STOP!

You should STOP... You should ABSOLUTELY stop.  BUT... ONLY temporarily.

Temporarily?  Yes, see, there's a more fancy technical term for this "temporary quit" type of thing.

It's called a Metabolic Reset Phase.

It's one of the many dieting strategies we use with our TONE UP Clients that allows them to lose fat, tone up, and transform their lives in a healthy and sustainable way.

What's a Metabolic Reset Phase exactly?

It's a temporary pause in a diet. It's a phase that acts to “REST” or increase your metabolism by reversing the “metabolic slowdown” that naturally occurs when dieting.  This is only accomplished by strategically increasing your calories while decreasing the amount of cardio you’re doing.

If implemented properly, what benefits does this phase have?

  1. It increases your metabolism allowing you to lose fat faster, easier, and more sustainably than ever before.
  2. It boosts your energy and reduces your hunger levels.
  3. It cuts cravings and reduces fatigue and stress
  4. It reduces your focus and obsessiveness with food

End result?

This phase increases your fat-burning potential from a healthier, less-stressed, more-vibrant state allowing you to lose fat, TONE UP, and transform your life faster and easier than ever before.

And who doesn’t want that?
