This conversation is different to my usual episodes, as you will have seen from the title, last week I very sadly had a miscarriage at seven weeks.   I want to give a trigger warning for this episode, I will be discussing miscarriage, pregnancy loss and fertility issues, if this feels too hard to listen to, I fully understand that.   I want to share this episode because for myself, navigating and dealing with this loss has been tough and listening to other women’s stories and the things they have gone through has been really healing.   I want to be raw and honest about my experience because not only is it healing for me to talk about it and be witnessed in this, but I also know for other women who have experienced this or struggle with fertility this can act as a warm comforting blanket for them reminding them that they are seen, heard and that they are going to be okay.   I am so deeply grateful for the love and support we have received at this time. If you are somebody who has experienced miscarriage or are going through something difficult, I want you to know that I love you, I see you and that it’s going to get better.

In this episode, I speak about IN-DEPTH about how I have experienced imposter syndrome in the past throughout my time as a coach. 

Imposter syndrome is described as the persistent inability to believe that one's success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one's own efforts or skills. Causing individuals to feel like their successes are attributed to ‘luck’ or something similar.

To answer the question being posed in your mind…yes most coaches (99% in my experience) have either experienced imposter syndrome or are currently experiencing it.

AND… it is not all doom and gloom. There are ways to move through this and allow your inner imposter to become an absolute IMPACTOR!

Hello lovely, as we’re reaching the end of the year it’s a really beautiful time to stop, pause and reflect on the year that was and really set some intentions for the year ahead. I wanted to tell a bit of a story on this podcast episode a little bit of my own health journey being diagnosed with endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and I had a bit of a hell of a time moving through that experience so I wanted to speak to it and how well I’m doing now, for those on the journey a bit of hope and help.
