Maureen Benkovich: Gray Area Drinking and the Question Most People Are Afraid to Ask23 Apr 202600:19:28

What if the reason you can't seem to cut back on drinking has nothing to do with willpower, weakness, or lack of intention?

I'm joined today by Maureen Benkovich, Alcohol Freedom Coach, author, speaker, and host of the Sober Fit Life podcast. Maureen helps high-achieving, health-conscious women and men break free from the exhausting cycle of detoxing and retoxing.

The people Maureen works with aren't who most of us picture when we think about alcohol support. They're running businesses, raising children, making decisions all day long. They're also waking up at 2 or 3am with a racing heart, frustrated that they promised themselves one glass and drank a bottle again.

They're noticing brain fog, impatience, a creeping sense that something's off, but they're not sure they have "a problem," and they're even less sure what people will think if they start questioning their relationship with alcohol.

That fear of the label, Maureen says, is one of the biggest things holding people back from even exploring the question.

What makes her approach genuinely different is that she doesn't start with willpower. She starts with neuroscience. By the time 5pm arrives and the craving kicks in, most people have been making decisions all day long.

Their brain's willpower reserve is depleted, and the dopamine is already signalling, "do what you always do." It's an automated pattern, not a moral failing. Once clients understand that, something shifts. The shame loosens. The curiosity opens up.

And the real work of building new neural pathways, through breathwork, nutrition, sleep, movement and habit replacement, can actually begin.

In this episode we explore

➤ What gray area drinking actually is, and why it affects far more people than the conversation around alcohol typically acknowledges

➤ Why taking a break isn't enough, and what needs to happen during that time for lasting change to actually take root

➤ The neuroscience of cravings, and how understanding your brain chemistry removes the shame and gives you back a sense of agency

➤ Maureen's own journey, from years of back and forth to building a coaching practice grounded in lived experience and science

➤ The moment everything clicks for clients, and why that first sober wedding, party, or stressful evening often becomes the turning point

This episode is for anyone who's been quietly asking themselves whether their relationship with alcohol is serving them, and hasn't yet known where to start.

Karen Baines: Alignment, Abundance and the Energetic Language of Money22 Apr 202600:26:01

What if the reason money isn't flowing in your business has nothing to do with money at all?

I'm joined today by Karen Baines, Conscious Wealth Mentor® and Founder of The Conscious Wealth Code®, who has spent more than ten years teaching business owners the energetic language of money, wealth, and the universe through alignment.

Karen's definition of alignment is beautifully simple and completely uncompromising: you do you, 100% of the time, 100% unapologetically, 100% from love.

The clients who find Karen are usually already doing a lot of things right. They've tried different strategies, invested in support, got close to what felt like a breakthrough, and yet the money still isn't reflecting the effort. There's a low hum they've become so used to, Karen describes it like tinnitus, always there, especially at 3am, leaking quietly into their finances, their decisions, their energy.

They can't quite name it anymore, but they feel it.

That's the person she works with, and that low hum is exactly where the work begins.

What makes Karen's approach genuinely different is that the money itself is never what she focuses on: how you're spending your time, how you're spending your money, and how you're broadcasting your value through every single choice you make.

Not just with clients, but in every relationship, every conversation, every quiet moment.

She makes a distinction I found really striking: your thoughts and feelings aren't the mechanism of attraction.

They're your navigational system. They exist to help you make conscious, aligned, grounded choices, and those choices are what vibrate at a frequency the universe responds to 😌.

In this episode we explore

➤ Why money is always the last piece of evidence, never the cause, and what's actually happening in the three areas that determine your wealth frequency

➤ The energetic language of money, and how every choice you make, big or small, is broadcasting whether you're available to receive abundance

➤ What alignment actually means in practice, beyond the word that gets thrown around and stripped of meaning everywhere

This episode is for any business owner who's been doing the inner work, running the strategy, and still wondering why the money hasn't caught up yet.

Jahanvi Shah: Why Your Child's Behaviour Is Actually About You21 Apr 202600:21:52

What if the most important parenting work isn't about what you say to your child, but what's happening inside you in the moment?

I'm joined today by Jahanvi Shah, Conscious Parenting Coach and Emotional Intelligence Educator, who helps parents heal their emotional patterns, regulate their nervous system, and create deeper connection with their children.

Her work weaves together neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and compassionate guidance to help families move from control to connection and raise emotionally resilient children.

Jahanvi's journey into this work started with a moment she still remembers clearly. Her daughter, then two years old, did something small. Objectively, not a big deal. And yet Jahanvi's reaction was enormous, completely out of proportion to what had actually happened. In that moment afterwards, she thought, "this reaction isn't really about what just happened." That single realisation is the heart of everything she now teaches.

The gap isn't knowledge. It's access to yourself when your nervous system is already in a stress response. Jahanvi doesn't start with scripts or techniques. She starts with what's actually happening inside the parent, because when that shifts, the dynamic with the child shifts naturally, without force.

In this episode we explore

➤ Why reactive parenting isn't a knowledge problem, and what's really happening in your nervous system in those triggering moments

➤ Why parenting tools and scripts so often fail in the moment, and what needs to shift first for any technique to actually work

➤ The neuroscience of co-regulation, and why your child genuinely cannot regulate themselves if you're not regulated

➤ What the inner work of conscious parenting actually looks like, and how real transformation shows up gradually, then unmistakably

➤ Jahanvi's belief that your child is here to teach you, and what becomes possible for your whole family when you approach it that way

This episode is for any parent who keeps setting the same intention, and finding themselves in the same reaction the very next morning. If you're ready to stop troubleshooting the behaviour and start understanding what's underneath it, this one's for you.

Gill Sealey: The Neurospicy Business Owner's Guide to Actually Getting Things Done15 Apr 202600:19:55

What if the reason your productivity systems keep failing isn't lack of discipline, but the fact that they were never designed for your brain in the first place?

I'm joined today by Gill Sealey, Small Business Coach and founder of the Brain Friendly Business Club. Gill helps neurodivergent, perimenopausal, and chronically overwhelmed business owners create a way of working that fits their real life, their energy, and their brain, rather than endlessly trying to squeeze themselves into systems built for someone else entirely.

Gill's own journey here is one I think a lot of people will recognise. Twenty years as a primary school teacher, a late ADHD diagnosis, a breakdown that, in hindsight, made complete sense, and a daughter who was the one to finally name what had been going on all along.

She came out of teaching, retrained as a coach to support parents of neurodivergent children, built a journaling membership, ran a craft business, and then one day noticed people were asking her the same question over and over: how are you doing all of this with ADHD?

The honest answer was that she wasn't doing it the "right" way. She was just doing it the way that worked for her. That realisation became the Brain Friendly Business Club.

What I found most refreshing about our conversation is Gill's take on novelty. She doesn't treat it as a flaw to overcome. For neurodivergent brains, finding a new system and then going off it within a few weeks isn't failure, it's just how things work. So instead of trying to find the one perfect approach, Gill teaches her clients to build what she calls a buffet of strategies. You try one, it works for a while, you swap it out, no shame attached.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why energy blocking beats time blocking, and how working with your energy levels instead of against them changes everything about how you run your business

➤ The buffet approach to productivity, and why having a suite of strategies you can rotate is more sustainable than searching for the one system that will finally stick

➤ What late diagnosis actually looks like in a business context, including the years of masking, the pressure to perform, and the relief of finally understanding your own brain

➤ The transformation that's possible when you stop fighting how you work, including the client who went from seven unfinished business ideas to a thriving craft shop in Yorkshire

➤ Why success doesn't have to mean growth, and the case for building a business that supports your life rather than consuming it

This episode is for any business owner who is tired of feeling like they're failing at systems everyone else seems to manage, and who is ready to hear that the problem was never them.

Brinsley Kazak: The Inner Landscape That Builds a Coaching Business14 Apr 202600:23:03

What if building a successful coaching business is less about having the right strategy, and more about knowing who you actually are?

I'm joined today by Brinsley Kazak, Coach and creator of the Simplify to Amplify Coach Accelerator. Brinsley works with heart-led, mission-driven coaches to help them build sustainable businesses, not by piling on more tactics, but by doing the inner work alongside the strategy.

Brinsley's path to coaching is one of those origin stories that feels both completely unique and deeply familiar. A decade as a DJ and promoter, a slow burn of burnout, a pivot that didn't quite land, two kids, a relationship ending, and somewhere in the middle of all of it, a coach who asked him not what he wanted to do, but who he was. That question changed everything. It also became the heart of his work with coaches today.

What I found most compelling in our conversation is his framing around readiness, specifically, how he thinks about it before working with anyone.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why readiness is more than motivation, and the simple three-part test Brinsley uses before working with any new coaching client

➤ The two pillars that underpin every sustainable coaching business, and why strategy without inner work only gets you so far

➤ How Brinsley's DJ past shaped his coaching practice, and the unexpected parallel between creating a vibe on a dancefloor and holding space in a group programme

➤ What "who you are is how you coach" actually means in practice, and why the coaches who thrive are the ones who stop performing and start being themselves

➤ The work Brinsley is doing in men's circles in Somerset, and why healthy masculinity, resilience and genuine community matter more than ever

This episode is for any coach who knows they're capable of more, suspects the missing piece isn't another framework, and is ready to build something that's genuinely theirs.

Julia Bell: Catching Yourself Before the Fall10 Apr 202600:18:16

What happens when everything looks fine from the outside, but something inside you knows it's really not?

I'm joined by Julia Bell, Coach and Mentor for women at a crossroads, helping them slow down, get clear, and make changes without burning out.

Julia works with high-functioning, capable women who are outwardly holding it all together, but internally feel stuck, disconnected, and quietly certain that something needs to change.

Her work moves through three stages: slowing down, tuning in, and choosing yourself. In a world that rewards pushing through and celebrates the hustle, Julia is doing something quietly radical. She's helping women stop overriding what their bodies and instincts are already telling them, before things reach breaking point.

What struck me about this conversation is how Julia describes the women she works with. They're not in crisis, not falling apart. They're waking up at 3am with spiralling thoughts about their career or their relationship. They're carrying stress that's showing up in their body in ways they've learned to ignore. They're giving endlessly to everyone around them while quietly asking themselves whether this is really it 😌.

Julia's own journey led her here. A fast-paced life in London, working as a Senior EA to global CEOs, a breakdown in 2018, and years of deep personal work that changed everything. She speaks about it with real honesty, and it's that lived understanding that makes her work land the way it does.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ The signs that something needs to change before the breakdown happens, and why our bodies often know long before our minds are ready to listen

➤ What it looks like to slow down without giving up, and why that counterintuitive step is often what unlocks everything else

➤ How women get clear on what they actually want, including in relationships, careers, and the way they're living day to day

➤ The role of self-trust in lasting change, and why learning to trust yourself is the foundation everything else is built on

➤ Why Julia believes in catching people before they fall, and what becomes possible when someone finally chooses themselves

This episode is for any woman who's functioning beautifully on the outside and knows, somewhere deep down, that something has to shift.

Latasha Baynham: When You've Achieved It All and Something Still Feels Off09 Apr 202600:14:02

What do you do when you've climbed the ladder, hit the goals, built the career, and it still doesn't feel like enough?

I'm joined by Latasha Baynham, Career Transition & Transformational Coach and founder of Shine Your Light Coaching. Latasha helps capable women to rebuild confidence, make strong decisions, and execute their next bold move.

With nearly 20 years partnering with senior leaders in global organisations and a background in HR and psychology, she brings a grounded, real-world perspective to navigating career transition and uncertainty.

Her clients are high performers. On paper, they've done everything right. But something has shifted, and they can feel it. They describe feeling like a passenger in their own life rather than the person behind the steering wheel.

They're at a crossroads, questioning things they've never questioned before, and the usual answers aren't working anymore.

What I found so compelling about Latasha's approach is how firmly she resists the urge to jump straight to practical solutions. Because often the issue isn't a lack of options. It's self-doubt, a shifted identity, or patterns that have been quietly running in the background for years.

She works with both the emotional and the practical, and only when that internal landscape shifts do the bold moves actually stick 😌.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why capable women stop feeling confident, and what's really driving the sense that something is off despite outward success

➤ The difference between having options and being ready to use them, and why the internal work has to come before the practical next step

➤ What transformation looks like when it actually sticks, from releasing the need for external validation to trusting your own judgment again

➤ How redundancy can become a turning point, and why being forced out of the familiar is sometimes the very thing that creates the shift

This episode is for anyone who's built the career they set out to build, and quietly knows there must be something more.

Sofia Pedroso: The Subconscious Wall Between You and Your Next Level of Growth08 Apr 202600:19:14

What if the reason you're not growing has nothing to do with your strategy, and everything to do with what's running beneath it?

I'm joined by Sofia Pedroso, Business Shift Facilitator and founder of Shiffully.

Sofia works with established entrepreneurs who've already hired coaches, followed the strategies, and done the work, but keep hitting the same internal wall when it's time to grow.

She identifies and releases the specific subconscious patterns driving that wall. Not mindset coaching. Not more tools to add to your calendar. Precision removal of what's blocking execution.

What I find so compelling about Sofia's work is the clarity of what it isn't. This isn't about giving people more to do. Sofia does the work for her clients. She connects with the subconscious mind, identifies the root cause of what's blocking a specific area, and releases the trapped energy behind it.

Her analogy for it is a house of cards: find the card at the bottom and everything else falls. Her clients often leave a session with a completely different relationship to something they'd been avoiding, sometimes for years 😌.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why established entrepreneurs hit a ceiling despite doing everything right, and why the problem is rarely the strategy itself

➤ How subconscious resistance shows up in marketing and sales, and why visibility blocks are often rooted in something much older and more personal

➤ The difference between treating the symptom and finding the root, and why the same block in two different people rarely has the same cause

➤ Why Sofia believes change is easier and faster than most people expect, when you're working with the right tools at the right level

This episode is for any entrepreneur who's put in the work, followed the advice, and still can't seem to break through. Something else is going on, and this conversation might just name it.

Judith Quin: Liberating Your Voice to Liberate Your Life07 Apr 202600:18:42

What if the biggest thing standing between you and the impact you're here to make isn't your message, but your voice?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Judith Quin, "The Voice Woman," Vocal Confidence Specialist and Vocal Sound Healing Practitioner.

Judith works with holistic and spiritually inclined humans through a combination of mindset and vocal practice to release old identities, labels and patterns, so they can come unstuck, take up more space in their world, and feel unshakeable when they speak about who they are and what they do.

Judith brings something genuinely rare to this conversation. She's a classically trained professional actress with 20 years on stage, a trained coach, and a vocal sound healing practitioner, and she weaves all three together in a way I hadn't heard before.

Her clients range from corporate professionals with a spiritual side hustle, quietly struggling to show up as their whole selves, to coaches and healers stepping into a next level of visibility who aren't quite sure how to inhabit it yet.

What landed most for me was Judith's description of the voice as a living barometer of your inner world. Your voice, she says, is a reflection of every experience, emotion and thought you've ever had about yourself, and about the situation you're in. So when a client tries to claim something they haven't fully owned yet, their voice reveals it before their mind catches up.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why your voice reveals what your words try to hide, and how using sound as a healing tool uncovers blocks that talking alone can't reach

➤ The identity shift that underpins visibility, and why feeling unshakeable when you speak about your work is about so much more than confidence techniques

➤ What it really means to take up space, especially for spiritual and holistic practitioners navigating the tension between their inner knowing and the fear of being dismissed

➤ The vision of sound around the world, and Judith's plans to train practitioners in vocal sound healing, including the proof of concept study she ran with a GP and research fellow on using sounding to reduce physical pain

This episode is for coaches, healers and spiritual practitioners who know their work is powerful, but feel something tighten in their throat when it's time to say so out loud.

Nic Cameron-Read: The Identity Work Strong Women Don't Know They Need01 Apr 202600:15:50

What if the exhaustion you're carrying isn't about doing too much, but about being too far from yourself for too long?

I'm joined by Nicola Cameron-Read, Women's Identity and Empowerment Coach, known as Nic, who helps women rediscover who they are beyond the roles they hold every day.

Nic's work is grounded in something she's both studied and lived. After 22 years in social work and a counselling training that took off during lockdown, she turned her focus to the women who look completely fine on the outside but feel quietly lost on the inside. Strong, capable, relied upon by everyone, and running on empty.

What I love about how Nic works is that she's not asking women to change their lives. She's creating space for them to feel aligned within the lives they already have.

The shift starts with seeing your own patterns, the people-pleasing, the over-responsibility, the self-abandonment, without shame. Because that's what opens the door to something different 😊.

In this episode we explore:

➤ Why capable women are often the loneliest in a room, and what emotional exhaustion really looks like beneath the high functioning exterior

➤ Why identity work goes deeper than productivity or mindset, and how coming back to yourself changes everything from the inside out

➤ What Nic means by self-trust, and why it doesn't arrive after you feel ready

➤ The mission driving her work, rooted in her own lived experience and a vision for the next generation of women

This episode is for any woman who's tired of carrying everything for everyone else and is quietly ready to come home to herself.

Scarlett Stanhope: Why Abundance Is a Way of Being, Not an Amount in Your Bank Account31 Mar 202600:17:47

What if the thing standing between you and a business that fully supports you isn't your strategy, your offer, or your visibility, but your relationship with money?

I'm joined by Scarlett Stanhope, Abundance Coach, also known as The Biz Hippie, who teaches coaches to conquer their finances and own their worth so they can be fully supported by the work they love.

Scarlett's approach works on two levels at once. The internal work, clearing the deep belief systems and scarcity patterns she calls "scarcity seeds," and the external work, actually seeing, tracking and wielding your money with intention. She's clear that you need both, because one without the other will only get you so far 😊.

What struck me most in this conversation is how Scarlett talks about enoughness. Not as a milestone you reach when the numbers look right, but as something you have to cultivate right now, with whatever you currently have. It's a reframe that changes everything.

In this episode we explore:

➤ Why passion alone doesn't pay the bills, and what shifts when coaches start treating money as a tool rather than a source of stress

➤ The two sides of money transformation, the inner mindset work and the tangible financial skills, and why both are non-negotiable

➤ What "scarcity seeds" are, and how these deep-rooted patterns keep showing up no matter how much money you make

This episode is for any coach or healer who loves their work but feels like money is the one thing still holding them back.

Sue Richards: Why Simplifying Your Business Might Be the Boldest Move You Make30 Mar 202600:17:38

What if the thing keeping you from the business you dreamed of isn't your strategy or your skills, but the sheer weight of everything else you're carrying?

I'm joined by Sue Richards, Life and Business Coach and Mentor, who works with ambitious, self-employed women to help them simplify their lives and businesses so they can thrive in both, without sacrifice, guilt, overwhelm or burnout.

Her approach blends mindset, strategy, and capacity thinking, because as she puts it, we are the heartbeat of our businesses, and you can't separate the human from the work 😊.

In this episode we explore:

➤ Why busy doesn't mean progress, and what's really happening when ambitious women get stuck in the spiral of overwhelm and indecision

➤ The capacity question nobody's asking, and why Sue looks at mental, emotional and energetic capacity, not just your diary

➤ How to know you're that person, and the tell-tale signs that an outside perspective could change everything

➤ Sue's core message to every woman in business, the one thing she'd say from any stage, anywhere

This episode is for any self-employed woman who's tired of spinning her wheels and ready to build something that genuinely works for her life.

Dr. Bri: What If You Just Haven't Found the Actual Root Yet?26 Mar 202600:16:59

What if the symptoms you've been chasing for years aren't the problem, but a message you haven't learned to interpret yet?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Dr. Bri, Mind-Body Practitioner who helps people break free from chronic stress patterns and the symptoms they create, including anxiety, fatigue, pain, gut issues, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.

She works at the emotional and neurological roots of why the body gets stuck in survival mode, even after trying "all the things."

Dr. Bri's current work came out of her own health journey. Trained as a chiropractor, she was doing everything right and still stuck.

Then she experienced mind-body work with a colleague and had a profound shift within minutes.

She shares what happened next, why she believes the limbic system holds the key, and what one client meant when she said "the residue of this work is on every aspect of my life."

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why chronic symptoms are different from acute injuries and what that means for finding the root

➤ How the limbic system keeps the body in survival mode and why healing can't happen in that state

➤ What physiologically-based mind-body work actually does that years of mindset work often can't

➤ Why symptoms aren't something to immediately shut off but something to listen to and interpret

➤ Her message of hope for anyone who feels like they've tried everything

This episode is for anyone living with chronic symptoms, physical or emotional, who has done all the "right" things and still feels stuck.

Liz Roberta: Soul, Strategy, and Subconscious25 Mar 202600:17:33

What if the success that actually feels good requires knowing your soul first?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Liz Roberta, Intuitive Guide, Business Coach and Hay House Author who helps healers, coaches and wellness entrepreneurs get soul aligned so they can answer their calling and build six-figure businesses from what feels simple and natural.

Liz's journey took her from an economics degree and the JP Morgan graduate scheme to fashion to entrepreneurship, each step driven by a search for something she couldn't quite name.

She shares how scarcity shaped her early career choices, the moment she realised purpose was the missing piece, and the 30,000 words that accumulated on her phone before becoming her Hay House book, Living In Tune.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ The witch wound and fear of visibility and why it kept showing up even when soul and strategy were aligned

➤ Why she's claiming the word "psychic" this year and leaning deeper into her intuitive gifts

➤ Your soul is the way to your success and why leading with soul creates fulfilment alongside impact➤ Her three-part framework: soul, strategy, and subconscious and why all three need to point in the same direction

This episode is for any spiritual entrepreneur who feels called to bigger things but hasn't quite aligned all the pieces yet.

Lucy Whitemore: Your Internal World Creates Your External Reality24 Mar 202600:18:24

What if you could see every energetic block standing between someone and the life they actually want?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Lucy Whitemore, Source Channel and Energy Transformation Mentor who helps women create a life they love by awakening them to their unique soul path and helping them embody their true sense of self, whether that's meeting their soulmate, stepping into their soul purpose, or creating more freedom.

Lucy comes from a lineage of mediums, five generations on her father's side. But her own gifts came online in a way she never expected.

She shares the 2020 breakup that cracked her open, the meditation where her hands started moving on their own, and the voice note to a friend where light language suddenly started pouring through.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why your internal world creates your external reality and what that actually means in practice

➤ The two types of women Lucy attracts and what they have in common underneath

➤ How light language works as energetic transmission and why the logical mind doesn't need to understand it

➤ Why everything that's happened to you happened for you and how to finally see that

This episode is for any woman who feels behind, lost, or disconnected from who she truly is, and is ready to remember.

Beshlie Donaldson: The Fork in the Road I Couldn't See Before23 Mar 202600:15:18

What happens when success stops feeling sustainable and your body starts sending signals you can't ignore?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Beshlie Donaldson, Transformational Coach who works with founders and entrepreneurial female leaders. Beshlie helps women who get to a point where what got them here won't get them there.

Beshlie shares her own pivotal moment during COVID, juggling twin boys, a recruitment business, and the realisation that she had somehow ended up at the bottom of her own family's priority list.

She talks about the fork in the road she couldn't see until coaching opened it up, and why she believes we always have a choice, even when we don't realise it.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why clients arrive saying "something's wrong" without knowing identity work is what they need

➤ What "a new way of being" actually means and how all the doing flows from who we become

➤ Why some outcomes look the same on the outside but feel completely different on the inside

➤ The role of the body in signalling that something needs to shift

This episode is for any woman who has built real success but feels something deeper calling.

Morgan Rich: The Inner Work That Changes Men's Lives21 Mar 202600:18:31

What would it look like if the men in your life stopped performing and started actually living?

In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Morgan Rich, Transformational Coach, Author, and Men's Work Leader, devoted to helping people live from soul instead of performance, teaching presence, integrity, and the art of meeting life with courage and love.

Morgan's path into men's work began at 18 when his father died. Rather than numb the grief, he sat in it. And something woke up. A deep knowing that there had to be a different way of moving through life, one rooted in the language of the soul.

When he looked around for men who could speak that language, guides who weren't pushing compliance or academic answers, he couldn't find them. So he became that person for others.

What I found so compelling about this conversation is how Morgan talks about the moment a man knows he's ready for this kind of work. It's rarely a crisis. More often it's a quiet, inconvenient knowing: the conversation you've been avoiding, the risk you haven't taken, the version of yourself that keeps nudging you. He calls building the capacity to meet those moments "training for the unknown."

He also shared a story from one of his men's groups that gave me actual tingles. Something so simple on the surface, and yet so perfectly illustrative of what becomes possible when men are held, not teased, for showing up with their whole hearts 😊.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ How to know if you're ready for this work, and what stress, conflict, or feeling off-course is really pointing to

➤ What transformation looks like in a men's group, and why one young man's courageous moment became a turning point for everyone in it

➤ The journey that brought Morgan here, beginning with loss at 18 and a search for men who spoke the language of the soul

➤ What "training for the unknown" is, and why stepping towards intensity, not away from it, changes everything

This episode is for any man who's sensing there's a deeper way to live, and for anyone who loves one.

Trine Schmidt: Shift Faster Through Energy and the Mind20 Mar 202600:18:41

What if the reason nothing is changing isn't that you're doing something wrong, it's that knowledge without embodiment only gets you so far?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Trine Schmidt, Alignment Coach and Licensed Psychotherapist, who helps women go from the old version of themselves to the new, by integrating mind, body and energy to create lasting identity shifts.

Trine works with women who have done the reading, listened to the podcasts, know they are growing, and still feel stuck. The same relationships, the same self-doubt, the same sense that their inner development hasn't quite translated into their outer life.

Her work sits right in that gap, using a blend of mindset, energy healing and what she calls aligned action to shift things at a level that thinking alone simply can't reach.

What she shares in this conversation stopped me in my tracks. The idea that self-doubt isn't something to push through, it's a part of us asking to be heard.

That when we stop trying to override those parts and start integrating them, that's when the real change begins. Her clients have gone from rocky relationships and lost confidence to unexpected promotions, speaking on stages and a quiet, steady knowing of where to go next 😌.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why reading all the books and knowing all the things still leaves you feeling stuck, and what integration actually does differently

➤ How energy healing shifts the nervous system faster than mindset work alone, and why that combination creates results that last

➤ What self-doubt is really telling you, and why nurturing it rather than overriding it is the turning point

➤ The ripple effect of inner work on outer life, from career shifts to deeper relationships to a steadier sense of self

This episode is for any woman who knows she has grown but can't quite understand why her outside world hasn't caught up yet 😊.

Renee Rendall: The Witch Who Helps Women Create a Life They Actually Want19 Mar 202600:16:05

What if the life you actually want is on the other side of giving yourself permission to want it?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Renee Rendall, Spiritual Coach, Tarot Reader and the Witch behind Sagittarian Tarot and Coaching, who helps women embrace radical authenticity, rebellious joy and deep empowerment through tarot and witchcraft.

Renee came to witchcraft in 2018 after hearing a podcast interview with modern witches, published authors and academics, taking something ancient completely seriously. She didn't know she was allowed to want this.

That thought sat with her for nine months before she dove in headfirst, and she hasn't looked back since. What I love about that origin story is how perfectly it mirrors the work she now does for others: giving women permission to stop living by someone else's rulebook and start creating a life that genuinely feels good 😊.

Her approach blends tarot, astrology, human design and ritual coaching to help women understand the gifts they were born with, the ones they've been quietly taught to hide, and the stories they've been telling themselves about what's possible.

The transformation she described from one of her clients stopped me in my tracks. A woman hemmed in by fear, convinced she wasn't datable, who ended up taking spontaneous day trips around Europe and, in doing so, completely changed who she was showing up as.

That's the kind of shift Renee creates, not by chasing the thing you want, but by becoming the person who's already living it.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ What witchcraft really is, and why so many spiritual women are already closer to it than they think

➤ How astrology and human design reveal the gifts you've been taught to hide, and how to finally let them work for you

➤ Why radical authenticity is the actual magic, and how trusting your intuition changes everything from relationships to business

This episode is for any woman who's spiritually curious, quietly craving more freedom, and ready to stop waiting for someone else to tell her she's allowed.

Grace Fogarty: The Networking Myths That Are Keeping You Busy and Broke18 Mar 202600:15:22

You're going to every networking event, having all the right conversations, and still not converting them into clients. So what's actually going wrong?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Grace Fogarty, Networking Strategist, who helps female solopreneurs turn networking into a reliable, consistent way to generate leads without sounding salesy.

Grace didn't start out knowing how to do this. She spent a full year showing up diligently to networking groups, visiting different events, doing everything she'd been told to do, and getting almost nothing back.

The work that did come in wasn't aligned, the revenue wasn't there, and quietly, her confidence was taking a hit every time someone said "I'll definitely be in touch" and then disappeared. So she made a decision: either quit entirely, or completely change her approach.

She chose to change it. Drawing on her background as an actor and scriptwriter, she started applying what she knew about storytelling, stage presence and owning a room to the way she networked.

Combined with sales and marketing training she'd done that year, she developed an approach that started generating regurlar income from networking meetings.

And once she realised most people had never been taught how to actually do this, she pivoted her whole business to teach it 😊.

What I love about Grace's framework is how it dismantles the advice we've all heard: that networking is a slow burn, that you just need to show up consistently, that if you give enough it'll eventually come back around.

Grace tells us that those are myths. What networking actually requires is clarity, presence, and conversion. And when all three are working, it stops feeling like a networking strategy and starts feeling like your most powerful business tool.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ The three gaps that cause most people to lose leads at networking events, and how to spot which one is costing you

➤ Why presence matters more than your pitch, and what it really means to show up in a way that gets you noticed

➤ How to convert great conversations into actual clients, instead of watching the energy fizzle out after every meeting

➤ The myths about networking that keep talented people busy but not growing, and what to do instead

This episode is for any female solopreneur who knows networking has potential but can't quite figure out why it isn't working yet.

Amit Rawal: The Soft Skills Gap Nobody Is Talking About17 Mar 202600:16:29

What if the skills that hold young people back at work aren't about intelligence or talent, but about something nobody ever taught them?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Amit Rawal, Lecturer in Coaching and Entrepreneurship at Bayes Business School and Founder of 1Take Motivation, who is on a mission to help people become more employable, embrace failure effectively, and develop their entrepreneurial skill set.

Amit's story is one of those that stops you mid-listen. He grew up working class, attended speech therapy as a child, and navigated dyslexia and dyspraxia through school.

He could have let those experiences define his limits. Instead, he went on to complete a PhD in entrepreneurial failure, and now uses everything he lived through to help young people find their voice, build their confidence, and show up in the workplace as themselves .

What strikes me about his approach is the emphasis on genuine inclusivity, not as a buzzword, but as something that shapes every question he asks, every phrase he uses, and every coaching relationship he builds.

And because he knows that young people won't always have access to a coach, he's created something they can use on their own: Dream Coaching Cards, a self-coaching tool designed to raise self-awareness, build resilience, and help people get clear on where they're headed.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ Why soft skills are the real differentiator in today's workplace, and what gets lost when we rely on AI to do our communicating for us

➤ What changes when young people go through a coaching journey, from self-belief to becoming genuinely better listeners

➤ How Amit's own struggles with communication became the foundation of his work, and why that matters for the people he serves

➤ The case for self-sufficiency in coaching, and why giving people tools they can use independently is just as powerful as the sessions themselves

This episode is for anyone who works with, supports, or cares about young people finding their footing in the world of work.

Karrie O'Connor: From Hidden Healer to Soul Essence Activator16 Mar 202600:19:15

What if you've followed all the right paths, done all the expected things, and still can't shake the feeling that you've somehow lost yourself along the way?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Karrie O'Connor, Soul Essence Activator, Multi-Qualified Life Transformation Coach, Psychic Medium and Reiki Energy Healer, who guides spiritually aware women to align with their soul's true essence and lead powerfully as their authentic selves.

Karrie spent 25 years in the corporate world before a chain of "weird, wild and wonderful experiences" cracked her wide open. What followed was a spiritual awakening that didn't just change her work, it changed everything.

She found herself knowing things she couldn't explain, sensing what people were hiding from themselves, and gradually realising that the very tools she needed to heal herself were the ones she'd eventually use to help others do the same 😊.

What I love about this conversation is how honestly Karrie talks about the fear of being seen. The terror of telling former colleagues she could communicate with spirit.

The long period of dancing around it in her content, updating her profile, then changing it back. And then, finally, the decision to just go for it. Because the more she leaned in, the more everything started to fall into place.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ The body signals that tell you you're ready for something more, and why we're so good at talking ourselves out of them

➤ How Karrie blends neuroscience and spiritual practice to create transformation that's grounded as well as profound

➤ What it really feels like to come out as a hidden healer, and why the scariest step often turns out to be the most liberating

➤ The moment clients realise this is who they were always meant to be, and why that realisation changes everything

If you've ever had the quiet sense that you're living someone else's version of your life, this one's for you 😌.

Debbie Heiser: The Lit Up Life and What It Actually Takes to Get There12 Mar 202600:20:30

What if you stopped trying to achieve your way to fulfilment, and started with figuring out who you actually are?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Debbie Heiser, Founder and Leadership Coach of The Lit Up Life. Debbie supports high-achieving women who are done pushing and ready to lead and grow from alignment, self-trust, and embodiment instead of pressure.

Debbie's path here wasn't a straight line. After more than 20 years in corporate America, including a senior executive role at Citibank five levels below the CEO, she left to become CFO for a small business owned by a close friend.

Four months in, that friend was killed in a private plane accident. Debbie stayed, helped the family keep things running, and quietly learned what it meant to just figure it out. She started her coaching business as a side gig in 2014, went full time in 2021, and within 18 months had built something profitable and deeply meaningful.

The personal chapters in between, including her mother's death, a divorce after 30 years, and the work of unwinding what decades in corporate had layered over her sense of self, all became part of the wisdom she now brings to clients.

What I love about this conversation is how Debbie holds both the structure and the soul of this work simultaneously. Brain science and transactional analysis in the same breath as feminine flow and deep desire.

And she's clear that transformation requires actual change, something she's watched people resist even when they desperately want the result. The women who come to her are brilliant, she says. They just need help remembering it.

We explore:

➤ Why knowing who you are has to come before knowing what you want, and how high-achieving women lose that thread under the weight of all the roles they carry

➤ The blend of feminine and masculine energy in business, and why structure isn't the enemy of flow, it's what makes flow possible

➤ What transformation actually looks like in practice, from saving a marriage while growing a business, to selling a company in rural Montana and walking into a life only half believed was possible

➤ The inner voices that run the show, and what it takes to let the right one lead

This episode is for you if you keep hitting a ceiling, not because you lack capability, but because the old messaging about who you're allowed to be keeps getting in the way.

Ashleigh Grave: Burnout, Dementia, and Finding Your Way Back Through Nutrition11 Mar 202600:14:58

What if the fatigue you keep pushing through isn't just tiredness, but your body asking you to finally stop?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Ashleigh Grave, Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Holistic Nutritionist, and Founder of Holistically Curated. Ashleigh helps high-achieving women recover from burnout and find their joy again, and she's also the author of Navigating Dementia Together: A Holistic Guide to Supporting a Loved One with Dementia.

Both parts of Ashleigh's work grew from her own lived experience. She went through severe burnout herself while working in corporate, during the pandemic, while caring for a loved one newly diagnosed with dementia, and while simultaneously going back to school for holistic nutrition.

She describes a burnout so extreme that a 15-minute walk would leave her done for the rest of the day. It was only once she finished her training that she had the tools to bring herself back, and that's what ultimately shaped the work she does now.

What I found so grounding in this conversation is how clearly Ashleigh describes what burnout actually looks and feels like before women even name it. The joy draining out of things you used to love. Still exhausted on Monday morning after a full weekend of rest.

Getting every cold that goes around the office. She's seen the same two patterns show up again and again in the women she works with: people-pleasing, and a deep commitment to doing everything to the highest standard. Together, those two things become a recipe for running on empty.

We explore:

➤ The signs that you're heading into burnout before it becomes a crisis, and why catching it early makes coming back so much easier

➤ Ashleigh's three-phase six-month process, from stopping the burnout cycle and rebuilding energy, to working on the nervous system, to creating habits that mean you never go back

➤ Why the approach has to be individual, because what helps one woman might exhaust another, and why meeting clients exactly where they are is central to how Ashleigh works

➤ Ashleigh's bigger mission: helping women filter through the noise, find what genuinely works for them, and reclaim the energy to do what they're here to do

This episode is for you if you're a high-achieving woman who has been running on empty for longer than you'd like to admit, and you're ready for an approach that actually meets you where you are.

Lina Gudiene: Subconscious Roots of Corporate Burnout and How to Finally Get to the Source10 Mar 202600:17:31

What if the exhaustion you're feeling isn't a personal failing, but the result of beliefs you've been carrying for most of your life?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Lina Gudiene, Certified Hypnotherapist (RTT) and Coach for Women in Burnout.

Lina helps women turn exhaustion, burnout and self-doubt into deep self-trust and a balanced life, guiding them to understand the subconscious roots of why they got there in the first place.

Lina's path into this work is deeply personal. She had her own burnout working in tech, in a role that didn't feel right, and then her father died. That collision of events stopped her in her tracks. She found herself asking: half of my life is already gone. What do I want to do with the rest of it?

That question led her to RTT hypnotherapy, and she describes the training as mind-blowing. She got clients, fell in love with the work, and hasn't looked back.

What struck me most in this conversation is how Lina describes the women who find her. They're high achievers with a strong sense of responsibility, who deliver and deliver and keep going, but somewhere along the way stop resting, stop sleeping, start waking at 3am wondering what's wrong with them.

And often, they don't even call it burnout. They just know something isn't working. What Lina does is help them go underneath the symptoms to find the actual source, and then rewire it.

We explore:

➤ Why high-achieving women often don't recognise burnout in themselves, and how it tends to show up as sleeplessness, exhaustion, and a creeping sense that something is off

➤ How RTT hypnotherapy works differently from talk therapy, going into the subconscious to find the root cause of a pattern rather than managing symptoms at the surface

➤ What the process actually looks like, from guided sessions with a specific question to explore, through to a personalised audio recording that rewires the brain over at least three weeks

➤ Why willingness to explore the past matters, and why the clients who get the most profound results are the ones who stay open and curious, even when surprising things come up

This episode is for you if you're a high-achieving woman who keeps pushing through, even when everything in you is asking you to stop.

If you've tried other approaches and still feel like you haven't got to the actual thing, this conversation might be the one that opens a different door.

Geraldine Crane: How Mother Wounds Shape Our Identity and Keep Us Playing Small09 Mar 202600:19:13

What if the identity you've been living from was never really yours to begin with?

In this episode, I'm joined by Geraldine Crane, a spirit-led hypnotherapist and coach who supports ambitious women to shift out of survival identities and lead from their Soul Sovereignty. With a particular focus on mother wounds and identity conditioning, Geraldine helps women recognise the patterns that have kept them playing small, people-pleasing, and disconnected from their authentic power.

Geraldine shares her own journey of awakening to the realisation that much of who she thought she was had been shaped by early conditioning, survival mechanisms, and inherited beliefs.

She opens up about the profound moment she recognised she had been living from a "survival identity", one built to keep her safe but ultimately keeping her from her true self. Through her work combining hypnotherapy with spiritual guidance, she now helps other women untangle these same patterns and step into leadership that feels aligned rather than exhausting.

In this episode we explore:

Survival identity versus Soul Sovereignty, understanding how we unconsciously build identities designed to keep us safe rather than help us thrive

The impact of mother wounds, how our earliest relationships shape the beliefs we carry about ourselves and our worthiness

Identity conditioning, recognising the inherited patterns and expectations that were never ours to carry

Spirit-led healing, the role of hypnotherapy and spiritual guidance in accessing deeper layers of transformation

Leading from authenticity, what it looks like to step out of people-pleasing and into genuine self-expression

This episode is for ambitious women who sense there's more to who they are than the roles they've been playing, those ready to explore the deeper conditioning that's been running the show and finally step into their true power and purpose.

Nadia Khan: The Coaching Gap That Muslim Women Are Ready To Explore03 Mar 202600:15:50

There's a quiet strength about a Muslim woman deciding her own happiness matters.

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Nadia Khan, Faith-Based Life Coach and NLP Practitioner specialising in culturally sensitive coaching for Muslim women who feel lost or overwhelmed.

Nadia works with women who have spent years, sometimes decades, showing up for everyone else. The husband. The in-laws. The children. The community. She knows this terrain intimately, because she's lived it herself.

And what she found, when she finally sought support, was that almost no one was offering it through a lens that made cultural and religious sense.

So she built that herself. Her Sakina Framework, named after the Arabic word for peace and calmness, combines coaching, mentoring, and deep emotional support to create transformation that is holistic and sustainable.

Not just a mindset shift, but a whole-self shift 😌.

What stayed with me from this conversation is something Nadia said about boundaries. So many of her clients fear that setting limits means going against their faith or their culture. Nadia gently, powerfully reframes that.

Boundaries aren't walls, she explains. They're doors. You choose which ones you open and which ones you keep closed.

We explore:

➤ Why so many Muslim women lose themselves in marriage and motherhood, and the moment they realise there's more to them than the roles they've been given

➤ What the Sakina Framework offers, and how combining coaching with mentoring creates the kind of transformation that actually lasts

➤ The truth about boundaries in faith and culture, and why setting them can strengthen relationships rather than threaten them

➤ What changes when women do this work, including the confidence to take time for themselves without guilt, and the courage to show up differently for their daughters

➤ Why culturally specific support matters, and how general advice often misses the very barriers that prevent Muslim women from moving forward

This episode is for any woman who has quietly wondered if it's okay to want more, for herself, not just for everyone else around her.

Jane Johnson: Helping Parents & Their Teens To Thrive26 Feb 202600:19:34

What can you do when you're parenting a teen who is pulling away?

In this deeply moving episode, I'm joined by Jane Johnson, founder of Bright Futures Coaching, a mindset and confidence coach who works with parents and teenagers to rebuild connection and confidence during some of the most challenging years of family life. Jane helps families move from frustration and disconnection to calm, communication, and genuine understanding.

What strikes me most about Jane is her warmth, her honesty, and her deep conviction that connection must come before correction. She doesn't try to "fix" teenagers or families... she helps them rediscover trust, hope, and each other.

She talks openly about the signs she wishes she'd understood, the pressures teenagers face today, and why so many parents feel helpless when trying to reach their teens.

In this episode, we explore:

• Connection before correction, the principle at the heart of Jane's work with families and why trust must come first

• The hidden pressures teenagers face today, from social media comparison to exam anxiety and feeling misunderstood

• What parents get wrong about communication, and simple shifts that rebuild trust instead of creating tension

• The transformation from surviving to thriving, what it looks like when families begin to truly understand each other

This episode is for parents who feel disconnected from their teenager and don't know how to bridge the gap. It's for anyone working with young people who wants to understand what's really going on beneath the surface. And it's for those who believe that even the deepest pain can become something meaningful.

Meg Calvin: The Sacred Permission to Trust Your Own Desires25 Feb 202600:21:14

What happens when the woman who spent two decades guiding others through spiritual formation has to dismantle everything she thought she knew about God, her body, and her own desires?

In this deeply moving conversation, I'm joined by Meg Calvin, Amazon bestselling author and guide who stewards healing spaces for women awakening to their body's wisdom after years of religious conditioning.

A former minister with over 20 years in emotional health and spiritual formation, Meg now uses fiction as a healing modality to help women who are cautiously emerging from spiritual control, ready to make pleasure and sensuality a priority, and hungry to incorporate metaphysical modalities while still honoring their sacred roots.

Meg shares her profound journey from being deeply embedded in evangelical ministry to experiencing what she calls "the great undoing," a complete unraveling of her faith that began in 2020.

Through her own healing journey, she discovered that fiction became the bridge that allowed her nervous system to explore new ideas without triggering the alarm bells that direct teaching would set off. Now she guides other women through this tender process of spiritual integration, helping them trust that their desires, intuitive gifts, and pleasure are not selfish but sacred invitations from the Divine.

In this episode, we explore:

• Fiction as a healing modality, why stories can slip past our defenses and create safety for the nervous system to explore ideas that feel threatening when presented directly

• Pleasure as permission, the radical act of allowing yourself to feel good, experience sensuality, and trust your desires after being taught they were dangerous

• Melding the ministerial with the metaphysical, honoring your sacred roots while opening to new spiritual practices like tarot, astrology, and energy work

This episode is for women who are cautiously emerging from high-control religious environments, who feel that stirring inside telling them there's more to spirituality than what they were taught, and who are ready to trust themselves as their own spiritual authority, even when it feels terrifying.

Alyssa Wolff: Time Freedom for Entrepreneur Mums24 Feb 202600:15:33

What if the key to growing your business isn't doing more, but doing dramatically less?

In this episode, I'm joined by Alyssa Wolff, Time Back Consultant and founder of Your Unbusy Life. Alyssa helps entrepreneur mums reclaim their time and build businesses that actually fit around their lives, not the other way around. She's a master at helping women cut through the noise of endless to-do lists and get back to what truly matters, both in business and in life.

Alyssa's journey into this work began in an unexpected way. After her fifth child turned six months old, she found herself with something she hadn't experienced in years: free time. That moment of spaciousness sparked a realisation that would become her life's work.

She'd spent years learning how to run a household, manage chaos, and still create room for herself, and she knew other women were desperately searching for that same freedom. What started as a curiosity turned into a thriving consulting business that she's now run for over five years, through every season of motherhood.

Her approach isn't about cramming more into your day. It's about ruthless prioritisation, understanding that everything has a cost, and making intentional choices about where your energy goes.

She talks about treating your business like a job you clock in and out of, and the radical permission that comes from deciding that some things simply won't get done.

In this episode, we explore:

• The "life-first" philosophy, why building your business around your actual life creates more success than forcing your life to fit your business

• Ruthless prioritisation, how to identify what truly moves the needle and let go of the rest without guilt

• The cost of every commitment, understanding that every "yes" has a price and learning to make those trades consciously

• Seasons of business and life, why some seasons are for growth and others are for holding steady, and how to honor both

This episode is for you if you're an entrepreneur, especially a mum, who feels like you're constantly running on empty. If you've been told to hustle harder but something inside you knows there has to be another way, Alyssa's wisdom will feel like a breath of fresh air.

Julia Weigert: When Sacred Sites Activate Your Cellular Memory20 Feb 202600:19:59

What if the land itself is waiting to activate something ancient within you?

In this episode, I'm joined by Julia Weigert, a Sacred Site Oracle, Sacred Travel Facilitator, and Magdalene Rose Priestess based in Switzerland. Julia supports women in reconnecting with their innate healing intelligence and embodied knowing through sacred site journeys, Cell Memory Activation, and Magdalene Healing Codes.

Julia's path began in the wellness industry, but a life-altering experience in Egypt cracked her open to something far deeper. Receiving a powerful download at a sacred site, she discovered that the places we visit aren't just locations... they're living portals that speak to us, activate us, and remember us. What started as personal healing became her calling to guide other women through these initiatory journeys, bridging ancient feminine lineages with modern life.

In this episode, we explore:

• The body as living technology, and how our cells hold memories waiting to be activated through connection with sacred land

• The Magdalene lineage and healing codes, working with this ancient feminine wisdom to restore wholeness and coherent power

• How sacred travel differs from spiritual tourism, approaching these journeys as initiations rather than experiences to collect

• Anchoring these activations into daily life, bringing the remembrance home and letting it transform how we lead and live

This episode is for you if you've ever felt called to sacred places, if you sense there's wisdom your body already knows, or if you're curious about what it means to walk the Earth as a steward of feminine remembrance.

Katherine Robinette: Your People Aren't Broken, Your System Is19 Feb 202600:20:51

What if your workplace frustrations aren't about the people, they're about the system?

I'm joined by Katherine Robinette, President and Owner of Keystone and Raven, a speaker, consultant, and trainer who helps leaders transform their workplaces into environments people actually want to be part of. Katherine works with organisations to diagnose what's really going wrong and create sustainable change without burning everything down.

Katherine spent years watching brilliant people leave jobs they loved, not because of the work itself, but because the systems around them made everything harder than it needed to be.

She noticed a pattern, leaders blaming individuals for problems that were actually structural, teams struggling under processes that served no one.

Her mission became clear… help organisations see that when good people are struggling, the answer isn't to fix the people, it's to fix the system holding them back. 💡

In this episode we explore:

• The system versus people myth, why your team members aren't broken and how to identify what's actually causing friction

• Sustainable change without destruction, Katherine's approach to transformation that doesn't require starting from scratch

• What makes work feel like work, the hidden dynamics that drain energy and engagement from even the most passionate employees

• Leadership's role in culture shift, how to create environments where people genuinely want to show up and contribute

This episode is for leaders, managers, and anyone who's ever felt like something's wrong at work but couldn't quite name it. You'll walk away with a fresh perspective on workplace challenges and permission to stop blaming yourself or your team for systemic failures.

Ann Ruane: The Art of Spiritual Midwifery and Why Your Body Knows Before Your Mind Does18 Feb 202600:20:11

What if your body has already started to heal, and it's only your mind that hasn't caught up yet?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Ann Ruane, Soul Practitioner, Intuitive Energy Healer, and Spiritual Midwife at Lux Eterna Healing. With 15 years of experience, Ann works with people who feel an inner stirring they can't quite name, those who sense that something is shifting, but don't yet have words for what it is or where it's taking them.

Ann describes her work as spiritual midwifery, and I love that phrase. She walks alongside people as they navigate the spiritual and emotional thresholds of life, through Reiki, intuitive energy healing, crystal healing, and deep attunement to the messages held within the body. Because as she so beautifully says, our minds and our bodies often speak different languages, and most of us were never taught to translate.

What struck me most in this conversation is how much permission Ann offers. Permission to not know. Permission to feel deeply without shame. Permission for the process to be messy and cyclical and real 😌.

She shares her own journey, from teaching piano to healing others full-time, through a divorce, through the quiet shower revelation that gave her the words she'd been searching for. And how simply naming herself a spiritual midwife, just weeks before we recorded this, had already begun to shift the energy of her work and the clients finding their way to her.

If you've ever been told you're too sensitive, too complicated, or too much, this conversation is for you. Ann holds space for the deeply feeling, deeply perceiving humans who are ready to stop living by everyone else's definitions and come home to themselves 😊.

In this episode, we explore:

➤ What spiritual midwifery actually means, and why the art of seeing the self is one of the most profound forms of healing available right now

➤ Why your body is the wisest guide you have, and what happens when you finally learn to listen to it rather than override it

➤ The six pillars of spiritual midwifery, from witnessing without judgement to empowered emergence and the sovereignty of living a life that is truly yours

➤ How to recognise when you're ready for this kind of work, even when you don't have the language for what you're feeling

This episode is for anyone who knows, deep down, that something is ready to shift, even if they can't yet say what it is or where it's going. If you've been quietly carrying the sense that there's more for you, this conversation will meet you exactly where you are.

Susie Powis: Rebuilding Your Career Identity After Becoming a Parent17 Feb 202600:19:09

Have you ever felt like you're starting from zero after becoming a parent, even though you spent years building your career?

In this episode, I'm joined by Susie Powis, a career transition coach who supports women, particularly parents, through some of the most challenging professional moments of their lives, whether they're returning to work, navigating a career change, or ready to accelerate again after putting their ambitions on hold.

Susie spent 20 years in senior corporate roles before stepping into coaching, and her work is deeply personal. She's doing the work she wished she'd had when she was returning after maternity leave, and she's also partnering with businesses to support working parents through these transitions, because that's where retention and confidence are really won or lost.

What struck me most in this conversation was Susie's honesty about the identity shift that happens when you become a parent, and how rarely we talk about it. We dive into why so many women struggle with confidence when they return to work, even when they were thriving before, and what it actually takes to rebuild that sense of self.

In this episode, we explore:

• The identity crisis of returning to work, and why so many women feel like they've lost themselves somewhere between maternity leave and the office door

• The confidence gap after parenthood, and why it has nothing to do with your actual skills or capabilities

• Creating boundaries that actually stick, and the mindset shifts required to protect your energy while building a career you love

• Why businesses need to do better, and how Susie is working with organisations to support working parents at the structural level

This episode is for you if you're a parent navigating a career transition, if you've ever felt invisible at work after returning from leave, or if you're wondering whether it's possible to have ambition and presence in both your professional and personal life.

What if the greatest breakdown of your life was actually the blueprint for your biggest breakthrough?

I'm joined by Kristen Renee Appleby, Author and Guide, who helps people rebuild foundations for physical and financial wellbeing after life has knocked them down.

Through her own healing journeys and extensive corporate leadership background, Kristen guides others to step into their fullest potential and create meaningful shifts in their daily lives.

Kristen's story begins with what she calls her "quarter-life crisis", a moment when everything fell apart and she found herself asking the big questions about purpose and meaning. What started as personal devastation became the catalyst for discovering her calling as a lighthouse for others.

Through her own physical and financial healing journeys, she developed a framework that combines practical wisdom with spiritual depth, helping people not just survive their challenges but transform through them.

We explore:

• The lighthouse metaphor, how Kristen discovered her purpose was to be a beacon for others navigating their own storms

• Rebuilding from the ground up, why creating a solid foundation for physical and financial wellbeing matters before anything else

• The corporate-to-catalyst journey, how her leadership background shapes her unique approach to transformation

• Stepping into fullest potential, what it actually looks like to move from surviving to thriving

Kerry Iannone: From Performance to Peace for High-Achieving Women of Faith11 Feb 202600:17:27

You've tried the strategies. You've reorganised your calendar. So why are you still exhausted?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Kerry Iannone, Life and Wellbeing Coach who helps high-achieving women of faith move out of burnout and build lives that are both successful and sustainable.

Her work sits at the intersection of faith, wellbeing, and performance, supporting women who carry a lot of responsibility yet feel exhausted, disconnected, or stretched too thin.

What makes Kerry's work different is that she's lived this twice. Once in her twenties, when she tried all the surface-level fixes. And again in her forties, while pastoring a church with her husband, raising three children (two with special needs), and caring for aging parents.

The difference wasn't better time management. It was getting underneath the burnout to address the beliefs driving it 😌.

Kerry talks about the women who come to her. On the outside, they look like they've got it all together. Inside, they're running on empty.

They've convinced themselves they have to earn the right to rest. That their worth comes from how much they do, how dependable they are, how much everyone needs them. And those beliefs are burning them out from the inside.

In this conversation, we explore:

➤ Why time management doesn't fix burnout, and what actually does when you address the beliefs underneath the exhaustion

➤ The difference between temporary fixes and lasting transformation, and how faith shifts burnout from a cycle into a turning point

➤ What it means to rest without earning it, and how women learn to stop seeing self-care as a reward for productivity

➤ How to build sustainable rhythms, creating life-giving practices that fit into real life without adding more pressure

➤ Identity in Christ versus identity in performance, and why understanding your worth changes everything about how you live

This episode is for you if you're capable, dependable, and exhausted. If you've tried all the strategies and you're still stretched thin. If you're finally ready to stop performing and start living.

Robyn Yamamoto: From Chronic Headaches to Wearable Wellness Advocate10 Feb 202600:19:06

What if the solution to chronic pain wasn't another prescription, but a small patch that activates your body's own healing?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Robyn Yamamoto, Director with LifeWave and Wearable Wellness Advocate, who helps people access natural, innovative technologies that support the body's ability to heal and perform at its best.

Robyn didn't plan to leave her 34-year dental career. She lived with temporal arthritis for 39 years. Chronic headaches that never fully went away, just got better or worse. Hands that couldn't make a fist anymore.

Then a friend came over during lockdown and said, "Just put this on." A small patch. No needles, nothing going into her body. When Robyn woke up the next day, something had shifted 😮.

The headache she'd carried for nearly four decades was different. She was shaking her head, trying to make it worse, just to understand what was happening. That moment changed everything.

We explore:

➤ How a wearable patch activates your own stem cells, using crystalline lattice technology that talks to your body without anything entering it

➤ Why her husband is off the heart transplant list, and what happened when doctors said stem cells could heal but never expected this outcome

➤ The shift from dental professional to wellness advocate, and why helping eight patients a day felt too small once she discovered global reach

➤ Who benefits most from wearable wellness tech, from NFL athletes to newborns to elderly people whose stem cells have been lying dormant

➤ Why this technology stays direct to consumer, and how affordability and proper support create better results than mass retail

This episode is for anyone who's tried everything and still lives with pain, anxiety, or chronic health challenges. If you're searching for natural alternatives that work with your body instead of against it, this conversation offers an unexpected doorway.

James Croall: Measuring Brainwaves and Making Changes05 Feb 202600:19:11

In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by James Croall, Coach and Brain Trainer, neurotherapy practitioner and writer who works with people who want to improve their focus and reduce their stress so they can perform better.

James is a former cybersecurity technologist who used to reverse engineer technology. Now he does the same thing with the human brain 😮.

James measures brainwaves. He can see things in your nervous system you didn't choose that just became you. And what he does with that information, the way he works with it directly without talking about your past, it's completely different from anything I've heard before.

We explore:

➤ Why high performers get stuck even when they're already successful, and what's really holding them back when they think they know what the problem is

➤ His new book The Quantified Soul, and what he believes we're really seeing when we measure the brain

➤ His vision for a world where people can think more clearly, and what he thinks is actually possible when we strip away the conditioning we never chose

This episode is for you if you're already doing well but something's stuck, and talking about it hasn't been enough to shift it.

Denise Holland: When Athletes Get Out of Their Heads and Into Their Hearts04 Feb 202600:15:31

She lost her role as national coach right before the Commonwealth Games. And it turned out to be the most amazing gift.

In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Denise Holland, Human Performance Consultant and Transformative Coach, specialising in unlocking the mind to enhance clarity, peace, and freedom.

Denise was the national netball coach for Scotland. She left that role prematurely before the 2014 Commonwealth Games. What she told me about what happened next, and what she discovered because of it, made me rethink everything about peak performance 😮.

She's written a book called Play Freely: The Spiritual Key to Athletic Excellence. And when she talked about athletes coming to her stuck on the bench with tight bodies before matches, what she said about where that's actually coming from stopped me 😊.

There's something she calls the jewel of athletic performance, and I'd never heard anyone describe it this way before.

We explore:

➤ Why losing her coaching role became the greatest gift, and what that opened up for her understanding of performance

➤ The thing most athletes are doing that keeps them from the zone state, and what she discovered about consciousness that changed everything

➤ What she saw in the All Blacks, and where athletic excellence actually comes from

➤ Her mission to put sport and spirituality in the same sentence, and why that matters for anyone interested in peak performance

This episode is for you if you've ever wondered what's really happening when athletes perform at their best.

Dalia Kemble: What Happens When You Finally Ask What You Want03 Feb 202600:15:51

Life looks great on paper. So why doesn't it feel that way inside?

In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Dalia Kemble, Life & Mindset Coach, who helps women who feel like the black sheep to have the courage to live a life without regrets, so they can create a life that feels just as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

Dalia called in from Thailand, where she's been for over two years now.

What struck me most about this conversation is what Dalia said about the women who find her. From the outside, everything looks successful.

But there's this disconnect they can't name. And the way she described her own journey from being the biggest overthinker on the planet to actually living, it made me rethink what transformation actually looks like.

She talks about something most of us have stopped doing. Asking ourselves what we actually want. Not what we should want. Not what looks good. What we genuinely desire. And that question changes everything.

What we talked about:

➤ What happens when you've got it all on paper but something still feels deeply off
➤ The question most of us have stopped asking ourselves and why it changes everything
➤ Why you can't think your way into living differently and what actually works instead

This episode is for you if life looks good on paper but something inside you knows it's not quite right.

Elisha May: When Success Feels Right But Something Still Feels Off27 Jan 202600:15:25

You've got the success, the lifestyle, the things you worked for. So why doesn't it feel quite right?

In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Elisha May, Intuitive Energy Coach and Transformational Guide for high-sensory, empathic, and soul-led humans standing at a crossroads.

Elisha works with people who look like they have it all figured out. But underneath, something's disconnected. They're making decisions from their head, operating from old conditioning, and quietly wondering if this is really it.

What struck me most about this conversation is how Elisha describes her work. She calls herself a human tuning fork. Her soul mirrors people's real selves back to them, and once they see it, they can't unsee it. Some people are triggered by that mirror. They're not ready to dismantle their ego identity or potentially disrupt their life. But for those who are ready, the transformation is rapid.

But it's not about blowing up your life. It's about showing up as yourself within the life you already have. Or finally making the changes your soul has been asking for.

Elisha's theme for 2026 is "living." Not surviving. Not performing. Actually living. And she's noticing people are done lying to themselves this year.

We explore:

➤ The crossroads moment when you've got success but something feels deeply misaligned

➤ What rapid transformation actually looks like in relationships, careers, and self-expression

➤ Why energetics matter as much as the physical body and what happens when they align

➤ Living in 2026 and why this year feels like people are ready to stop performing and start being

This episode is for you if your life looks good on paper but something inside you knows there's more.

Ritu Awasthi: Move Your Body, Still Your Mind26 Jan 202600:16:13

We're keeping our bodies still while our minds race everywhere. But what if the solution was as simple as moving?

In today's episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I'm joined by Ritu Awasthi, Health Coach and Yoga Teacher based in Aberdeen and founder of Samagra Health.

Ritu helps busy professionals find calm, relaxation and resilience through breathwork, meditation, yoga and coaching. But what I loved about this conversation is how she refuses to overcomplicate anything.

Stop using your screen one hour before bed. Get up and walk for ten minutes. These aren't trendy hacks. They're simple truths we keep ignoring because we're looking for something more complex.

Ritu grew up in India with Eastern traditions that are now becoming wellness fads in the West. Turmeric in everything wasn't a trend. It was just how she ate. And when she blends that wisdom with modern practical guidance, something shifts.

She's also clear about this. If you're not willing to change, nobody can change you. But if you are ready, small shifts compound.

We explore:

➤ Why health coaching exists and the gap Ritu saw 15 years before it even had a name

➤ The screen time problem and why we're connected to everything except what matters

➤ Move your body, still your mind and why we're doing it backwards

➤ Why there are no quick fixes and what actually creates lasting change

This episode is for you if you're tired of wellness trends and ready for simple, sustainable changes that actually work.Connect with Ritu Awasthi

Lesley Waldron: Midlife, Burnout, and Learning to Trust Your Own Rhythm22 Jan 202600:16:07

Midlife has a way of asking harder questions.
About your health. Your energy. And how long you can keep living the way you’ve been living.

I’m joined by Lesley Waldron, Integrative Women’s Health Coach, whose work supports women to live wildly well through midlife and beyond, especially when life feels full, demanding, and relentless.

In this conversation, Lesley shares what really brings women to seek support. Burnout. Perimenopause. Caring responsibilities. Teen children. The sense that you’ve lost touch with what you need, even though you’ve tried doing all the right things.

We talk about why so many women feel overwhelmed by health advice, conflicting rules, and constant information, and how real change comes from learning to trust your own body, energy, and inner seasons again. Not being told what to do, but being supported to listen more deeply to yourself.

Lesley also shares her own lived experience of burnout, rebuilding her life more than once, and why tuning into cycles, both hormonal and seasonal, can be a powerful way to restore confidence, clarity, and resilience.

This episode is for you if you’re tired of pushing through, and you’re ready to find a way of living and caring for yourself that actually fits the life you’re in now.

In this episode, we explore

• Why midlife can feel like a perfect storm
• How burnout shows up quietly over time
• What it means to trust your body again
• Why confidence is the foundation of wellbeing

Tina LeAnn: The Identity Shift No One Prepares You For21 Jan 202600:18:52

There’s a moment where life looks fine on the outside… but inside, something feels off.
You’ve done what you were meant to do. You’ve lived the roles. And still, you’re asking yourself, who am I now?

I’m joined by Tina LeAnn, founder of The Sovereign Soul, NLP Master Practitioner & Trainer, and Human Design & Gene Keys expert, whose work supports women through deep identity shifts, especially in midlife moments where the old version of self no longer fits.

In this conversation, we talk about what happens when women reach a crossroads. After divorce. After decades of prioritising others. When the future is visible, but the path to it feels unclear. Tina shares why this isn’t a crisis, it’s an invitation to come home to yourself.

We explore how identity change doesn’t come from rehashing the past or forcing mindset shifts, but from releasing subconscious imprints at the root, rebuilding self-trust, and allowing your own voice to become louder than the external noise.

Tina also shares her own journey into this work, what it looks like to bridge energetics and practical structure, and why real transformation happens when spirituality meets grounded action.

This episode is for you if you’re sensing there’s more to you than the life you’ve been living, and you’re ready to trust yourself enough to meet who you’re becoming.

In this episode, we explore:

• Why identity shifts often arrive in midlife
• How Human Design and NLP support lasting change
• What it really means to come home to yourself
• Why self-trust changes everything

LauraAura: Stop Settling, Choose the Hard That Changes Things20 Jan 202600:15:32

There’s a bold move you keep thinking about. Not because you don’t want it, but because you keep overthinking it.

I’m joined by LauraAura, Keynote Speaker + Coach and host of The Gutsy Podcast, who helps people make the moves they know matter, but keep postponing. The ones that sit quietly in the background of your life, pulling at you.

In this conversation, we talk about hesitation. Why it shows up right when you’re ready. Why growth amplifies your inner world, especially for women in business. And why trusting yourself is not a mindset slogan, but the foundation of every meaningful decision.

Laura shares her grounded take on what “gutsy” really means. Not dramatic reinvention. Not burning everything down. Sometimes it’s a small decision that restores clarity, confidence, or momentum.

The size of the move doesn’t matter. The impact does.

She also shares her own current bold choice. Writing her first book, and choosing to go deeper instead of chasing more.

This episode is for you if you’re tired of talking yourself out of what you want, and ready to choose the kind of hard that actually changes things.

In this episode, we explore

• Why hesitation often means you’re closer than you think
• What overthinking is really protecting you from
• How small, gutsy moves unlock clarity and momentum
• Why trusting yourself changes everything

Jodie Connor: When Energy Healing Becomes a Way of Life19 Jan 202600:17:08

There comes a point where you realise a one-off fix is not enough.
I’m joined by Jodie Connor, Reiki Master/Teacher & Energy Healer Facilitator, whose work is rooted in long-term healing, empowerment, and education.

Jodie has been working in the holistic and energy healing space for over a decade. Her journey spans physical therapies, Reiki, crystal healing, and teaching.

What stood out in our conversation was her deep respect for healing as a process, not a quick solution, and her commitment to helping people understand their own energy rather than becoming dependent on a practitioner.

We talked about the moment many clients reach when they feel they have tried everything else. Conventional routes have not given them lasting relief, and something inside them knows it is time to take responsibility for their own wellbeing.

Jodie shared how these are often the clients who stay, the ones who understand that healing unfolds over time. Jodie also shared her own path into this work, including being on the other side of the treatment table during her breast cancer journey.

Experiencing Reiki and holistic support as a client profoundly deepened her relationship with energy healing and shaped how she now works with others.

One of the most powerful themes in this episode is the ripple effect of healing. Jodie spoke about how simple practices, breathing techniques, or energy awareness do not just support the individual, but quietly extend into families, friendships, and communities.

In this episode, we explore• Why people often find energy healing at a breaking point, when they are ready to take control of their wellbeing
• The difference between one-off sessions and committed healing work, and how outcomes deepen over time
• How clarity, better sleep, pain reduction, and confidence show up for clients, often weeks after sessions
• Why teaching energy work creates empowerment, not dependency

This episode is for you if you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or know there has to be another way to support your health and energy beyond quick fixes.

Dr. Marie Gasper-Hulvat: When EFT, Human Design, and Intuition Come Together12 Jan 202600:19:47

What if the thing holding you back wasn’t the situation in front of you… but a story you’ve been telling about yourself for years without even realising it?

In today’s episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Dr. Marie Gasper-Hulvat, a Happiness Mentor, chaos recovery supporter, and survivor mum based in Ohio.

Marie works with people who feel emotionally stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from their path, using a deeply intuitive blend of Human Design, EFT tapping, Reiki, and reflective listening. Her work is highly personalised and led by the exact words her clients use, which she reflects back as powerful keys for release and transformation.

Marie shares how Human Design became her core language for understanding people, why she’s especially called to work with Projectors and third and fifth line profiles, and how EFT becomes something far more expansive when it’s used as a mirror rather than a script.

We also talk about leadership as orchestration rather than control, trusting intuitive guidance instead of forcing plans, and Marie’s experience of being led into creating the Ivory Tower Inner Fire Summit, a space designed to support academics experiencing burnout and reconnect their work with meaning and sacred purpose.

We explore:

➤ How Human Design reveals the deeper patterns shaping who you attract and how you work best
➤ Using EFT tapping as a reflective, intuitive process rather than a formula
➤ How emotional stories get stored in the body, and how releasing them changes everything
➤ Why Projectors are often drawn to Marie’s work, and what they’re really seeking
➤ Letting go of control and allowing the next step to reveal itself

This episode is for anyone who feels exhausted from trying to figure everything out, senses they’re living inside an old story that no longer fits, or is ready to release emotional baggage and reconnect with a more aligned way of living and working.

If you’re open to trusting the path as it unfolds, rather than forcing what comes next, Marie’s perspective will land deeply.

Priya Patel: Letting Go of Performative Success and Reclaiming Joy04 Dec 202500:15:23

What if the version of success you’ve been chasing wasn’t actually yours… and your real path forward felt a lot lighter, simpler and more joyful?

In today’s episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Priya Patel, coach and host of the podcast I Wish I Knew That Earlier.

Priya helps new entrepreneurs shift the fears, stories and limitations that keep them performing their way through business, so they can reconnect with what success actually feels like for them and take action from joy instead of pressure.

Priya’s work is deeply informed by her own journey. After years in tech sales and early success in entrepreneurship, she realised she was chasing outcomes that “looked good” instead of following what genuinely lit her up.

She found herself exhausted, disconnected, and ticking boxes that didn’t feel like her. Through inner work, curiosity and micro actions, she began rewriting her relationship to success… and now supports others who feel the same gap between achievement and fulfilment.

We explore:
➤ Why so many ambitious entrepreneurs do “all the right things” and still feel empty, and how joy gets lost when business becomes performative instead of aligned
➤ The power of inner work for high achievers, especially those who’ve already done mindset work but still feel something missing inside
➤ How micro actions create real momentum, and why small, consistent steps build confidence, trust and a different reality over time
➤ Why fears and limitations are just stories, and how acknowledging rather than shaming them opens the door to change
➤ How Priya’s own podcast journey began, and how hearing people say “I wish I knew that earlier” inspired a platform that helps others move sooner, not later

This episode is for anyone who has hit their milestones but still feels disconnected, tired or unsure why the success they worked so hard for doesn’t feel the way they thought it would.

If you’re ready to reconnect with joy, clarity and the truth of what you really want, Priya’s perspective will feel like a breath of fresh air.

Amanda Huckabay: Spiritual Boot Camp for Awakening Souls01 Dec 202500:17:18

What if your deepest spiritual awakening came from blending the parts of yourself that seem to have nothing in common?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Amanda Huckabay, an energy healer and medium whose work bridges two worlds most people never imagine together.

As an army veteran who has been psychic since childhood, Amanda’s mission is to bring grounded structure to spiritual awakening so people can access healing that is clear, direct, and deeply transformative.

She supports clients who feel like they’ve tried everything else... therapy, medication, self-help, and are now seeking answers that go beyond the surface.

Amanda’s journey weaves Reiki mastery, Native American feather tapping, quantum field access, veteran coaching, and global gridwork from France to the Bahamas.

Her unique voice is unapologetically direct, rooted in accountability and integrity, and shaped by her lifelong experience navigating both logic and intuition. Her work is as much about truth telling as it is about healing.

We explore:
➤ How Amanda blends military structure with psychic ability, creating grounded, practical pathways into energy work for people who normally avoid anything “woo”
➤ Why many clients come to her as a last resort, and what happens when people who have tried everything finally experience quantum-level healing
➤ Her drill-sergeant coaching style, and why accountability, follow-through, and personal responsibility are essential for real transformation
➤ The gridwork calling her around the world, from Native American sites to the Magdalene line in France, and why she is currently living on the road to fulfil this mission

This episode is for anyone who wants spiritual clarity without bypassing, who needs healing that is precise and grounded, or who feels called to a deeper awakening but doesn’t resonate with traditionally “soft” approaches.

Amanda brings a rare voice to the spiritual world ... fierce, truthful, compassionate, and deeply connected to the earth.

Georgie Smith: Finding Your Spark Again in Midlife and Perimenopause28 Nov 202500:17:28

What if midlife wasn’t the moment everything fell apart, but the moment you finally came home to yourself?

In this episode of The Soulful Catalyst, I’m joined by Georgie Smith, midlife and menopause coach who supports women who feel lost, exhausted, or unsure of who they are anymore to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create a life that actually feels good.

She works with women navigating the intensity of midlife, where work, children, parents, and perimenopause collide, leaving even the most capable women overwhelmed and disconnected from their joy.

Georgie’s own story mirrors the women she now helps. After years in construction, perimenopause brain fog, old trauma, and relentless overgiving pushed her to a breaking point. Coaching helped her uncover her values, find balance again, and rebuild an identity she felt proud of.

We explore:
➤ Why so many women lose themselves in midlife, and how the constant pressure to support everyone else slowly disconnects them from what they need
➤ The first step toward feeling better, and why calming the body is essential before women can hear their truth again
➤ The real reason joy matters, and how simple acts of reclaiming personal time create a ripple effect in every area of life
➤ Why midlife is a moment of choice, and how women can consciously shape their next chapter rather than feeling controlled by their circumstances

This episode is for any woman who feels stretched thin, unseen, or unsure of who she’s becoming. If you’re longing for space, clarity, and a path back to yourself, Georgie’s story will help you feel understood and less alone.
