🧴 How Much Sunscreen Should You Actually Apply?
During the episode, the doctors emphasise that most people do not apply enough sunscreen to actually get the SPF protection listed on the bottle. To get the full broad-spectrum protection, The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends applying the equivalent of a shot glass (about two tablespoons) of sunscreen to the exposed areas of your face and body. When applying to just the face, aim for an Aussie one-dollar-sized dollop.
