Lyndsey Clay is a Personal Brand Visibility Expert and the founder of Connected Brighton, an award-winning concierge business she launched during the 2020 pandemic. 

After navigating failed IVF and divorce, Lyndsey set off travelling to process her grief and rebuild her sense of self, an experience that led her to write a blog, qualify in coaching and start her own business. 

Since founding Connected Brighton, she has been a finalist for 11 awards, won RWC Entrepreneur of the Year, been named in the Top 100 Inspiring Female Entrepreneurs list by Small Business Britain, and become a sought after voice on personal brand, resilience, and reinvention through her keynote talks, hosting her own radio show for Regency Radio and presenting a regular segment on Latest TV.

Lyndsey grew up assuming she'd have no trouble conceiving, given her large family. She later discovered she was infertile, with hormone levels reversed from what they should have been, very few eggs remaining for her age, and a tilted uterus. This was followed by a missed miscarriage during IVF, then a divorce as the grief took its toll on her marriage.

Lyndsey channelled the experience into a blog, Not The Blueprint, about not fitting conventional social norms, and trained as a life coach. During the pandemic, she recognised that her life no longer resembled that of her friends, most of whom were raising young families, and she wanted to build a new community while supporting her hometown's hospitality sector as it recovered from lockdown.

This led her to found Connected Brighton, which hosts events encouraging people to spend their money in independent bars and restaurants. Five years on, the business has been a finalist for 11 awards and Lyndsey has been named in the Top 100 Female Founders in the UK, with plans to franchise. She now works with other founders, helping them grow their businesses and build income through their personal brands.

Fareeha Jay is an award-winning dietitian and former NHS Diabetes Specialist with six years of experience delivering education to people newly diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. She specialises in South Asian diets and provides expert, evidence-based nutrition advice to South Asians worldwide. 

She has developed the South Asian Eatwell Guide, which is now widely used in many NHS trusts and various charity organisations. Passionate about promoting healthy and sustainable eating within ethnic minority communities, Fareeha is also a prominent media dietitian with a global social media following of over 700,000 across 99 countries.

Fareeha immigrated to the UK from Pakistan in 2004. Arriving in a new country brought many unexpected challenges. Although she had already completed a Master's degree in Anthropology in Pakistan, she quickly realised that understanding everyday English, regional accents and British humour was far more difficult than she had imagined. Even simple tasks, such as shopping for clothes or communicating confidently, felt overwhelming.

The journey was anything but straightforward. Adjusting to the UK education system was challenging. She failed modules, repeated placements, and often questioned whether she was capable of succeeding. At the same time, she was raising two young children, had no family nearby for support, and her husband was working around 100 hours a week. What is often a shorter route became a six-year journey.

But she never gave up.

She successfully qualified as a Registered Dietitian, and more recently completed her postgraduate studies, continuing to build on her knowledge and expertise.

Then in 2021, she made a life-changing decision.

She stopped hiding.

She embraced who she was, became active on Instagram and other social media platforms, and began sharing her work openly.

The response exceeded anything she could have imagined.

Rather than judging her accent, people embraced her authenticity. Invitations soon followed for television, radio, podcasts, public speaking engagements and national health projects.

Today, Fareeha is an award-winning Registered Dietitian, postgraduate-qualified nutrition professional, educator and public speaker. She has developed the South Asian Eatwell Guide, which is now being used by NHS organisations across the UK, and continues to champion culturally inclusive healthcare for diverse communities.

Despite all her achievements, she admits she still feels nervous every time she records a video in English.

However, she believes that growth happens when we lean into discomfort rather than run from it.

Fareeha's story is about far more than becoming a dietitian. It is a story of starting again in a new country, overcoming self-doubt, embracing identity, challenging perceived limitations, and proving that determination can overcome extraordinary obstacles.

Aga is a visibility strategist and digital marketing consultant with 17+ years of experience shaping online presence for global hospitality and luxury travel brands. Originally from London, Janet relocated to Cape Town in 2001. She is married with one son and a chihuahua called June. 

She was a functioning drinker for decades, all whilst bringing up a family and holding down a responsible job. She finally quit drinking at 63 and has now been alcohol-free for 11 years. She's helped thousands of women, especially in midlife, change their relationship with alcohol through community and coaching. 

Janet had many years of experience in corporate life, both in Europe and South Africa. When she decided to stop drinking alcohol she tried AA but decided it wasn’t for her. Janet got sober by researching and attending a workshop in London. 

As her journey continued, she decided to use her professional background in training and development to design and facilitate her own workshop, in order to support people who wish to quit drinking alcohol. She set up a membership program, holding workshops via Zoom attended by people from all over the world. 

She has written a book - Tribe Sober – 90-day Reset. She also hosts a podcast 'Tribe Sober' which has been downloaded nearly half-a-million times globally.

Former journalist-turned-PR strategist Dina Behrman helps entrepreneurs and leaders stop being the internet’s best kept secret, become the ‘go to’ expert and create a much bigger impact in the world by sharing their story and expertise in the press. 

She launched her business following a decade working as a journalist, during which she was published in virtually every national UK newspaper and many magazines. Spencer Moore is a female health advocate originally from North Carolina and based in Barcelona, Spain for the past 10 years. She founded The Hairy Chin platform and hosts The Hairy Chin Podcast, where she educates women in the how of health advocacy, teaching them the skills to actively participate in their healthcare and beyond. 

She came to Barcelona from the US for an intensive art school program in 2016 - she has been a life long creative/studio artist and was going through a transition after ending a serious relationship. She immediately felt so at home in Barcelona, a city she had no connection to at the time, and when her program ended, she decided to move to Barcelona for a period of time and explore the authentic version of herself she met there.

This was over 10 years ago, and she has built a life from scratch there. It was the most unexpected but also the best decision she ever made for herself. 

She has battled chronic health conditions (immune dysfunction and inflammatory diseases) my entire life, but so much changed in 2023 when she was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer from her very first screening mammogram. She was so shocked at the diagnosis she wanted to learn as much as she could, and through it she became a Breast Health Educator, to teach other women about breast health, breast cancer and breast cancer prevention. 

In her sessions she saw the change women made in one hour from being empowered and educated about their body and their health - something that has been left out of female health education. 

It inspired her so much she decided to become a female health advocate and shifted her career from graphic design/audiovisual work, to starting The Hairy Chin platform and podcast.

Dayle has worked as a Psychic Medium for over 25 years, bringing psychic guidance to clients and connecting them with their loved ones in spirit, opening people's minds to a spiritual existence beyond the physical body.

She was told by a psychic medium that she was able to connect with spirit in my late 20's. She first channelled a spirit on her own when giving a reiki treatment.

This time, she chose to stop other work and focus on this, rather than previously it being the other way around. Now she feels like she is finally where she's meant to be. She loves giving readings to help people and finds training other people to develop their intuition and psychic abilities extremely rewarding.

Hayley Perkins is a psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist with over 22 years’ experience, offering completely bespoke therapeutic work for women ready for real, lasting change and identity evolution.

Hayley began her therapy practice over 20 years ago working deeply with eating disorders, body image, food relationships and childhood trauma. That work was not just professional for her, it was personal too. It came from lived experience, from training, from years of sitting with women in some of the most painful and tender parts of their lives, and from a real desire to help people feel less trapped in patterns that had often been with them since childhood.

But that letting go has led Hayley into a much more honest and powerful expression of her work.

Becky Loto, is an International Speaker, Certified Business Strategist, Mentor, and entrepreneur with 30+ years of international business experience. She has founded five businesses across Mexico and the UK, in varied sectors including property, hospitality and tourism. 

With her tough love, practical strategies, and high-energy and fun approach, Becky supports ambitious women, entrepreneurs and senior executives, to be boldly brilliant, losing the self-doubt so the results are less stress, more money, more impact and a life they love. Becky loves connecting with interesting people, having adventures, is a property investor, a lover of surfing, being at the beach and all things Latino.

When she was 21, Rebecca Loto left the UK for what should have been six months to learn French. That six months became 21 years and she returned to the UK with an Argentinian husband and a Mexican daughter. 

After a year in France, working as an au pair and a waitress she learnt French. This enabled her to work as a travel rep and spent three winters in French ski resorts and two summers in
Spain, before being sent to the Dominican Republic, where she met her now husband whilst having a waterski lesson. 

Becky and her husband worked in Bahamas, the Dominican Republic, Grand Cayman and Mexico, France and Italy. Becky worked in the tourism, property and legal industries before becoming a dive instructor and later set up an underwater videography and photography business in Mexico, which grew to have a team of 10 women. She worked from motorhome as an office, running solely off solar power. The success of that business enabled them to buy a plot of land and built a home but in 2007, when category five Hurricane Dean hit the town, it sadly flattened almost everything in its path. Whilst their home was one of the few still left standing, their livelihoods disappeared overnight.

Becky  started managing beach houses, which were second homes for foreigners and Mexicans. This grew to include holiday home rentals and Becky opened a launderette and ended up selling homes and properties, worth hundreds of thousands of US dollars.

When her daughter was three, they left Mexico and headed back to the UK to start again.
For six months, as her husband wasn’t able to live in the UK, he returned to work in Mexico, andRebecca was a single mum. She landed a role working for a global engineering company manufacturing a marine safety product. This role, as Business Manager for the Americas, involved travel from Canada to Argentina, where Becky used her Spanish and learned Portuguese. She liaised with the Mexican and Brazilian navies so they would incorporate their safety products and attended a lot of trade shows and consulate parties! 

With the global pandemic, Becky wasn't happy without the in person work with clients, so she took a couple of bold moves. One was to leave her well paid corporate role for a role which was a contract for 5 months with the Growth Hub. Here is where she fell in love with business mentoring, using her experience of having founded 3 businesses in Mexico. She also learned about property investing in the UK, remortgaged her home to buy an empty run down property which her husband and her converted to a 5 bed house share in Cornwall. 

Becky continued to work as a Business Mentor at Falmouth University, supporting start ups. 

Now through Tides Business, as a Business Strategist, Mentor and Inspirational Speaker, she helps women get clarity on what they want and how to make it happen so they can step into their own brilliance. She has a part time contract at Cornwall Innovation Centres helping business owners there too.

Katie Oman is a multi-passionate entrepreneur. Her passion is to help women to live their best lives for themselves.

She is an author of ten books to date, with her new book being published on the 1st of May. She's also a book coach, ghostwriter, women's empowerment coach, events organiser, and motivational speaker.

Lylie Frost is a Cognitive Hypnotherapist who works with people who look “fine” on the outside but feel stuck, lost, or misunderstood underneath. 

She helps clients understand and change the unconscious patterns running their behaviour so they can stop repeating the same cycles and start taking real ownership of their lives. Her work focuses on identity-level change, so life doesn’t just look good on paper, it actually feels right on the inside.

Lylie always felt "different" to everyone around her. As a child she was a tomboy. She played football, wore boys clothes, had short hair and got constant messages of who she was "not being ok". She became very shy and learned to shrink into the background to protect herself. She realised as an adult that she was gay, and it made more sense but she still felt "on the outside". 

She never really knew what she wanted to do so she went to college and Uni but, still fell into various low paid jobs due to lack of confidence. She grew up in a poor area where expectations were low, and those messages held her back. 

She ended up getting into teaching after thinking I "should" get a proper job, but found it hard to get a permanent position for around four years. The turning point was being interviewed for a temporary position she was already doing and not getting it. It was the first time in her life she'd actually thought about what she wanted to do rather than "should" do and she quit. She then ended up working  in Youth Justice for the last 13 years. It can be rewarding but draining and still wasn't really what she wanted. 

In 2019 she did an NLP practitioner course and it lit a fire under her. She understood how her life had shaped her but more importantly that she could do something about it! It was the first time she'd ever considered that running her own business was an option for "someone like her". She started a coaching business but it didn't take off, she was naïve and had a lot more work to do, on herself and learning about business. 

Fast forward to 2024, feeling miserable and stuck. She decided to train as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, went straight onto the master practitioner course and started seeing clients in May 2025. From the start she began learning about business as well to put her in the best position possible when she launched. 

Now she gets to help people whose "baggage" is holding them back to begin to live the life that they previously didn't think was possible and she loves it.

Louisa Strachan is the Director of The Song School - a community music organisation in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. The Song School actually began as a vocal coaching business - that’s Louisa's background: She is a vocalist, vocal coach and writer. 

But even early on, she knew she wanted to build something that was more than traditional “singing lessons”. She wanted a space that broke the mould: creative, community-led, and genuinely accessible to young people who don’t usually get access to these kinds of extra-curricular opportunities. In many ways, The Song School is the space Southend didn’t have when Louisa was 13, writing songs in her bedroom.

In 2022, that vision naturally evolved into a Community Interest Company - and that’s when The Song School sprung to life. Over time, it's grown - delivering music education and creative programmes for children and young people, including those from low-income households and those who face additional barriers in mainstream settings. They now support a large weekly community of young people through sessions that provide opportunities to learn, make, perform and for some, earn in music - and work closely with families, schools and partners to make sure cost and circumstance aren’t the thing that shuts the door.

Louisa's role has evolved alongside the organisation. She's still deeply connected to the “why” - community, belonging, and young people being able to tell their stories - but also spends a lot of time on the less visible work: building partnerships, securing funding, developing programmes, supporting staff, and constantly trying to make the experience clearer and more accessible for families.

What she's most proud of is how The Song School has grown without losing it's heart: it's still relationship-led, still rooted in Southend, and still focused on making music a real, lived experience - not just a lesson.

After growing up with a single mum and believing from a young age that she wasn’t good enough or lovable, Nina spent decades stuck in self-doubt and hiding from her own ambition and brilliance.

At 46, she turned her life around, took radical responsibility for her life, and discovered a fierce new confidence. Now she coaches women around the world to do the same — to stop giving a FCK about what others think, own their power, and shine unapologetically. 

Being bullied for being good at something when she was about 8, that 'something' being singing and dancing, Nina made a decision that It wasn't safe for her to show my talents and greatness. So, she hid it away and learned how to blend in to be 'likeable'. 

Having left school with no GCSE's she went from job to job, always going for roles that were safe and easy. Never putting herself up for promotion or allowing herself to train for more senior roles. That story of 'i'm not good enough' always being the dark cloud that hung over any ambition. 

After a wonderful but exhausting 9 year stint as a Learning Support Assistant in her local Primary School, she wrestled with the idea that she knew she was meant for more. The niggle had been there but she squashed it down as soon as it tried to surface.

She was so scared and really believed there would be nothing out there for her. Fast forward, and along came coaching!!! At 46, she turned her life around, took radical responsibility for her life, and discovered a fierce new confidence. 

After 18 months of studying, Nina de Sausmarez Confidence Coach was born. She's 6 years in now and when she looks back at her journey of how much she doubted she could do this to where she is now, she feels amazing. In this episode we discuss mental health issues, suicide and a cancer diagnosis.

Sally Orange MBE is a former British Army Major and physiotherapist turned fruit dressing adventure athlete, mental health campaigner and charity fundraiser, who believes deeply in the power of hope, honesty, and human connection. Her life’s work has been shaped by service, lived experience, mental illness and resilience. She shares her story as a reminder to others that they are never alone.

In 2025, Sally was diagnosed with breast cancer. Faced with uncertainty, she chose to respond in the way she knows best, by moving forward, openly and unapologetically. Shortly after her diagnosis, she ran the London Marathon dressed as a giant boob to raise awareness and start conversations, trekked to Everest Base Camp in the same costume, and straight after completed the Everest Marathon, the highest marathon in the world. For Sally, these challenges were not about bravado, but about hope, proving that even in the midst of treatment and fear, purpose and joy can still be found.

Alongside her cancer journey, Sally is internationally recognised for using extreme endurance challenges and humour to change the narrative around mental health. She has completed over 85 marathons, including 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days, set multiple Guinness World Records, won Invictus Games medals, and raised almost £1 million for more than 50 charities. She is also the first and only female National Ambassador for the Army Cadet Force and was awarded an MBE for services to charity and mental health.  She also received an Honorary Doctorate for services to physiotherapy and mental health from the university that she was rejected from six years in a row when applying to study physiotherapy.

Sally speaks with warmth, vulnerability, and optimism, offering a message of reassurance rather than pressure, you don’t have to be fearless to be hopeful, you just have to keep going, one step at a time."

Nicky Hambleton-Jones is a celebrated personal stylist, TV presenter, author, and trailblazer in the world of fashion and beauty. Best known as the charismatic host of Channel 4’s iconic makeover show 10 Years Younger, and more recently as the presenter and stylist behind Drop-A-Decade on This Morning.  

Her latest book, Bolder Not Older, is a bold manifesto for ageless style and self-belief, redefining what it means to grow older with confidence. She is also Fashion Director for Platinum magazine. 

Nicky started her personal styling business in 2001 after being made redundant from her corporate job and followed her dream to work in fashion.  After a slow start and almost giving up many times, she landed the role of presenting 10 Years Younger - out of the blue.  

She hosted the show for 5 years to huge acclaim and success and was then suddenly dropped and replaced with Myleene Klass.  That was a huge blow. She stepped away from the public eye entirely as she felt like such a failure.  

It was when she turned 50 in the middle of covid that she realised she was tired of hiding.  She then started a journey of slowly rebuilding her confidence and her brand - it's not been easy but she feels like she's faced her demons head on and she's much stronger for it.

Eloise, founder of Yoga by Eloise, believes yoga is for everyone! She runs group classes, private sessions, and workshops, shares wellness tips in her newsletter, and has a supportive yoga community.

She is a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and completed her teacher training in Greece, where she studied yogic philosophy, anatomy, and alignment.

Her yoga journey began after she was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a chronic illness that brings widespread pain, fatigue, brain fog, and many other challenging symptoms. At one point, she even lost the ability to walk and read, which meant stepping away from university to focus on my health.

Looking for ways to cope, she started practising yoga online. Before long, she fell in love with it. With regular practice, her pain, anxiety, and mental health became much more manageable.

That journey inspired her to become a yoga teacher so she could share the same benefits with others. Her mission is to make yoga truly accessible for everyone, no matter your experience, ability, or age, while encouraging mindfulness and self-compassion along the way.

She teaches group mixed-ability yoga classes, female-only private lessons in her home studio, hosts workshops, and has a newsletter to share all things yoga and wellness with the community. 

She also has a very supportive Yoga by Eloise community, where everyone is welcome to feel empowered, relaxed, and connected.

Shelley Wilson is a writing mentor and multi-genre author of over twenty books.

She helps new writers get their book idea out of their head and onto the page. She describes herself as an accountability Yoda!

After running a successful holistic business for seven years, she was bitten by a spider, which triggered all sorts of medical issues. She had to close that business and turn her ‘hobby’ of writing into her main source of income.

She had been writing stories since she was about 8, and 'be an author' had always been on my dream list. She didn't know how to make it happen back then! In 2013, she started blogging for her holistic spa audience and grew to over 200,000 readers. 

The blog was about 52 New Year's Resolutions she set herself. After the year was over, she turned the blog series into a book and self-published it in 2014. It shot to number one on Amazon's bestseller list in self-help and women's biographies. She then self-published more novels before signing a ten-book deal with an American publisher. She worked with them for nine years until June 2025, when they closed down, and thirteen of her books vanished from all sales platforms. She got the rights back for her books and is in the process of launching her own publishing imprint to republish her back catalogue. She's written over 20 books in self-help, memoir, children's meditation, young adult fantasy, historical fiction, and romance. 

She built her writing mentor business through networking. She would attend events to showcase her books and be asked every time, 'Where do you start when you want to write a book?' She's  always happy to help and would tell people she met what to do. A business coach told her she should be charging for all this information, and so Shelley Wilson Writing Mentor was born! 

She's won two awards with her writing mentor business, and in 2025 her latest novel, Floating Solo (her debut romance), was a finalist in the Romantic Novelists' Association Awards and the Book Bloggers Novel of the Year Award. 

Everything that's happened in Shelley's life has helped her become the woman she is today, and she refuses to see change as a bad thing! 

As a multi-genre author, she uses her ten years of writing, publishing, and marketing experience to guide and support her clients.

She confesses to being a word nerd with an unhealthy obsession for exclamation marks!!! However, she channels all that nerdiness into helping her clients write their books and boost their visibility.

Mother of three Felicity Ashley became one of fewer than 250 women to row an ocean – an achievement made even more extraordinary by the fact she did it while unknowingly battling bowel cancer.

After 20 years leading a marketing team, she joined a crew of four working mums - they named themselves The Mothership. On returning, she was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer. This was the catalyst for positive change and after her treatment she left her corporate role to become a professional speaker - to give her a platform to share her story to inspire others and help other people facing challenges or adversity.

Seeing the impact she has on audiences as a speaker she was inspired to write ‘Stronger Than The Storm’ - a memoire style account of her journey and lessons learned.

Her story has been featured across major media platforms, including BBC News and Sport, Lorraine, The Telegraph, and Woman & Home.


In May 2025, to mark the third anniversary of her diagnosis, she completed the world’s highest marathon at Everest Base Camp. 

She wants to continue to inspire audiences and readers to dream big, overcome challenges and thrive through change.W

Louise is the founder of Shine with Lou, a space created to help people navigate the Life Interruptions that shake their world and reshape who they become. After a lifetime of unexpected twists - from personal losses to emotional upheavals - a profound turning point three years ago forced her to finally unpack the box of emotions she had spent years tucking away.

Lou always says she had a very colourful start to life! One that was shaped by rejection, inconsistency and a deep sense of not feeling good enough. Emma is passionate about making sure no other parent has to go through what her family did. 

After watching her son suffer with reflux for the first 10 months of his life Emma discoveredThe Baby Reflux Lady. Her book, weaning course and the expertise she had passed down to one of her previous students we spoke to, changed their lives.

Lynsey is a disabled Mum, Wife, author, business owner from Shoeburyness in Essex, England.

Being born and raised with Cerebral Palsy in the 80s/90s was difficult. Disability and accessibility were not discussed or considered. But....Lynsey wasn't going to sit there (pun intended) and put up with things the way they were. 

So she's spent her life writing, showing up and being a part of the change. That's reflected in her debut book - disabled people can be fully involved and great parents too. 

Their laser business started out of necessity - her husband worked on the oil rigs and really wanted to leave. They also wanted to start a family and as Lynsey's health becomes more complicated they needed him to be at home more.

So slowly but surely BMUK is becoming their main business giving them the freedom and privilege of time. Whilst also providing her with the means to navigate life as a disabled mum with an autistic 5 year old. 

She hopes in the next 18 months their business will be a 100% home based.

Rosie started her first business aged 16, armed with just her GCSEs. After running an array of companies – some successful ventures, and others that failed along the way – she saw a real lack of platforms to support a woman like her, navigating the world of work by herself.

In my early career, she had no resources to guide her. Everything was trial and error. Crafting and colour is Debbie's therapy and has helped her tremendously over the years with poor mental and at times physical health (she has MS) It’s also her way of keeping her brain active and agile. 

When crafting you use problem solving and special awareness. Cognitive skills that commonly people expect can only be keep limber with crossword puzzles and sudoku. You'll age well knowing that there is another way to keep the mind ticking over nicely!

Debbie loves to craft socially as she finds it's the perfect catalyst for conversation which as a self confessed introvert, she finds very helpful. It’s one of the reasons she started Make Space. To find her tribe and to help others find theirs. 

Make Space has given Debbie so much, financial freedom, purpose and escapism. She finds it a joy to share this with others and hopes to continue sharing her work and seeing where it takes her. Debbie founded Make Space in Chelmsford in 2022 having previously worked in the fashion industry in London. 

Make Space is a beautiful mindful curation of craft parties, workshops, craft kits and commissioned pieces based around Debbie’s joy for colour and design. Crafting is for everyone, we all stand to benefit from it so Debbie chooses simple accessible techniques for all to try. Debbie’s ‘Bead Bar’ is perhaps her most coverted of classes as it features a truly inspiring assortment of colourful beads collected over the past 20 years from far flung corners of the globe on Debbie’s previous travels. 

Creating affirmation bracelets using beads from the ‘Bead Bar’ is a beautiful mindful act of self care and has seen dozens of local crafters have a go at making bespoke jewellery with Make Space.

Tina is a mum of four beautiful children - one with Downs Syndrome. She is an author, positive birth advocate and home educator. More recently she became the founder of Simply Be - supporting teenagers, helping them to find and follow their dreams.

Tina was always a deep thinker, even as a child. School felt confining and she came away disillusioned with the education system. A love of travel opened her eyes to new perspectives, and she discovered that the world was a classroom in itself. Exploring new places gave her a sense of freedom and showed her how many different ways there were to live and learn.

An interview for a courier at EuroCamp went slightly awry when she discovered she'd been given the job as children’s courier – a job she had explained she'd be no good at!

She had no idea at the time but that job would change her life forever and lead her to a love of working with children. After she met her husband she became a childminder, expanding into two nurseries as their business grew.

Helping children learn, laugh, and grow gave her a sense of purpose and joy. Each day was an adventure, and she realised how much fulfillment came from nurturing young minds.

After seventeen years of running their lovely business they wanted to see what else life had in store for them and decided to sell up.

They had no idea that it would lead to buying a pub and opening it as a community hub/pub in 2023. It was an amazing adventure and they met so many wonderful people but they both became overwhelmed by the demands and realised they needed to take a step back to breathe, reflect, and find balance.

Taking time away from the pub gave her space to reflect on her true passions. She trained as a Mindvalley coach and discovered a new calling: helping others see their own power and potential. Through coaching, she found a wonderful community of learners and teachers, and she realized she could turn her love for helping people into a fulfilling career.

She wants everyone to know that you don’t have to settle — not for jobs, relationships, or lives that don’t light you up. You are allowed to dream bigger. You can claim your own path and take control of your story.

Stephanie studied Nutrition at university and then went to work for a major food producer. Then through twists and turns of her career path, ended up with a post graduate business degree and a marketing career.  

Her passion for food and nutrition never stopped and she kept up her professional knowledge and in her spare time went on numerous cookery courses.

She created How2EatWell when her children were small and focused on helping people in midlife improve their health.  Volunteering for the charity Diabetes UK she was heavily involved with type 2 diabetes prevention and her efforts were recognised with a reward for inspiring change.

Type 2 is common;y diagnosed in mid life at the same time women go throug menopause, so menopause became more and more of the discussion with clients and became more core to my work.  

She took a role at a menopause retreat as a nutritionist and never looked back.  Then in 2022 at the age of 53 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and as part of her treatment plan she had her ovaries removed, which put her in surgical menopause.  2 surgeries later and one left for a final reconstruction she is back to full health and loving helping other women because she really does understand what women are going through!
