Andrea Amiot is a multifaceted runner from Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. She has experience in triathlon, road racing and ultra marathons. She is also a fixture in the Moose Jaw business community where she owns and operates a clothing store and a spin studio. When she isn’t busy working or raising her two children, you will see her in and around Moose Jaw training hard as she puts in the miles to frequently finish on the podium in the races she competes in. She is also the race Director for the Moose Jaw Running Festival which happens June 8th.

Race season is in full swing in Saskatchewan so on this bonus episode we talk to volunteer captain Amy Wall from the Saskatchewan Marathon about this weekend‘s huge event in Saskatoon that will have over 6000 racers. Tarrant Crosschild started his running career as a child by corralling horses on the Blood Tribe First Nation in Alberta. He loved running from the start and has used it as a recovery tool and as a way to bond with his family. Tarrant is a family man first and foremost but he also runs a flooring company and a running company that provides timing services for many races. He is also a community ambassador for communities around Saskatchewan and Alberta where himself and 200 other volunteers promote healing through running. He is one of the best humans you will ever meet, enjoy!
