That same year he finished in the top 10% of the company. In 2021, he leveled up even more and finished in the top 5% of the sales force. Shawn attributes his sales success to having the right Mindset on a day-to-day basis with a strong emphasis on High-Performance Habits. He has reinvented himself multiple times and his passion is helping others to do the same.

Jeremy Miner is an internationally recognised sales trainer who has taught thousands of people how to go from just getting average results in selling to becoming a high 6 figure and even 7 figure sales earner and be viewed as the "Trusted Authority" in their market.
Jeremy Miner, the CEO of 7th Level Communications teaches students a model of selling that Jeremy created from years of researching human psychology. He says that there are three forms salespeople should use to communicate and persuade, these forms are different from how people have been taught in the past. The third form works as a ‘golden rule’ when approaching conversations with any person or prospect you are engaging. The key is to be placing the emphasis on their needs and engaging rather than pitching. You’ll find that these forms of communication are far more effective than the old mode of selling.
