| The Sabrina Zohar Show Trailer | 25 Jan 2023 | 00:01:03 | |
Welcome to The Sabrina Zohar Show.
This isn’t surface-level dating advice or feel-good relationship talk. It’s a psychology- and neuroscience-backed exploration of dating, relationships, attachment, healing, and what it actually takes to build emotional safety with others and with yourself.
Hosted by relationship coach Sabrina Zohar, the show covers dating and long-term relationships, attachment styles, nervous system regulation, boundaries, communication, breakups, self-trust, and emotional intelligence. Episodes break down real-life scenarios like mixed signals, breadcrumbing, situationships, conflict in relationships, avoidance, anxious attachment, people-pleasing, and fear of abandonment using research, practical tools, and direct, grounded insight.
You’ll hear solo episodes and expert conversations that move beyond clichés like “just let go” or “if they wanted to, they would.” Instead, this show teaches you how to regulate your nervous system, stop repeating unhealthy patterns, communicate clearly, heal old wounds, and create relationships that are secure, consistent, and aligned.
This show is for you if you’re single, dating, in a relationship, navigating a breakup, or doing the deeper work of healing and re-parenting yourself so love doesn’t feel chaotic or painful anymore.
Hit play and start doing the work to build healthier relationships, starting with the one you have with yourself.

| 168: Why You Spiral When They Don’t Text Back | 24 Oct 2025 | 00:34:59 | |
In this week’s episode, Sabrina breaks down what your texting patterns reveal about your attachment style and emotional triggers in dating and relationships. Through her own past text exchanges, she shares how anxious thoughts, people-pleasing, and over-explaining once shaped her dating behavior, and how she learned to regulate her emotions instead of spiraling when someone didn’t respond. Sabrina explores how rejection, ghosting, and unmet expectations often trace back to deeper wounds around self-worth and safety. She also explains how healing doesn’t mean never feeling triggered; it means recognizing those triggers, staying grounded, and choosing not to self-abandon. If texting still sends you into a loop, this episode will help you understand why and how to finally break the cycle.Ever felt that rush of panic when someone takes hours to text back? The tight chest. The spinning thoughts. The sudden urge to delete your last three messages and throw your phone across the room. That isn’t you being “crazy.”That’s your nervous system reacting to what it thinks is danger.Because your brain can’t tell the difference between rejection and getting punched in the face.In this episode, we’re talking about texting anxiety, what’s really happening inside your body when you’re waiting, overanalyzing, or trying to say the “right” thing. And if you’re ready to take this deeper, join me live on November 6th for my masterclass: Texting Anxiety: How to Calm Your Body Before You Hit Send. You’ll learn how to work with your body instead of against it, and finally stop letting what happens on your phone control how you feel.🎟️ Save your seat at https://masterclass.sabrinazohar.comBecause you don’t need to care less. You just need the right tools to feel safe again.Stuck After the Podcast? Sabrina is joined today by Dr. Ramani, a clinical psychologist, who describes narcissism as a maladaptive personality style rooted in low empathy, appearance focus, and a need for admiration, with insecurity and shame at its core. | 75: Overcoming shame to prioritize mental health and build a fulfilling life with Anna Przy | 14 May 2024 | 01:09:59 | |
Sabrina talks with guest Anna Przy about the mental health journey that led to her current ventures. Addressing mental health needs can be a complex process, and the journey is not always straightforward, which can make it unappealing to some. In their conversation, Sabrina and Anna discuss the transition from treating mental wellness as a taboo subject to being open to receiving help and sharing the wisdom behind accepting help. Both emphasize how shame around seeking help causes breakdown before realizing "I'm not okay." Anna shares how finding love and marriage not long after pursuing her mental health journey changed her perception of living life for herself, but also loving living her life with her husband. Accepting the possibility of growing apart from people during your mental health journey is crucial. It is a testament to becoming secure after healing. Prioritizing mental health enables setting boundaries to overcome setbacks like imposter syndrome, anxiety, and burnout from the expectation of constant productivity.

| 70: Trusting yourself, understanding triggers and validating your own needs with Masha Kay! | 12 Apr 2024 | 01:06:21 | |
Sabrina explores the ins and outs of the healing journey with Masha, which revolves
around nervous system regulation and self-trust development. Nervous system
dysregulation goes hand in hand with how we view ourselves and our perception of
reality. How can we validate our feelings despite dysregulation and our distorted
perception of reality and decide on the best decision? Masha delves into how “trusting
yourself” starts with trusting your emotions, holding space for processing your emotions,
and then paving the way to decide. The decision may not be the best down the road (is
there ever a definite and immediate way to know?), but as long as it honors what you
were feeling at the moment and you accept the consequences down the road.

| 69: Codependency and getting back with an ex with Mark Groves and Kylie McBeath! | 09 Apr 2024 | 01:08:48 | |
Sabrina sits down with Mark Groves and his partner, Kylie McBeath, for a conversation on their dating journey, which leads them from breaking up to finding each other again years later.
When they first parted ways, they were confronted with the logic behind why it had to end and what they each had to work on. After their closing ceremony, a collective decision to end the relationship with a series of questions and reflections, they each worked on addressing their codependencies and why their relationship was not serving them as individuals.
Healing involved figuring out what Kylie began with sourcing from men or a relationship with Mark. They both reflect on the series of tools such as somatic therapy, financial competence, and creating a safe space for feeling a range of emotions as individuals and liberation that brought them back to one another.

| 65: Eating disorders, trauma responses differing between children and how a lack of control can manifest differently based on experiences with big sister Jaimie Bailey! | 15 Mar 2024 | 01:03:02 | |
*TRIGGER WARNING! We do discuss eating disorders in this episode.
On this weeks episode of The Sabrina Zohar Show, Sabrina is joined by her big sister Jaimie Bailey for a heart-to-heart talk on trauma and its manifestation in her relationship with food. Jaimie is a holistic nutritionist passionate about wellness and a healthy relationship with food and diet!
Jaimie talks about how trauma initially manifested itself with her and her fixation on tiny details about herself. Her older brother's addictions began to influence her choices and her addiction to the high. Her household environment was hostile and lacked joy, so her feeling of joy was tied to substances. It also led to the avoidant attachment style because of coping alone and the lack of trust in others to protect her.
The first step in dealing with a problem like binge eating is understanding why it is
happening. Once you have this understanding, you can decide to rise above it and prevent it from happening again.

| 166: Stop Chasing Emotionally Unavailable People | In The Trenches | 14 Oct 2025 | 00:39:22 | |
In this powerful and emotional "In The Trenches" episode, Sabrina Zohar tackles your toughest dating dilemmas with her signature no-nonsense yet compassionate approach. We dive into a listener's story about a man who re-entered her life only to pull away once more, and Sabrina breaks down exactly why we chase "unfinished business" and emotionally unavailable partners. She also answers a question from a woman stuck in a 2-year relationship with a partner who shuts down during conflict, offering crucial advice on when to fight for a connection and when to choose yourself. Plus, we get a profile review for someone re-entering the dating scene later in life and hear from a listener experiencing panic attacks in a new, healthy relationship. Sabrina normalizes dating anxiety and provides tangible tools to self-soothe and expand your window of tolerance. If you're struggling with mixed signals, self-abandonment, or the fear that you'll never find a secure partner, this episode is your guide to breaking the cycle.Stuck After the Podcast?
