In this episode we chat with Fintan O’Malley who is training to run a 330 kilometre ultra marathon in memory of his daughter Millie, who sadly passed away at just 33 days old. Fintan has experienced heartbreaking grief but is determined to create a legacy for Millie. We discuss his training, how he motivates himself to run and what the 330 km challenge will involve.
